Tom (the owner) provided the most amazing customer service experience for me and my dad. We went in looking for some choice cigars for my husband. We had only 2 ideas in mind of what to buy, however after a video conference call with my hubby and Toms tutelage...we left with over 10 different rare cigars that will impress any afficanado.Now I have a new go to spot for cigars for my man. Thank you Tom for everything... youre amazing!

Called to inquire about prices and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me any prices over the phone. I will never go here.

I come in from Chicago on a regular basis and Im always looking for my favorite cigar. Osi answered the phone immediately and was very courteous to my question and walked into the cigar to see if she carried what I was looking for!The store is very clean and well kept, and the prices of my cigar of choice was cheaper than it is in Chicago, I highly recommend this shop and I will most definitely be coming back to Smoked Only!!

A surprisingly large store with tons of unqiue products, fair prices and lovely customer service - definitely worth checking out!!

Humidor is always fully stocked with amazing cigars

I rarely go out of my way to give a Yelp review. However, after coming across this well kept secret GEM in Southfield, I felt like I had to give this spot all the LOVE they deserve. Hidden Away in Southfield is one of the best stocked Humidors in the Metro area. Let me start by saying the owner, Tom, was well versed, in cigars, and went out of his way to see to my needs. He has all of the high quality brands like Olivia, Flathead, Montecristo, RP...etc. but the kicker is he also has those rare sticks that most Cigar Spots miss. I was like a kid in a Candy Store and walked out with a bunch of my favorites. He was such a great guy he even gave me a house cigar to try and a beautiful ashtray! What a place, what a facilitator of choice smokes. Its my new place in the city from now on. Amazing customer service and a well hidden treasure. Gotta give him a try.Max Nicklas - Cigar enthusiast

I purchased 3 hookahs from this place and they all broke within a month, the store owners and employees refused to give me a refund or an exchange. They offered to help fix it but when I gave them my broken hookah they never returned it and claimed it was not their responsibility. This place is overpriced and not friendly to their customers, STAY FAR AWAY!

Its the smoke shop thats closest to my house. Besides being convenient the prices are moderate and the service is excellent. The only thing is they always open late. If they say they open at 10 nobody shows up till 10:30. They are starting to get quite a business just from the neighborhood you would think they would be there on time. Other than that its a great store

This is a great shop for anything that you need related to smoking. Vapes, bongs, pipes, you name it. The customer service was great too. My cousin didnt like the flavor he got, so they gave him a new flavor free of charge.

The new location is spacious, clean, and very modern. Prices are great, and staff is knowledgeable and always a pleasure to do business with. They have everything you need in one stop.

Convenient , and ok selection but they are greedy and overcharge. If you ask the price of something its like $7.50, but when they ring it up its over $10. Wild bills is much better and just down the street.

Bad experience. Avoid! Guy who works counter is owners brother in law (or so he said). He was totally uninformed about their products, unhelpful and pretty rude. They seemed overpriced also. I asked him to smell a flavor and he dismissively said no. I told him that I wouldnt be coming back there and he said WHATEVER. Incidentally, Im a laid back dude..hate conflict. I really think the owner (who apparently only comes in twice a week) should know how his relative is minding the store.

This place is sucks!!! I walked into this tiny smoke shop and was greeted by the manager/owner, who was incredibly rude, and two homeless looking toothless bums. Prices were very high here and when I asked the clerk to match the price of a gas station less than a mile away from him I was asked not so politely to leave. I would highly recommend finding ANY OTHER SMOKE SHOP! save yourself while you still can!

Huge selection of cigarette tobacco and vape liquids and vaporizers!Joe is a great guy and their new location is great! No problem parking and the inside of the store is open and welcoming. For those interested, a wide variety of glass pipes and hookahs.

Sketchy place with jacked up prices, questionable product, and a shady AF owner who sometimes doesn’t even show up to open the freakin place. The Kratom here is about twice as much money as the typical prices anywhere else and the brands he sells are dubious at best. There are decent headshops around this area that won’t blatantly scam you.

My experience in this store was grear. Their prices was good.They answered all my questions with no problem.They was very helpful and knew alot of things on their products that they was saling. I will be telling friends and family about this place.

Guy assures me that the product Im buying does what Im asking. It doesnt so I bring it back 5 minutes later and he says he cant refund me even though he admits what he told me was incorrect. Terrible service

They don’t open on time at all. Still not open. They must smoke before the come in. It’s tacky to not show up on time when the posted sign on the door says 12pm, and it’s almost 12:15pm. I see a lot of folks post about them opening late. They either don’t read the reviews or don’t care.

Amazing store and knowledgable and respectful owner and the best thing about the store is the wide selection of cigarretes, cigars, hookahs, electric cigarretes, and a large selection of premium liquids. I would recommend this store to anyone best Smoke Shop in Southfield, Mi.

Sold me an opened disposable vape that did not work after purchasing , when I went back to the store to exchange I was denied and therefore robbed of my $10 . :/ Owner also closes store often before said closing time.
