Lynn, my therapist, is unbelievably knowledgeable! She can immediately address my needs and make me walk out like a wet noodle. I can honestly say…I love Lynn!!! The staff at Southlake location are so very kind and personable. It never ceases to be a wonderful experience at each of my appointments.

I couldnt have asked for a greater Birthday present. The employees were extremly nice and the massage I recieved made all the difference. Ill definitley be going back!

Update: changed from 1 to 4 stars. Shaunte, the manager, called and resolved the situation by making my boyfriends massage free of charge as well, and offered us both complimentary massages at an alternate elements location.. as well as multiple apologies. I am pleased with the resolution, but unfortunately will not return to this location. Shaunte deserves so much praise. Thank you for humanizing the situation and caring for your customers.Went to this establishment today for a one hour massage. Showed up a few minutes late but they were accommodating. Then my appointment took a turn for the worse. My appointment was cut short because my therapist told me I had a fungal infection on my back and my massage was over. I, being a clean freak, very hygienic and never having a fungal infection in my life, was mortified. My boyfriend was getting a massage with another therapist and then he was notified. They said I wouldnt have to pay for my service since it had to be cut short, but that my boyfriend might have to pay for his massage. So apparently I was supposed to be humiliated and sit there/wait for him after receiving this news. When asked if I was giving my therapist a tip, I said no. I went to an emergency clinic and wasted $70 for them to tell me I have sensitive dry skin and that the indentation the therapist was referring to on my back was from my bra. Literally wasted a perfect Saturday and now were probably going to have to pay for my boyfriends appointment regardless due to this trash review Im giving. I will never return and Id never recommend this place to anyone.

Dee has years of medical massage experience! She has helped my headaches go away. She is definitely a great deep tissue therapist. Great with getting rid of knots and tight muscles.

I have been a member at Elements Massage for many years, Xin is by far the best massage therapist that I have had. She is expert at deep tissue and has healed the pain in my lower back and hips. I highly recommend her.

Every massage therapist I have worked with here has been skilled, kind, and professional. My favorite is Giovani. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly and I love coming here for my monthly massage!

Jake is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! I went to him for prenatal massage / trigger points as I was having excruciating 3rd trimester back pain - to the point I could not sleep - and after one hour with him I can sleep 6-8 hours again! Miracle worker, booked my next appt before leaving. A++

I visited the location on Feb 12th. The young women working the front desk was kind and welcoming. Giovanni, the masseuse, was also friendly and did a great job with the massage. It was a great way to start my Sunday!

Started my hour long massage at 4:30 pm and somehow was done and in my car at 5:21. Massage was okay, but you might want to take your own timer.

Excellent attitudes from the call in to make a appointment to the walk in. Kind and very professional staff. This place is not big and glamorous, don’t let that fool you. The 90 min massage I had was tailored to my needs not just a robotic session. I was able to adjust pressure at will with my therapist which was nice. The beds can be heated if you like. I was satisfied enough I signed up for a membership !

May is simply amazing. I’ve had my membership for 4+ years and was about to cancel it. The massage therapist I love is never available and the few others that I’ve tried have been alright but not good enough to go back. I decided to try May and I’m SO HAPPY I did. She provides more of a therapeutic massage and addresses my problem areas flawlessly. I was so impressed by her skills that I booked a 90 min massage less than a month later. If you want a thorough job well done book with MAY!

I have been coming to this location for years and just had my first prenatal massage here. All of the therapists are amazing and really listen to you. Whether you want a relaxing massage or a therapist to work out every knot, they have someone for you.

Staff was very friendly, and accommodating! I recommend Dee as your massage therapist. She was friendly, funny, and relieved some seriously built up stress I’ve accumulated over the last few years! I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Great experience!! I have never had a professional massage, or met anyone who could find the knots and give me any sort of relief, until i met Mattye! she listens, knows exactly what she’s doing and has an awesome technique! if you need deep tissue work, she’s your girl!!

I was a member of Elements massage for years loyal but they have recently changed their approach to their clients. It is no longer loyal or client friendly. The price has also increased which was done with only a small window of notice. I will be canceling my membership after 6 years because of these changes.

If you can manage to get an appointment with a Level 4, you will get a good massage. Unfortunately, after being a member here for 8 months Ive only managed to get an appointment with a Level 4 three times. The last two have been cancelled at the last minute due to the masseuse not able to come in. They have no one to help take their clients and only can accommodate the next massage during the day during the week. If you have back issues and need a deep tissue massage on a regular basis, like me, then keep looking. You wont get consistency or availability here. I will be cancelling my membership and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I have gone to Gary a handful of times now, even with the further drive to the location where he works. Having scoliosis, muscle tightness & stiffness is no stranger. Every time I have gone in, Gary has accepted the challenge & worked absolute magic. I always leave feeling extremely refreshed & able to move again. He treats every customer as an individual and I can not express how appreciated that is due to the uniqueness of my muscles. He has never once made me feel uncomfortable or insecure about my scoliosis or the severity of the muscle/tendon issues I may have at the time of the visit. I will gladly continue making the hour plus drive to the Southlake location just to see Gary.

I have problems with my lower back and carry any stress in my upper shoulders. My massage therapist is masterful at warming up and relaxing the lower back and able to use as much pressure as needed to release the knots in my neck and upper back. She is AMAZING at decerning just what I need and I credit her for helping me maintain my health and mobility as I age.

Great ambiance and both massage therapists I’ve been to were amazing! It’s great that you can choose your therapist based on pressure and technique. I also like the extra touches of optional warm tables and fruit infused water.

The actual massage was good, but the circumstances around it, pretty much spoiled it. I bought 2 massages for my pregnant wife, the first time it worked just fine, yet when she went in the second time and presented her second gift card, they said sure and gave her the massage, only to tell her on the way out that she had to pay some $40 extra. The receptionist made some lame excuse about having to sign up for a $60 monthly membership or pay $40. It turns out to be a pretty slick bait and switch scam. If they are so good, why resort to these shenanigans? I tried posting to their website and could not find a way, so I’d strongly question the veracity of all those 10 out of 10 reviews they have. I’d avoid their gift cards or better yet avoid them completely. There are plenty of legitimate businesses out there to support.

The front desk is very knowledgeable of each therapists skill set. They always try to make you feel very comfortable upon your arrival. It is much appreciated!

Will was my massage therapist. He talked to me first about areas of concern and how much pressure I liked. He told me to let him know if I wanted more or less pressure. He was great and thorough.

Cairo was AMAZING! I recommend her services every time. She is very attuned to your needs and gives the most therapeutic massage I have ever had.

Ended up finally canceling our monthly membership after a couple years of appointments canceled at the last minute, masseuse not showing up and extremely limited appointment availability, even when you try and book well in advance. . Would not recommend.

I always enjoy my Elements experience! The staff is very accommodating and the massage therapists are great. It is a comfortable, clean atmosphere and I always look forward to my next appointment!

Horrible experience! I will never go to Elements Massage again! I scheduled a massage online, using Elements Massage website. Short after, I received email from Elements Massage confirming my appointment for 9am next morning. When I arrived to check in at the Southlake location, I learned that I don’t have appointment? They just told me that their online booking system is not working properly and that they are sorry? Also, they said that they were about to call me to tell me that my appointment is not scheduled? Not sure when they planned to do that since it was already 8:55 and my massage supposed to start at 9? When I asked why they allowing online scheduling when they know that their website is not working properly or why they didn’t add announcement to customers not to book massage online, instead of encouraging online booking – there was no response, except “they are sorry”! Unbelievable, I never experienced unprofessionalism like this. Shame.

Elements Southlake is a fabulous facility with an amazing staff. I’ve been a member for about 6 months and have had excellent customer service! Shout out to Quana! Every month I get a deep tissue massage from Quana. She definitely knows how to bring the heat! Thank you Elements Southlake!

Shelly will definitely be my go-to therapist here. She helped me with some lingering whiplash issues and my neck hasnt felt this good in a really long time. I cant wait to come back!

I like the general environment. It isnt all splashy and distracting. It is calm and relaxing. Always greeted with a smile. Feels like the staff is truly concerned that I enjoyed my visit and got what I wanted out of it.

Was given a gift card. Scheduled an appointment online. No one called to confirm. Got there for my supposed appointment and the airhead behind the desk acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Dont waste your time going to this place.

Rich was the perfect therapist for my unique needs. Appointments were easy to schedule, staff was courteous and the massage was great!

Our firm tried to hire Elements for in office chair massages. I called twice and never received a call back from the person who handled scheduling. Lost business. Moving on.
