I got there looking for some simple information. The man at the front (claimed to be the owner) was extremely arrogant and rude. Before I could even say what I wanted, he began grilling me with questions. I was shocked. He became angry and began using profanity and even made disparaging remarks about women. Unstable is the only term I can think to use. It was just weird how it all took place. I will never go back.

Great place for all your vapor needs. No parking though, and the guy I met was super friendly and chill.

I visited the new shop location on Pacific Avenue. Kane the owner was there, he was friendly and knowledgeable about his products. He recommended a new vape mod for me and showed me my options for coils. If your headed to the beach stop by Santa Cruz Vapors and take a look at his selection.

The guy behind the counter wasnt helpful at all and answered my questions about the disposable vape selection with visible annoyance as he explained the law in California restricted him from having anything worthwhile as if I was a troglodyte. I normally find chill people working at smoke shops but I guess that its the exception not the rule.

New store/location, still awesome as ever. Kane is a great dude and really treats his customers with patience and respect. He had the supplies I needed in stock along with very fair pricing. This is the only vape shop Ill be going to moving forward.

Caine has very quick and efficient customer service approach. Every time over the years he has been very approachable with a great attitude. The overall selection is AMAZING! I can get exactly what I’m looking for and I was so amazed at the overall discount it feels I got! The traffic getting there sometimes for me can be such a pain, but seriously, this is the BEST place you can get e-liquid in probably all of Santa Cruz County. Definitely be sure to give this place a go if you’re ever in the area. The parking feels a bit cramped, but doesn’t take away at all from how worthwhile it is to buy e-liquid from here!

Slowly became my favorite spot in the area, namely because Carl is such a friendly and knowledgeable dude who is always more than happy to help. You don’t get that kind of service in California. Nice supply of juices and devices, and always never tried to push unnecessary equipment on you.

Carl is wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Owner is cool too. Wish they had a better selection but maybe now that Beyond Vape has shut down these guys will need up their selection. But overall this place is the best. They don’t gouge you with high prices either.

Great selection, great prices, and the owner Kane is an awesome dude (contrary to whatever review that My Little Pony person left), he always takes care of me and makes sure to keep me vapin whether I have cash or not. You wont find customer care like that anywhere else.

Good selection but he knows he can be as rude as he wants cause you’re most likely just gonna want to get your nicotine. Spent 10 minutes being told how stupid I was, and I do mean literally. 50 mg’s burning at 10 watts will not give me nicotine poisoning regardless of what he thinks. That’s about how much a juul burned if not less. Little does he know flavors are actually not illegal across the country. Tells me my device is old and I’m stupid without even seeing it and it was actually so brand new that he hadn’t even heard of it. Good selection though but I would recommend Watsonville or seabright.

So I went to this shop a couple of weeks ago and I had a fantastic time. Im relatively new to vaping and the guy that helped me was very patient. You know how you can tell when the person helping you is passionate about whatever they are selling? I got that impression. So service was great and the prices were very competitive with online vendors which Im really thankful for. Every single shop Ive been to had prices far higher than what you find online. Not so here. I bought a few things based on recommendation and Im super pleased with the items I purchased. He even threw in a bottle of their house ejuice (which Im really liking). I live an hour away from the store, but Ill absolutely be back. Great job guys!

Kane was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring my vape with me that day and was looking for a little pod. Before i chose some juice, he filled my tank with his own juice to get me started. Great service!

The employee who helped me may have been a manager, or even the owner. Im not sure who he was, but he was to the point, knowledgeable, and quick with the whole presentation of the products in stock. I was happy with the item I brought home, and am planning on going back when I need something else from a smoke shop.

Dope sauce 🤙🏼Very simple and small yet they have all the best important stuff.I think this shop is different cause it’s not clogged with overstock and useless rubble. At first glance it might seem too small and not have a lot to offer.But In my case they had the vape pod I needed which happened to be a rare one and a unique selection of Vape/salt juice.Was very happy 🤗

They have an awesome selection of vape products, and help to select exactly what you are seeking for s vape collection. LOVE the wide variety of the highest quality liquid flavors especially, but ALWAYS has something that fits my wish, and orders for us what we want if not. Better than ALL other vape stores within driving distance - we make the drive to go there -its so much better. Would (and have been) TOTALLY frustrated when they arent open (nights), and only waste money if I have to go some where else. It is THE ONLY VAPE PLACE TO TRUST within miles and miles of Santa Cruz. I dont know what we would do if they left or something. But thank God they are open all daytimes, or we eould, and sometimes do, wait, till yhey open. The ONLY Vspestore to bother with around so they get oyur vote 110%.Rich and Kris

I like this place. I have never came when the owner was there and still walked away with a deal every time. I have had an employee take out of his own tip jar just to cover me when I was short on cash. They have a great selection with good knowledge of the products. If you vape and or are beginning to vape, go here and know they arent trying to push a sale or rip you off. I have walked out happy and with a good deal Everytime. I tell everyone who asks me to go here.

Best vape shop ever! Ive been vaping for years and am very picky. I sent my mom in since its right by her work and she put me on the phone with Kane. Just with my obnoxiously vague description of what I wanted he confidently knew exactly what I would love. He hooked it up at a great price and even told me if I didnt like it I could bring it in and hed give me a deal to exchange for something else. My mom just got back with it. Kane is ok, just as long as he doesnt talk to you. No people skills, always bragging about being a convict, very rude. The other employees are awesome, nice, and give out discounts like water.

I was in town on vacation when the unthinkable happened, my tank fell to ground shattering the glass. I stopped at a head shop and was referred to this place. I got there early and one of the workers or owner showed up as I was peering longingly into the building. He opened up early and allowed me to purchase a new tank. (As they did not have replacement glass) would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I brought a friend by after I was asked what was the best spot for juice. Kane did not dissapoint. I pick up my juice here, and now my buddy does too.Simply put this is the only spot where locals should go to vape, get juice, or pickup hardware.👌

I love this place!! The owner himself got me set up with everything i needed and was cool enough to take his time and go though everything with me. I highly recommend this shop fot beginners to people who know what they want they can help you.

Best vape store in Santa Cruz County. The staff are legit. High quality juice with a great selection. Santa Cruz Vapors is the only place to go if you vape. Support local business and make this place your goto.

My go to vape shop above all else. Great prices, especially when buying 2 or more bottles. They carry the brand Zour which has great sour flavors which are always a hard find at other vape shops. He doesnt hike mod prices and have yet to see the same mods for more then beyond vape (which is a chain store and can afford to sell them for less because they buy bulk mods). Santa cruz vapors is a local store (duh), beyond vape has multiple locations. The selection has new additions all the time so its always cool to swing by just for a quick taste test. The house juice Pops is a favorite. I highly recommend going, say hey to jordan and kane and they will find the flavor for you.

Solid stock and knowledgeable staff who can definitely help you find what youre looking for. Theyre all from around here, giving this fine place that good ol Santa Cruz touch. My new go-to store for anything vape relayed. :)

WOW! what a pleasant surprise and difference from where I was going in Capitola near 41st & Capitola Rd. I actually walked in and there was not 2-4 employees creating a HUGE cloud of wanna-be-smoke that is actually very annoying (hey guys kind of amateur looking, really) . SC Vapors was low key, smoke/steam free and the gentleman Tommy assisting me was more about customer service and making sure I get the right setup over reciting all the laws that prevent them from giving customer service.... think about that for a moment. Bottom line, GREAT EXPERIENCE and I know where Im going from now on and referring my friends to. Paul

He and his bar employees helped me QUIT, painlessly, no stress and affordably. From nicotine Vap to zero nicotine juice, I smoked my last cig in less than 2 months. All who served the regulars & walk in traffic, customers from their station, behind the well stocked bar were extraordinarily/profoundly knowledgeable, pleasant and compassionate. Best service Ive had any vape shop. Prices are moderate a little high some but thats what you get with quality. Its clean tidy organized and they have everything that you need.

Went in for the first time and was greeted by Caine who helped us find exactly what were looking for as first time buyers, was extremely informative & helpful. Great fam vibe and with great prices. Great local shop to support.
