This service allows 15 minutes in between services with tea and cookies served. A robe, slippers, and a tote is provided for you to take your belongings from service to service.I am a Licensed Esthetician and a Massage therapist certified. I have many years of experienced working in this field. I know how I want to feel when I get any spa service.Presently I’m working as a retail department manager. I put many hours standing and moving around the store all day. When I went to Spa Bliss last Sunday I was due for a pampering experienced.Since it was Sunday when I arrived there I have to wait outside the door for short time and text the spa to let them know I was there. “Patience is a virtue” so I was fine waiting. When the door open, I was greeted nicely, the smell inside the spa and the relaxing background music right away brought me to a very peaceful place. The staff were friendly and helpful.How was the service? The massage, body scrub was incredible. My massage therapist was so professional and I believe this is Definately her vocation. From beginning to start I felt amazing! When it comes to the facial it was really good. The esthetician was friendly and she gave me a brief consultation and my favorite part was the face cooling mask and hot towels!!!!Overall I recommend this place if you want to unwind and walk away from all the noise out there. Is very relaxing.I rated it 4 stars because is only my first time there and I want to know more about the overall services. My massage therapist gave me a 5 star service!

My sons gifted me a trip to this business. The staff was very nice & accommodating. The ambiance and my tiredness made me drift in and out of sleep quickly. The massage & facial werent the best Ive had, yet they were decent. Although I didnt know exactly WHAT they had paid for, my expectations were a little higher; especially after seeing that the ticket price was right at $200. Yet again, I did leave relaxed.

I enjoyed a day at the spa to celebrate my birthday. Girls day!!! Tashisha gave me the BEST massage that I ever had in my life. She certainly had some different techniques that were amazing, especially with her incredibly strong hands and arms. Be sure to book her, you will not be disappointed!!! What a great way to step into my 60’s! ❤️

I definitely recommend this spa. They were able to accommodate a group of four of us at once (with advanced reservations). My masseuse was Keith who did a fabulous job. The massage was so relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure. I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. My sister said the same thing about her massage. I highly recommend!

I scheduled a massage for my husband and paid in full at the time of booking. They asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity, and I declined, stating he would tip in cash at the end of the service. On the day of the appointment, my husband had his massage, which he said went well, and he tipped the masseuse in cash.However, just minutes after he left, I received a call from the receptionist at Spa Bliss asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I find it extremely inappropriate / tacky to call a customer after the service to ask for a tip. Even if we hadnt tipped, its not acceptable to request one over the phone post-service. Additionally, the receptionist had a poor attitude and was quite unpleasant.Despite the quality of the massage, this experience has ensured we wont be returning to Spa Bliss.

Today was my first massage with Erica and I just booked another in two weeks. There are Greta specials in Wednesday and Thursday that I wouldve taken advantage of if Erica worked those days.I did the 50min Swedish and as someone who gets massages often I communicate what I need. Although I would have like more focus on my problem area the technique was perfection.I was parking at about 2min late and immediately received a call, which I think its great communication. I would have preferred a way to mark I was a nice client and based on that the system inform me to arrive 10min early for paperwork but thats an easy solve.I enjoyed the secondary waiting room, dim lights, sound machine, and essential oils.Pricing is a bit odd on the form to complete if youre a new client. I have never seen where you pay more for deep tissue vs swedish, seems like a lot of a la carte things which I typically run the opposite way 🚩.maybe its based off experience of the massage therapist but nonetheless I keep it simple. Wouldve liked hot stones or cupping but again those are more based off the price menu.I was in a jam to leave and the owner engaged in a conversation with me to which normally would not have been a problem but I must have said bye like 5x haha. Again, I appreciate it and I did not want to be rude but social cues 😁 she did share shes from Jersey so to the negative reviews I would say perhaps a cultural competency issues. She was great with me!

Highly recommend! Spa Bliss was everything I expected from the ambiance, body work, product and client service were all exceptional! Thank you Rosalyn for being accommodating, personal, and kind. Erica and Tionna were attentive to massage needs and we left very relaxed and stress free. As a license therapist myself, I was happy with everything! Definitely visit if you in Savannah.

This was my first time at Spa Bliss and I have to say, I’ve never been to another place like it. As soon as you walk in, you just feel zen. It’s so nicely decorated and smells so good. There is mood music throughout as well. They thought of every little detail. There is cool lighting throughout, whether it be from candles, salt lamps or warm colored bulbs and it smelled like essential oils and candles… soothing and not overpowering. There are several treatment rooms and each one was prettier than the next. I got a 90 minute massage by Jaree. He was so wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the start. My lower back was really tense and he really focused on the area at my request. My daughter got a gel manicure in literally the nicest room I’ve ever seen. Makes any other nail salon look horrible. Roselyn, the owner, did her manicure and it has lasted several days. If you want a zen experience, relaxation, professional treatments, with quality products, this is your place. Best thing is that it looks and feels like a high end spa, but with really humble and welcoming staff. There’s no pretentiousness whatsoever. Can’t wait to go back. Next time I’m getting a facial. I heard they are amazing!!

My first ever spa experience and it was wonderful! Very welcoming and relaxing. Clean atmosphere. Ms Kelsey gave me my first ever massage and it was everything I needed. Will definitely be returning

Spa Bliss Savannah is seriously the most beautiful, clean, and relaxing spa I have ever been to. My husband and I have been to a lot of spas and this place takes the cake of all of them. The visual appearance is so welcoming and warm and I cannot rave enough about how CLEAN it is!We went to the old location, which was a lot smaller than the current location. The new location is in such a beautiful and quiet spot but still conveniently located to everything downtown.We did the couples massage with Jaree and Tionna and they were AMAZING! I left feeling so much better than when we came in. We got hot towels, hot stones, and a full body massage. Jaree was great at keeping me relaxed while also addressing my high tension areas! I LOVE this place and can’t wait to come back!

The owner comes off a little rude over the phone. I’ve been reading pretty solid reviews about the place, and I would like to give it a try, but customer service sets a big tone for me. Even if the services are PHENOMENAL. Poor customer service makes it hard to want to experience it.So many businesses want you to support them, but do not know how to talk to people.

This was hands down the best massage me and my boyfriend have received. I’ve had A LOT and this place is so relaxing and the girls had us feeling so relaxed when we left and pain free!!

Amazing massage with Keith T!While out wandering around Savannah, I stumbled across Spa Bliss. I was feeling tense after traveling so decided to get a massage. Had an 80 min deep tissue with hot stones. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My back feels great after. Keith took the time to work on the most tight spots. Highly recommend and will be coming back next time I’m in Savannah.

The most relaxing and helpful massage I have ever had! We booked the couples recharge massage with Tionna and Keith and it was absolutely fabulous and exactly what I needed to hit the reset button. Do yourself a favor, get the massage 💜

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I am almost speechless writing this review because I feel so incredible after a deep tissue massage with Erica! She was so knowledgeable and her pressure was excellent. She was communicative but made the session so relaxing and pure bliss. Hands down the best massage I have ever had, and an excellent way to unwind after a long work week.Ive moved around a lot within the last few years and it’s been hard to find a massage therapist that knows what they are doing, but Erica was better than ever. I felt like I passed on to heaven and at the end of my 50 minutes I had to come back to Earth. Definitely am booking a longer session next time! :)

I had been looking for a new spa and happened to find Spa Bliss Savannah. Oh, what an incredible place-so clean and unbelievably, peaceful! You are, totally, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The interior decor is lovely as well. The products used have been well researched to ensure superior quality. Not only that but my appointments have, always, started exactly on time. Now for the even better part-Rosalyn has been doing my manicures and pedicures which have each been amazing experiences! I can’t wait to treat myself to the many other services Spa Bliss offers!!!

Took my girlfriend here for a Mother’s Day couples massage. The staff is so very nice and attentive to your needs. The room is so relaxing and you can get lost and go to your happy place. We definitely cannot wait to go back as we felt so good after leaving.

My husband bought me a hydro- microdermabrasion facial for my birthday and it was amazing! This was my first facial ever and Gracin made the whole experience very enjoyable. I left with my face feeling so cleansed and fresh. Definitely recommend Gracin and the hydro-microdermabrasion facial!

Amazing! “Spa Bliss” is definitely a well deserved title! Immediately felt relaxed after walking in and my Esthetician was also amazing. She educated me on concerns with my skin and was very pleasant! The best thing was her skill level with the Brazilian wax. I have NEVER had a wax that was almost pain free! Wow, my mind is still blown. Please don’t hesitate to book!

As part of our Anniversary getaway, my Wife and I spent the afternoon being pampered. The entire staff was very pleasant, and professional. My Wife visits a Spa regular, I on the other hand only accompany her a few times a year. This was very much beyond any other experience Ive had at other spas. The Staff was well trained. The Massages, Scrubs, Wraps, and various other treatments my Wife requested for us, left me very refreshed, and at ease. I would definitely visit this location again.

10/10 highly recommend. Best massage I ever had hands down. We got a couples massage. And my partner said his massage was the best he ever had as well. Our massage techs were Erica Gibson and Jaree Wright. They should definitely have their own massage parlor where they train others because their techniques included movements we had never experienced before. True professionals. Great location. We will definitely be back next time we travel to Savannah.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had found the perfect spa for me. I felt welcomed immediately, the lights were soft and the décor was stylishly comfortable. I scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage, but after talking with the staff about what I was looking for they suggested something else. Erica, the masseuse, checked in with me at every groan and adjusted her pressure or methods as she needed to so that I actually dozed off at one point. I walked out feeling heard, cared about and happily relaxed. My back hasnt felt this good in over a week!

My first massage here, and not my last! The staff was incredibly professional and I felt so well taken care of. Well worth it, will definitely bring my friends.

We had the best day!! This is my second time coming to spa bliss. The first time had a fabulous facial. Today, me and my two friend came for multiple services. We were greeted immediately when we came in, the spa is clean and calming and so refreshing to our busy busy city life!! We moved to the relaxing area with a glass of champagne, and off we went for our spa day. It was professional, amazing, and relaxing. Give them a try! They are amazing! I’ll be back soon!! I was a frequent customer at Spa Bliss Savannah. I’ve booked multiples services and purchased products and gift cards. Aisha is a great masseuse, however, Roselyn, the owner has no customer loyalty. She canceled my appointment 5 minutes after the time with no notice. I accept the charge, however, I am highly disappointed that she made no effort to communicate with me to follow up or respond to my email before cancelling my service. I won’t be returning to Spa Bliss Savannah for this reason.

I was able to get in the next day after sesrching. It was our last day in Savannah. I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of. My massage therapist, Kelsey, tailored the experience to what I needed and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

The atmosphere is amazing. You walk in to smell some wonderful aromatherapy. You sit in the waiting room/relaxation area and its nothing short of. As I waited in between sessions I was offered a cup of tea(very sweet). I only give four stars instead of five because of my personal experience. I would have actually enjoyed a deep tissue but was told did I know what one was and was never asked if pressure was good throughout .

While on a sister trip to Savannah we three sisters decided to visit Spa Bliss. Fabulous experience! Best massage I have ever had. They made us feel welcome from walking in the door to them walking us to our pedal ride. Highly recommend. Looking forward to another visit and seeing the sisters vision of their new Spa space.

I was blessed to discover this business. I’d been searching for a couple of years for a true professional massage therapist who is familiar with the workings of the muscles of the body. Jaree Wright is a superior masseuse with no comparison even worthy of mentioning another.Do not shortchange your health and body by going with a less expensive therapist. The owner is passionate about service to her clients. The overall experience was unbelievableI highly recommend them to everyone.I hope anyone who sees this and uses this in their decision can have half the experience I had yesterday.

Love this quaint spa ! The owner is very personable and professional, the decor is simple, elegant, the facility is spotless, you could eat off the floor, they pay attention to the little details during treatments. I have had a variety of services and they have all exceeded expectations. Have had several different types of massages and the therapists are all excellent. The relaxation type massages are snooze worthy and the deep tissue...you definitely get what you bargain for ! Prices are very reasonable and super happy about every penny I have spent here.

Spa bliss is amazing. Their membership is perfect for a nice monthly massage. Super professional and clean. Ive had about 10 massages with them and each one has been incredible. I strongly recommend the deep tissue to get out those stubborn knots

I would recommend to anyone looking for a place that has it all!! Definitely a great spot for couples or girls day. They also got us in same day! We are so relaxed and had such great conversation too. Wish we lived here so we could come back often!! If we’re in town again we will definitely be back!!

I would not recommend getting any services from this business. Rosalyn (the owner) is rude and does not honor customer loyalty or communication from her loyal clients that are supporting her business. I brought up an issue at my final service and she was quick to defend herself and did not make any effort to please me as her customer. Surely I could have been in the wrong but from how defensive she got just by me bringing up a problem I wouldnt have known. The waxing room I was in had a bee flying around, and my esthetician told me that the business has had bee issues for a while and that Rosalyn is using essential oils to try and keep them away. This business was great for the six months I was a client, but I will never return to this business ever again as Rosalyn has many underlining problems regarding how she runs this spa. If you are looking for a spa in Savannah you have a lot of options and I genuinely dont think you should spend your time or money here.(Edited to keep review short and to the point)

It was very easy to book an appointment online. The experience was wonderful. The massage therapists were very good.

First massage ever, did a couples massage, the place was clean and pleasantly decorated and smelled so nice. The massage released so much tension I had built up in my back and shoulders. Very communicative the whole time. Definitely recommend to everyone. Erica and Tionna were fantastic. Go request them!

Wonderful experience all around. As tourists for the weekend it was super efficient for me to book our massages in advance in their website. The staff was communicative and sent texts, emails and one phone call to confirm times and services. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm smiles and amazing smells of lemongrass and lavender. Cathyrn completed my custom pressure massage with hot stones and essential oils and it was amazing. Just the perfect amount of pressure and super relaxing! I would highly recommend this spa!

My husband and I went there for a relaxing massage and facial. We both enjoyed the facial. The products they used weren’t abrasive and I felt it really cleaned my skin and brought out the natural glow. It is on the pricey side but the difference we felt made it worth the price.

Tatiana was the best masseuse!! She was kind, friendly and warm. She constantly asked if the pressure was okay, if I was enjoying the atmosphere and the overall experience. I actually wanted to book her for the next day for a full deep tissue but she takes Monday’s off (good for her). Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful experience! My husband and I both had massages and both dozed off at one point. He gets regular massages and has never been so relaxed that he fell asleep. Definitely best massage he has had. The ladies are so professional. The heated beds are amazing! I wish they were here in Florida so that we could visit on a regular basis!

MY GIRL Erica was my masseuse, and homegirl exceeded expectations for SURE. Best massage Ive ever had, I expressed to her that many other massages Ive received were either too hard or too soft. It was JUST RIGHT! I fell asleep a couple times because I was so relaxed. She was very professional as well as Roselyn and my facialist, Aisha. They were all so accommodating on our trip! BEST PART OF OUR VACATION!

My wife and I stumbled across Spa Bliss, just walking by literally, and made a couples massage apt for the next morning. We were welcomed and made to feel at home. The ladies were very professional and did a great job of communicating at the beginning and throughout. We would definitely recommend.

I was in town for the weekend and surprised with a facial as a gift. This was my first time getting a facial and it was amazing. Roselyn did an outstanding job on explaining how to take care of face and which products to use. My skin felt so smooth and fresh. When I visit again I will definitely be back for the full body experience.

As an out of town guest, I highly recommend Spa Bliss Savannah. From the time they answer the phone to schedule your services until the time they bid you “See you later” a phenomenal customer experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and quaint. The estheticians are knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. What amazing value I received. I will for sure be back!

Horrid. I made an appointment online as a surprise gift, planned dinner around the appointment, they waited until 12:45 to to tell me they couldnt accommodate a 4:00 Appointment, I started to tell them I wish they had not allowed me to book it or called me earlier so I could go somewhere else, , she cut me off mid sentence obstinately, argumentatively. Avoid them they dont care about you

Spa Bliss was able to squeeze us in for a couple massage and I am so glad we were able to go! We did a 90 min couple massage with Tionna and Dominick. They were fabulous and we felt like we were walking on clouds the rest of the day. I love the little touches like the mini cupcakes, tea and bee pollen sweetener. 🐝❤️

What a wonderful treat for my Birthday! Can I just say I havent had a massage since my mid 20s..and with that said the day after I can say my body felt so relaxed and every knot I had in my back and right arm which I have a rotated cuff in just felt amazing and super weight lifted off my shoulders, Thanks to my massuse Rosa, she was very sweet and asked all the right questions on which areas I needed more work on and what areas where sensitive to touch as per I have varicose veins from my my 3 pregnancies. I could smell peppermint lingering around me and her touch was mid pressure which was right on spot what I needed, funny though I had no idea she was using hot stones but thats how good she is, it was incorporated so well into my massage that i was like,,Why are your hands so hot??she giggled..., She was using the hot stones lmao..she sure got me there lol..She so talented in her craft will absolutely come see her again ..The room was beautifully lit and clean and made me feel calm and tranquil. My husband and I went in for couples massage. We were greeted by Joselyn, very friendly and knowledgeable. Nina and Jaree were amazing! 1 hour wasnt enough, definitely coming back.

Honest review!! Kelsey did my massage it was very relaxing and perfect! She has magic in her hands and was just applying right amount pressure during the massage. Although, the FACIAL was very UNSATISFACTORY. A 21 year old did my facial who was touching my face like it was made up of glass or something. Did not see any difference. Also, if you book your facial with Roselyn ( the owner), you might not have her as your esthetician. She has her own explanation of why not. The 90$ facial was just like my everyday skincare! Disappointed & won’t come back.

Booked an appointment for a spa package with my roommate knowing nothing except for google reviews. Boy was I impressed!! The ladies at this spa are amazing, super accommodating, and helpful. I’ve only been to a spa once in my life so I didn’t even know what to ask for but they made it care free and weren’t snobby with us. We received a facial, mani and pedi, and a Swedish massage. All of it was great but the facial was Next level. Never in my life have I been so relaxed!! I was in a complete meditative state. The prices are also very reasonable. Five stars!

I was able to get a last minute massage with William. I told him exactly what areas I wanted him to focus on and he left one completely off. He performed what I could best describe as some type of lymph node massage, which I did not ask for, and I was audibly gasping in pain multiple times and he just continued. I finally had to tell him to stop. I now have several bruises on my skin. I loved the place but would tell you NOT to have him as your massage therapist.

Went here for a couples massage on our honeymoon in Savannah. Tionna did mine- she was incredible. I want to take her home with me 😂 Latoya did my husbands. He said his was incredible as well! He got a decent sunburn after we went to Tybee Island earlier in the week & he said he was so shocked as how well she was able to work with him around the sunburn. We both agreed best massages of our life! Definitely recommended 🥰

Horrible experience. Massage therapist William cannot be a licensed massage therapist as he never asked about pressure, provided hot towel to wipe oil. Did not do a full body massage after asking him if he was. He never massaged feet, arms and rushed legs. It poked my butts and lymph nodes so hard. Don’t go here. Was on vacation and it is not worth it. Owner did not try to offer remedy. She defended the therapist

I am here on a birthday trip from out of state and was suffering from a horrible crick in my neck. Tionna was a DREAM and fully worked out several knots. Very personable and accommodating. Will definitely come back the next time I’m here—whether I’m hurting or not!

My 30 minute petite massage with Tionna was simply lovely! She made use of every minute and really listened to my struggles with an autoimmune disease that effects my muscle/joints. She targeted my areas of concern and I left feeling relieved. Tionna is a talented massage therapist and I look forward to another massage the next time I’m in town!

Rosalind is awesome, she did my nails for my wedding and now its the only place I go to for manicures! The environment is so calming and she really takes her time with clients. Isley is also amazing, all around her team is super friendly and welcoming!

A wonderful place to be worked into relaxation. My wife and I were able to get a couples massage at a reasonable price with excellent service. I felt comfortable the whole time and we were well treated. If you are in town for trip or live near, I would highly recommend a visit.
