These guys are great. Their prices are mid for a head shop but all the employees are always enthusiastic about helping. For context, theyre owned by an American hippie guy.

FEBRUARY 7THWent in and bought some 18650 batteries and TY was very helpful and took care of my needs.

So you guys are still there was the 1st thing I thought when I saw the piece of pipe sign painted on that brick wall! But at the same time, I asked myself are they? Cuz sometimes it doesnt even look like you guys are still open! That said when I went inside you guys still have very amazing glass and staff is more than adequate,helpful & polite! But its still just same dark musty place that I went to 20 years ago! And prices are a little high compared to some of the other shops! Felt like nostalgia is what got me in there door and if Im being honest I havent been back since! And whats sad is I used to go there a bunch seeing as my sister used to live down on the side street right there oak or whatever it is, and she was in all the time! And because she was in I was in! I dont know, Im sad, cuz I really,really wanted to be able to give you guys a better rating! Anyway hang in there!

Peace pipe over time has become my go-to place in Sonoma County. Recommended to the community friends and family.

This place has all the necessities but the last time i went in will probably be the last. I realized too late that Id been charged over $30 for 2 bottles of Randys black label cleaner. Either the price went up 50% from the manufacturer or theyre just straight up gouging. None of the other local shops I frequent charge more than $8-$10 per bottle.

After they sold me a fake diamond bowl , I was told my soen name tye that I cna get 20% off when I went to get my dis out on literally a 30$ purchase they said we cant verified that. I sold can you call the person. Then when I tir2d to return the object before I left they refused to take itvqvk. Do not shop here!!!!!!! They sell fake products and have horrible customer service

Peace pipe will most likely have about 80-90% of what you want/need. Just be ready to pay a little more than normal. They upscale prices. Dont believe me? Next time you buy something call any other smoke shop on the ave and ask them for a price check.Love the service, if I wasnt so impatient mighty Quinn wouldve sold me the product for its original price when they restocked. But I bought it at peace pipe for 15$ more 😬

Dont judge a book by its cover. This motto is also relavent to stores as it turns out, from the looks of it you could never discern the deceptively relavent little market nestled behind the retired gasstation storefront. Yes parking is a little tricky if there are more than a few patrons, although, i have not had the occasion in which i had to park anywhere but the VIP spots directly in front. They have pretty much all commodities in which you would seek, visiting such an establishment. Their knowledge on the produts they carried was unsurpassed and employees were eager to assist in any way, both kind and courteous. I *HIGH*LY recommend this store for all you peacepipe enthusiasts. *no pun intended

I cannot remember the employees name that assisted me, but, he was very helpful and patient. He saw my name tag I was wearing, as it turns out, he shops at my work too. It never ceases to amaze me how much our lines of work bring people together, and theres a sense of comradery, as well as a unification within our community. Thank you Peacepipe! Another store that is way over priced!! Buyer beware!! They will lie and say its because of the price of living is going up 😂 what a joke. If you want to get charged 2-3x the price of what it is actually worth this is the place for you. They are definitely not fair with prices. I was short 37cents and they would not lower the price so I could buy what I needed. Went down the street and got the same item for $3 cheaper.

Yes it’s the holiday weekend but the Whip it elite was recommended by a customer rep., and they DO NOT fit standard size. Most everything is sold out ( understandably). But when getting home I immediately called Peacepipe and the manager recommended that I that off the plastic sleeve of the charger- it’s not that, it’s the diameter of each charger. It’s too large. Do not buy these. You will not be able the cut each sleeve off, or get an exchange from your item unfortunately.

Have been here a few times and I really like the place. They have a nice selection of glass and vape mods. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable. Im new to vaping so I needed help picking out a mod and the lady who works there went over my best options in detail which helped me pick the right one.

Great place I live out of town.. I needed a new 🍯 bucket long story short the 30mill I didnt work good and Ive had plenty of them.... I spent $333.31 and forgot my receipt they gave me a better one... I will go back

Shop/brand loyalty is important to me, & PPipe is wonderful about sending my Vector lighters to the factory for warranty repairs. They never complain when I make this request every 9 mos-year, or that I rotate groups of 2or3 Vectors; I have 7 or 8 & I spend at least $20 or more on each of them, so I have a tiny investment going on. With this collection, I am set up for a while.

I Purchased a piece that leaks from the bottom and I when I went back into the store to exchange it I was greeted by Ariel..... I guess I could start by saying that shes young and possibly inexperienced in the land of customer service because in the land of customer service the worst thing you could do is make the customer feel inferior or not wanted or you could stoop so low as to even call them a liar. She was combative and told me point blank that she would do nothing she would not exchange the piece I purchased for one that doesnt leak and I was stuck with it. I shop here because its close to home Ive been shopping here for the past six years because its close to my house but now Im going to go out of my way to go to the competitor down the road. Because I simply cannot justify spending another dime at an establishment that treats their customers so badly. Thanks Ill be pass.

Absolutely fell in love with this shop we had traveled from humboldt and forgot some much needed supplies and the guy was super friendly and the glass is great high quality the shop has a great vibe Im so happy we stopped .....thank you for all your help !!!!we greatly appreciated you!!!and whenever we visit Santa rosa we will stop and spend some $$😀

Chill and friendly staff. I usually don’t like going into smoke shops because i feel pressured but these guys were extremely chill and helped me while being super friendly and understanding.

They have horrible customer service Ive been going there for 7 years now I live right down the street and since I started smoking e-cigs I became an everyday regular customer and Ive spent a lot of money there. I used to shop there almost daily I wont step foot in that place now! I was treated horribly by one of the employees the girl with green hair on more than one occasion the first two I overlooked. Anyways the first time I bought some coils I told her I needed a certain size even asked her to make sure that they were the size that I had asked for and they would fit my ecig she said yes they would ( the size was not displayed on the package) I got home and when the first one didnt work I opend the second one thinking it was just the first one that was messed up somehow and the second one didnt work so I went back to return them I could only return the three that were unopened although it was her $12 mistake on my budget they were 5.99 each I overlooked it and said that that was fine I understood. the second time I went in there with my mom and my fiance to buy e-juice I had been in there already once earlier that day and bought something from her and I didnt have my ID that was fine my mom could buy the stuff for me but no she told me I had to leave the store and couldnt be in there without my ID I said okay but I just bought something in here earlier & I come in here all the time dont you remember me I dont need to buy anything she told me I needed to leave right now and I could come back when I had my ID on me this struck me as very rude but whatever third time was the last straw I had gotten a $37 scale from them a few days earlier and when I went to use it for the first time it needed to be calibrated and it was not working right so I walked over to the smoke shop and told her I had purchased a scale from them a few days ago and I think it needs to be calibrated I asked if she could do that for me she said you need to leave, you need to leave right now right now! you cannot be in here with that! I was so shocked and offended bye how rude she was she didnt have to come at me like that I hadnt even pulled it out of my purse yet she had never even seen the thing, I said thats fine I dont need you to fix it for me can I just buy these E-juices ? she said you need to leave right now and dont come back until you put the scale in your car. I almost told her I dont even have it on me but my feelings were very hurt and I was shocked that she just treated me like that so I just left. There was no reason at all for her to treat me like that Im not one to judge but Im not a f****** drug user I dont smoke pot & I bought the scale to count out rhinestones and beads that I sell on eBay my mom was mortified by the way she treated me & I could tell by the look on her co-workers faces that they were too anyways I took the scale to another smoke shop come to find out theres something wrong with it its defective I had to buy a new one and I guess Im just burnt on $37 or so dollars I just cant believe that they would treat someone who comes there as often and spend as much money as I do there with so much disrespect for no reason at all I will never go into that store again they do not care at all about their customers

The young group of people who work there are so polite and very well knowledgeable and have no problems showing you some beautiful hand blown glass pipes and charms highly recommend them

They sell the cheap junk that doesnt work proper. Spent a long time talking to the dumb girl running the store only to be sold a nector collector that does not work it cant hold water past the holes so you dont get the cooling action ...I was super clear i wanted this...since i was gifted one that is not water cooled and was upgrading.. only to be screwed out of my money for something that wasnt even made right!!!!

Good ol Peace Pipe, the go to smoke shop thats been around forever, and is close by. Good place with a lot of interesting items. Some are true works of art that are fun to look at regardless of whether or not you smoke.

Best smoke shop in santa Rosa hands down great service and stuff is almost half the price of the mighty Quinn for example formula 420 to clean my piece is 6 dollars out the door mighty Quinn I went there because I was 1 block away asked for the same product 9.99 plus tax
