Paradise Ultra Lounge

Paradise Ultra Lounge is a new club in Southfield laid-back mature crowd over 30 good music and atmosphere some days there is live band, or DJ. ballroom classes are offered here. You can rent out spaces for birthday parties. I had my party there I had a wonderful time.

Trying to get a booth seems hard. Tried calling Mr. Flex and unfortunately no answer. Just a voice mail.

In my search for a location to hold my birthday party, Paradise was one on my list. I knew from my initial visit, this was where I wanted to be. From the start, the owner and staff were professional, friendly & very helpful.Now the night of my party, everyone was beyond PHENOMENAL! The DJ & was AMAZING & the manager, Queen was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!THANK YOU FAM for an AMAZING night!

This place is horrible. This was my first and last at Paradise in Southfield. They booth the they gave me was disgusting and it wasn’t cleaned until I said something. Paper and straws were on the floor as soon as we got there. Gnats were flying around and landed in my drink. The restroom was 👎🏼. The carpet in my booth was absolutely disgusting and there was a hole in the floor in the booth. We as black patrons deserve better especially when this is predominantly the base of your patronage. Oh let me not forget that some of us had the same drink and everyone’s was different. I also am highly suspect if the shots we ordered were actually what we received. Please find another establishment to have your event! I also notice you can’t post reviews on Facebook! I wonder why???

Omg this was the worst experience I have ever had at a bar/club/ lounge. We got there around 830 and was charged 10. There was no bar tender for almost 2 hours. Food was awful, I usually can eat anyones chicken but I left that garbage on the paper plate. No one was there and if it wasnt for my girl bday I wouldnt have been there. I had to leave and go to a real bar. I dont care who has a bday there I wont be there. I wish I could give them no stars. Awful place save yourself.

This place doesnt exist anymore, they need change it saying its open.

Needs to be remodeled and spruced up! Staff is friendly. Like the Dj. Not enough selections for Karaoke. Booths are too pricey especially with the decor being sub-standard with basic linen. There are other clubs that offer free party booths with a much better classy decor, great food and updates to the appearance of the overall establishment.

Excellent venue and a great crowd very relaxing and cool vibes but at the same time hype and electric very high energy and friendly including the staff. I would say my only takeaway would be balancing the music between the dancers and the people that get up and dance.the thot crowd doesnt get up and dance so maybe a couple songs so theyll have the chance to do their twerk thing but thats about all they are going to do so make sure the dancers( ballroomers, hustlers, steppers etc) who also paid to get in have the music needed to have fun and not be day down with unscrupulous music. Also bring that everyone pays to get in... When theres birthday parties make some the music is balanced unless the birthday people are paying to rent the whole plane but otherwise the music shouldnt be just catered to a party. Just suggestions from loyal customers... That pay! 🤣

A very nice spot to get your party on. There was a band, then a DJ. The music was good. They pour a good drink at a good price. The food was decent. The crowd is 30 and up. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. My only problem was the address is listed on Southfield Rd but you enter from the back so you have to turn down a side street to get to the back of the building. It took me a minute to find it because there is nothing identifying the club on Southfield Rd.

The experience at paradise is very exciting. The atmosphere is grown and sexy. All the people there have a beautiful vibe about themselves. I like that everyday have a different theme. Tuesdays comedy..Wednesday is Free Men night/karaoke.. Thursday hustle & ballroom..Friday/Sat live band 5to9 9 to 2am is party night..Sundays is techno

Next to no service. Sat at the second bar and no bartender was over there and when they did come over they cashed someone out without asking if i wanted anything. Then went to the main bar and couldn’t even get one to look in my direction. SMH the music is good but can’t have a drink

Wow. I was surprised to see the place of my youth, such fun times there!!! The place is bigger. The DJ was terrific. I havent eaten the food yet. Ill be back because there were single men asking to dance.A place for friends to meet after work!!!

Was invited to a Birthday/Anniversary party in July. This is a great place for adults to mix and mingle. Very pleasant atmosphere, owner was overly strict on young and middle aged people entering the spot without identification cards....prefers growns folks

I can’t say anything about the establishment other than the owner, Mike is not to be trusted to do business with! After placing an order for New Years Eve, changing the request multiple times; I get to the venue where 1: the owner isn’t there to pay for his order. 2: I wait for over an hour to be told that the request was wrong and that the amount that he was going to pay was 1/2 of the original agreed price BUT only after I give him what he wants. 3: after not agreeing to bow down to HIS price, he threatens to call the police for trespassing.I don’t believe in smearing mud on a person’s name or establishment base on me being a small business owner... However, why should I not speak on that person or establishment when they are indeed dirty?!?!

I lost my phone. The owner tried to help me find my phone. But the main who was acting manager that night was rude we was told you get in Free before 9. He tried to charge us. We left. We only returned because it was our very close friends birthday and we werent going to allow him to destroy Dawns birthday party. I wont return because of his behavior. Unfortunately .

Nice ballroom, hustle, & Chicago step lessons on Tuesday nights. Good food. The raffle is a nice touch too.

Boogie nights ($2 Tuesday) is Amazing!!!. Food and drink specials all night. Begins with dancing at 6PM. Comedy starts at 8PM, and lasts till around 11PM. By the end of the night everyone feels connected, happier, and even loved. Boogie embraces everyone thru his gift of comedy and natural personable touch. Its waaayyy more than a show or entertainment.!! Its Family, and not just a way of life, but the Best of Life!! 🙂🙂

This place ruined my birthday party.. The owner knew he couldn’t sell liquor on Saturday January 28th and didn’t have enough courtesy to call and let me knw ahead of time so i could of fnd somewhere else to have my party.. He tried not to give me all my money back for the booths i paid for lying saying his computer system having difficulties but the staff already tld me what was going on.. The owner very unprofessional and had all the linen scattered all over the dirty cement floor in the back and tried to put on tables.. I’m very disappointed in this place and the behavior of the owner

Managers, DONT ALLOW ANYONE, to sit at the BAR, and put purses, coats, or hats etc. on empty chairs, claiming to be, waiting for friends, UNLESS they PURCHASE AN ALCOHOL DRINK, for that empty seat!!!! Your walk in singles, have to have a place to SIT & SPEND! Put MORE smaller chairs, that SWIVLE at the bar! Because you give all the tables in the big room to RESERVE NAMES, and these people show up an hour after you open!! Allow early arriving customers to sit, and spend, and move after reservers, arrive!!!

Nice Mature crowd. Great Music! But, The overall cleanliness is terrible. Whole place needs cleaning. Restroom was gross🤮

You’d think that if I just sit down at the bar and no drink is in front of me, I must want a drink!! Understandably the (only) bar lady was busy but when you see her refresh someone’s drink next to me and pass me by, I have a problem with that.

Nice crowd and good drinks. Some of the staff is friendly and the rest seem like they hate their job.. But all in all we enjoyed ourselves.

They are temperature checking at the door, the bouncer was friendly. The waitresses were all very friendly & they all wore masks. Tables are social distanced & they have hand sanitizer all over the place.

In here now. Cute establishment. Everyone is so nice from the ladies at the door, down to the security. Great place to be!

Drinks are not worth the cost. Planned a party room and on the day of the party room shared with another party.Bathrooms not clean. No security get a contract.

Service was decent but took a while to get served initially. The atmosphere was cozy and the comedians were good.

Ive been there a couple times nice crowd on fridays look forward to being there again the people are warm and friendly 🙂.

Need to turn the air conditioner up it was very very warm. Their drinks was too expensive !!!

This was awful, they had no air conditioning, the night I was there it was very humid outside so it was hot, parking is terrible.
