City Rock Smoke Shop

Came in looking for a Dynavap since they are the only shop in the area that carries them. The cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. Am thankfully for her product knowledge since I almost bought a torch but she notified me that the kit came with a torch. Not only did I get what I wanted but they sold it cheaper than the online price. Got two receipts for my split transaction, very thorough.

EDIT: Reply to the owner below: it has not been two weeks. Nov 9th is within 2 weeks. And the package clearly show it was just opened and has not been used. But even then, the date shouldn’t matter when the product itself was sold defected.I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I bought a $30 elf bar from them. When I opened the package, the vape liquid had leaked everywhere. The old man at the store refused to give me a new one when he sold me a defected product!So shop at your own risk; if you buy a defected product, you’re out of luck as they won’t do anything.

City rocks is the only shop I got to, they have the best prices, endless amount of pieces, good vibes, and an awesome location. The customer service is A1. Loyal customers are recognized but every one is always taken care of, I have only had great experiences here at City Rocks. Sometimes I come in here to hang out, makes me feel young again.

They sell expired products.Refused to provide a receipt. The manufacturer has recommended we get a refund from the purchase location.City Rock refused to provide a receipt or refund. Terrible customer service.I would happily remove this review, if they would just refund $30.

Ive been coming here for a long time now and Ive always had a fantasy experience. The shop owner is the best! The selection is overwhelming. They have it all. Anything you need from cleaners to rigs to water pipes and everything in between. I highly recommend you take a look next time youre looking for something for your smoking needs. The prices are very good and you dont have to wait for shipping like from Amazon.

I absolutely love this place. I will go out of my way to come here instead of any other smoke shop. Its the only smoke shop I go to. I recommend them to anyone I know. They offer a huge selection at great prices. The owner runs it with his daughters and let me say by far some of the best customer service I have ever received. I have never gone there and not had an amazing experience. Even if you have a shop across the street from you I still recommend this place over any other. (I Guarantee you will not be sorry you decided to shop here over anywhere else.)

They have the best employees and largest selection of quality glass of any shop around. They are always friendly and helpful when I go there, and always getting new selections in. A must go to if you are looking for a new rig, or if youbjust need accessories.

They have a good selection of water pipes, dab rigs, refillable e-cigs and smoking tools. Shout out for carrying my favorite mod, Luxe XR Max by Vaporesso!

I have been going to CR for nine months for my vape supplies parts. The owner is a really great guy, always helpful, polite, personable... Extremely knowledgeable and patient with the people that dont know.If you vape, I would highly recommend this place. Cam is a good man who is clearly loved by everybody.You can immediately tell that they dont price their stuff as ridiculously as the other smoke shops, and that they know what theyre talking about.You can even get your piece repaired here for a good price.This place is like a candy store for your smoking needs. 11/10

Awesome owner, very helpful and friendly to the customers. It doesnt matter if you are getting something for a few bucks or few hundred dollars items, he will still take his time to help you out to make sure you get what you need. And basically you could find anything that you need at this store.

My fave smoke shop so far. Cam hooked us up and knew his stuff. He not only had great suggestions, but listened to what I was saying to recommend even better options for me. They have great selection and prices, highly recommend. Glass, vapes, tools...they got it all.

Just left this shop and feel like we made out like a bandit, the older man there (owner?) was super nice and knowledgeable on his products. Kam is AMAZING! He knows his products and understands how picky people can be and is very patient with everyone... His product is always top notch and he is constantly getting in new items. He is a master glass repair man and extremely good at what he does. He is very dedicated to his work and in the little time that I have been going there he has been there every time, not a fail... DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sold me two broken products, and refused to refund my money, after I did everything they asked. I spent well over $100 in here on vape juice, mods, coils and lighters. I tried very hard to be as patient and nice as possible about this, and they basically told me to screw off. Never coming back here.

Nice place to get smoking equipment with friendly service and fair prices. The young lady that helped me seemed very knowledgeable on the equipment that the sell And was happy to let me see a bunch of it and answered any question I had. I can see why their ratings are so high and I will be a returning customer when I’m in the area thank you guys!

They always seem to be going out of their way to do extra for their customers. When you walk in there you feel as though theyre really glad to see you. Their prices are reasonable and they are always cooperative and helpful.

I will start with the store looks nice but surprised people are saying they have good pricing, Im specifically referring to vape juice and juul. $25 for a 60ml naked bottle when you can get them $10-20 (use to get them across the street till they closed, which was why I was here). The juul device itself is $40 here or $15 on juuls website...amazed at the markup, more than twice the price

CITY ROCK FIXES BROKEN GLASS!!!(Only shop in the area that provides this service that I am aware of).If your piece isnt completely destroyed the owner will take piece and in a few days (3 in my case) your glass will be fixed all for a good price and the sites of repair are pretty cleanly done. Other than that wide selection of glass, both water and hand pipes, Rolling papers, blunt wraps, vaporizers, E-juice flavors, and Detox formulations.

This place is great! The prices are good and the service is amazing. Ive honestly never seen a friendlier smoke shop and this is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommended.
