Since flame opened up it became my go to spot. The shop is very open figuratively and literally, when you walk in you get visual of the whole store to be greeted by one of the friendly security staff. The bud tenders always try and help you find a product that’s right for you, becoming a regular like my self you obviously get to build sweet relationships like my guy Ted who’s been helping me out since the place opened. To make it short this place has great daily deals, a great location and great people!

Went here for the first time on Memorial Day. They had some great deal going on. Most of all the selection of any product is huge. Great place to go for lots of options. Lizzie was the bud tender that helped me out. She was very kind and helpful with all the products. Would definitely recommend checking Flame out when youre in the area.

Prices are always a good deal. Ashley is so helpful and doesn’t mind how long it takes to help me find the products I need. She’s definitely one of my favs but I think everyone here is wonderful!

Huge selection of different brands and products, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s super clean and well organized, and you get to skin the wheel for a coupon at the end do each visit. Ashely helped me out today and was friendly and fun to talk to. She helped me pick out an infused pre-roll that I’m excited to try tonight!

I know nothing about Cannabis and I wanted to get a birthday gift for my daughter, Lizzie helped me select an amazing group of products that my daughter absolutely loved, the staff was amazing and the entire purchase experience was wonderful, easily the best retail experience I have had in any capacity. Lizzie introduced me to the owner Steven who was also very nice, socialable and knowledgeable!I live this place and have recommended it to friends and family!

I went in with a budget and they spent so much time with me, going above and beyond, making sure I got something that worked. I didn’t get their names, but there was a guy and gal behind the counter and a security guard; ALL of whom were kind, generous, and welcoming. Not to mention, you get to spin a prize wheel for a deal before you go that you get to use as a discount for next time. My new favorite dispensary. Such a fun experience. Have shopped here a couple times today I sent my girl in to get some cartridges for me,it was her first time so 30% off right. They send me messages of deals all week and then when she goes in there and tries to get a deal as her first time purchase they tell her she wouldnt be able to use her 30% on the deals because of their system? They got good products but I just want to point out literally ANY Dispo around town will honor that first purchase discount with in store deals. Ill just stick to the sweetspot . 25% off everyday ,entire store. Cant beat it. Maybe work on that system Flame.

Got a huge discount my first time here. Pretty great items. I am Very satisfied with my purchase. Employees are kind and very welcoming.

Not worth the hype, they have stickers that aren’t the same description of the item and prices as well aren’t them same as it says on the sticker once they run it through it comes out as a different price, I also wanted carta but only had disposables I didn’t want disposables but they so badly wanted to sell me a disposables. They either run you the wrong product or wrong price. Keep an eye out when you’re paying make sure the math is right. I also believe I met the owner of the establishment he is very condescending he wants to sell what I don’t want, doesn’t listen to customers, and I believe his wife works there too since he was very close with one of the budtenders nice to see them work together but they need to pay attention to what the customers want instead of just paying attention to each other . I DO NOT RECOMMEND, FLAME IS NOT 🔥👎

Great customer service in general but Lizz was exceptional...really helpful and chill... definitely coming back... there are only 2 dispensaries I like, and this is one of them... definitely!...

Stopped there a few times and yesterday on the way home I thought one of the bags I purchased felt lighter than another strain from the same company. So I came back this morning and explained to the employees (Jordan & Carl) my situation. They were more than happy to exchange the item but we still compared bags and to my surprise they were all the same size. Smaller in comparison to other 1/2 oz. One employee (Kayden) mentioned he had a scale and ask if me if I wanted to weigh it for a peace of mind.I began to feel embarrassed when they were all spot on but when they were still willing to exchange it I decided to keep the one I had so they didnt have to go through the whole system and fix my mistake lol.Long story short, great store with an amazing team. Alexis knows her strains and she always sells me the FIRE!!!!I know I could have prevent this by weighing it myself at home, but them I got high, but then I got high, but then I got hiiiiigh! LOL🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾🤣😂

Its super close to my house which is convenient, but its not like Sparc which is the ONLY dispensary that really stands out when it comes to being able to walk around and grab your own products. I hoped this dispensary was gonna do something like that.
