I was so happy to visit this lovely salon. Patrick was very professional. He looked at the photos I brought in, and he gave me the haircut I requested. I love the way my hair came out! The products he used made my hair smooth and smell amazing. I will definitely return for my next haircut. Great place, I highly recommend ⭐️

Great haircut! Patrick took the time to get to know my hair history, texture, issues, and preferences. Gave my hair the subtle shaping I was looking for. Products were clean and woodsy. The salon interior is lovely and one of the best in Santa Fe.

This salon is my new favorite salon. I loved how welcoming Patrick was when I arrived to get my hair done. Patrick is an amazing hair stylist! He did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair! I got my hair dyed as well and it was flawless. I can’t wait till next time! I will definitely be returning!

This salon is absolutely gorgeous ! The inside was very warm and welcoming and every detail made the interior gorgeous. Patrick did a great job cutting and styling my hair exactly how I wanted it! And they do much more than just hair cuts and styling! Definitely will be returning.

I won a free facial and had to cancel last minute twice due to unforeseen circumstances (first an emergency trip to another city, and then a car breakdown.) I apologized profusely both times, fully acknowledging that I wasted their time and feeling deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused; having worked in the service industry before, I understand how my actions could be seen as frustrating and disrespectful!However, the way Patrick, the owner and evidently also the phone receptionist, handled the situation was completely unprofessional. While I was apologizing and trying to reschedule, Patrick hung up on me and was displaying a lot of sass and attitude throughout the entire conversation. He was passive-aggressive and very rude. As the owner, he should have better control over his emotions and could have simply said, “If you want to reschedule, you’ll have to pay full price” in a calm and respectful manner. Instead, he responded with unnecessary sass, hung up on me, and I had to call back to try and reschedule.Such behavior from the owner is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service approach.Edit:After my initial negative experience with this salon, I was shocked to receive an invoice for the free facial that I won but could not attend due to unforeseen emergencies.Receiving an invoice for a service that was supposed to be free is not only unprofessional but also feels like a retaliatory move following my negative review. This is unacceptable and further demonstrates the poor customer service and unprofessionalism of this establishment.I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of this salon. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
