Happy Health Spa

We have been going there for many years and lately have really enjoyed getting massages from both Amy and Nana. I tried to make an appointment yesterday, but the person answering the phone did not speak much English; still, I thought she understood. Today we show up and they have no record of an appointment..I am not even sure they know what an appointment is. Talking to them is almost impossible; neither of the two women there spoke any English. We wanted to get a couples massage, but they no longer have a couples room. And, for some reason, they added a TV to each room. My guess is that they changed ownership. I hope they know that anyone answering the phone needs to be able to speak at least some English. Sadly, I am now looking for a new legit Asian massage place that does couples. NOT Happy!

I had been to this place before a year ago but now it looks much better. I went for a massage, they welcomed me pleasantly with a nice smile, they gave me a back massage and I noticed that the place has been remodeled. It looks cleaner I liked it I will come back next time

I used to love this place but never again. I called & set an appt. for my son and I and for the third time this year, they didnt have enough staff and didnt remember the call until I showed them on my phone. Businesses like to charge for no shows but I arranged my schedule, drove, parked, payed for parking and no one is paying for my lost time.

This place is great, my girlfriend pushed me to go because my back and neck were sore. I went for a 60 minute massage but it was great so I stayed for 90. Cynthia has great hands and she is very nice.

*importance I am the second person who is on here saying that the curtains outside the doors do not cover the person changing completely it’s uncomfortable to change when people can see you as they walk by.Massage was decent, but so much time was spent over the sheets like 40 mins and then like 20 mins or less of oil use. I also wasn’t asked if I was comfortable with someone sitting on me so that took me by surprise. It would have been nice to be asked or told before hand..I don’t know if everyone has to pay upfront but if you do that then you can’t tip after so I find this practice inconvenient. Please tell people ahead of their appointments you need cash.Thank you

I have been going to Happy Health Spa for many years. I can always count on a great massage. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They give you your moneys worth. It is a clean respectable place. The best in town in my opinion.

Out of all the Massage Places Happy Health Spa is one of the best. The ladies are very Friendly and Welcoming. I got the Best Massage of all. The Lady was a bit older than me, but she was very Gentle and caring. I went back sometime later and got the same great Friendly service. I will most defenantly be going back in the future.

I went for a massage. She asked if I want her to walk on my back. I declined. She continued to ask as I declined 3 times. I got the feeling she just didn’t want to work. She then proceeded to kneel on my back and only used her knees and feet while sitting on my back. She would sit still for 30 seconds to a minute at a time doing nothing, just kneeling on me. Then after that she started massaging my neck using her feet. As I thought she was again just lazy, I got off the table and left the place. She said she could use her hands but I was already 30 minutes into a 60 minute massage. I just got the feeling she was lazy and wanted to stand up and walk on my back without really giving me a massage. I never leave reviews because I believe that it can be misunderstood by both parties and people are picky. I’m not picky. I believe that if you go to this massage place you will be very disappointed. There are many places close by that are worth the try. They didn’t offer a partial refund and seemed shocked that I would leave. They didn’t offer any customer service to resolve the problem. They are not professional. Conflicts arise but are normally easily resolved. Not with this place. Save ur money and go somewhere that cares.

Amy is amazing! She gave me the best massage Ive ever had and I used to be a massage therapist, so thats saying a lot. I need deep pressure and she gave me exactly what I needed, checking to make sure the pressure wasnt too much, which it never was.The prices are incredible, everyone was friendly and professional and Amy is simply amazing.Ill definitely be going back regularly.

Excellent massages. Came in on a Monday Morning for a couples massage. They were able to take us right away. Got set up in a room with two tables and got two excellent massages. My partner loves deep tissue and the woman working on her was able to hit all the tight spots. Im more of a medium massage guy and the woman working on my also did an excellent job. She checked in on pressure frequently to make sure. At the end we got wiped down with a nice hot towel to remove any residual oil. Felt very nice. Will definitely come back any time we are passing through Santa Rosa.

I will give 0 star if I could. unprofessional massage. Terrible service. When I go in there they do not have a reception to guide the costume. So the lady use my massage time to go out of the room to talk to those people who were walk-in for a massage. At least she went out 5 times plus. The door was halfway open when I was naked.I told her I dont need to press so hard on my back.she did not change. After the massage. I end up with my back. And my ankle hurts. I Used to go the mespa. the lady at Mespa massage me well(i can not get a appointment so I try this spa). I feel relaxed there.I got bug bites and itch after the massage. Not sure if those shifts are clean.At the end I pay her. She asked for tips. I am not happy about it. Because I do not feel relaxed at all.so I asked her how much I need to tip you. She said it doesnt matter. whatever you feel like. So I gave her 10 bucks. She said no, at least you need to tip me $20. So I was so uncomfortable. But I still, tip her.The worse part was when she stepped on my back. I can feel she has callus(dead hard skins). On her plantar feet that scratch my back. I mean. If you need to sever with feet. At least you need to keep them nice.So its actually why the menus are very cheap, but it end up experience, Uncomfortable.and if you want bug bits, itch , muscle hurts. Welcome to give it a try.

What a joke! The masseuse was going really slow and takes time to go out and host other guests, I paid cash, and she was asking about big tips at the end, if you know how hard I work for that money you will be ashamed of what you are doing to make that $60 per hour plus tips. Do better job ladies! This is 🇺🇸, we need hard worker not lazy money collectors!

Good oriental-style massage. This is not the place to go for specific work or for a modality of your request. You pay up front to make sure they dont get burned - fair. They request a tip up front if you pay by card. I always bring cash for this reason. You pay them the going rate up front and then after the massage, give the therapist a tip. Nobody really speaks much English here, but most Oriental massage employees dont. Ive been lucky to have the same therapist every time, but I still dont know her name. I will and do come back. Its a lot slower pace than Jessie Jings and the style of massage is better and less routine. I like that the draping style is essential draping only, though for some, it may be a bit revealing.

Great massage. It was very professional. Not sketchy at all. No illegal services were offered. Greeted with a friendly woman. And asked how long of a massage I wanted I said 60 min. The massage was 60 min long. Was given water and a warm thank you before I left. Worth the value and such friendly service.

This is a place where negative stars would come in handy. Came in, payed for an hour massage (49 plus two dollar fee) on my debit card then they decided they’re booked and can do a chair massage only, for half an hour, then the rest of the money can be a tip. This is all before I got worked on.They did refund my transaction, but sneaky and unprofessional. What a waste of time and parking fees.

Just dont come here. I read some of the other reviews that said it was alright, and figured I could get a gift certificate for my mom but after buying it I instantly regreted my decision.Not only did the front desk lady did not speak english, but once I figured out she was asking me what tip to give the massuse (before a massage was even given) she laughed at me when I gave a small tip. Also, the place is creepy and other customers look like they are going there to get happy endings. Man I wish I could burn this certificate but I already spent 50 bucks on it.

The massage it was compleatly NOT profesional and even not relaxing. They says is a deep tissu massage and shiatsu and they don.t know really what they are doing. The girls were going in and out all the time interrupting the massage, talking between them, laughing, full of noises, not covering your body necked as a profesional do, leaving the door open... also it wasn.t an hour as we paid. I. m write that not only to don.t waste your money there also because i think thea health of your body is in danger in this place.

Really unprofessional draping. They should really be reported as you will be completely and unnecessarily exposed in the glutes and privates. Also, the woman sneezed directly on my back...disgusting!

Cindy is one of the best therapists town! Price up front is cheap, but tipping is essential. Even with that tho, still is a great deal if youve a skilled therapist.

Great massage but I don’t like the lady on the front desks asked me for how much the trip I wanted to give to massage lady and she is really not nice. I don’t think I want to go back there again even I like the massage lady very much.

Terrible service, demanding tips after answering the phone none stop during massage and not even doing the full hour.

Had such a great massage today I will definitely be back I just wish I got the name of the lady that did my massage she was excellent she made me feel comfortable and very relaxed

Iv had back and neck issues for a long time. I was hit in the drivers door by another car on highway 101. Lotsa problems. I go see amy and she finds my problem spots and works them out . So I can have relief. There the best .

I wasnt satisfied this time, went on Sunday for a deep tissue massage I ended up having soft touches, she said walking would be effective I said ok, then she walked for 1min then she stopped, I felt like she wasnt even happy by giving a massage cause I paid using credit card instead of cash, anyway, long story short, this place has some good serious people and a lazy one, unfortunately, I happened to have the lazy one on Sunday, is she certified?

We just tried it today!! It was great the ladies were very sweet to my friend and I. The massage was perfect and peaceful.

Not very good not very relaxing they soak your feet for 15 mins and dont do anything why soaking other places do. Back part was good but thats about it. Not relaxing at all
