Michaels Reflexology center

I would like to put in a good word for Michaels Reflexology. My experience has been for several years and I have used other local, comparable businesses. Both my wife and I prefer the personnel, ambience and treatment at Michaels. My wife prefers the value of the foot massage while prefer the full body massage experience. I have found the massage therapist to be intuitive and responsive to my individual aches and pains. I highly recommend Michaels Reflexology.

Great massage, good price! I get massages regularly, and decided to try this place. There’s a beautiful Koi pond when you walk in and the atmosphere is nice and clean and friendly, good vibes. Got a great 90 minute massage, including hot stones which was a nice surprise. The masseuse was very intuitive and spent extra time on my neck and side where I was sore. Very professional, she went the full allotted time, and used enough pressure and also was very caring. I will go back again! Highly recommend.

This massage shop has been renovated and re-adjusted.Every room is very warm. Their masseurs are new .They are very professional. Every girl is very gentle and beautiful. They have long black hair. They work very hard.Nana gave me a good massage,she treated my cervical spine and back pain, I got a good relaxation, and the price is not expensive. But I was told to write this if I were you I would stay away from this place nothing but a cheater that owns the place

I had a wonderful experience at Michaels last week. I had scheduled an appointment for a 90 minute massage and as I was pulling out of my driveway, I got into a little fender bender! I was so frazzled, and I called and spoke to Eva and explained that I needed to deal with what had just happened and Id call back. She was so kind and said no problem, and after I dealt with the accident, I called back and asked if they could still take me even though I was late now. She was so accommodating, and now I REALLY needed a massage to de-stress so I was grateful they were able to see me. When I got there, Eva greeted me and was so compassionate. I had a WONDERFUL massage, the perfect pressure and the hot stones are so soothing! Everyone was so nice to me. I felt so cared for! I will definitely be back.

One of the better massages I have had in Santa Rosa. Friendly staff, clean premises. I had the full body massage while my wife had a foot massage. Both were very good and left us relaxed. Will definitely go back.

I was in town to run some errands and had a bit of extra time on my hands. My work is tough on my body so finding a place that I could get some bodywork seemed like a good idea. I appreciate this places affordable rates and ability to make a last minute appointment. During my one hour body massage the therapist had their routine and adjusted to spend more time with my trouble areas. Their technique and grace with these areas was lacking. The areas got rearmed and jammed without any precession or tact. I didnt say anything at the time because I figured something was better than nothing and their was a bit of language barrier as well. When it was time to pay for the services I vocally gave a number to be added for a tip that I felt was still reasonable regardless of quality of service. She acted like she did not understand what I was saying, but when I increased the amount of the tip about 43%, she quickly understood and put this number in the credit card machine. Ive seen this technique used at other walk in day spas as well. My pain level had increased from before I had entered the establishment and it was even difficult to drive the 2 hours back to wear I was staying. If you have a particular issue you want addressed with your body, I would stay away from here. If you just want to take some time to relax and get rubbed on for awhile like a dog, then this place might be just fine for you.

Decided to try this place. The lady at the front is very nice and there is a calm energy that makes me relax immediately. The massage therapist focused on relaxing and relieving pain, making sure I was happy with the massage. Will return for sure!

The owner it’s the most unprofessional person ever I have ever met!When I was there I asked for a female masseuse and he told that he had a lady; when he showed up in the room start giving a massage saying that she was busy and my wife pregnant didn’t want any massage for a good reason. He kept asking for the forth time if he could give a message to her.I start thinking that it was very unprofessional.Left the room saying that she was gonna come…We decided to leave and he didn’t take well and started yelling at us.This guy its abusive with costumer and I don’t want even think how would be with is employee.He should be soon out of business soon!!

Love going to this place. Reflexology is $25/hour but, compares to other reflexology places, they do a whole body massage. Price is low but expected to tip $5 — all together $30 for an hour of bliss is a great deal.Ambience is not wonderful but for the price very reasonable. Massagers are quiet, courteous and usually understand English quite well.

Super unprofessional, unable to communicate as no one speaks english. They didnt give my mother and I the full 60 minute massage only 45 minutes. And we asked for change for our 20 dollars tip that we wanted to break down and he said no sorry this is tips and as we tried to explain they didnt give the complete hour we had payed for they both walked to the back room completely ignoring us. I shouldnt have even handed him the money to ask to break the $20 bill because they refused to hand it back. I asked for their names the female was Lisa and the man was “Peter” he said but who knows if he made that up. He is normally in the front desk and answers the calls. Horrible service! 0/10 super unsanitary as well as they cough though out the massage and his fingers smell strong like cigarettes. Nasty !!

This place was amazing!!! Also they except cards too! The massage was requested deep tissue and another regular and both didn’t stop and continued with the same pressure that hit all our muscles that needed to be relax! 10/10 would recommend and would come again and at a low cost as well for 25$ you get a full body massage that will leave you feeling like jelly.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I went there later one evening, as it says that they are open until 10, I was told that, just the day I went, they were closing at 9, despite no signage posted. I decided, due to extreme pain, that I would try a 30 min massage, and advised the gal, using my google translator, that my neck and shoulders needed the most work and she could just concentrate there and she nodded. I have to say, she barely touched there AND had the audacity to scoff when O signed my receipt at the end without adding a tip, because I had cash to give her. There were 3 people there at the desk staring at me, including her, as I handed over her tip. One lady, who I am assuming is someone in charge, applogized, but at that point, I was already so irritated, I walked out saying thank you.

This massage, whether for the fabulous foot variety or the standard body massage, is such a wonderful event in your day that you wont easily believe it is actually so inexpensive. Michael, the owner and manager, has a talent in hiring as it seems that all his masseuses and masseurs are somehow above par in ability. One of the best is named Helen; she is a true talent as the energy from her open heart chakra flows strongly through her strong fingers into your awaiting body. Again, do note that the foot massage at half price is a true bargain by any standard and does include many aspects of the full body massage including neck and face!

Killing time between Pliney beers at Russian River and out delayed flight, amazing experience. Cash only, $40 foot reflexology included a head and neck massage while in a reclined chair. Then we were moved to another area to lay face down on a massage table for a back massage that included butt and legs. We took our shirts off for this (husband and I) but they gave me a towel to cover up. Good time.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I had previously made an appointment and when I came in they said they couldnt find my appointment. The front desk person did not speak English very well so it was very hard to communicate. Then I got taken to a table and I got undressed and a female person (as I had requested) had started on my back. Within a minute of that, the front desk person grabbed her away saying six people were booked for that time(which is very unprofessional as she had already started on me and then abruptly had to leave). Then after five minutes, the front person came back in and said Ill have someone in 2 minutes and gave me water. Lay there for 15 minutes with just a towel on me a then a guy (who I assume worked there) peeked in. And he did not speak english very well as I tried to communicate. As I had requested a female messager( I myself am female) I found that upsetting. I told him to leave and I was getting dressed. As I was getting dressed he came back in and I had to yell at him to leave, all the while I was putting my clothes on. All the time he did not understand what I was saying. In his defense, I dont think he was a creep. Just seemed he was confused and not trained properly on boundaries (and did not understand English). I had to go to the front desk and then express my anger at the very unprofessional and chaotic way they were running their business. Not to mention the complete lack of proper communication. I really hope the business understands that this is not a way to run a message business. I went there to relax but instead felt stressed, uncomfortable, slightly violated and in general extremely frustrated and angry! I usually dont make a fuss but this was really unacceptable. Even people waiting at the reception left because they saw how angry I was.

Good bang for your buck. I go weekly, it is a massage with clothes staying on. I get the hour foot massage for $25 but it does include working on your entire body.

Ok, We always go to the place on 4th Street Santa Rosa... and it is a deal at 25$ YET, impersonal and rushed. I called to get us in and again the times did not work, SO we tried Michaels Reflexology on 2nd st Santa Rosa,, Same price,better experience... This will now be our 1st choice and 4th st our second choice

Absolutely hands down the best money Ive ever spent for a massage and an incredible price to boot!

I tried to go there to get a foot massage. No one spoke English and they tried to use Google translate but the translation didnt make sense. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else!
