I went with my mom to Premiere on Broadway located on 517 Broadway in Somerville, MA. This spot not only has great Italian dishes but also has trivia nights, bands, and DJs come throughout the week. For cocktails we got their “Grow a Pear” cocktail which had maple bourbon, spiced pear, honey, lemon and ginger soda. This was my mom’s personal favorite because she is a bourbon lover 9/10. We also got the margarita 9/10 which was my personal favorite and the espresso martini 9/10. These drinks were inexpensive and a delight! If you are just coming for a show and a drink-they definitely make it worth your while. For appetizers we had the house-made meatballs with whipped ricotta. They gave us two giant meatballs to split. I think the sauce/ricotta definitely makes this dish complete 7/10.We also got the autumn salad which had roasted squash, pomegranate seeds, and a house vinaigrette. We thought this was way too overdressed but still tasted good 5/10.Lastly, for appetizers, we got the clam chowder soup. I’m not even a big clam chowder fan and I really enjoyed the flavor of this 8/10.For entrees we had the sausage and broccoli rabe pasta. They do not skimp on the portions here. This dish was so filling and the sausage was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it but thought it may of had a bit too much salt 7/10.For our other entree, we got the lobster ravioli. These were house made ravioli’s with giant pieces of lobster inside. This was definitely worth the $31 and was the star dish of the night 9/10.Next time I come back I would happily watch a show, get a drink, and maybe even try their chicken parm (cause that also looked delicious!).Food: 8/10 Affordability: 6/10 Ambiance: 9/10
Met some friends for a fabulous brunch. So glad we finally tried it! Great menu and meal. We shared a couple of chef special apple cider donut “side dishes” - a highlight. Live music was excellent (Karen Grenier), plenty of seating and room which is rare for brunch (I will never stand in line for brunch!!). Spotless, great service.
The best brunch we have had in a while! The food was spot on. We had:- Chicken and waffles - the chicken crust had so much flavor and the inside was very juicy. The waffles were fluffy and crispy on the outside.- Premiere Benedict eggs - OMG… so good!!! The eggs were cooked to perfection. The ham was thinly sliced and the ratio to bread and eggs was 👌🏽. The pesto hollandaise sauce was to die for—I honestly want my Benedict eggs like this, always!- Cinnamon sugar donut - it was very fluffy and I don’t know if it was freshly made in house but it tasted like it was—it was warm when we got it.Highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to be back..
Really nice and comfortable atmosphere. We both enjoyed our food and took advantage of the three course special offered from M- Thursday. It was a good deal! The food was delicious and the service was great. The owner even came over to greet us! Recommended for a date night or just drinks with friends!
Excellent food! Great atmosphere. They always have some sort of entertainment on their stage, nice dance floor too. The bar is huge and the staff is very friendly and always on their toes. Great place for a special occasion. Its much larger than you would think from outside. They also have outside tables!
This place is really hit or miss. My boyfriend and I have had good meals there, but it’s always been when they are on the busier side. Beware if you go on a quieter night. The service is super overkill bordering on bizarre. We went one night awhile ago and a guy who seemed like an owner or at least a manager was taking care of us and checked on us every 5 minutes. At first it was nice, then it became disruptive. He would also constantly hover so much so that I felt sure he could hear or maybe was even listening to our conversation. Also, when he came to the table he only looked at and addressed my boyfriend…really weird. Anyways this place gets 3 stars because the food is pretty solid. The arancini are worth a try. Also go when there’s live music

Everytime I’ve been here the service is very slow. The food is okay, but doesn’t wow me enough to makeup for how long it takes to wait for someone to come over to order a drink/food and to get the drinks/food. The staff is nice but I wouldn’t come here again.
The staff was great. They had great attention to detail. a number of my friends had food allergies, so i was a bit nervous at first but the staff took such great precautions, and the chef made sure to verbally confirm every dish that came out had no allergens. such great customer service. the dishes were good too. very well seasoned. compliments to the chef. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Give it a 3.5 stars. The ambiance was nice. Street meter parking spaces. We had a new female waitress serving our table. She was super nice, but we could see that she was nervous. She spilled water onto the table and got some of us wet. However, we didnt mind. She apologized for her mistake. I had the burger and it was really good. Double patties beef cooked perfectly medium rare. The fries were good but not crunchy enough. The pickles were, eh.. definitely recommended the burger. The waitress complimentary us with the tiramsu and cheesecake. The cheesecake was not good. It was soggy, no firmness at all. The tiramsu had too much coco powder. Service was good. Food came out quick. It does get busy on the weekend at night time.
Premiere on Broadway is absolutely fantastic 👌. We went on a cold winter weekday evening for date night. Upon entry the atmosphere of the restaurant felt very comfortable and the booths had heaters under the seat which was perfect for these NE winter nights. The service was super friendly and conversational yet uptmost professional. We had the 3 course special for $28 which took the hassle out of the decision making. Appetizers, entre and the desserts were spot on and the food staff lived up to the accolades theyve received since opening. They host bands and DJs on weekend so we will definitely make a trip back! 5 stars
I visited Premiere on Broadway last night for their grand opening and was beyond impressed. Somerville needed a space like this and Premiere has absolutely delivered. The atmosphere is immaculate. It truly felt like a family gathering. The owners were making their rounds, checking on everyone and making sure people were happy. I appreciate that personable touch so much. The bar and dining area is gorgeous, decorated with inviting light and original art. And the bartenders know what theyre doing. All the cocktails were created by the lead bartender especially for Premiere. My favorites were the Raspberry Beret and the Cant Elope. They were light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. We had the eggplant rollatini and the mozzarella board with prosciutto and arugula to start. The eggplant rollatini was hands down the best ive ever tasted. It was so crispy and delicious, and the addition of pine nuts and currants made it totally unique. You have to try this! For the main course, we tried the Potato Gnocchi, the Carbonara, and the Sausage Peppers Onions. Its hard to say which one was my favorite because each one was more exquisite than the last. The smoked ricotta in the Gnocchi was so decadent. This dish is a must-try. The Carbonara was the best ive ever tasted. The bucatini was so perfectly al dente; an absolute home-run in every way. I didnt want to stop eating. The house-made sausage had mozzarella cooked into the center- the absolute best surprise when I bit into it. Simply perfect. You can tell the food was made with the freshest ingredients, and plenty of love. Im making it a goal to try everything on the menu.Towards the end of our evening, the live music started, and people were dancing and having a good time. It was so much fun, and so nice to see people enjoying life after a tough year. Premiere has all the allure of the North End, with the neighborhood vibe of Somerville, and entertainment that youd typically have to go to downtown Boston to find.Im so excited to have Premiere right down the street, and I cant wait to join them for dinner, sunday brunch, and more live music in the future. If you havent made your reservation yet, what are you waiting for?
I had a lot to say about this place. So much so, that I ran out of characters on here. For a place thats only been open a week I expected much better. The service was excellent! Except the bussers, if anything they were too quick to remove plates. We felt pressure to eat really quickly. The atmosphere was a cool concept but, its over the top. Way to distracting and to brightly lit for any kind of romantic date night. The live entertainment was great but, it was loud. We sat as far away from the stage as possible and still had trouble communicating. The food was inconsistent at best. An AMAZING Kale Caesar Salad, was followed up with a Chicken Parm that was way overcooked, and a Carbonara that was well executed but, confusing. Who puts Irish bacon in an Italian classic like that?Dessert was a disappointment. Only 2 dessert options? The tiramisu was acceptable but not great. Its expensive and parking was tough, so overall I give it 3.5 stars, but we probably wont be back.
One of the best restaurants and bar that you can find in the Somerville and Cambridge area, the nachos and the bar pizza are one of the best in the area and OMG the bartenders ( Cruz, Sergio, Camilo and Nick) are the best ones, youre never gonna feel ignore, the Boss is the boss, hes quite a man of word. If youre nearby and want to have a good night come here.
Amazing place in Somerville. Writing a review after my third visit at this place. Me and my wife both love Premiere on Broadway. Easily one of the best cocktail places around Boston. This time I had Banana Nut Martini and Pistachaio Martini. Banana Nut Martini is one of the best cocktails I have ever had.
We enjoyed a nice date night during the Dining in the Dark event hosted by Fever. Who would have thought eating blindfolded would be so fun...I would do it, again. The food was amazing!
We came here on a weeknight and got an amazing 3 course dinner special, really good deal. The food was phenomenal and the portions generous. Highly recommend the little gem salad and the tiramisu. Not to mention the cocktails. Cant wait to come back and check out the live music. Great atmosphere, relaxing while also stylish 😍
Last Saturday was Amazing !!. My aunt took me out for dinner. Before I drive her back home to New York on Sunday. She took me to Premiere on Broadway in Somerville Ma for dinner. We both had custom order a T-bone steak with a baked potato and garlic spinach. My friend Kyle is the chef there. Thank you Chef Kyle!! Food was AMAZING !!Great service was given to us by a Great Team…. Gabriella,Joey, Ashely, Koryn, Gregory, Derek Elisabeth, Kavaz and anyone we may of mmissed. You get ten star from us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food is delicious, very large portions. The drinks are so good, some of the best craft cocktails Ive had.The decor is beautiful high end, but I couldn’t figure out why it was empty. Then my last time there I figured it out. The girl who answers the phones is the same black girl at the computer. She is so rude, she told me I couldnt sit with the server I had the last time because it wasn’t her “turn” to get sat. I wanted that server because she gave me the best recommendations for both food and drink not to mention how knowledgeable she is about the city and other places to go and do, she smiled the whole time and was genuinely happy, I think her name was Ashley. Then the bartender with the long blonde hair was a scammer. She gave the guy next to me free drinks the whole time we were there(prob 1.5 hrs.) He got me 2of them and he left her a good tip and left. When it was my time to pay she gave me the bill and it had the 2 free drinks on it, I told her I didn’t order these and she said with a sarcastic cooked smile and head tilt “well you drank them” and tried to make me pay for the FREE DRINKS she gave to the guy who ordered them for me. The whole time I was at the bar she was talking so much smack about all the other employees and the owners how they do not know how to operate and manage the place.I really think that the reason the beautiful premiere is empty is because of the 2 employees I just mentioned and their toxic behavior. Hopefully the right person reads this and handles them because cutting off 2 poison apples will make the tree healthier FYI ignore the tall black girl at host stand and very long blonde hair girl at bar.Dont think I’m crazy this needs to be done!!!
Drinks were really good and atmosphere was fun! Place looked nice and staff was great. Ive got high standards for Italian food and the dinner was rather unremarkable. The antipasti board had a very strangely spiced oil all over it and pretty much made everything unedible for me. Aranchinis were pretty good though.Definitely go back for drinks and live music though
Premiere on Broadway is such a cool spot! As a local Somerville resident, I am always looking for solid local bars/restaurants. This place is great for dinner and drinks and they also have another room with a stage where they have live entertainment. Hollywood star décor and a spacious bar in the center with plenty of seats. They also offer outside seating that is covered in case it rains. I have been here a handful of times and have been pleased with every visit. My most recent visit was for a Sunday brunch. I went with the cheeseburger, and it came with French fries. OMG. Delicious! This burger is craveable! It is a double patty with American cheese and a house made sauce. The seeded bun is toasted, the patties are juicy smothered in melted American cheese, but crispy edges, and the sauce sets it off! The French fries were so crispy and a perfect portion with the burger. I had this burger 1 other time and have been thinking about it ever since. Usually, burgers are a very subpar choice and nothing special, but this one is far from it! Run here and definitely try the burger!
I didn’t have a touch of a buzz after 2 drinks.Meal was very tasty. We did feel it was a costly little adventure.
If you haven’t been to Premiere yet you’re missing out, The food is outstanding, fresh and big portions. The chicken parm is by far my favorite! Service is amazing they make you feel right at home. Drinks are diverse and tasty, espresso martini is my go to! By far the new hot spot for Somerville Ma check it out
Great food! Great Drinks! Great Music! Its entertaining. Friendly staff and nice crowd.
Drinks amazing, food amazing, service amazing! I would recommend this restaurant to absolutely anyone trying to have an amazing night out. Whether it be date night or night out with the fam Premiere can accommodate it all! Management was fabulous and the servers provided top notch service! Not a single complaint about my experience.
The staff, and entertainers was awesome! Staff was Friendly, Funny, and attentive. Entertainers was engaging with the customers. Great place to celebrate your birthday.
Every detail at Premiere on Broadway has been attended to. The drinks are amazing and very unique, the focaccia bread is sinfully delicious and the chicken parmesan is not only flavorful but large enough for two to share. Weve been several times and the service is beyond amazing-our server Joey made excellent recommendations and made sure to confirm with the chef that everything was safe for my daughter who has a severe nut allergy. Additionally, the DJ played a few songs that my teens requested which really made the evening for them. The owner Charlie even visited our table. I know there are a myriad of options to dine in Somerville-but this is truly a cant miss!
StaffExceptionally friendly. Professional and dressed well.ServiceMy reservation was on time , we arrived with a large party of 12 and were taken right to our table.FoodExceptional. I had seen a Phantom Gournet show that featured Premier on Broadway and the food looked amazing. It was right on point and the chef came to our table to assure everything was as we ordered it. I would highly recommend coming here they really do a great job and the place is clean and well decorated.
Just ate Brunch. Premier on Broadway was open during this snow storm.Food was great! A definite brunch destination.Service 5 starsAtmosphere 5 starsFood 5 StarsPrice was a bargain for what we got.Coming back !
Fun space with lots of entertainment themed art. Great place for all ages. Everyone from there 20s to hit up a nice looking bar to the older folks able to come in with family. I love that this place is wheelchair accessible. Neuro divergent friendly! Go up on the dance floor! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Now for the food, fantastic. My sister said that was the best calamari shes ever had! I loved the arincini and everyone loved the chicken wings. These are not your ordinary wings. Drinks are great and the price is too. My group of 5 all left talking about how much fun we had.
My friends and I saw MULTIPLE MICE running around under the booths! We were sitting at the bar and grabbed a couple drinks and pizza which was good and the service was good, but we were definitely disturbed eating 5 feet away from mice. I know we’re in a city and mice are around, but if we were seeing them in the restaurant when there were multiple patrons still there I don’t want to know how many there are elsewhere in the restaurant… definitely turned me off from going back there.
I just went here tonight for the first time - wish I went sooner as a local. Its HUGE. Love how big the bar is. It was pretty dead (of course, its a random Wednesday in July), but I hope the service is as good when its busier as we had tonight. Bartender was sweet and checked on us but didnt bother us at all. Another person (maybe manager?) joked with us about the ice cream sandwich (which was amazing) and was overall super nice and friendly. Love the décor; if youre a pop culture fan, it could be a really fun conversation starter. I live for anything buffalo chicken and they have BY FAR the best buffalo chicken egg rolls Ive ever had. I dont leave many reviews, but Im happy to have a spot like this nearby. Im excited to come back very soon!!!
I was there last nite and I have been there several times before but last nite was awesome my girlfriend and I got to sample the food from the new menu. The food was amazing. The owner gave us a complimentary drink and dessert. The hospitality is impressive. You must check this place out for yourself. We loved it. The art work is amazing
I had a good time at the Heels n Mimosas Drag brunch at Premiere. The food was good.. moderately priced. I had the Americam Breakfast and the French toast, which were yummy especially the home fries! The drinks were tasty and the service was good considering there were a lot of people there for the event
The food is a little too greasy, but pretty good if you don’t mind it. You can check if they have live music in their website and when it will start! Also, the space is very good for taking good pictures.
Great spot , why go to Boston when you can eat and relax right here
Went for Sunday drag show which we paid $30 per ticket. We walked out a few minutes after into the show. There were glitches with the equipment and such hard pressure to tip it felt awkward to be in the room. The food was good but limited menu for the event, the bloody Mary was the worse I have ever had. Too bad I really had high hopes.
Great restaurant and event venue option! Pizza is quite tasty and good beer options. We come as a big running group occasionally on Tuesday nights, and they were super welcoming when I brought in a birthday cake (including providing utensils and a firework-style candle!). Definitely recommend!
This place is amazing. Hidden gem for sure. The atmosphere is great, the drinks are good, staff was awesome and the food is AMAZING!! This is our second time coming to the restaurant. First time was my husband and I and this time we brought friends. They did not stop complementing us on what a great choice it was. Definitely check this restaurant out you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back again!
The atmosphere is awesome, food is outstanding and everyone on staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get an amazing experience from the minute you walk in. We recently hosted a birthday party there and all our guests were raving about the staff and the delicious food all night! Can’t wait to go back!
Loved the drinks and the benedict I ordered. Cant wait to go back!
Went for one of the candlelight concerts which was great (but make sure to get there early for good seats). We stayed afterward for drinks and apps at the bar and were pleasantly surprised by how great everything was. Definitely going back!!
Delicious food, we had the butternut squash ravioli and the chicken premiere. Both very tasty. The bruschetta appetizer was unique and yummy with cream cheese, honey, and hazelnut toppings. Our waitress Ashley was personable and knowledgeable about the restaurant and made our dining experience very happy. She shared the calendar of events as there is a place where bands / DJs perform on weekends. The restaurant is well maintained and clean. We will definitely go back.
I have played music at this venue on multiple occasions- They are always very pleasant to work with. The venue is beautiful. Bostons Celebrity Band will be playing on Wednesday nights starting in March. Also, the food is amazing. You need to come visit Premiere on Broadway - you will love it.
Went out to eat for my nephews 15th Birthday. He ordered chicken parmigiana and loved it. I had the butter nut squash ravioli it was phenomenal and my wife had the prime rib sandwich and she stated it was very tasty and delicious . Also we shared the arancini they were very tasty and crunchy. The owner Charlie Zamutto approached our table and made sure we were all set as far as needing anything. He was very attentive, we explained we were very pleased with the service we received, and he then proceeded to give our nephew a complimentary ice cream sandwich for his birthday for which he was delighted. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to have an authentic Italian meal in the city to stop on by Premier on Broadway.
A pretty terrible establishment. There are a million other places to eat/drink in Somerville. Will never step my feet in here again.
Great atmosphere and service! Had a outstanding Sunday watching the Pats game at Premiere on Broadway. The bar was pretty fast even with the countless beers flowing for the game. The food was delicious , I had the wings (sweet and sour is elite), potato gnocchi, and some of the rigatoni....enjoyed every bite. Also def try their espresso martini, you wont regret it. Lastly, I thought the interior design and layout was pretty cool and unique. The art is interesting and its neat how the stage room and bar room each have their own vibe to them.
We live in the neighborhood and have been curious about this place for awhile and finally made it in last night. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, the cocktails were creative and overall we were impressed on our first visit here. They were accommodating to a large group. The set menu did not have any vegan options but the manager offered to make something off menu to accommodate. The owner told us that some of the recipes are her grandmothers which was an unexpected sweet touch. Overall we really enjoyed our evening here and are excited to go back!
Had a great time at this restaurant. Love the seating locations and the stage here. Long nice bar. Everyday something new is happening in this restaurant. Had the best chicken sandwich ever here. Loved the dessert and the atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff.
I always have a great time here. Food is so delicious and drinks are great. The staff all around are very friendly. Great service!!! The atmosphere is awesome. Love the paintings and interior design. Bathrooms are pretty cool with the wall decals. Every time I go I try a new dish on the menu and so far everything I have tried is yummy!!!
Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate my friends birthday and had such a great time! We had apps and the food was delicious. Drinks were great. The bartenders are friendly and nice. The owner Charlie came around and checked in with us many times. They also have live music! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
The food and cocktails were fantastic. The autumn salad was maybe one of the best salads Ive ever had. Our server went above and beyond for us, as did Charlie and his daughter (the owners) who had never met us before. I look forward to returning and trying more things on the menu very soon.
Fantastic food, drink, and service. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable, including Charlie who offered us a drink on the house. The bread was delicious while we perused the menu, and both appetizers and dinner were well-sized, deliciously seasoned, and fired quickly. I am so happy this has opened near me - We will be back!
The wings were my appetizer of choice and they were to die for! I had chicken Parmesan and it was huge, juicy and delicious! The 10 piece band was awesome. The atmosphere was really cool. The paintings were all done by the owner and the the whole decor was fantastic! Ample room at the table so you didn’t feel crowded. It’s a must go to!
This place just opened a few months ago and did not disappoint for our girls birthday night. We had a reservation in the lounge and had a great view of the stage to watch the band. The scene was lively and upbeat and we loved that there was dancing! The owner stopped by a few times to check to make sure we were happy with the drinks and food which was unexpected since our waitress was already doing an amazing job. The food was AMAZING, Premier has a great menu and everyone at our table was happy with their choices. They also didn’t object to us bringing a birthday cake nor charged us with some BS cake cutting fee. Love this scene, the food, the service and the owner, we will def be back!
I absolutely love Premiere! Such a cool, fun spot to drink & dine at. The atmosphere is unmatched. Great size, plenty of breathing room. The food & drinks are delicious. The staff is great. Awesome bar with plenty of TV’s to catch the games on. Live music/performances on weekends. This place is everything you could ask for. I went when they first opened & I have been back countless times since. It’s family owned & they are very nice and welcoming people. They’ll make you feel like family when you dine there. Go to premiere on Broadway. You won’t be disappointed!
I don’t understand what the hype is. I was really excited to go and was underwhelmed all around. It’s supposed to be a music place but the acoustics are terrible since the place is warehouse style. I am sensitive to sound and my decibel reader was consistently over 90 dB(A) of just people talking. When my friend and I arrived, we were looking for a place to sit at the bar and a woman bringing food out was rudely yelling at us to move out of her way. I had already seen her behind my friend and pulled her aside. I know what it’s like to work in a crowded place so I was trying to be conscious of it. She was very unfriendly. The bartender was nice but the food was not good and overpriced. The fried calamari looked pretty but it was overly sweet with some sort of chutney that made it soggy. The wings were crispy but had an odd taste of gaminess to it. Idk what the hype is. It gives me seaport vibes but tacky “Broadway” themed.
We had our Holiday party for 50 people here on January 6, 2023 in the semi private function space. Koryn was easy to work with and very responsive with my questions for planning. We required a certain price point and she was more than willing to make suggestions to help us get to that price. The restaurant/bar decor is fun and modern. Our server Joseph and the bartender that night were fantastic! They have a great variety of craft beers and nice selection of wine. I heard from coworkers that the expresso and banana bread martinis were to die for. Our event had a variety of appetizers (cheesy bread, mozzerella sticks, chicken wings and chicken fingers) calzones, salad and pizza. They were super accomodating to people who had allergies/gluten free. Many different options with the pizza and calzone. I would describe the pizza and calzone as gourment. All the food was delicious! The band was really good too! Today at work many people stopped me to tell me that they liked the food, what a great atmosphere and how much fun they had. We will be back!
Great experience at Premiere!! We loved the atmosphere and the entrees were very good. I loved the seafood fra diavolo. My husband loved the burger. We also had great service. The only thing is that you guys should get a gluten-free beer option (most Somerville bars do have Glutenberg or Daura Damm), or have a cider on draft instead of a can.
We had a great early dinner here. Place wasn’t busy at all, service was outstanding and extremely friendly, drinks were great and so was the food. Highly recommend if you live in the area! We didn’t get to see the live music because we were early but the back area looked fun.
I’ve been to this place at least 5 times and am salivating just thinking about this place. The food variety and quality is fantastic. The staff is great. And the cocktails are wonderful.I’d give this a 10 out of 5.
Absolutely love this place!! It is huge and they have delicious and beautiful looking cocktails, one of the best in Boston area. They are very precise about the drinks. I was impressed with how they could do a fruity refreshing one like cranberry cloud as well make something so different as a lip smacking dessert cocktail from banana nut martini with graham rim. They also change their menu every now and then, so you always get new ones to try!
I am not sure what this place is… I love Italian food and the food was disappointing for sure. What really threw us was the decor… and all the random celebrity names listed on the beams was super tacky and out of place. We made a reservation at 545p because that’s all they had and we really wanted to try it… got there and it was empty and remained empty with only a few table occupied. There is a huge bar and a bunch of bartenders but not a soul sitting at the bar…On the plus side, the space is great for a music venue. Think upscale bar food would be a much better choice because the “Italian food” isn’t working at all. I mean the red sauce tasted like it was out of a can. My very Italian wife was not happy…Skip it.
This place is amazing, the food is awesome, the staff is friendly and the drinks are just great.A great place to watch the games, or to have a fun family brunch. I live in the area so I went a few times, they have a drags show that is really fun, you will be laughing the hole time.I am vegetarian, and I really enjoy the little mushroom appetizer and the squash ravioli.
Loud enough to make conversation difficult even on the opposite side of the restaurant from the stage. Our waiter seated us, took our order of two waters, and vanished into the night. After thirty minutes of never seeing our waiter again, we left without ever getting our water or even having the chance to order anything else. This was a quiet evening in the middle of the week - I cant imagine what its like on a Friday night.
Eh. Large space and fancy digs but its almost always empty, and the vibe is..off. Food is instagrammable but way overpriced and doesnt actually taste good enough for what they charge. I had a burger and it was aggressively okay; couldve gotten a better one from the pizza place that used to be next door for half the price (I actually heard the owner of Premiere evicted and harassed them?). Drinks were drinks but again, $17 for a margarita is outrageous.Anyway, theres lots of great places around...skip this one.
So delighted to have tried Premiere on Broadway. It has now become our new regular go to restaurant in Somerville. An awesome place if youre looking for great food/drinks in a beautiful setting. The atmosphere is fun, relaxed and friendly. The food is delicious and the waitstaff are cool. Cant wait to go back again soon.
Food is overpriced, drinks are watered down. I had a profound feeling of paying for a certain tier of experience and certainly getting a couple tiers below what I paid for. The atmosphere is admittedly fun and different, but that doesnt really make up for the rest. It doesnt help that the owner has some pretty horrible public statements and reputation. If you want a great place to hang out in Somerville, Magouns is about 100 feet away from this horrible spot.
Went for dinner last night with family. The mushroom appetizer was excellent! I had the pasta carbonara, pasta was fresh, meal was so good. Cant wait to go back and try the butternut squash ravioli. Atmosphere was great, clean, not loud at all like some other restaurants.
The service was excellent. The food was a 6 out of 10. Ordered Shrimp Scampi. It was bland. The shrimp tasted as though it was perhaps boiled and added to the dish. We ordered Crispy wings, however they were not crispy at all. We also ordered meatballs on the side, they were ok.Personally I would not eat here again. Id come for entertainment and drinks. Again the service was fantastic.
Great food, but pricey for the portion size. . Beautiful restaurant, but Ive been there twice and its kinda of slow, they need to work on the menu, by adding more of the popular items, like nachos or pretzels for apps, and also more sandwiches. The bartenders need to be a little more welcoming to the the guests. Without a little change not sure if they can stay in business.
Very good brunch on Sundays. The restaurant is new so its beautiful inside. The wait staff is friendly and on point. Every week they make a gourmet donut. The menu is a little different and a little pricey for brunch but the plates are a cut above. I got prime rib with eggs. Obviously, this type of menu is more expensive. The only odd thing I recognized is they dont have omlettes. Its good I will be going back.
A really nice restaurant with solid atmosphere, service, drinks, but unfortunately some of the food was middling. The service was fantastic, the food came reasonably quick and the staff were incredibly kind and polite. I believe the manager or owner was greeting people at the door, which is always nice to see.For drinks, I ordered a Sugar Daqui and Cherry Blossom, both of which were great. Everyone else that was with me also said their drinks were fantastic, one getting the Espresso Martini, and another getting the Grapes of Wrath. For the appetizer, Ill leave that to the end as I dont feel its representative of the restaurant, and from my understanding, the product was somewhat new.For food, I personally ordered a Burger Al Mattone with bacon, and split it with someone in my party. It had a good flavor and the burger consistency was good, but it was pretty greasy...even compared to places like Boston Burger company. The bun was even pretty soggy, but I think someone looking for a burger will find it passable as the flavor makes up for the greasiness a bit.The other two people in my party ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and Meatball Sub. Both of which not only looked quite a bit better than the burger I had ordered, but apparently tasted fantastic too. The person eating the Chicken Parmigiana said the sauce was superb, and the person eating the Meatball Sub shared similar sentiment, saying it was incredibly good. Both of those dishes were incredibly large in portion size, so its likely the average person may have some leftovers.Lastly to the appetizer...For an appetizer, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Apparently these are new additions to the menu and we only found out about them because the waitress mentioned them to us (they are not even shown on their website yet). I was *really* disappointed by the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and I think it could use a good bit of rethinking. I believe the waitress said the sauce base is either blue cheese or blue cheese dressing, and it just really doesnt work. When we got it, the pizza was an oily puddle (if youve ever seen the clip from Gordon Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares with the greasy Thin Crust Pizza, think that). Trying to pull one of the pieces onto my plate was hard as all the toppings just slid right off from it, Id never quite seen something like this from a pizza before. The upside is that the flavor and crust were both really good, which makes me think this dish could be improved. Ive had Buffalo Chicken pizza from tons of places in Boston, and Ive never seen one quite like this.I believe they had two other pizza variations which didnt have this blue cheese base, and I imagine theyd be substantially better.Overall, the experience was pleasant, the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were overall pretty good and I think Id come again.
I loved the food, the atmosphere, they had a local band playing which was really nice. Excellent service. It was a bit of a slow night for them so the owner stopped by and introduced himself. Its great to have this new venue in the neighborhood - I expect to visit them again. Highly recommended.
I recently attended a holiday party at Premiere. This restaurant is beautifully designed, clean, bright and artistic, featuring paintings hand painted by the owner. Very classy. Starting with the arancini as an appetizer and Chicken Parmigiana ending with a fresh cup of cappuccino and tiramisu for dessert. My meal was amazing start to finish. We were a larger group and The staff are friendly and attentive, served all with a smile. The drinks were delicious. All this with live entertainment. Such a fun place to be with family and friends. Highly Recommended! Just planned another private party. Such a fun place to gather.
I’ve had the fortunate experience of eating at Premiere when Dan B was their head chef back when they first opened.Unfortunately the food has changed since in quality and flavor but the price remained.Ambiance and service is nice but otherwise everything else screams corporate and $$.
Fun local spot with live music! Love the huge bar with comfortable seats and TVs. Menu was awesome, however some of the prices were misleading for add-ons, make sure you double check the price before making an app an entree. Carrots were surprisingly awesome! Will def go back for drinks and apps.
My name is Nancy and my friends and I had a reservation there for my birthday celebration recently. We had a total blast. The servers were very friendly and professional, the food was delicious, the ambience classy and the music was wonderful. Thank you to the entire staff. I will definitely be back more than once!
My husband and I ate there recently. The atmosphere was awesome with a great bar scene and the drinks were on point. Our waitress was super nice and attentive and knew the menu well. We had the calamari to start which was outstanding and cooked perfectly with yummy sweat and spicey flavors. I had the beat salad with grilled chicken and my husband had the chicken parm with the lil gem salad to start. I have to say I was jealous. It was the best chicken parm I’ve ever had and the lil gem salad was so good with the grilled lettuce and flavorful vinaigrette. Large portions and good prices as well. We are looking forward to going back very soon!!!
This place is phenomenal! food & drinks blew me away, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. The bartender was kind enough to inform me the ingredients used in the drinks are all natural, and they even make their own simple syrups in house. Definitely recommend giving this spot and the homemade Italian sausages a try!
Food was awesome.... It was not that busy to start, so I was confused why are waitress was a little forgetful and things that we had asked for. She was very nice but certain things that we asked for we had to ask twice for. The band was awesome. It was a great night and I do plan on going there again. Thank you so much
Very tasteful place. I had the fish and chips there and it was amazing. It genuinely reminded me of being in London and getting the real fish and chips. I would go there again the service was fast but done right. The drinks were well priced and they worked hahah. I had a great time there is recommend this place to Everyone I know.
Went there for a few drinks for the first time. Place looks great and service was good. Didnt have any food though. So cant rate that just yet. But will return.
Had a wide assortment of grub on my lunch break today, from the Honey BBQ wings and Fries to the Filet... Everything exceeded my expectations. I mean, I assumed it would be a fine meal, but it looked five-star and tasted better. Truffle on the fries was a nice touch, the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and when a place can pull off everyday bar-food and fine dining at the same level, Im impressed.May update after Ive had a chance to try the drink menu on a day I dont have to return to work.Either way, theyve definitely got a repeat customer on their hands.
Love this restaurant! It has amazing drinks, and the live music is amazing. Entrees are all great, but the appetizers could be improved upon. Always enjoyed my time here, it’s time we had an excuse to come to Magoun Square!
Great cocktails, ricotta bruschetta was delicious, got the butternut squash ravioli for my entree and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. We were comp’d dessert, 3 slices of cake, all of which were very tasty. Service was fantastic. Huge bar, we sat in a cozy booth next to the glass garage doors. Would recommend!
Thank you premiere on broadway for donating the amazing food to my church. Everything was amazing and my congregation looks forward to visiting your restaurant
We have been there twice and both times we have had a great time. The food , drinks and staff were amazing. The tuna tartare is delicious The broccolini is also amazing as is the rigatoni and gnocchi. The atmosphere and energy from the space and people around you create a fantastic vibe and make you want to dance to the music. Will definitely go there again very soon. Can’t wait to try the Sunday Sinatra and Celine Dion brunch !!
We enjoyed a great dinner with Jordan as our server. We started with the meatballs as an appetizer. They were brought out very quickly and were very tasty. The entrees of gnocchi and pasta frita were fantastic. I would recommend for a nice night out.
Went there for brunch. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The food was outstanding and the attention to detail in presentation was a 10! It’s great that Somerville has a new place like this! Amazing! Wishing you much success!
Went late night on a weekday, but the vibe was still great, staff were super friendly, and they even squeezed in some bites last minute before the kitchen closed. Very large space and the stage area looks like it would be a lot of fun for some music/comedy/...drag?!?. Definitely will be visiting again!
Next time you organise a Valentines dinner make sure to have sufficient waiters. Totally ruined everyones (3hour) dinner. The few waiters dont deserve a bad tip because of terrible managers staff planification. Will not come back.
Man, The atmosphere was great, Live music, a great vibe. Food was spectacular I ordered almost half of the menu, chicken parm and the mushroom frittelle was spectacular. The pastas and sauces were really really exceptional. Bar was lively, and the staff waited on us hand and foot. Really really great place.
Didnt try the food but the drinks are good, the atmosphere is great as well. If you want to sit by the dance floor its tough I would suggest making a reservation always.
Food = spectacular.Drinks = out of this worldMusic = practically every damn nightService = the rest of the industry should take note from the crew here on how to keep people happy. Particularly amazing staff behind the bar.Went last night and legitimately had the best cocktail I’ve had in the Boston area. Unpretentious but refined, perfectly balanced and the bartenders are humble about their craft… don’t let that fool you. Their drinks are unreal.Food = the arancini is spectacular. The burger = top 3-5 burgers in the region… different style but on a par with the Craigie burger, Alden & Harlow, or Mr Bartley’s. Do it. You won’t be sorry.Expect to spend accordingly for the quality. It’s refined classy casual fare in a great lively upbeat setting. Great job! So excited to go back. Wish the beer selection was a bit better, but that’s a personal preference, and you’re not coming here for the beer, you’re coming for the feeling that you belong here, and the cocktails and amazing food.
I was there Saturday for the school of rock the kids were amazing. My son was one of the preformers in one of the bands. It was our first time there. This place is amazing. The food was great everyone was raving about the cheese burger. I had the meatballs they were great. Congratulations to the owners and the city of Somerville and thank you to the school of rock. We can’t wait to go back
Honestly I absolutely loved the way they designed the interior! With paintings of well known idols and names of celebrities definitely makes a great conversation piece. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly. All around a five star and we truly look forward to going again.
I went to premiere after the gym with my friends we found this place by accident. The vibe is amazing. The gnocchi is out of this world and my buddy said best cheese burger he’s ever had. Lots of fun. They had a live band and a VJ playing videos to the music after. Great place.
Amazing food and ambience. Everything we ordered was delicious (the best eggplant rollatini ever!!) and the atmosphere was nice, it’s like dining in a really cool modern art gallery! Can’t wait to go back to try their weekend jazz brunch.
I have been there twice so far: for apps, drinks and dessert and again for brunch. Both times, the food was great and the service impeccable. The menu is creative, and the venue is gorgeous. I will be back for dinner very soon!
Last night had a great dinner at Premiere! our waiter Joey was amazing and the tiramisu was the top notch. there week day 3 course special is definitely something you should check out and the portions are more than enough for lunch the next day! give them a shot.
Such an awesome restaurant! I went here for my birthday and they made my family and I feel so welcome. The owner Koryn does such a wonderful job as well as the staff. The food is also amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough, you should definitely go check it out.
I went to Premiere last night and am trying to hold myself back from going again tonight!!! Loved our waiter Tom, super personable and funny. The atmosphere is great and so is the food! We had the tuna tartar and the aranchini balls - both amazing we couldn’t decide what was better. Live music was refreshing in Somerville and loved the big windows - will for sure be going back!
We went to Premiere on Broadway for the first time last night. We ended up arriving early so we sat at the bar. I got the banana nut martini. It was beyond amazing with the crushed graham cracker rim. We had two drinks and then sat in the bar area booths for dinner. Our server was so nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the Risotto balls and they were delicious. We ordered a little gem salad, which was very unique and flavorful. For our main course my boyfriend got the chicken parm and I got the chicken marsala. The marsala was really good but his chicken parm was probably the best I have ever had. It was a huge portion and luckily we have a lot of left overs for today! I would highly recommend this restaurant. What a wonderful experience!
Tried Premiere on Broadway for a Galentines brunch with my girlfriend and had a great experience. Top notch service, delicious food and stellar banana bread martini. Really nice, clean, tasteful establishment, spotless bathrooms, good music. Wonderful spot for a date or gathering
It doesnt feel right to rate this establishment because they were very short handed that night and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. They were busy. Maybe Ill revisit but Ill say this. The menu DOESNT CATER TO ALL. PLEASE ADD A VEGETARIAN DISHES. Our party was told that vegetables dont come separately that wed have to order the full meal. NOT EVERYONE CAN EAT PASTA OR MEAT AND OR FISH.
What a GREAT EXPERIENCE last night!! Food was amazing from THE BEST arancini I have ever had, the peaches and burrito to die for right along w the chicken Parm and Premiere Chicken. There were about 30 of us for meal coming from services at Doherty. The staff didnt miss a beat!! Right on point from one table to the next right on down the line- thank you for a GREAT experience!!
Dont usually leave reviews like this but saw the owner of this place walk up on stage and cuss out a band of old men for being too loud...during an open mic night last night. What is the point of inviting the public to come see music at your place if you dont want them to play. Even if the music was too loud cussing out and embarrassing people in front of others is not the way to handle it. The owner was very childish and got into some arguments with customers as they were leaving, I would give this overpriced restaurant 0 stars if I could.
Food is ok. (Chicken pesto sandwich is great) and the servers are great. Been here twice so far and the bar tenders just cannot get the cocktails right. Drink beer or wine only.
Wont be coming here anymore after what I experienced last night. We attended open mic night and, in the middle of a song that a band was playing, the owner aggressively ran up on stage and unplugged the band’s mics and instruments, saying they were playing too loud. Why would you host an open mic at your bar if you don’t want people to hear the music?? Also worth noting that it’s heavily advertised on their website that they have live music several nights a week. Then, he gave us a hard time because we wanted to get our check and leave right away. Seems like the kind of guy that’s always got a bone to pick with people, even paying customers. I will not support a business that’s run by someone like that.
So happy there is a new exciting brunch spot in Somerville! Decor is insta worthy. Mimosa towers and incredible drinks. The food is excellent. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. There was a drag brunch going on in the back stage area and I was so jealous it was sold out because people were having a blast. This place reminds me of the awesome brunch spots in Southie but with more artsy decor and available parking. I highly recommend you go asap while this place is less known so you can easily get a table. I think Premier is going to get popular very fast.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My husband and I went for our date night, everything was amazing! The wait staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was by far the best in the area! The homemade meatballs and chicken parm were as delicious as my nonnas! Everything was pure perfection, we can’t wait to go back!!!
I attended a Dinner in the Dark event. Event was fun.
We got take out here a few weeks ago. I’ve had it before and thought it was really good, this time around we got two chicken Parm dinners. The chicken was very very dry, was not that good at all. We emailed to provide feed back because $55 for two dry chicken Parms is a lot to spend and not enjoy. Never heard back
Fabulous new restaurant. lavishly and elegantly decorated. we enjoyed the fried oysters, steak ,saltimbocca and burger and fries---all were sensational. best tiramisu i have ever had. the singer was amazing and it was so much fun to dance.
We had an overall great experience here. Our server Ashley gave us all of her suggestions for drinks, apps and dinner. Everything was incredible… the service, the drinks, the food, the overall vibe. Definitely will be back!
We dined at Premier on Broadway tonight for the first time and we will definitely be be back.A Great venue with live entertainment and wonderful food. What really makes them stand out is there helpful and attentive staff.I would definitely recomend them to a friend.Enjoy
Such a great place!Food is amazing, the tiramisu was probably the best I have ever had! the venue and the decor is very stylish and stands out. I like vibe and friendliness of the stuff. Will be back soon!!!
My family went to Premier on Broadway, for the first time last week with a few friends. We did not know what to expect, but the theme with celebrity painted pictures & names exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was top class, as well as the entertainment. The food was exceptional. We had the caprese salad, egg plant rolls, chicken parmesan, and mushrooms. All were delicious. Im fussy about tomato sauce, and had absolute no complaints! Definitely a must try! We plan to go back again soon.
Finding a restaurant that warrants repeat visits is rare. We’ve been back to Premiere on Broadway 3 times. If you haven’t been I strongly recommend this great new venue on Broadway in Somerville. The Italian food is upscale and delicious, and the service is top notch. From the moment we walk in to a warm welcome to the time we leave with a gracious thank you.
Came for the soft opening and will be back! Magoun square has needed a venue like this for a long time. Live music, great drinks and even better Italian food! I’m really excited to see this place when they open up full time, on their website they have a full schedule of whose preforming on their stage for the next few months! Great addition to the neighborhood I look forward to more evenings here.
I learned about Premiere on Broadway from LinkedIn and decided to try it. Our party of three arrived on time, and the cherry hostess had several tables from which we could choose. Before we were seated, the father of the owner (full disclosure: an old friend), greeted us warmly. Premiere is huge. In the front is a big bar with four huge screens for sports and other events. In the back is a stage for live music beginning at 9:00 p.m. and dancing. Our server, Caitlyn, brought us bread and water and took our drink order. We wanted a rose wine, and she steered us to a good one. We ordered salad and veal parmigiane: excellent! Our friend stopped by twice more, and then the owner herself came over. Corinne is lovely, and seems to have everything well under control. We tried and enjoyed each of the desserts. Portions are large. Many beers and wines from which to choose. Pleasant, efficient service. Welcoming atmosphere. Well be back.
I was there last nite with my friends for comedy show. Lots of fun. This place is beautiful. The food is amazing. Main course a little pricey but was good. Sarah is great behind bar. Killer drinks.
A wonderful experience. A bit of a challenge finding parking though.
This place is awesome! Chicken parm is delicious, wait staff is awesome, great live music. The owner was coming around checking in and was super friendly as well. Large bar with lots of seats, 10/10 will return
The food was amazing!! For appetizers, we got the charcuterie plate, the mushrooms, and the pistachio/peach salad. The mushrooms were to die for. The cured meat was delicious as were the cheeses. The pickled veggies were a bit too pickled for me, but good nonetheless. I had chicken parm for dinner. The portion was huge. The pasta was homemade and delicious. Not to al dente and not too soft. The tomatoe sauce was incredible. My only complaint was that when I wanted to take home my chicken parm, the waitress brought me a box and didnt box it herself. The owner introduced himself and spoke with is for a while. It was facsinating to learn he painted all the artwork on the walls. Parking is limited, but after circling a few times, we found something on the street. Not sure if they offer valet (they didnt while we were there). Overall, amazing. I would absoly go back.
10 of us went to dinner at Premiere and everything was excellent. Our server was great, she was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. We started with the appetizers and all of them were cooked perfectly. We had the tuna tartarre, chicken wings, mushrooms, fries, oysters, arancini and eggplant rollatini. My favorite was the rollatini.Everyones dinner was cooked to perfection and all the orders came out correctly. I personally had the linguini and clams and it was delicious. The entertainment Family Affair was fantastic. I cant wait to go back and see them again. They had people on the dance floor all night.Definitely a five star venue. Cannot wait to return.
Premier on Broadway is absolutely fabulous in all categories.Charlie and Koryn are absolutely great host and it has never been a bad time or a male or any situation in here and it is located right in the middle of Somerville . Minutes from the highway!!! Food !!;service; atmosphere 100% fabulous.
Food and service was great. Nice atmosphere and has outdoor dining. We sat inside and had Sunday brunch. They also have great entertainment. Will be back.
Fabulous Restaurant, the calamari was off the hook n the drinks, definitely the place to be, bar set with tvs, my new hangout spot 💕
First off, walking into the establishment it is pretty big between the dining area and the live music/dance area. There is a big bar roundabout in the center of the dining area with seating so you can stop by a hard days work enjoying your favorite cocktails. It has a well lit ambience with famous celebrities tagged throughout the entire ceiling so be prepared to play a game of find your favorite celebrity. For food, it is absolutely phenomenal. I had a course selected entirely around seafood so to start I had the tuna tartare which had a nice citrus balance and nice crunch from the chopped almonds. Second course I had the lobster garlic bruschetta with nice creamy burrata so expect to have a nice rich indulgent bite. For the final course I had the manila clam linguini with the perfectly cooked pasta to the tooth and salted nicely around the parmesan shavings and creamy sauce.Be sure to stay around for desert if you have room for it after a fulfilling meal because they have Italian classics like tiramisu and crowd pleasers like donuts that are said to be rotated on a weekly basis so be prepared for a surprising treat.
Wife and I were looking for a new place to eat. We tried the New Premiere on Broadway, that we heard from a friend to try. The Butternut Square Ravs were so good ! Decor was fun to look at. will have to come back for the live music, a must to try !!
What a great brunch! Chef Kyle does an amazing job. Recommend ricotta pancakes, eggs Benedict, eggs in pergatory and prime rib sando!!!!!!
Arancini, potato gnocchi , and tiramisu were all excellent. Staff are all so friendly and make you feel at home. Ashley stood out as our waitress. She was extremely attentive, friendly and pleasant. She made our experience old school Somerville which made things very comfortable. All her recommendations were on point with great service. As, I was walking out one of the owners approached me to shake my hand and asked how everything was. That’s how business should be done. I will be going back real soon to try the braciole or lobster parpadelle and asking for Ashley. They also will be slinging pies soon to catch a football game.
I so Disappointed in this place I came all way from Boston and soon I get there tell me have make reservations too seat at table mine you I am here for a band .all we get too a table and waitress going say 50 dollars per person.amd couldnt get full meal order seat at table waitress was very rude .I ordere beer and vodka. So she said have spend 50 dollars top my 30 .I will never go there again
I have been to Premiere several times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the drinks are great and fun. It’s great to have a restaurant around that serves great food and also has fun live music!!!!
This place has the worst hours and doesnt stay open for late sporting events. Great location but it is rarely crowded and for good reason. They miss out on great opportunities for large crowds but their hours hinder that.
Premiere on Broadway is what we call class. The menu was excellent just right on point. Not need for much just the right menu. As a restaurant owner we like to dine out also and we look for the perfect places it doesn’t have to be something fancy it has to be right.Premiere on Broadway is that place let your experience to talk about it it self.
This eatery has great food a great friendly staff and great prices. You can’t beat that combination !!! I had steak and a Cesar Salad with a sea breeze to top it off. Try it you will not be disappointed.
The food was excellent and the experience was incredible...just be careful not to spill your drink lol
One of our favorite places for a night out. We enjoy the atmosphere, food and the staff. We always receive a warm welcome. The brunch is amazing.
I usually like to dine in the Seaport area since it’s closer to me but Premeire on Broadway is worth the drive and never dissapoints. I’m Addicted to their Brussel Sprouts (which I’m so happy have been added to the menu since it was a seasonal item) - the Lemon Drops are amazing and the ambiance is unmatched. I wont even go into the decor, entrees, or the amazing desert spread we had yesterday - I could go on and on about this place!! Such a Hidden Gem you guys are amazing!!
I was expecting some more traditional Italian fare, but the food and drinks were good, and the service was great. The only thing preventing a 5th star is the decor and atmosphere. First and foremost they have the names of actors and actresses written in the rafters all around the bar. The idea works with the Hollywood motif, but the execution lacks creativity and technique. The font choice and size creates an eyesore everywhere you look. Also they have an assortment of expensive tequila bottles up there as well that are a screaming design faux pas. Empty liquor bottles are something a frat house might use as decoration, not a restaurant with 30 dollar entrees. My last criticism is of the mural on the outside wall. Its a big monochromatic atrocity with no focus. It looks like an after thought, and I cringe every time I drive by it. I learned the art work hanging around the bar were original pieces by the owner of the establishment and some of those are excellent, but the names, the bottles, and the mural have to go if they want to achieve the old Hollywood esthetic they aspire to.
This was an exceptional meal. The gnocchi is so light. The Vesuvio pasta is extraordinary. Loved the carbonara. The restaurant has great decor and ambience. Will definitely be back. Delicious Italian food!
It’s about time there is a classy/classic authentic spot like this in Somerville. Great food, drinks and an amazing atmosphere, outside of Boston is so needed, especially now. I commend the Zammuto family for taking on this arduous undertaking, during the most challenging of times! Hard work pays off, especially even more so when it comes from the heart.. Happy Holidays, and I can’t wait to host a family dinner ASAP.. get the wine ready! 💪🏼❤️🇮🇹🍷
This is an update of my previous review of Premiere on Broadway. Of course when a new restaurant opens there are growing pains. For people who tried it once and say they’ll never come back is just a shame. You’re the one missing out!And for anyone saying that this place is at all dirty you are out of your mind or lying. You could eat off the floor in this restaurant.I understand people get hurt feelings and want to take it out on others but the truth is this restaurant has nothing to do with Pinis leaving. There are always two sides to every story. Don’t take What someone says as the truth.I would like everyone to take a step back and think that this restaurant is being run by a 30 year old single mom who opened and ran a successful hair salon for over a decade. Women are supposed to lift women up not bring them down.I would also like to bring to your attention that since Jonny D’s left Somerville there is no Place to go and eat a nice meal and listen to music. This place is a venue for the artist to showcase their talent.
The food is amazing! Atmosphere is so cool, from the minute you walk in right through to the restrooms!! we tasted several dishes and each one was delicious! Cant even recommend one... try everything!!!
I feel conflicted about Premiere on Broadway in Somerville. On one hand, a new and vibrant music venue in the Magoun and Ball Square area is a fantastic addition and a much needed improvement over what the city currently offers its residents. On the other hand, I cant help but feel that the owners are trying to bring Boston prices to Somerville. This venue may be one of the most expensive restaurants in the city and for the current location, I find the prices hard to justify. Davis and Union are arguably the hot spots of the city and you would have a hard time finding a place that charges as much for their drinks or food as Broadway does. There is no doubt that the food and drinks are great here, although I found the portions to be small relative to the price. Perfect example would be their 14$ caesar salad which is served as what feels like a side dish rather than a meal with substance.Im excited for new and interesting bars and restaurants to open in our city. The music at this venue is fantastic and my wife and I were very entertained each time we visited. I hope the restaurant adjusts their prices to better reflect the city theyve opened in.
It was a hoppin Saturday night at Premiere on Broadway. We were lucky to snag two seats at the chefs table and got to watch chef Kyle and his crew do their magic up close. 3 things impressed me. 1. Cleanliness. The bread and dessert stations were constantly being wiped down and cleaned. Anyone touching food was constantly changing gloves. 2. Prepped plates always got a final once over by the chef himself, who applied the final drizzle of evoo, or flambe of compound butter. 3. Food never sat under the heat lamps for more than 30 seconds, and was immediately run to the tables by whomever was free, be it the hostess, line cook or the chef. The food, which was always good, had improved markedly. The roasted branzino was perfectly seasoned and tasty. The rigatoni was an umami bomb of crimini, porcini and house made sausage.Go for the atmosphere, music, or really great food.
This is exactly the kind of place Somerville has been missing. Everything is above and beyond, including the staff. Food is incredible (Italian with an American twist with authentic Italian roots), unique and creative cocktails, expansive beer and wine list, and a live music stage to top it off.
I go there every Tuesday for open mic nite. It’s a lot of fun the music venue here is awesome people should come support local live music. The cheese burger is the best around. Love this place
My wife and I had such a great experience at Premiere on Broadway. The waitstaff was so friendly and answered any question we had with a smile. The food was amazing and the drinks were great.
Wow, went in for drinks and apps and was so pleased, our server Caitlin was PHENOMENAL-so personable and great recommendations !!! Cocktails were perfect and food was also phenom! Highly recommend
Hands down my favorite place to grab a bite in Sommerville. Food is outstanding every time, cocktail selection is extensive and the wait staff is always courteous. Also a great environment to catch a game!
Great atmosphere, amazing drinks!!
Great atmosphere with wonderful entertainment and incredible food! Everything we ate was amazing—Trento mushrooms, tuna tartare, gnocchi, steak and the burger too! The chef is creative!
When there for dinner with my business partner for dinner. I will be back again. Excellent place
Fantastic Place! This restaurant stimulates all your senses with vibrant colorful paintings, smooth dark wood, delectable Italian dishes and live performances. I was fortunate to attend an event prior to the Grand Opening of this new Italian eatery, where I got to sample complex dishes – like the grilled oysters Fra Diavolo and simple classic Italian delicacies – like Premiere’s prime sirloin, an ultra-tender cut of beef. With chef Dan Bazzinotti at the helm, every bite is rich in flavor and every dish is steeped in tradition. Premiere on Broadway is a great place to bring a date or bring your Rat Pack. At the center of it all, expert mixologist Martin Fernandez commands a marble 65-seat bar, where he masterfully prepares smooth and silky artisanal cocktails. Try the sweet and spicy Lil Peach Of My Heart with mezcal, grilled peaches, hot chilis, lime and agave. Don’t skip the creamy tiramisu “dolce.” It was easily the freshest, most decadent dessert I’ve ever had.
Owners of this establishment have been known to call community members at all hours of the night and threaten them. Massive PR blundering over Facebook. Many recent 5 star reviews by accounts that have not had any history of contributing to Google.Good luck sifting through the reviews to know what is real and what is not.
Best location and best food in Somerville! The atmosphere was so fun and the service was perfect. A perfect spot for both brunch and dinner, i will def be coming back!!
Excellent experience the atmosphere is amazing the food and drinks are fantastic
Awesome live music and great atmosphere. Servers are super friendly and the cocktails are great! Solid beer selection, something for everyone.
Great place, everyone was super nice. Food tasted amazing too. Loved eating here, really good hosts and would come again!

My husband and I went March 3rd for dinnerBeautiful decor only a 20 people there slow night My husband and I are both 100% Italianand we only frequent restaurants that are 4 star or better We heard good things and decided to try Premier on Broadway Somerville MaIt took over 40 minutes to get a beer and a mixed drink got 2 pieces of some kind of breadno idea what it was never offered more breadThe waiter was kind and efficient and apologized the entire time we were thereI asked for a Cosmo with Tito’s it was disgustingThe owner came over asked if my drink was okI said no and was made another which was just as bad We ordered mini arancinis they were okOur main entrees was chicken parmigiana with spaghetti possibly the worst yet Overcooked, cold with as little sauce as possible Yes large portion but so terrible didn’t even take leftovershome did not finish my drink The owner does not have any idea was he is doing I don’t mindPaying high prices as long as it is worth itbut that was not the caseIf I could give zero stars I would take it from meDon’t waste your time and money !!!!!!!!Such a disappointment !!!!!!!!No parking lot all streets are permit parkingTo the owner change everything about this place but the decor A bartender that cannot make mixed drinksTo the owner try sampling the food that is being served it is inedible and drinks are sickening
Absolutely delicious food good portions tasty cocktails new live entertainment and an amazing obviously well thought out atmosphere and overall vibe, what more could you ask for. A must try in Somerville for sure. 👍
Great atmosphere. Live music from Tom Burke (the kid) was the highlight of the night. Highly recommend.good beer selection
I’ve watched this Restaurant grow since it’s opening in August .The food has only gotten better with each experience ! The atmosphere is what captured my attention and everything else has just been a amazing bonus .
