I’ll add to the 5 star reviews. I get a lot of massages from different therapists and Sammy (sp?) was outstanding. I got a 90 minute treatment. Lots of pressure (perfect), step technique both strong and subtle (bent leg hip pushing was especially unique and effective), stretching great. Just what I needed after too much golf! Price is fair. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience and as I visit Santa Cruz regularly I’ll be back again and again.

I had the best service here with Tammy, she has very good skills, nice and friendly! My back pain is getting better and better every time. This place is so clean and neat. I love it so much. And will be back for sure!

My wife and I did a 120 min couples massage. It was intense. Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied with our massages. Neither have had a massage that in depth. Know that you are receiving a massage that your body needs and its not just some foofooey massage. This is more like body manipulation to get the knots and junk out so your body can heal. Although it may not feel like it at the time. Ha! I would highly recommend and given the opportunity I would love to go back for another session. Excellent experience.

Beautiful spa environment. I got the soft treatment, with cbd oil. Great cost. My lady was so careful with my injured shoulder and leg. By the time she was done, I could raise my arm back over me head better then ever before.I came to santa cruz on vacation, this is a great place as a quick add in to your schedule.

Clean and friendly staff. They can accommodate last minute clients without prior appointments. Decent experience for a first timer, however, found 90 min deep Thai massage was a bit uncomfortable.

Legit traditional Thai massage. I got an excellent 2 hour from Tammy. After a drive across the country, lazy yoga is the way to go!

I and my husband visited for a couple massage, and got the amazing one here. We were very tired by long walk and they relaxed all the tightened body of us. They know which body parts are tight, know how to use from their finger tips to the foot with the right amount of pressure to make them relaxed. definitely will visit again at any chance.

Incredible. Such a relief to find a real Thai massage place that really knows what they are doing, utilizing walking on you with all their body weight and stepping on pressure points along the way and really stretching you and massaging at the same time.They are very professional and clean and have you fill out a form first regarding pressure and which part of the body you need more focus on.Tammy was amazing. Came in for a birthday message and was extremely happy. Tammy was so great, almost like she could read my mind. Knew when to push a bit harder and when to be gentle. She gave me an extra 15 minutes free because it was my birthday, and gave us an early bird pricing. I will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I came here for our anniversary and it was a lovely experience. We had a great couples massage and were served champagne alongside it. I honestly wish we could do this every weekend because the experience was amazing. The massage not only made me feel relaxed but really helped with the neck and back pain I had been experiencing. Had a 90 minute deep tissue with Nancy today. She was WONDERFUL. I’ve gotten many, many massages over the years—this was hands down one of the best I’ve ever received. She was very knowledgeable and found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had! The pressure was perfect and she was great about checking in with me about that during the massage. The place was clean, well organized, and the service fantastic. I’ll be back for sure.

Truly the best massage. My friend and I went in after a long week, and we left feeling relaxed. Clean and relaxing ambiance. Our masseuses were super kind and warm, and they knew how to get rid of the knots in our bodies. Look forward to going back!

Grand opening spa in Santa Cruz I love Thai massage and this place has exactly what I was looking for. The therapist asked if theres any parts that needed special attention.I like a lot of pressure so she started by walking on my back which I really loved then she worked on my whole body using her hands and elbows getting just the right spots.Massage ended with stretches which I loved even more! Its just like doing yoga but all you have to do is lie there and relax. Felt so much better when I left and already scheduled another one.

I didn’t know what to expect since the place is quite new but boy…it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the US. I chose deep tissue Thai massage. The masseuse was able to reach the pain spots in my entire body with uncanny accuracy. She was not messing around. For the full 60 minute session, it was so therapeutic that I felt immediate relief. After the session, I feel rejuvenated and renewed. I’m ready to get back to the gym and get stronger. Thank you Best Thai Spa for doing an amazing job. Pro tip: request for Nancy.

The gem of Santa Cruz is found above Mobo Sushi. I have received more healing from these women than I can ever describe in a review. This is the real deal. Wonderful experience.I went once a week for 4 weeks, and once every 2 weeks for a few months. Once energy was flowing consistently, I go once a month for maintenance.Give yourself this amazing gift of health and total wellness.

Had my first ever thai massage here today. Tammy was so wonderful and made me very comfortable throughout the entire experience. I had a really bad knot in my shoulder blades and I feel much better after our session. If you want a high quality thai massage for a reasonable price this is the place to go. Best Thai massage Ive had outside Thailand. I came in with muscles like rocks and Nancy worked wonders. I must have had 20 massages trying to soften up my IT band, no one ever made a difference until Nancy. If I lived here I would see her every week!

Possibly the best massage I have ever had. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. She knew exactly where my knots were and worked through them patiently. The place is very clean, quiet, and relaxing. They are also very flexible with their hours.

On par with some of the best Thai massages I had in Thailand, where I spent several months. Can fully recommend it.

I have been here twice in the last month and I plan to go back regularly. I like the Thai Deep treatment. The combination of traditional Thai techniques and Western deep tissue work really loosens up both muscles and joints. The Thai acupressure/deep tissue work gets down deep into muscles to provide maximum relaxation and loosening of tight, tired muscles. The passive stretching creates for me more flexibility of hip, knee, and shoulder joints and as a result I have less pain and discomfort in these joints with physical activity and during sleep. I have received massage therapy elsewhere in the Santa Cruz area and I give Best Thai Spa my highest recommendation.

Very professional and extremely satisfying massage. There was stretching which made all my pains and specifically I had a problem with my left knee and tight hamstrings which went away. There was no other place that was as good as this. Almost like magic! Thai massage is usually more firm pressure, so if you can relax and take it, I definitely recommend you go here! Wow.

My wofe and I went to Santa Cruz for my birthday weekend. The Santa Cruz beach with a cool breeze and smell of the ocean was all I thought I needed, until my wife found this place! Not only was the location a cool spot, my wife and I were able to have two hours of a relaxing massage for me and deep tissue massage for her. Something neither of us have had in YEARS and something that was MUCH needed for both of us. I would give this place more than five stars if I could! If you are on a quick or extended get away and want some time for YOU or YOU & WIFE, this is the place for you! Don’t miss out! These ladies get you, Nancy I think was her name was awesome! Am not one to post a bunch of reviews and am normally negative, but my wife is usually dying each morning and it’s been four days and she still is getting out of bed in the morning with minimal issues. Thai massage is for her and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Best Thai Spa experience was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and kind upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the massaged me was really good. I also really liked the oil they used. I dont usually like non scented oil but it was very lovely

Hands down one of the best massages Ive ever received, and Ive had plenty. Pressure was amazing. She focused on the whole body and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Only massage place Ill be spending money Santa Cruz.

Temmy’s massage was something unreal. She is master of her craft and paying attention to all issues in the body. Salon itself is also very nicely decorated with spacious and clean rooms with subtle and relaxing music. Will come again
