Large selection of smoking accessories, kratom, & cbd. They even have cbd treats for your pets, which I absolutely loved. The staff was friendly & super helpful. Zach helped me find everything I was looking for & was patient while I asked a million questions lol. 10/10 😊

If i could do a higher rating, I WOULD!When I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted with a loud and sincere. Welcome to RAs! Then, for every question I had, there was a knowledgeable answer! I got exactly what I came in for, and I wont go anywhere else! The prices are better than other local shops, and the employees are so down to earth and easy to talk to...I HIGHLY recommend saving time going to other places..just go to RA!!

So we were actually here to go to Mr binkys.Dont go there.We went to the ra in the quarter nice ppl working, super patient especially since its Mardi Gras right..But the Mr binky us behind ra and kinda sketchy... or is that normal down hereSeriously tge toy selection is limited and over priced. No lingerie really and who buys dvds anymore? Place looked like a pop up booth at a midwest flea market. Which makes me wonder if the toys are even new... eww..

Ive personally visited #1 #6 #12 and Toulouse st. #2 stands out from the rest. The store is always clean, their customer service is always A1. The crew at #2 are well informed about their products and will gladly answer all of your questions with a smile.Had a buddy drop and break a glass piece, I called near closing time to see if they carried a replacement and if by any chance they had one in stock. They did! I told him that I was on my way and they waited around for about 10 mins after closing time to take care of me. It was wrapped and bagged, ready to go when I pulled up.Thank yall for the great customer service and consistency!

Courtney is an absolute gem of an employee. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly, making sure that I got everything I needed and was able to help me remember something I was going to forget otherwise.I cant recommend this place highly enough. From the experience to the inventory, its second to none.

I bought this beaker bong from here and it had a very tiny leak and I thought it was coming from where the stem hole was and I was filling it up w too much water. The leak got worst and worst so I dismantled it and it had been broken before I bought and either the shop or whoever owned it before me super glued the piece back thinking no one would notice. If I buy something that I put my mouth on I would like to know someone else had been putting their mouth on it. If I buy something “new” I expect it to be NEW! If it wasn’t returned and it was the shop that did this then that’s just down right wrong.

Nice place it had everything I was looking for. I also went to the adult shop in the back of the Ra Shop...I liked it but the guy working in the adult store has a bad attitude and is not helpful or friendly at all. All he did the entire time was stay on the phone with someone. And was rushing me and my husband out of the store. I will NEVER EVER GO BK TO THE ADULT STORE DIRECTLY behind the Ra Shop. But the Ra Shop is a very nice place.

I went in to buy a vape only to discover I had left my wallet at home. I live outside of Slidell. Wish we had one in Mississippi where I live. The girl working could tell I was having a rough day and paid for my medivibese outta her pocket?!! I ve never seen that piece of property tho.

Went here looking for a gift for *that type of friend we all have.* A lot of cool things, typical stuff youd find in a shop like this (herbal stuff, cbd, drinks etc). Also had a pretty neat selection of things to hide stuff in (think like a coke can that unscrews and you can put stuff in). The service was great, greeted as soon as I walked in and the guys working were super helpful and friendly.

Been shopping here for years now. Customer service has been consistently good for years.The only thing they should change is bringing back more west coast staples they once sold. I have to order things online sometimes now and its way more expensive when youre not a retailer.

I went to Ra Shop #2 to pick up some coils for my vape. Even though I brought the vape in and the very nice lady held it in her hand and visually inspected it I was sold the WRONG size. This is a very nice store with an excellent selection. I also must add that the ladies that worked there were very nice and treated me with kindness. I do however feel that I was wronged. I do not live in Slidell. I wanted to return my purchase with my receipt to another location but I was told that I could not. I am simply leaving this review so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. Be careful what you are told to buy here. Double check or try it out to make sure it works or is the correct item before you leave.

This is the best place to go for anything really. The employees here are all very helpful and super nice. I visit one to two times a week and have never had any issues. I prefer to deal with Sabby. She always knows what shes talking about and suggests the best products to fit what Im looking for. Stay awesome!

Definitely need better selection and prices. Im surprised that theyre still open due to being able to find most of what they offer at a much better price online. I can always wait 2 days for shipping if that means I save some money.

Not as big as its name would lead you to believe. And the guy there complained and made us straighten the DVDs we had looked through in the clearance bin. I felt as though we were imposing on this man just by shopping there. And he had a couple friends just hanging out which seemed a bit inappropriate, and made me feel strange.We spent a pretty penny there, as you always tend to in these places. But we were still excited to go home with our new accessories. But not even an hour in,......our new expensive friend............just quit on us.!! What?!?!Nothing about any part of this experience was satisfying at all. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

While this place has everything you could need, the staff leaves something to be desired. Horrible customer service and the two girls working were rude and were more interested in having a conversation about their multiple other jobs and makeup and how they hated their bosses rather than helping someone. Not even a thanks for coming/have a nice day. I wont be shopping there again, online stores are better and cheaper anyway.

What some people dont really seem to realize is this place is an amazing SMOKE shop. If youre going here expecting it to be a vape enthusiasts haven, youre at the wrong place. Every time Ive been in here, its always been a pleasant time. Theyve got just about anything you can think of for reasonable prices, and theyve got an enormous selection. Seriously. Nowhere else Ive ever been to has had this much stuff in one place. Couldnt recommend it enough.

The staff here is awesome, while I cant remember everyones name I can say Jordan was dope. He helped me pick out a vape and had an answer for all my questions. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is spot on head shop with great tunes to boot.

Went with my son and found they had CBD oil for pets. My Boxer has Grand Mal seizures, and I ran out of the CBD oil for her. They helped me decide which one I needed, the staff are kind and knowledgeable! I’ll be going back! Nice candles and incense too!!

Good place. Im from Colorado and they have some Good stuff there. Been talking to someone there about adding a couple items that would sell very well. High Tea wraps and Twisted hemps maybe the OCB all in one papers and tips pack. But good selection of everything a Head shop offers.

Best service ever I miss Slidell only because Dalton and Bruce were the best I wish they were at this location I shop there at least once or twice a week and they are great I just wish that I could have some sort of discount card other than the $5 off for every hundred lol

If you go into this store and say inappropriate things, you will be asked to leave. Some people see this as a personal attack and have to post ugly reviews. This is an awesome store with a friendly staff and great products! Love it!

The staff is great, they always make you feel welcomed, many of them even make sure youre always getting the best deal available everytime I go into this store I feel at home theyve never been rude to me or any of my personal friends and family Ive sent there, any negative review you see submitted is a complete lie from my personal experiences this is honestly the best and only tobacco store I go too for all of my purchases.

People are nice but if you buy something from hem and it is faulty they will not help you at all. Once they have their money you’re nothing to them. I went into the store looking for a starter vape and was leaning more towards a smok but one of their employees convinced me to buy a brand I’d never heard of called aspire. She assured me that if anything was wrong within a few days they would let me exchange it. Well within two days it only seems to come on when it wants to and even when it does come on it won’t fire correctly at least half the times I try to take hits. I returned to the ra shop and was told that I have to contact aspire to get a refund. I understand that it isn’t their product and in the words of their employee, “we didn’t engineer it we just sell it.” . A business still has a certain level of responsibility to fix such obvious issues. If a product I buy from you is broken in less than two days it’s not the customers resposubility to go through hours of customer service just to get the money they should have never spent on a product you should have never sold in he first place.

Best incense selection in town. They always have my favorite energy shots and are always so nice. Even got me a baja jacket there.

Nice enough people working in the store, but they sell junk. Every vape device I have purchased has broken within a few weeks. Juul,aspire,sauran drop,smok,, all garbage and the shop offers you ZERO warranty or product support. Just a money sink.Bought a smok device and ejuice two weeks ago and already it fried. Guess what? They cant help me with this junk device. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars in this store but this is the last time. Others need to know. Go elsewhere if you want customer service and product support.

Long wait before anyone acknowledged us. So felt awkward as hell for being there.No gifts. Just some incense and tapestries. Was hoping to shop for hippie stuff.

I went to buy a vape battery and was told I could return it if it was the wrong one ..I asked the young lady with the short hair was she sure the battery she gave me the correct one and I asked multiple times to be sure, I even showed her one similar to my vape pen just to be sure and she was definitely positive and she said yes it should work and it usually fits most vape pens ....so I took it home and it didnt work..I came back to return it and same person look me in my eyes and said no returns or exchanges and pointed to the counter after she said if it wasnt right to bring it back and I didnt even check out at the registrater in front where the sign was taped to the counter I checked out at the register beside it. If a person shows you what type of vape pen they have and ask for help why give then the wrong product or show them the wrong product if its NO EXCHANGE OR NON REFUNDABLE

Because I bought an expensive vape. When I got home I tried it, and it did not work. So I called them. I brought it back he next day. It still doesnt work, and they refused me my money back

Bought vape worked great for 2 weeks.then quit called to get info on what club be wrong was told to call manufacturers.they dont guaranty anything.would not even offer any thing to check.very rude person tried to blame me for it. so money down drain.dont buy there.
