Dont care for the fake treatment there. Patronizing to black female elders. They tend to cater to younger black men or Caucasians. Racist.Was disrespected by the owner. He chose to deliberately have me wait much too long at the counter because,as he said, I didnt speak when I entered his shop. I told him that its not required that I would have to speak up on entering, in this country. I generally speak upon facing you. He was told that I felt his intentions to punish me by ignoring me and making me wait. When he replied that he thought I was still shopping. BS! When I called him a liar he yelled at me to get out. Dont ever come in my store again!. I told him that suits me just fine because he knew what he was doing by make my me wait ,intentionally, so I dont have a problem in telling him the truth about his intentions.FYI, I am a 70yr old AA black female. Had I been a white elder he would not have treated her in that way.

Brian and Marcus were professional and kind. The selection of hookah products were of quality, not quantity, which I liked. Brian educated me on things I did not know when it came to hookah products and tobacco. Great service with a smile.

Been going there for about a year now and all the staff are super nice and helpful. They treat you like family and if they dont have something youre looking for they have in the past started stocking it just on request. Definitely a place to frequent for your smoking and vape needs.

Detoured to walk by on my morning stroll and they were still closed. Could have easily went to the gas station instead. How disappointed I was. I couldn’t get my wake and bake going. Nobody was in the building. Also asked them a while back about carrying local products, and they were very dismissive. So I won’t be going back. I’ll take my money to a more welcoming and inclusive establishment

I will never go here again, very unwelcoming, they did not have any Togo hookahs cups in stock, I went to my car & I called them and asked if i go to family dollar & get a cup can they make me a hookah cup, they told me I can buy a cup & they will make the hookah, when I came back to the store they told me that I had the wrong cup, & he explained how he used to use that cup but no longer. Furthermore, I continued to purchase from them he grabbed an old orange head, when I asked for a fresher one, he said you dont have to buy it, I explained I want to purchase from the store I would just like another orange, he grabbed another one out the refrigerator that was fresher, showed it to me & refused to sell me the fresher orange head. Only the old one. I left, I would never come here again

The guys who own the shop are the sweetest, most professional guys ever!!! They welcome every guest into the shop. I have become a regular. Most hookah shops are SKIMPY, they pack the orange heads BEAUTIFULLY! I love this shop! I hope they stay around for a long time !

They never open when they say the are I stood in the sun for 30 minutes waiting on someone to open the shop this is a unprofessional workplace and I recommend noone to come here

Bought something that broke unprompted two days later, couldnt return with a receipt or a refund.

Over priced!!! I wanted to purchse a Smok Nord from them because they are the closest vape shop to where i work. I call ahead and asked for the price, they where at $40 while every other shop I called where priced at $29.99 or less for the same item. I asked if the could match the price that Wild Bills Tobacco had of $29.99 they said no and that $40 was there best price. I think they have every right to hold strong to their price but a warning to consumers these guys are way higher then most shopes in the area on vaping supplys. *** stay away, unless you want to get overcharged.

If you want vape gear dont waste your time. Never have anything in stock, dont know what their doing so they will give you wrong information, sale you the wrong thing, and make BS excuses about the issue at hand. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache.

Never opens on time its after 10am. If this was black owners people would be complaining, but since they are not. Open when they feel like it.

Perfect shop for all your Smoking needs

We bought a dozen tobacco for hookah from this place and when we opened them they were all dried up, so we went back to exchange the ones we didnt open but they said they cant do exchange them. On top of that they had the worst attitude. My advice go somewhere else for your tobacco.

Bought $15 worth of cartridge. All 3 were duds. They neither refund nor exchange.

Very limited e-juice selection. Difficult to see the juices to make a selection. Staff not very knowledgeable about vaping. Would not recommend for vapors.
