Really great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff to get me set up with a great box mod. In house flavors are amazing! Only downside is it is pricery than if you were to buy online but you know its legit product and not a knock off and the sales person knowledge and friendly environment make it worth it.

Great place friendly staff and knowledgeable. Im pretty new to vaping and they were more than happy to help me out with all my questions. Also being able to try all the different juices before you buy is a real big plus, which saves you money down the road. They just gained a loyal customer.

Amazing place for your vap needs. Wish they were closer to Mountain View. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees unlike the guy at Fatty Zone who has no idea what he is talking about. I wish I went to this place from earlier. Great collection of pens and juices and amazing deals. And again, very very helpful employees.

They are there to help you with any questions or recommendations. both times i was there i never felt pressured to buy anything. Caesars customer service and assistance with was EXCELLENT. I was going to just buy an entirely new vape mod because my vape pen was leaking. Caesar saved me over $100 by helping me fix my vape pen and explaining why it was leaking. He didnt push products unnecessarily, he actually cares about his customers. He offered great conversation and a really relaxed environment and gave me a lot of excellent advice. I still made a purchase to support this excellent shop, and I will be returning. When my current vape pen finally gives out, I will be coming back to purchase an upgrade Best shop in town! Thank you Caesar! I intend to make this my go to shop for all of my vaping needs. Always Five Star Service. Been going there for the over the year. I have always gotten five star service. I try to buy all my vape products there. They have a good selection of juices and decent prices and they got a vape bar..... tons of flavors to try out. I just picked up a new fuchai duo. I know sometimes its cheaper to get stuff online but I try to support my brick and mortar stores. We need to support the small guy, so they stay in business.

So I needed to get vape juice this morning, and this was the closest shop to us and happened to be on our way home. The young man there this morning approx 1030am on 11/11/18 (wish Id gotten his name) was super helpful and very informative. My wife needed a new vape and he was explaining the vape to us, and what the cost would be. He also offered to set it up for her her and was explaining everything he was doing and explained that if anything wasnt working hed replace it right away. Out of all the vape shops Ive been to, he was the most helpful person weve ever delt with. I would go there again

Super friendly place, and guys are doing excellent job. If you are novice to vaping - go to this place and professionals will give the real details which you may not learn even after vaping from a long time. I have been there twice and got good deals for my purchases. There is also a small sitting place just for vaping.

This shop just opened about three weeks ago, currently it is the only shop in Santa Clara and they are the only shop I know that is open until midnight during the weekend. Since I live nearby, I decided to drop by and buy a replacement iclear 30 clearo since mine broke. The e-juice bar is in the front, right next to it are the clearo tanks, followed by starter kits (itaste VV v3, MVP 2.0 and others) then the very last display case are the mech mods and RBAs. They are usually busy during lunch hour and right after work during weekdays.Most of the juice they carry are from CA but they still have great selections. Very friendly, just let them know what you like and they try to find something close, or you could just ask for random flavors on the menu and go on an adventure! And they carry Five Pawns!The staffs are very knowledgeable, friendly and generally just love to chill and chat. If you have questions about switching from analog cigs to e-cigs, upgrading your mods, building coils (they have materials and they can build it for you as well) they are more than happy to help and not trying to pressure you to buy. They have their price written on the display as well !! And the price is pretty fair from what I have seen but keep in mind this is a small local shop.TL;DR: Great shop, good selections, good price, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in to grab a disposable tank, ended up hanging out there just chatting for 4 hrs.note: Parking can be difficult during peak hours, there are parking behind the building.

I went to vape affair and Bobby helped me he was awesome. I was having a bad day already as I went to great vape in Sunnyvale and they wouldn’t help me and were very rude so Bobby was nice enough to look at my vape as it was leaking, he not only fixed it for me he bought and put in a new coil. I gave him s tip and he gave half of it back and said I just want you to have a better day, thanks to Bobby he made my day. Thank you Bobby will definitely be back to buy all my vape supplies.

Fun place great people, they make you feel really invitee like youve known them for years and you see them every day, awesome place great selection of cool mods and vape accessories. Flavors they carry are always the best in there category.

Knowledge base, professionalism, selections, and courtesy is unrivaled from San Francisco to San Jose. I travel between San Jose and San Francisco for work and have been to many many many vape shops.Hands down this is a must visit vape shop if youre in the area even if you dont need anything stop on in just to check it out it has a great vibe!

I was visiting from LA and needed juice so I found this place online. The staff was very friendly and the juice selection was great. They made my visit to a new and unfamiliar vape shop great.

I rent the cat at AVIS over 5 times,Edmund is the best that I never seen not only rental car.Very kind and polite provide great service. Original I plan to change to the rental cat company next time. But after met him that I think I will keep rent the car from AVIS

Loved this place, great prices. Sadly theyre closed permanently. There is a vape shop across the street with rediculously high prices. $25 juice, $10 suorin air plus pods, $45 juul...yeah...order online folks.

Whats there to say. I had a keg100 and was long over due for a new mechanical mod. The staff answered all my questions and I felt like they didnt pressure me to buy one at that moment. I ended up buying the Blackhawk.

I went in tonight to exchange a defective coil i purchased the previous evening. I know i can get coils much cheaper up the street. The coil i bought was defective. I assumed EXCHANGING a defective product wouldnt be an issue, i spoke to the man at the bar telling him i purchased the product the previous evening and the product didnt work. He stated he was working at the time and implied i was lying. I then further described my vist the previous evening as the man rolled his eyes.Long story short: no exchange or refund,Even if it was defective.With dozens of vape shops in the area, ill take my business elsewhere.

Some of the best juices you can find anywhere. house brands that are cheaper and better than any flavors out there. without Vape Afair and their One Night Stan I wouldnt have quit smoking cigarettes

I like this location a lot. Parking lot is small but worth coming to. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Ill keep coming back just because of the high level of customer service here
