Recently purchase something from the Santa Rosa store. After two weeks the worst thing that I could imagine happening happened, and this item stopped working. I came to the store I purchased with proof of purchase hoping to exchange for a working product only to be told that I can only find resolution by sending it back to the company that made it because they do not offer any type of warranty on anything. basically a buy at your own risk type situation. I tried to explain that I felt a bit uncomfortable about having to mail item away to manufacture and wait for something to happen when I feel the store should honor the product they sell at the store and just replace it. But instead it’s now on me to resolve and the Mighty Quinn just keeps my money and sends me on my way.this feels like the opposite of customer service. All people please think twice before you purchase something with your hard earned money here remember NO RETURNS AND ALL SALES FINAL zero stars

I haven’t even gotten my order yet and I wanted to go ahead and rate this shop so that I don’t forget.I accidentally ordered two of the same item and they just called from the shop to verify the order. When I told him I only wanted one he corrected my order and refunded the money to my card for the second item. Now that is service! I’ll be buying more from this shop!

The Mighty Quinn is more than simply a tobacco and pipe shop. They are a staple of Northern California! Generationally owned and community based, the store is a cannabis museum that knows exactly what it means to be a “head shop”. They don’t skimp out on a thing! They have it all and then some. Tanner is awesome and really knows the products they are selling. Nice to go to a shop and not only have a great selection to choose from but have people who know what they are talking about.

Best shop for quality glass and above-and-beyond customer service. Our hearts were so full. We had stopped by three similar stores in the area before landing at The Mighty Quinn, so the contrast was fresh—this place blows the others out of the bongwater. And I’m not blowin’ smoke here.

The mighty Quinn is as much a museum of stunning functional glass art as it is a basic smoke shop with trusted hardware and a variety of accessories to enhance the ritual. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about all the gadgets and then some.

Bought some night time cbd gummies and they only take about a half hour to kick in. Im happy with them.

Awesome customer service, I found them on their website and called about a specific piece I seen and they answered all my questions about it even emailed me some pics of other colors they had in stock! Easily the best chain of smoke shops/head shops in the North Bay Area, if not the state. I love every single location, Napa, Santa Rosa, San Rafael, and Petaluma. They have a wide range of products in a wide range of prices, and the staff is knowledgeable as well as friendly. These stores are a staple of North Bay history, and the ownership is local and family based. Its always a pleasure to go in and see the very best in addition to the cutting edge of the industry on display.

Tanner is awesome! I went in hoping to only spend $50, which he gave me the option to do however he was so knowledgeable and gave me all the right options, so I ended up spending almost $200 (seriously give this guy a raise lol) 5 stars without blinking.

I love this shop im sorry to say i have not been there in some years. But i can say that i have been coming to the quinn for over 20 years. I will never forget they made sure that i was able to keep my glass clean by shipping me a case of cleaner at a time when i lived out of state. The people were always real nice and ready to help and answer all my needs. every time came to cali for a visit i made sure i came by to see the shop to get something to bring back. like i said its been over 20 years that i have been shopping there. And for sure i would tell anyone to shop therethanks guys for all of the good years

Being a Santa Rosa native, I cant count on a more consistent & courteous team of people working the counter.Out of every smoke/vape shop in all of Sonoma County Ive ever been to, this shop is the only one I could ever come to & consistently count on to cover every single need I may have. They answer any question I may come up with (and yes, Ive been to over 13+ different shops over the years, of which, some dont even exist anymore).Over the years, I unintentionally found myself coming back to The Mighty Quinn on Santa Rosa Ave & buying/building all my set-ups/rigs over the years.
