Walked in after a long day of work and needed some coils... sadly they had none in the store.. so Amanda went out of her way to call a co worker to see if she had some and she did!!! She brought them over right away too!! Amanda also showed me some awesome juice!!! Great people! Great products!

Cal State Vape is the very best Vape Shop Ive ever been to! All of the staff are so knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions. Everyone goes beyond and above to make your experience in their shop easy. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would.

My opinion is Cal State Vape is the only Vape Store in town. Their friendly knowledgeable staff are there to answer and help with any of your vaping needs. Its a nice clean store stocked with the most up to date equipment. They also carry the largest selection of brands and flavors that you can imagine, offered at a lower price than the competition. Its worth the time to stop by and check it out.

Excellent service, friendly staff that are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are really good at trying to match with what I am looking for in a juice. I always bring a few RBAs with me so I can try out different juice before I target what best satisfies my palate. There are times when they are out, bummer. Ill have to order online. Sometimes, before I make the trek to CSV, Ill call them first to see if they have the specific juice I am looking for. If they do, they will save it for me until I get there. There have been occasions where they have made an order for me and called me when it came in. These are great people & Ive been going there for about 3 years or so. I will continue to be a costomer for years to come unless the FDA bans Vaping, God Forbid!! :-(Overall this is a fantastic store, its clean and has an excellent lounge. Great place to hang out. I really enjoy going there. I recommend checking it out.

I was pretty excited to check this place out however my excitement, like throwing baking soda into a fire, was put out very quickly. Dont get me wrong, the shops inventory was enticing. It is a shame how unprofessional and flat out rude a majority of the staff was behaving. A lot of bad attitudes, unwillingness to help/advise not only myself but other people in the store, and just dreadful customer service as a whole. I will not be returning to this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.0/10

Be WARNED when purchasing from this place. Ive been purchasing vapes for years. Worst customer experience Ive had in any business. Really sad. The manager seemed so friendly when I was buying from her, but when my vape was defective(in the 30 day return policy), she played every trick she could to not be considerate. Saying that I wasnt on file, and the vape started working in store(it works off an on apparently), so she couldnt replace it or give me store credit.As politely as I could, I told her that I wasnt trying to take advantage of her, just that I wanted to be a satisfied customer. She told me that this conversation is over and kick me out of her store.Im 30 years old, respectful of others, and Ive never been kicked out of a store. The money isnt the issue here, its the lack of compation for customers. If you have a favorite vape shop, please please stick to it. Im from out of town and took a risk in purchasing here. I had to drive from out of town to be let down like this. I just wanted to have an adult conversation with her so that I could walk away at least feeling that she was empathetic towards my situation and not have to leave a review like this. The money is not the issue here.Very unfortunate.

This was my go-to vape store in the area. They had what I needed 9/10 times, as well as good deals any time I came in.Recently, over the course of the last two weeks, Ive tried to stop by 4 separate times. The first, they were closed with a sign saying they were out due to illness, and would be back noon the next day. That was fine. I came back the following day at 2 pm to find the same note, and no one to be found. Later in the week I stopped by around closing time to find the shop locked up. Today i stopped by, to see an open sign lit up, only for the doors to be locked up, with the TV on, lights on, but no one to be seen. I tried calling the phone number listed, and I went to the personal voice mail, which was full.Not sure whats changed recently, but this is forcing me to find other shops for even the basics.

Ive been coming here for 3 years now and this place is one of the best run businesses Ive ever been to period!!!! The prices are very fair, the deals they throw periodically are great, and the owners are absolutely awesome and the staff has always been super helpful and courteous, cant recommend this place enough!

Well on top of them knowing and having everything you could need vape related they also sell cbd and actually cbd dog treats and one day i was picking up a bottle of juice and i saw those cbd dog treats. Well i though my dog had been in a lot of pain latley older lab and i figured they wouldnt hurt so i bought them. I went home gave one to my dog and in about a hr or two you could tell she was feeling better she was jumping around a little more get up out of bed easier i mean these treats are amazing the releif it brought me to actually have something that is helping her is insane. Thank you guys so much you are the most amazing vape shop i have ever been to and i plan on being back for some of t hose amazing cbd dog treats!

The best thing about this shop is the owners & staff, hands down. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and if you come on the right day, you can meet the canine staff members! 😍

Im from out of state, needed a new atomizer for my vape, entered Calstate Vape and was greeted by Kassie, by far one of the most informitive helpful people i have ever met, bar none, she took interest in what i needed for an atomizer and was sure to get the best one that fit my lifestyle, Calstate has a rockstar on their hands
