I love this store. They always have great deals going. The staff is always friendly helpful. Their selection is vast and I enjoy trying a new brand each time I come in. They also allow you to return defective vapes within a few days or purchase which i really appreciate as most shops wont help you once youve left the store with it. Definitely my favorite vape shop in Savannah.

Not really vibin with the new workers, especially the bigger one. Im definitely not coming back here again. The vape shop next to Taco Bell has friendly Workers.

Maybe its because Im from Alabama, but this was the fanciest smoke shop Ive ever seen. Walking in felt like stepping into the future - 360° of spotless glassware, neatly organized displays, and a staggering variety of products. As my husband and I perused some disposable nicotine vapes, the vendor asked if wed like to TRY one. He then handed us a sample and two disposable covers to do so sanitarily. Im blown away. 10/10 experience; they have set the bar so high Ill never look at my local shops the same again.

I absolutely love this vape shop! The girl, I think she said her name was Low?, and John are really nice and helpful and always have a really good additude whenever I come. There are a couple new guys I havent learned their names yet but they only add to the good vibes of the store. I always enjoy my time in the shop and look forward to the good energy and great conversation!!!

Ive been enjoying coming in anytime the guy with the glasses come in and the guy with the dreads. When I was looking for a disposable vape he pulled out all the testers (barely see any vape shops do this) gave me a tip and let me try all the new testers out before selling me one. 10/10 customer service and love the friendly energy I receive! The big guy is also very friendly pointing me to the cat posters when he asked how I wanted to feel LOL. Definitely making this my go to vape shop from now on!

Great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. They spend as much time as you need, and they are not pushy or try to up-sell. I have been shopping here for years, and recommend them to all of my family and friends and now you!

I love the crew thats always there. I just wish the upper management ( district or general manager, who ever does buying ) would get the inventory straight. Came in on Tuesday and they had zero batteries, what kind of vape store runs out of batteries? And I know the gentleman and young lady has nothing to do with that, they are always amazing, which is why even with the issues I always come back. The gentleman can sell ice to an Eskimo, which is a very good trait to have in retail.

Safe member wasnt very friendly, didnt have pods to a very common vape. (Novo 2) Disposables have kinda high markup.

I live in Richmond hill and I always make the drive out here to hang and get my favorite vape, that they always keep in stock for me because it’s hard to find. All the employees are amazing and welcoming, go see my man Eric and Daniel! It really is a chill spot to hang out and get the best products!

Excellent selection, typical B&M prices. Staff are quick to help. There are a few hipsters lounging about in the store but Ive come to expect that in the decent Vape shops. The store appears to be clean. They could have a better selection of tanks and replacement coils for those of us who dont live to build but its a store I would definitely go back to a 3rd time :)

These guys are always super helpful, friendly, and happy. Also unlike most stores, they are always ecstatic to give me a military discount. This is the first store I went to when I started vaping and have tried several others since then. This store always has the best prices, best selection, and the guys give great recommendations without trying to push you to the most expensive products. I live an hour away, but this is the only store I’m going to.

I get these guys five stars they’ve got all the oils I need to smoke my tobacco and the best Vape’s to purchase I got this Vape at a very great deal and I love it

I couldn’t believe the prices they had on glass and hand Pipes ended up getting two because the price was so affordable. Wow I couldn’t believe it and the selection is crazy.

The environment, staff, selection, and prices are amazing here. They are incredibly helpful and always happy to assist customers. They are always extraordinarily friendly and very professional. Everything about this store from the staff to the music playing make it a great experience to shop here. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

The staff here is just amazing, they are very knowledgeable and will guide you through the process if your new. They are a bit pricey, and don’t have any beginner or cheaper mods. They do have a wide selection of juices though. Overall pretty decent Vape Shop, but I’ve been in better.

Every time I go in here these guys are so helpful and nice, not to mention this is the most affordable shop in Savannah, and I refuse to go to any others. I hope the employees here - all of them - get the recognition they deserve, because they are naturally customer oriented and just flat out good people. I love coming into this store. The staff are extremely friendly. I always leave in a better mood that when I walk in. They are always willing to change out my coil for me when I am buying new ones. I even had trouble with my vape once and they let me leave it and pick it back up from them later that day. The customer service here is amazing. Love going in there!!

For the very first time that I have been to vapors, I got a sales person who did not know anything and did not know to look in the computer to see what the customer had gotten beforehand. Yes I will be back but hopefully they have someone with some knowledge there and not a new sales person with no help

I love these guys. They bend over backwards to help you and always have a smile on their faces. The young man with the every changing hair color is by far my favorite. He would be an asset to any company. Very knowledgeable to the layman I am to vaping products.

Im in the area from north georgia and I forgot my spare batteries. They took care of me, I would have liked to stick with the kind I know... but they were nice enough to let me research the ones they sell and their precharged in shop so youre not gonna have to go home and charge them. They were great and set me up with storage/carry cases too. Id recommend and be a patron when in the area. Great job guys!

Best vape shop Ive ever been to! Highly recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of their products and will help you with any kind of problem you may have with your device. The manager is a delight to talk to and the shop is always clean.

Overall the best Vape shop in Savannah and surrounding area. Eric was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me make a selection, answered all my questions thoroughly, and really went the extra mile to take care of me. I really appreciated his demeanor. The shop itself was nice, clean and has a good selection. They also have deals and discounts if you sign up for the texting customer program. I could not recommend them more! WAY better customer service than Smoke City.

I only come to this shop because Dan is so Knowledgeable And helpful idk if I could come here if he wasn’t. He is the reason why so many military personnel come here because his vibe matches ours.

Customer service has always been good, great conversation, very friendly & helpful. They do there best to get you what you need & if they dont have it theyll try to refer you to someone that might. The sell vape mods, vape tanks, vape juice (menthol, nonmenthol, & salt) batteries, they sell cbd, & battery chargers. They always give me a perfect service. When I need anything they got me n when my vape breaks they make sure I’m taken care of. I absolutely loved how they treat me n I have been getting the word out there on how great they r to me. And whoever else I bring with me.

I went in to ask a question about my unit, realized Id left my wallet home. I informed the young man helping me and he kept right on taking my mod apart. When he finished , he told me to bring up the cash back when I come back this way. Luckily I had a few dollars in the car and was able to pay him immediately. Talk about great service.

I love coming here. The staff (specifically the long, dark haired cutie) is polite and helpful, beyond measure. He remembers his customers flavor choices and their mg level so it feels more like a trip to see a friend, instead of just another customer. I recently moved back to sc, but came to Savannah past weekend to get the remainder of my belongings and HAD to stop in one last time. You guys rock

Awesome experience ever!!! When I first went into the location at the Savannah Mall; back when the store was opening summer of this year, there was not a large selection. The owner Chris, promised me that I wouldnt be disappointed and to come back within a couple of weeks. I came back a month later and they had every device imaginable to smoke tobacco out of, from e-cigs, cigars, and hookahs! They seem to be always on their game and keeping up to date with new products. I ended up buying a medium sized hookah, and the staff there was great and knowledgeable. Hookahs are awesome party activities. Eric was the one who helped me, you should ask for him. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he hooked me up with a starter package and showed me all the basics, as well as fancy add-ons for later. The cost was quite reasonable, less then $75, I was expecting to pay at least $100. Seeing how much I was buying, they worked with me and gave me a discount. They gave me awesome flavor recommendations on shisha (hookah tobacco) and I enjoy them. I definitely will be going back to them, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs tobacco products!! They also have another location, one next to the Waffle House on Abercorn St. Two stores, they obviously know what they are doing.

Today I visited vapor smoke shop for the first time at 7303 Abercorn Street. I went in looking for a throwaway style vape like you would find at the local gas station. When I walk-in I was greeted by theyre salesperson by the name of Daniel. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly helped me find it. Daniel did not try to talk me out a buying what I was looking for yeah he did share some knowledge of the product and some alternative options. Long story short I walk out with a carbon fiber smok vape, juice etc. Daniel did a fantastic job! He is very knowledgeable of his products. He was very cool, easy going, easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable asking as many questions as I needed. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase today and I will be visiting that location again.

Great customer service, Decent selection of Juice, decent selection of devices.. The only thing I would want more of are some Mechanical Mods! Some of the equipment is overpriced but it is the ONLY Vapor shop around here so I cant complain too much!

Best local vape shop great selection of juices and mods, the staff are excellent Erik is a great guy who can give you a hand and he loves what he does. Price wise you will not find better deals like their two for one day.

Vapors on Abercorn is great! I just moved to Savannah and this was the first shop visited before checking out every other place in town. I ended coming back to Vapors because of their prices, staff, and selection. This is now my local go-to vapor resource!

This has to be one of the best vape shops I have been too. The guy that runs it is super nice, and the shop runs great daily deals! I live in effingham but I always hold out till I am in savannah to shop here!

Some of the best prices and deals in town that I have seen so far. I normally order my vaping supplies online but if I need it the same day this is my go to place, there is a little bit of a overhead price on some items but thats expected with buying vape items locally.

Know idea what these people are talking about, and Im sure whoever really shops at Vapors really knows the deal. These guys f***ing rock. No doubt they have the best prices and selection in Savannah. No as a matter of fact these reviews are just plain stupid. Biggest selection of eJuice I have ever seen, and best prices on tanks, coils, and mods. If you are into the Vaping / Smoking seen, these guys have it. Only 4 stars because they are new, and still getting things rolling. But great job guys and thanks for all the hard work. See you next week, for that new Halo shipment, save me some Tribeca!!

The guys there are super helpful. As a first timer, they helped to explain everything to me, from how to set the mod to how to clean it, and prep the coil. I always go back whenever I need anything. Id recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been shopping here over 4 years and I’ve never ONCE had an issue they weren’t willing to help with. The atmosphere, and customer service is ALWAYS Top Tier. The prices are reasonable & Erik is extremely helpful!

I have been getting my e-juice and electronic cigarette accessories online for about a year now, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that these guys opened this location as well as one in Savannah mall.First off, their selection was incredibly tiny but I went ahead and picked up a bottle of 15ml pineapple just because I wanted to try something out. A couple weeks later I went to their Savannah mall location because I was told they had more of a variety. The guy who sold me a bottle kept changing the prices on me asking me What I wanted to pay for it, their selection was bland and their prices were out of control. 13 dollars for a 15ml bottle of pink starburstin which I can order online for 5 bucks. I get that businesses need to make a profit in order to survive, but thats a bit much on an over-charge. Also, they dont even make their e-juices, they are pre-bought, and their flavors are pretty simple (Pineapple, tobacco, strawberry, etc.) So over-all, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I went ahead and ordered 4 bottles of e-juice (mtbakervapor) for the price these guys charge for one bottle and I actually got to customize my pg/vg, my nicotine level and shot flavorings. If you are looking for a good price, a great selection and something to customize, I dont recommend Vapors.

Watch out for these people!!I am new to this and they took full advantage of my lack of knowledge. Sold me a Smok 85 that was supposed to be New, box and all, and the screen dies several days later. I was out of town so could not return immediately. When I did return they said I was outside the one-week return window and the most they could offer was a 35% discount on a more expensive model.They did not have any thing in stock that they could replace it with, and did not have anything on the return trip a week later.I have since been to a very reputable vape shop in Richmond Virginia, and they pulled the battery out of the broken device that I have and told me that it is a very cheap Japanese rewrap, that should not have been in the device in the first place, and the chances are that this battery destroyed the circuit the smok 85.Customer Service at its worst...Buyer Beware!! This is blatantly wrong!

The juice is overpriced and not complex at all unless you enjoy Halo. Other than that all the juices are wholesale and in all honesty crap. The selection of gear is nice though. I just want a vape shop that would sell high quality ejuice like The Vapor chef or VelvetCloudVapor
