Bought a smok novo yesterday for $30 and it holds a charge for 10 mins. These devices here are old and not holding a good charge.***UPDATE I now have to use the device while it is charging, if I unplug it the battery dies. Total waste of money😒

Smoke shop sells fake brand Pyne Pods. Purchased one yesterday and the tip of the vape was different color. My charger doesnt even fit inside the charger. The owner was struggling to put the charger inside the vape and shoved it inside and told me There is no problem. Dont come here if you want to get ripped off, thats why they are cheap.

Comprehensive cigar selection. Walk-in humidor ~30ft x 8ft to give you a sense of scale. More options than anywhere in Seattle at competitive prices.

Sold me a tank that they dont stock parts for. Guy outright lied and said hed be getting them and to check back. Turns out they arent and wont be stocking them, and they lied to sell their products.Dont buy from here if you need coils or parts for your tank and dont believe them if they say theyre going to stock them.

Miles above the rest!Seattle Cigar and Tobacco is the nicest smoke shop in Seattle. Ive been in and out of all of them and found them to be unhelpful, poorly stocked, rude. Not SCT. Super nice people, very helpful, great selection, clean, attractive store, good location. Ignore the rest. Go here!

GREAT shop, friendly knowledgeable staff!This is the best smoke shop in Seattle! Nick the owner is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly (as are all his staff) and he never tries to sell you something you do not need, which I super appreciate. They have always been willing to take their time to show me something and so I learn a little something every time going in. Prices are lower than what I find on average in Seattle too and their selection is superb.

I recently moved to the hill so was looking for a local place to supply my evil habit. Because Im generally walking and I know prices can really vary around here, I called some local shops for pricing. The first four couldnt be bothered with looking up the price and told me to just come in. When I called Seattle C&T a lovely woman answered, confirmed they had my brand, and then asked if I would like to know the carton price. Great price for in town and fantastic service by phone and in store. So now I will walk be the other four shops on my way there each week. Thank you!

Ive been driving around Seattle looking for a particular item at the best price. I stopped in on a whim and was pleased.The store is clean and has a good layout. Everything is well displayed and not over crowded. Behind the counter was also clean and not cluttered.The prices are comparable to online prices and sometimes even better. Selection was good and they had a name brand grinder I was looking for.The man behind the counter was on the phone with a vendor when I walked in but he acknowledge me. He was friendly and prompt but not in your face. He was knowledgeable about the items I was looking for.I will go back again.

This is the best shop Ive been to in my life. If you are looking for quality glass at the lowest price in the state this is the ticket. You wont find overpriced brand name junk here, they just sell quality products at great prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This reminds of when Off The Wall was a great shop in the mid-90s. Its pretty much like that except super clean and professionally run.

Ive come to this shop for almost a full year, I will gladly walk the extra couple of blocks for the great prices and superior customer service. There are many stores like this one (especially on Broadway) but I always feel welcome and am greeted with outstanding friendliness and customer service. Ive never had a complaint, and that might not sound like much but if you knew me youd be sold on that alone.There are already a few positive reviews on Google, but I feel compelled to write something up because theyre always just SO awesome.

Excellent service and prices. The man at the counter said the nicest thing when I was making a purchase. He very sincerely said you feed us, so we will always take care of you. Its pretty refreshing when businesses take a personal and caring approach. 5/5 stars

Went there last Friday evening and had a wonderful time with the clerk and owner. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable about anything and everything in his store. He helped me pick out a new titanium dab nail and the one I ended up with was perfect for my needs (a universal domeless nail that can be used in ANY size/type of rig (large or small, internal or external thread). The prices are all well below what I think they could be asking for the quality of stuff they sell. Their glass selection is huge and diverse and they have EVERYTHING. Ive shopped lots of Seattle smoke shops, Tobacco Leaf, Broadway Smoke Shop...this one is the best. If you need replacement parts or a new rig, go here, theyll hook you up.

July 17th, 2021 I went in at approximately 7:50 p.m. to buy a torch. I bought the most expensive torch at approximately $86 after taxes. The short white chubby woman at the counter did not test the product, was uninformed about the products. Did not know what was considered to be quality or not. After buying the torch I went home and found out that the torch did not ignite there was no spark. I attempted to call the store and they close at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. I arrived the next morning at approximately 10:58 hours and was treated incredibly rudely when entering at approximately 1101 hours, by the same woman that sold me the towards the previous night. Saying, all sales are final. Were not offer ANY help at all. She delegated the work to the manager Nick, who is much more patient than she. But, would only replace the order up to a replacement $16 torch. The woman was acting loud and abruptly whilst other customers are in the room as well. She gets immediately argumentative and defensive with absolutely zero customer service.If you want to buy poor products that do not work, be treated unfairly and yelled at, then this is a great place for you. BUT, if you want equality, fairness, humanization, I do suggest you go to another location.This organization has lost a dedicated customer today. This is not the only experience like this it was another experience with a different woman there that had similar attitude problems.

In Capitol Hill you’ll find a dozen of these smoke shops that carry everything from cigarettes, to glass pipes and cannabis accessories, to vape stuff, to premium hand-rolled cigars etc. This is the one to go to, particularly if you’re looking for glass pipes or premium cigars.I’ve been to all the comparable shops in the neighborhood and most are stuffed full of cheap/thin mass-produced sloppily made glass pipes. Not the case here - they have affordable options if that’s what you want, but they also have something for you if you’re looking for a piece that you’ll really love, maybe even want to show off or display. Glass that’s artistically hand crafted and unique. You can tell the owners take pride in carrying a quality product.If premium hand-rolled cigars are your thing, this is the only place I’d bother buying from on the hill. They don’t quite have the selection to compete with a dedicated cigar/tobacco shop, but they carry all of the essentials for a variety of budgets and tastes, from your classic every day values like Arturo Fuente or Oliva to your more luxurious offerings, like a Davidoff or Padron anniversary series. They seem to be well stored / cared for as well - no dry or moldy cigars to be seen and everything I’ve bought tasted great and smoked well right out of the shop.

This place has it all, and good prices. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Hours are convenient too. I go out of my way to support this shop.

Listen, dont be like me. I dont know why I keep going to shops near me when I know this place NEVER fails. this is the last time I go to other shops, and im going to start coming here again. Ive been coming here since 2015, there is absolutely nothing bad I could say about this place. I was just being too lazy to come out here. for one, the OWNER is absolutely amazing. His attitude and motivation to help people/myself with anything thats needed. any question you have this guy KNOWS. now most places have a lack of knowledge and honestly you shouldnt be trusting those who dont know their own product 😂 and im super super picky. the owner has knowledge about all the items sold here. he really shows compassion and determination to help out. secondly, the place is fully STOCKED and if for some reason it doesnt have what your looking for, trust me there will be another item very similar to it or even better. I never walk out of here disappointed. from glass, to vapes and more its all very unique and ive never seen such amazing glass work anywhere else. thirdly, its insanely clean and organized with the amount of items here. these all may be words to whoever is reading this, but its definitely worth checking this place out 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Super nice staff, but their puff bars are fake! The staff may think they are real (benefit of the doubt) but the puff bar online verification says they are counterfeit. Save your lungs, buy from puff directly or choose a different vape.

The people here are genuinely kind and informative. The selection of unique pipes and bongs is excellent. And they’re conveniently located next to the best chicken and waffles in Seattle, at Witness. Thanks for the service, I’ll be back through for sure.

Some of the best prices in lighters around town. Pretty decent deals on pipe tobacco too. Not only that, but the guy behind the counter gave me a great deal on some clearance nicotine juice.

When I first walked in I was almost overwhelmed by how many pieces their were inside, and I had walked to all the shops on Capitol Hill in search of the right piece. Not only are their a ton of options but everything is quality. Ive been to literally every public smoke shop in the greater Seattle area and hands down this is my favorite. Needless to say I found what I was looking for and even better, it was at a great price. Some of the things offered at SC&T are almost ridiculously cheaper then other places, which is so cool because they arent some knock of pieces. My Maverick disk perc has become my favorite piece now and basically stole it when compared to literally any other shop. I will be going back many times in the future for sure.

Thanks to Nick, the proprietor, I was able to get a decent cigar into the hands of my somewhat grumpy stepfather. I live in Oakland, California and Nick made the logistics easy.Hes a very helpful and warm-hearted.A great place.

Almost exclusively sells works of art for their glass blow products. The man working the counter was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and wrapped everything up very secure for us. We will be going back!

Easily the most inexpensive tabaco products on the Hill. Directly across Broadway from Broadway Market, it’s tucked in between some quaint restaurants.

Great locally-owned business with friendly, helpful employees with an excellent selection of cigars from Cuba, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. In addition to cigars, theres a variety of other paraphernalia related to smoking.

Wow! This was the first place I have gone where anyone has taken the time out of their day to give suggestions and answer questions! That was probably the best experience I have ever had at a smoke shop, and I will definitely be back!
