The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. They let us sample a variety of flavors prior to purchasing. Often, other stores would not allow you to sample the premium flavors, but this store breaks that trend to help you find the best taste.They also patiently put up with my fickle decision making skills and aided me in selecting my next RDA. I would absolutely shoe here again the next time I visit Boston.

Best Vape store in the state, helpful knowledgeable and fun staff, a multitude of different flavors to try and buy, very relaxed and easy going atmosphere. A wide array of different models and kits. I litter ally cant say enough good things about this place.

Walked into Beyond Vape with very little knowledge of vaping. My wife and I were using a Juul prior and liked it, however wanted something that we could dial down the nicotine on. Ted happened to be working that night. He’s friendly and knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the process of deciding which vaporizer was the best fit for us. We didn’t feel like we were being sold. We also later compared the prices of the items we purchased to vendors online and can definitely say Beyond Vape is competitively priced.

Not many vape shops in the Boston area. This one has staff that is highly knowledgeable. The selection of juice and kits is pretty good. I recommend the Halo Sub Zero or Halo Menthol Ice for Newport smokers looking to quit. This is a great vape shop!

Great shop! I bought my first kit here and they really took their time explaining everything to me. Tons of different e-liquids to choose from. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer service, I was so excited to buy my first e juice and I told him I have no idea what to look for he not only made me feel like an idiot but he rushed me and I asked a few questions he knew how confused I was but he didn’t care at all!!! Not only did I walk out so upset but he didn’t even give me a receipt!!!! How could they hire someone so rude especially me being a new customer and not knowing much about vaping.

When I went first time I was so happy to see juices and mod that I was looking to purchase.I did buy juices and mod worth more than 200.The mod died after 1 week and they exchange with a mod that was flawed where battery was really hard to fit.I just took it as long as it works I am good with the mod.sadly when I reached home it doesnt even turn on.I go back to store and flat out refused for exchange.I know online is way cheaper but I wanted to help my local B& M store.Sadly I wont be a returning customer.Beware get only juices but any electronic stuff I would think twice.

This is a Strong 5 out of 5. Vaping Stores and Lounges are popping up seemingly everywhere in the Cambridge / Greater Boston Area. The issue I ran into was this store was the only location I visited that actually had knowledge on every aspect of Vaping I inquired about. The staff is patient, informative. The atmosphere is laid back, store is extremely clean and there is ZERO PRESSURE. One of the best retail experiences I have had in years. Keep up the good work, this is the only place to start your Vaping Journey

I had a vape emergency and broke my vape at work. These guys stay open late 9pm where most shops close at 8 which is huge for my schedule. They have a huge selection they hooked me up with a vaporesso revenger and the thing kicks ass! Super friendly and informative even asked to see my vape to try to fix it.. been vaping for 5 years hands down best place I’ve walked into.. quick and easy! Thanks guys!!!!!

I searched and searched on Google while on my first visit to Boston from H-Town (Houston) for a knowledgeabke vape/vaporizer shop.Beyond Vape seemed to fit the bill.I wanted a regulated device without TC to work with multiple coils and viscosities. Miss Nikki was conscientious of my level of expertise and we spent over 2 hours narrowing down the right choice for me. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Miss Nikki was so helpful and I picked up a dotmod dotaio AND AM LOVING IT! I am also loving the Pacha Mama Huckleberry Pear Açai freebase juice. Did I mention the dotmod aio can work with both freebase and nic salts and CBD?Then, since I was leaving town, I bought a battery charger. It didnt work. Replaced it with ease thanks to Nikki.If ever is Somerville by Davis Square, Ill definitely return.

Great place! So very helpful. They are friendly and inviting. I am a newbie but I felt very comfortable. I was really nervous before going in but once I went in I felt very comfortable.

Its a nice place but service is not that great,and they are mostly out of the good juices which is fine that means they sell a lot but they take forever in restocking them.....

They seem to be out of particular flavors and strengths of their house juices all the time, but the staff is friendly and helpful. If youre driving, parking is a challenge.
