Today we were helped by who we believe was Robert who was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us honest opinions on flavors. Customer Satisfaction!!! This is the go to place in Slidell. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of liquid, mods, tanks, coils, staff is friendly. I have been a customer for years and never hesitate to recommend them. The owner Eric and management Ian are actively engaged and assure customer satisfaction. When employees are happy to be working at a business and you see those familiar faces it tells you how well a place is being run. Their prices are very competitive. They carry quality products. There is a reason this business has been around around for years while others have come and gone - drop in and you will see.

My wife and I went into this shop without any vape experience at all. Christian helped us and was super knowledgeable about all of the products and was extremely accommodating. This shop is on point and honestly way better than I thought any vape shop could ever be. To be honest though, I left this review for Christian due to the amazing customer service we received. He is by far the best manager of any store/establishment that I have probably ever seen. I dont leave many reviews but this one was extremely well deserved. I definitely recommend this place for any vape products. Thanks so much!

Great staff. Nice atmosphere. They are pleasant and gladly help no matter how many questions you have. They also do a great job at rebuilding your RDA if youre feeling lazy. Its my first choice for local area shops. They also have a rewards program coming that will be even more incentive to shop here.

I came in the store a couple weeks back and bought a new setup. Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable. In and out quick.I went in tonight to get more juice, and again. Customer service was great, but price is highway robbery.I like to shop local, but they seem to like price gouging as the prices for eliquid is double from any online stores with shipping as well. A few dollar variance is ok, but double!??

Really clean shop. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Lots of variety in juice selection. House blend tastes really nice. Only drawback is that they only offer 80/20 mixes but not enough of a drawback to lose a star.

This is the BEST vape shop in Slidell. The staff is very informative & know how customers should be treated. I have never had any problems at ESmoke Vape Shop. The only way I would stop going is if they would close business!

I am very new to vaping. This place was recommended to me by a gentleman who saw me at a gas station trying to by juice. I immediately left the gas station and came here. The staff are so helpful and very well mannered. I bought a real vape and have had several issues (user errors) with it. Each time I went in, the guys were more than happy to help me. Ive been in at least 3 times with problems and they fix it in minutes. I ask to pay them for their service and they refuse every time and say thats what there here for. The employees here are exceptional. I have no need to patron another vape shop. If you are looking for a great vape shop this is your place!

Super friendly service. I went in with a part took them 1 sec of looking to identify even told me the ohms. They have great juice and alot of mod selections. You cant beat there price anywhere around here for in the house buys.

To top it all off Mr. Eric is the owner and hes just an awesome guy who loves to help you as best he can, even if theyre isnt any money involved! I have been going to this store for almost 2 years and must say I have been greeted and well taken care of since day one. The guys are knowledgeable and they have taken care of things not functioning or that were bad on the spot. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The service at this store is always very friendly and they maintain a very good selection of many different eliquids, vapes, mods, tanks, you name it. Theyve got tons of coils and they can usually tell exactly what you need with a quick glance at your vape, if youre not sure of the specific model and name of the coil you need.They sell some nice accessories too.Recently they began selling an extremely good line of CBD tinctures, capsules and assorted items. It is one of the best Ive ever tried and Ive used quite a few brands over the years. The CBD is strong and effective with no nasty side effects that even some CBD can have like paranoia. Thats not a problem with this brand. Theyre not cheap but they are very high quality and you will feel the difference between these products and your average CBD, especially the full spectrum products.Again, their selection is great, plenty of vapes and accessories to chose from whether you need a starter kit or wanna change your mod or tank etc.Highly recommended for excellent service and selection.💠nic💠🔹bayoublues reviews 🔹

Clean shop well organized. This shop is a prime example of price gouging premium e liquid so you can sell more of your house liquid. The owner told me that a 30ml of five pawns was normally $39.95 but he would do $29.95 just for today. I have purchased five pawns for years and from quite a few B&M shops that is an insane make up when almost all shops charge $24.95 for a 60ml I understand that they have to mark up to make money but a 200% mark up is insane juice company’s wholesale to everyone for a set price so there is no excuse except to push their mix on demand house juice that is in no way properly mixed or measured. You can not measure properly using a water dispenser and you should really talk to your guys about wearing gloves at least.

I found that my lungs were ruined more so by vaping. I had gotten pneumonia for 5 years in a row when using the vape.As far as this shop goes, they always helped me with any problems I had. Great, consistent , fast and friendly service.

I bought a device here and its terrible, really disappointed with my purchase, i just wasted 45$ on some trash. It worked well for 2 days, after that the liquid tasted burnt so i switched pods it lasted about a day before tasting burnt.The liquid was suitable for the device and i followed the filling instructions correctly but its just trash

I dont smoke, however, I accompanied my father here. We did arrive 5 minutes towards closing time and werent the only customers to do.so. You could definitely see the annoyance emanating from the gentlemen, but he put his happy to help face on and tone. My father was particularly displeased because they wouldnt allow him to attach a tank to his mod which lead to them not getting the sale and us moving onto a more helpful store.

Picked up some Tucan Sam here & had to have my tank replaced due to my grandchild knocked it off the table 😔. These guys were great...even with curve-side service. And the Tucan Sam they recommended, love it‼ Thanks guys

Had a great experience here! I haven’t vaped in a long time, since 2014, and I was rusty with my knowledge and a lot of things have changed or just new that I had no clue about. I was nervous walking in because I didn’t want to look stupid because I didn’t know how to explain what I want and my exact situation. I didn’t catch the guys name that helped me but he didn’t rush me into buying something expensive that I had no need for. He helped me find something decent but wasn’t a simple $15 pen. I expected to walk out spending $80+ dollars on the low end but I was extremely excited when I walked out with a new vape and a free 30ml of juice for $45 after taxes. The lady also set it up for me to help refresh my memory, gave me pointers, and explained to me how to keep it clean etc. Fantastic and Knowledgeable Employees! I recommend this place to anyone!

I bought my vape 2 days ago, it started acting up. I called the store and explained what was going on. The gentleman said it sounded like a malfunction with the battery. The problem is with my work schedule it would have been Monday before I made it in. They immediately sent someone to my work to make it right! I am so greatful and will continue to take my business here!

The worker was short with me and not very helpful. In my opinion they are WAY overpriced. $45 for juice that Im used to paying $20 for. They didnt have any tester juice so I cldnt even test the flavors before purchasing.

A place to shop for the 1%. If you are on a budget, shop online where I was able to buy a mod, tank, 5 pack of coils, and 240 ml of premium juice for how much they were charging for just the mod. Ebay is a great place to start.

The men and women in black that serve our community are nothing short of amazing. They have saved my life from my evil nemesis known as the cigarette. When I nearly died they recisitated me with nice clean vape airs.

Great service. Tons of choices and extremely helpful. Wether or not there open on Sundays is always a mystery so some clarification on Sunday hours would be helpful. Website says open then facebook or something else says closed.
