Been to a lot of massages to tell I hate it the moment the masseuse lays a finger on me. And oh boy did Pearl disappoint.Had to ask for a different masseuse within 5 minutes, but even the other therapist was 3/10 at best. The satisfying strokes were a hit and miss, unfocused and disorganized. Muscle fibers were barely isolated and targeted unlike most legit massages.Moreover, the room was freezing cold, and the lady shut off the heater with 15 minutes left on my session. I was shivering in silence the whole time.When the massage had finally finished, she barged back in as I was getting dressed and started cleaning up the towels.I’m only giving a 2* because they allowed me to swap masseuses and I was offered some refreshments after.You’re better off going to a Thai massage place; they never fail to give you your money’s worth!

I just went to pearl spa for my three year anniversary, my boyfriend and I each got an hour long massage. They charge 60 dollars an hour for each person (I thought it was a little bit expensive, but whatever you pay for quality massages) The reservation was for 5:30, after we got undressed we laid down and talked for at least 5 minutes, then a lady came in and began my boyfriends massage. It took at least another 5 to 10 minutes for my massage to begin. Both massages ended at the same time and we were out of there by 6:30. I was a little bit upset that we didnt get a full hour, because I just paid $120 for us each to have a full hour massage. I let it go and said thank you as the ladies brought us water. We started to leave and they started doing hand gestures asking for money and I told them I paid at the front. The lady at the front asked me if I had tips for them, even though I had just paid a lot of money for not even a full hour massage. They dont even have an ATM to withdraw money from to give them a tip. I thought it was rude to ask for a tip in the first place and I didnt even get a full hour, which I paid for. I will not be returning even though the massage was nice.

Dont waste your time. Three strikes theyre out. First time I called they said come now, I was there within 10 minutes and then asked to come back in an hour. Second time they only have one person working. Third time, I called again to see if they have an opening, again they said yes come now, got there within 10 minutes stood inside for 15 minutes with nobody around so I just left. Not going back ever huge waste of time

The shop is very clean, the massage technique is very professional, I feel all fatigue disappeared, and the service is also great!

$60 for an hour’s massage by strong hands in a relaxing environment is pretty good and the ease of making an appointment and location is great.
