Pretty good for such close location if you live in NYC. My significant other had luck with machines and I lots of luck at the poker tables. Stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt which is way overpriced at $600 a night. Food at RW Prime is amazing and same goes for Sugar Factory with phenomenal drinks. Avoid all bars at the casino. Will go back without overnight stay at the Hyatt.
This new casino is an interesting way to introduce non-dealer to player interaction on table games. This means exactly no tables with a human dealer. Its a large baccarat electronic games casino. Yes, they have hundreds of slot machines, so I can tell you exactly what they dont have...1. No Dragon Link. 2. No Lightning Link, 3. No Top Dollar, 4. No Pinball and 5. No Ainsworth Thunder Cash, Eagle Bucks, etc.I played a 1 cent Buffalo Gold and hit 2 bonuses but didnt pay anything beyond $24 bucks. My estimate is the slots are tighter that average. Odds are horrible. I frequent casinos and this has got to be one of the worst. Where do I begin? The parking is horrible, they check you personal property, purses, handbags etc. the machines guzzle your money. I would rather pay the toll and hit Atlantic City and play on real tables. I live 8 minutes away and maybe visit once a month because I know I’m leaving money on the table. The slots are the worst. I honestly don’t know how they still operate. Machines need to be checked by the NYS gambling commission. I’m not going to continue to fund their hotel.
I always read and hear stories on how people win big and the place wants to act like it was the machine that “froze” or faulted - and today got to actually witness it myself. Won the Major and an extra two thousand on the green machine in the high limit room- a cleaning employee was watching us play the whole time and saw us hit! For the attendant to tell us that it was the machine that froze on us and gave us 76$ !!! All the money they invested in this place and their still dirty crooks
Slots felt extremely tight. $600 reportable makes this place even worse. Very limited slot selection. Its kinda like the owners dont have a clue what the most popular games are? Never been to any casino with a worse section of slots. Food choices are very limited considering the size of the casino. Tiny food court with only 3 options for fast food and only 2 restaurants. Overall experience was not impressed. If you like electronic table games they have lots of options but if youre a slot player this place will be a let down. Also their hours are pretty lame considering this is supposed to be the city that never sleeps. Ill never return to this casino.
Place is beautiful. Parking was easy and free. Quiet casino and I didn’t see many people win big. However I was only there for a few hours and there wasn’t too many people there either. The staff were friendly however when I had an issue at a machine (my ticket didn’t print because another ticket was jammed from the person before me) the staff took about 30 minutes to come. Usually I understand why it would take some time but it was basically a ghost town and the employees could have had a bit more pep in their step. They do have an awesome car to give away so I’d check them out.
Not so much into gaming but it’s worth the stop in for a decent meal for lunch. I love the artwork designs all over the casino floor. I captured the murals today. Free parking and really good people. The staff here is the most friendly in the world. If driving by it’s worth it to stop by for a quick meal. I recommend good friends noodle house. Sugar factory is amazing too. I still need to check out the other places.
I have been going to this place for many years, just to try to forget things and getting out my daily routine, I used to enjoy it. Now when I go there I come home rather stressed, the place is full of Asians breathing on your neck, they wont go away matter what say or do. Its impossible, super frustrating and annoying. Last time I went there I asked security if there was something they could do about it, the officer told me that if didnt like that I could go play somewhere else or I could punch the guys in their faces. A very unprofessional suggestion. Now I drive a little further east, still peaceful there , the plague is not there yet.

I loved this casino and did well. It is huge but compared to many. It has a very spacious feeling- lots of open space and very quiet for a casino.. not crazy machine noises all the time. No live table games, but the electronic ones arent bad, They have electronic three card poker, blackjack, baccarat, craps, ultimate Texas hold em, roulette and more. Biggest complaint is an odd system that kicks out tickets above a certain dollar amount (it seemed to vary) but I had these limited tickets come out for as little as $700. These tickets can only be redeemed at the cashier, which is a real pain.. presumably it is so they can collect taxes, mostly from New Yorkers. I dont really understand the withholding rules. However, if you are doing well on a machine, you may have to interrupt your playing to go to the cashier because you end up having your winnings on these non cashable tickets and you run out of cash. Otherwise, however. It was clean and the staff were friendly.Update 8/5/23 Not a positive experience. Not only did I lose (not a problem), but every time I earned $600+ those limited use tickets automatically printed eventually meaning I needed to go to the cashier to cash them. The lines for ALL the cashiers were ridiculously long, never less than 30 minutes. Simply unacceptable. I dont mind losng money (well, I dont love it, but I dont blame the casino for that!) but to spend half the evening waiting in line was not fun and really took away from my enjoyment. Also, staff to help if your machine glitches are virtually non- existent. If there were another choice for playing around here, I would have gone elsewhere, but AC is too far. We spent some time here while waiting to pick someone up from the airport. If you like slots and can get here without driving - this is for you.Otherwise Id never navigate traffic to visit this casino.I was also surprised that there arent many places to eat once inside the casino.To me this didnt seem that busy (Wednesday from about noon to 8 pm) although it was mid-day during the summer when I visited.The casino itself was very clean and they had an impressive number of newer slot machines. There are no human table games only electronic and Ive read those are more games of chance than skill.The A subway is also odd as you can get on the A to Manhattan via the skywalk but to go the other way or when you return from Manhattan it drops you a little farther away and you have to walk outside to get back to the casino. Make sure you look at the subway map first.
The oddest casino we’ve ever visited. This is no Las Vegas style casino. There are about zero employees—no dealers, no cocktail service. So there’s no vibe. No interaction among players. Giant screen with rotating video of all female dealers replace people. The food options are about nil, except the steak house. This was not what we expected.
The casino looks nice. They dont have any table games with dealers (ie Craps, Roulette, blackjack...etc). Everything is electronic which is, another way to scam you. Other than that if you play slots & stuff its a good casino.
When I first walked into the casino, my initial thought was pretty nice and I wanted to try the hot chocolate (it was yummy by the way) I felt safe there as we stayed at the hotel for the weekend. We had a blast and yes I had some Luck. We ended our second evening dinning at R.W Restaurant, Classy wait staff. The R.W Restaurant manager may have been having a bad day, this is why I gave it 4 stars and not five. Not bad NY not bad at all.

Security is on point. Absolutely huge casino with many sections. I wouldn’t categorize it as very crowded given covid times. There are many sanitizing stations around but I suggest you take alcohol wipes or other when using the machines. It is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a bar inside the casino. Rarely would you see a server anywhere. Overall, a nice place.

OMG! Went on a Wednesday afternoon and stayed till around 11 PM. Not crowded, no smoke, an abundance of machines and good payouts. Bathrooms were spotless and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

They used to be good. The slots were much better when they first opened. They took down the good games to put multiple of the similar games. Plus its no less then 75cents a bet. To top it off I went there two Saturdays and lost. Not 1 win. Let me not get into why we have to pay for food and drinks with all the money thats wasted in that place.

I was there Christmas Eve. They had a good live band. The rooms are clean and spacious. I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms late into the evening.The casino is a good size. Comparable to Atlantic City Casinos in general. Not much of a food court though. Popeyes and Chinese food stay open late.You may notice NYPDs presence regularly, along with the house security, as there have been reports of arguments and fights there.The horse racetrack is a few minutes walk from the hotel (weather permitting).Overall, gambling is the theme. The hotel is a convenient location if you need to be within close proximity to LaGuardia or JFK airports.
A gave it 3 stars because, a lot of the machines volume, dont work. It takes the fun out of it, also, there are a lot of machines out of order. They make a lot of money, from customers like me. No excuses.

Just got here put $20 into a slot machine, saw I couldn’t change the bets from 3 credits to 1 and cashed out for it only to give me back $5. I call the service attendant (Jackie) over and she tells me that we did play and they’re not giving us the money back, the machine never moved…if I gambled $15 and list I’d eat that but to just gave it taken & be told I did do something I didn’t is ridiculous. So off that beginning I don’t trust this place at all. On the bottom floor casino, maybe 1 of the other floors has some better practices. I’m so angry on my birthday weekend!

If you win you win if you dont , its a shame that after leaving such good ratings before this particular casino seems like they cater to outsiders meaning out of the state. The genting team sucks and make assumptions. One of my tickets faded the ink came off. After I put it behind my phone in a case. Alright. Pretty good place to go once in a while to have some fun, especially if you live nearby. There are plenty of machines and variety of things to play, including blackjack, roluette, baccarat, and slot machines.There are no live dealers so the age of entry is 18. There is also a food court with a few options for some quick bites.That being said, there are only a few options for food and the restaurants open pretty late. Many machines have technical problems, such as missing buttons, lack of sound, or delayed feed.Sometimes, the machines can malfunction and take your money with no way to take it out without consulting a worker. This gets frustrating because it can take a while to find one, especially if you are alone with no one to watch the machine for you.

Great place and I assume the only casino in NYC. The games are very easy to understand and there are helpers around to guide you as well. Open round the clock, so one can try luck anytime of the day or night. We were able to win few bucks by trying our luck on different machines. Usually its tough to find spot for few games. It is mostly crowded after 12am. Photos were not allowed inside, but we were lucky to take few pics of the race track from the smoking zone.
The bathrooms are always a problem they only have one side of the bathrooms operational at a time with such an establishment as large as theirs there should be multiple stalls available at a time there were hundreds and thousands of people coming in and out of this casino on a regular basis and when you go to the ladies room they always have one side closed coupled with that they only have one cleaner to clean the bathroom shame on you Resorts World you need to hire more cleaning staff to clean the commodes and the bathrooms to make the gaming experience better thank you for your consideration
I had a great time at Resorts World Casino. Didnt win anything, but I was with my bestie, so that made it a great time. They need to keep the food court open later and have more drink people coming around with water, not just sugary juices and alcohol. They also need to keep the entertainment longer at Bar 360 for live music. Is over early.
Nice large spacious casino. Plenty of slots. Table games have no dealers but more than enough electronic games if you want to play craps or roulette etc. You can also bet on live Thoroughbred horseracing right next door.
Security at the check-in point looked for vaccination or covid testing. It was quite clean, with plexiglass partitions for players at the slot machines, roulette, and other games. You can play even if you have a penny or a nickel. I was impressed! However, walking from parking lot B to the building was a little treacherous. A certain part had an icy sidewalk and two ladies helped each other step safely. I had no help.
I redeemed my birthday voucher for free $10 slot play and $10 food voucher. I got a $20 voucher for slot play after 40 points. They were very diligent about handing out complimentary beverages. The last was yelling so enthusiastically free water,coffee. You get complimentary alcoholic beverages while gambling at night and coffee/water in the day. They rearranged the game floor so some of your favorite games are in different sections. For example I use to love the monopoly located on the first floor by the lotto cashiers cage,now they are on the second floor as soon as you walk in. I saw more table games and they are in the process of building a hotel and outlet section I cant wait. Now all they need is a buffet.
Parking was abysmal. A lot of the same slot games. Not a lot that i was personally interested in. A lot of the games seemed very obscure or dated and the reels moved weird. Couldn’t cash out vouchers over $600 at the kiosk had to go to the cage and ended up waiting a half hour to get my money. Staff seemed like they didn’t care.Didn’t eat or use waitresses so can not comment on that.Slots payed okay, but i have better luck (and honestly enjoy myself more) down in Atlantic City or at Foxwoods in CT.

This review is regarding early voting. The main entrance of the casino is under construction. There was NO SIGNAGE indicating where to go for voting. I wasted a good 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go. If you are unfamiliar with this place like I was and are driving by car, you should go ahead and park in the garage by going up the ramp (see picture). For direct entrance to the voting place, park on level 4. I have provided photos of the garage and general area of where the voting is taking place. Once inside, its pretty organized and theres enough people to help you out. Thats why Im giving 3 stars.
Had a date night, didn’t win anything. The popular machines stayed occupied. Only few exchange machines worked, lines were too long. Tried to use the ATM and it froze. Finally found a stand alone, it printed a receipt and then you have to go to the cashier, join another line of waiting. That was inconvenient.They had live entertainment, that was a plus.
I was there yesterday. Had a wonderful time. Very nice since the renovations. The only thing I have in question is the band last night. I could not hear the lead singer above all of the music. Whoever synchronizes the microphones needs to be more attentive to the balance of the voice and music. I wasnt really fond of the band itself. Also I wish they would have been more versatile with their music style instead of just speaking and singing Spanish. That would have made it much more pleasurable.

I was there January 26th for the freestyle forever concert the music was awesome it sounded great and the house was full, I was also there for the Disco Inferno concert and that was awesome. This place is not exactly The Wonder of it all like Foxwoods in Connecticut but its close to home (from Staten Island) so if I just want to go for a few hours with my wife it will do. The one thing they need to change here is add some benches for the people waiting one or two hours online to get in or better yet have a DJ in early and let people in and youll make a lot more money with people ordering drinks. The wife and i ate at the Steakhouse PW Prime I think its called The Steak was great but service was a little slow we were the first one to walk in through the doors when they opened and the place got filled pretty quickly. We saw a lot of people getting their meals before we did. Stay away from the expensive mac and cheese. We took one bite and set it aside. Had no taste at all.
If you are from New York and cant afford to go to Las Vegas or dont want to to take the 2 and a half hour drive to to Atlantic City then this place is your best bet to go to. (Pun intended) It has a really nice sports bar with a very large television. The food court is a little underwhelming and expensive that is why this place gets 3 stars. There is more than enough slot machines and black jack tables to satisfy the hardcore gambler. Just dont expect it to give you that Las Vegas vibe. I have been to Vegas and this isnt it. There is a free shuttle bus at the Barclays center in Brooklyn that takes you to this casino. However, going back home they charge you $5.00.

Super ghetto!!! First, I had to come here to cash a damaged lotto ticket. When I arrived at 10:30AM (on 7/23), there were 6 people in front of me on line; one attendant at station...shes averaging 10 mins per person (Im assuming they all have winnings over $600 since they filled out W9 forms)...after helping the second person, the lady with LONG hair disappears and says shell be back in 10 mins (because people annoyed on line ask--not because it was forthcoming)...during that 10 mins, a black lady starts opening her station and around the time the long-haired lady returned both stations were cashing tickets (still averaging 10 mins per person)...the long-haired lady after helping another 2 people put the closed placard up again and left, leaving the black female worker on her own...I would up finally being seen at 11:36AM--this was and is ridiculous. As much as I LOATHE Empire City Casino, cashing a lotto ticket there, as compared to here, is (dare I say it) First-class service...there lotto service was abominable! Next and last point...I decided to order a Long Island iced tea from Bar 360...they charged me $12 for the drink (look At the size...UNBELIEVABLE!!!!) Bar 360 is the best ever. Drinks are strong, a little pricey but that is to be expected. Great place to watch sports or hear live music. Only down side they dont sell food at the bar (which is why they got 4 instead of 5 stars) Free parking. Tons of electronic slot machines. Everything is virtual. There are NO live tables.

Went to cash a winning lottery ticket in .I won$623.00..But they charge tax and walk out of there with half..The city. Need. Money for the Illegals So we have to pay.its a ripoff.

Wow, what an enormous casino! Excellent selection of slots but oddly some of my favorites are missing. No All Aboard or Piggy Banking or a few others that I like. All the table games were electronic but that made the card poker very fast. The video poker selection was essentially nil
The band was fun, not really a gambler my friends enjoyed them selves, the only thing is that for all most 24 hours place they should have one food place open all the time, most of the vending machines where with Chinese snacks that were not familiar, thats why I gave 4 stars and not five. All and all was entertaining!

To be honest, Im not much of a gambler. I came here just for the food. I had heard of Good Friends Noodle House, which is located in their food court and I wanted to give it a try. I will say that the wonton noodle soup was delicious. The wontons were adequately filled and the portion kept me full, but couldve been larger considering the price. The noodles were ok.The casino area isnt very user friendly. My friend and I were looking for where to buy casino chips as we wanted to try out the machines but we couldnt find where to go. We did see some counters but they were mostly empty, so we gave up. The shuttle to go to the casino took forever to arrive. We ended up taking an MTA bus after waiting for almost an hour. The shuttle going home was quicker.
They will try to rip you off and not give you all your money. Cant be trusted

I love this place. It is so lively. I dont go to gamble, but its a great place for a pick me up. When you go inside and look up you see a big and long hanging Chandelier with round balls thats absolutely gorgeous. Now they have a Christmas tree up that is breath taking. The combination of the two is a wow factor.
Lots of slot machines! Unfortunately, their volumes are all turned off or set so low you can hardly hear them. I mean, a lot of the fun is in listening to the bells and whistles and the fun music. I found them all to be boring and the visit to be underwhelming.
I been gambling here from 2018 I never win till now so I suggest everyone go to another casino. Its better to be a little further away than losing money every time. Other casino are much better then this brand I been to Vegas world resort three same too .
I wanted to have some fun gambling on my birthday and didnt want to drive all the way to Atlantic city so we decided to come here. It was a pleasant experience. They have free parking, many different games to choose from, a bar and live entertainment. We tripled the money we came with!!! The casino is clean and has a nice environment. I gave them 4 stars because their was not many food options and being a pescatarian I didnt really have anything to choose from.
They r doing reasonably good infection control inside. Lots of slot machines r out of service tho, more than in Atlantic City NJ. And there r fewer casino cages, lines at cash out machines r frequently long. And there is only one way in and out of the Food Court, so its a longer walk, w many fewer tables. Also, food and drink prohibited on the casino floor.
Took my mom to rendezvous. The parking lot smell like urine. Run down. A place I would not dine at- not even for free. The furniture smells. I understand Completely. Believe me- I understand. I understand why some ppl dont care, after all, the crowd keeps pouring in. 🙄
They have a large selection of machines. The con is you have to buy drinks and no table games.

I gave them 1 star because it’s not the employees fault this place is managed terribly. I am doing you a favor- avoid this casino! We only came here to eat since it was a convenient and a safer place close to our destination. There’s a free, open parking not attached to the casino. They’re not open 24/7 in case you plan a late visit. Check their website for hours of operation. The Sugar factory was a 30 minute wait despite having plenty of open tables, the food court had only 3 establishments open. It is a QUIET casino. Yes, quiet. And that’s not the adjective you want for a casino. I didn’t observe a lot or big winnings here. So if you become a member for the first time, I was told by the staff that you will get an email in 7 days for your $10 bonus slot play, which I thought was unusual. It is also smaller compared to most casinos. Some players were rude. There was a row of slot machines and 2 of the players on each end were together and they were guarding the 2 slot machines in between so that when I went to sit to play in one of the machines between them, first of all, the accent and the face mask made it hard to understand what they were telling me but then this guy playing on the machine at the end of the row pointed the 0.44 cents credit still on the machine and pointed to a lady at the ATM and this other lady playing on the other end of the row pointed to the water bottles placed on the machine right next to the machine with $0.44 cents credit. So, I figured they were saying that the machines were occupied. When I stood up to leave, that lady at the ATM returned, she played in the machine where the water bottles are and that other lady moved the water bottles to the machine with 0.44cents credit. In short, they were monopolizing that whole row even if no one was playing at that one machine. I didn’t understand that but I left anyway. It wasn’t an enjoyable visit. The staff were pleasant but I will not return to this establishment again.

If I can say how beautiful it is there, that would give the opportunity to say that they can get 5stars.But to play games like 21 (Black jack) would be better with real people dealing cards.They are AI system is very glitchy and I lost a lot of money because of it. Entering the chips that you want to enter at a reasonable time is not the case here. You must enter your chips within 10 seconds, I believe, and as well dragging the chips to the positions they need to be. Which leaves time for glitches or anything to happen where you do not have time to actually bet. I hacks this place. But the beauty and magnificence of the area can be multiplied if maybe they would switch how they are running their business. I would love to visit the place with better management. The drinks were on par, but the prices I might as well get drunk in the streets. for all visitors, please just take pictures and leave. You’d probably have a better time doing that.
The Casino in the Newburgh mall is lovely!Spacious and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff made it the perfect spot for a little afternoon / evening enjoyment. Ill definitely come again and would highly recommend.

One of your machines malfunctioned and as a result it betted all of my money on its own.A female employee on the floor helped me however the guy working the camera who she communicated with seen what happened but said I was lying and that i placed the bets even though the camera clearly showed I didnt.Fortunately I placed more money in the machine to show what happened and it did it again in front of the female employee. and I was refunded my money.Im afraid to use your machines because if something goes wrong, Im afraid the person working the camera will lie. I know machines will malfunction, but the cameras will show what happened. However, if the person working the cameras will lie for $100. I dont feel safe gambling there

This is a chill little casino. There are lots of penny slots, roulette, digital roulette, and all the typical casino games here. The place isnt huge, but it isnt tiny either. There are a few places to eat and a couple of bars. Its also possible to get free drinks if you flag one of the waitresses(?) down. The crowd was very laid-back, so thats a plus. They even offer a free shuttle bus. I would definitely go back.
Its a casino, so there is a general expectation, but compared to those in Atlantic City, there are no human dealers, only machines. Not all of the machines are easy to understand, this can be quite annoying. The bar servers could pass by the tables more often and the drinks could be less expensive, but once you know what youre doing, its a nice place to pass time and hopefully win some $$$
It is very clear that Resorts World Casino unsurprisingly does not care about its customers concerns whatsoever. I had an incident involving horrid customer service and contaminated food at the food court and after reaching out to the casino directly, they simply replied with a generic response pretending to take action on the issue. Really irresponsible and unprofessional. Dont waste your time nor money on an uncaring facility.
A few months ago, I said that the cashier gave me more than 300 dollars, and two months later, I asked me again, and I didnt show any evidence, and I wasnt sure if I gave more, which made me doubt the truth, and I agreed to return the money, but I didnt apologize, I hope that the cashier should be serious when working, dont desert, and I dont accept this way of dealing with it

After having visited resorts vegas, Atlantic City, and Catskills I can confidently say this is the worst resorts property hands down.
I went to see a concert it was awesome at this resort. I also gambled a little. This is what i didnt like. Its almost impossible to find someone who works there who can help you with the machines. Also you have to buy your drinks. All casinos Ive been to are free. The show was mediocre at best in main floor.
Definitely not a real Casino.. food situation here sucks.. but good selection of machines though.. still rather go Atlantic City.

When this casino first opened, they offered a lot of perks and bonus dollars, and they had really nice restaurants which included a wonderful buffet restaurant, but as time went by, they reduced the free money incentives and closed down the nice restaurants. All that’s left is a bunch of fast food eaterys and one extremely expensive restaurant. This casino has developed a lackluster reputation for me.
First time there, spent 3.5 hours there, I spent anywhere from 1.50 to 10.00 a spin. Not once did I see anyone win on a slot machine, the place was quiet as crickets. The locals say the place never has loose slots, theres no competition in the city. There were out of order machines everywhere..
Stayed here in a suite for my bachelorette weekend and everything was excellent! The room was extremely clean and spacious. The doormen were kind and helped at all hours of the day, the housekeeping staff was very accommodating and all employees who we encountered were kind and said hello. A great perk is that parking is free! Overall a really great experience, we’d love to come back!

Really nothing to do besides gambling with machines. No dealers here. When they first started they had a good buffet but no longer there. Compared to other casinos that have other things to do like arcade and different types of food besides fast food or luxury dining. Wed prefer more choices in-between. And areas to make it a family day instead of the day of gambling addicts.

Been to this place about a dozen times in the last year and I just cant lose money here, win every time I go playing Blackjack. Of course thats no guarantee youll have the same results, but Ive been very lucky here so far.I never go Friday, Saturday or Sunday, just too crowded. I go midweek and no crowds. Sometimes there are groups of people there that can get a little roudy for my liking, but thats not so often.This picture is last nights cash out ticket, I started with $100.00, so I won $350.00 this time, a decent days pay....lol

It was available when no where else seemed to be and we had a flight cancellation. But it cost much more than we are used to paying, and provided few amenities. In fairness, it is a casino resort and we were not there to gamble. I was used to gambling resorts in the southwest, years ago, where the food and amenities were inexpensive and the hotels made their money from the attractions. Perhaps that dates me, I am not sure it is that way there anymore, either.
Resorts World has become a horrible casino, their machines that print out your ticket for redemption of their give awys are always down on the day you go to claim your prize. They are under staffed which I dont understand with all the money they bring . They lure you in with the gifts just to find out the machines dont work to print ul your ticket to claim it. If you win a jackpot they take their sweet time to pay you. So I say its better to take the three hour drive to Atlantic city and make it a weekend trip than to play at Dred sorts world. It isnt worth going anymore. They wont be getting my money anymore.

It is a very nice place to relax and try your luck except for the workers since they do not give good attention, they are very arrogant. I saw it a few times there was still no problem with my ID from my country and today they told me no and left me sitting waiting for like 5 hours since I didnt want to leave my friends and ruin their night
Had fun. Lots of slot options. Payouts are mostly eh. I dropped a lot of money in Resorts in Vegas n thought Id get a little free play for that; None. It is a nice looking casino though. The bathrooms had auto-rotating seat liners and touch less bathroom amenities which was really nice. Lastly, NYC Casinos are smoke-free and that is a plus too!

Its clean and very large. You win. You lose.Biggest composing is no waitress service. They do have spots to get free coffee or water BUT they always seem closed all the time.Not a nice aspect.But bathrooms are always clean!
Machines have gotten extremely tight.Parking is always an adventure as they close different floors .They used to offer free daily vouchers...this has all but disappeared.Food court has practically disappeared.You barely make card points as many Machines either dont accept the card or you gain very little points.

I went for my aunts birthday, I had won few dollars. I really enjoyed myself. Ill be definitely going again soon. First time ever going to a Casino. The only thing thats uncomfortable are the chairs. Very hard to sit on.
