Seriously man if I could give more than five stars I would so here’s my extra five on it. Joel is amazing if you have not stopped in and met Joel and seen his fabulous shop you are missing out. This guy is so knowledgeable knows his stuff has a beautiful shop and the bestiest customer service ever. I’m putting another five on it —- you should too.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Not only answered my questions but helped change my coil. Loved the artwork for sale. will definitely be my go to place when I move to Reno in a week!

We are in Reno for a few days and lost a vape (and lots of money 💰) at one of the casinos. Came here looking for a replacement but its an older out of stock item. Joel took a lot of time talking us through options and even recommended another vape shop. When that shop didnt have it we came back to buy the new model from Pyramid Vapory. The shop itself is great, nice variety and some really cool art to buy. But the thing that makes this 5 stars is Joel, his customer focus, and he genuinely genuinely seems more interested in people than profit. Top notch shop, awesome owner, will definitely return next visit to Reno. Thanks!

When I first started vaping, this is where I got my first device years ago I haven’t been there in a long time went by today and it is nice to see that. Somethings don’t change I have never had a bad experience here very friendly, and always willing to take time and help you out

Joel is awesome! I come to this shop often and Joel is always knowledgeable and super friendly. He always takes the time to let me check out the juices, knows about the flavors and gives his personal opinion. He takes the time to really answer any questions I have, be it about the new mods they got in, tanks, juices. Anything. Really great place to come to, I always recommend to all of my friends, and co workers. This shop and it’s staff are really great, wether your coming in to make a purchase, or just to browse, Joel is your guy to go to! Always fun coming in and catching up with him! Joel is always so helpful and kind when I walk in. He really gets to know his customers and what kind of juice they like and what kind of mods they like. His shop is the best in town, always so clean and neat, and in stock of mostly anything you could need. Great shop!

Been a returning customer of Pyramid Vapory for a while now. Was introduced to the shop by a co worker of mine. Eventually got familiar with the owner Joel, a kind and funny but serious business man. He welcomes you into the store with a positive attitude and makes your experience in the store very fun making you want to come back. It’s not the juices or inventory in the store that makes you want to come back over and over it’s mainly just the positive attitude and positive environment. Even though I don’t vape anymore it’s just fun to go back to the shop just to catch up and converse.Anyone who has anything bad to say about the staff or the location itself is clearly begging for attention or trying to get a discount. I highly recommend giving the shop an honest try and you just might be impressed with how the experience goes!

These guys are awesome for new vapers and those that have been at it a long time. Great selection of Mods, Tanks, and Liquid. Not to mention very knowledgeable owner and staff. The art is very cool as well! Dont forget to sign up for the text alerts.

I absolutely love coming to PV&AS! Every time I come in, I’m always greeted by Joel, Sarah and Chris. The shop itself is clean and just awesome to be in. From all the capes to the artwork that is displayed, this place is by far the best Vapory/Art Studio you can ever go to. On top of it all they got premium juices and even better prices for everything. Hard not to put a whole paycheck towards everything honestly.

Joel (the owner) is the sweetest & most knowledgeable guy around town when it comes to vapes. They had the model of mod I was looking for, all accessories, tanks, coils etc - and the best atmosphere to top it off.

Im a Utah native, I started canon about a year ago. Theres lots of smoke shops and head shops in town that dont really have much selection or good inventory of products. Joel is almost always there he and I became friends instantly and I was a loyal customer after my first visit. Joel and his staff are AMAZING. By far this is the best vape shop I have been to! Everyone in the shop is so friendly and helpful. They are constantly getting new merchandise and running specials on their products. I follow the shop on instagram so I am able to see what the new promos are for the week . I have already converted my friends and I tell EVERYONE I know that vapes about them!!!

As a local business owner myself I have to say, the owner here knows his stuff. From products, to current legislative battles in the industry.Tonight I was blown away by just how dedicated he is to this business. Keep in mind I have only been in about 4 times. I shop at the raleys next door a couple times weekly, and eat at restaurants in the parking lot. Every time I go into the shopping center I see people in and out of his store, and somehow he remembered every bottle of juice he has sold me, and was able to reccomend others based on the flavors he knows I enjoy. After trying numerous other shops(shouldve went here first) to find a cool for my tank I loved he was the only guy who had any. When my tank broke, he referred me to another awesome tank.He truly stretches himself as far as he can to know his customers. Im glad I moved into this neighborhood and decided to come in. Keep up the killer work man. Thanks for giving reno and sparks the better alternative to smoking. And thanks for running such a nice, clean, and well stocked business. I work right next to another vape shop in town, and will always drive the extra mile after work to come in here instead.

Pyramid Vapory and Art Studis’s selection is great. The owner and employees have a vast knowledge of their products, and the willingness to teach anyone about them. They are dedicated to there customers and assure each person leaves the shop with the knowledge or product they need. There is not a better shop in Reno, or a friendlier staff.

Experiment of public display playing the role of a safe an a as safe as ring doorbell might seem for the person inside the door it is a big difference when youre the person being watched by the ring community imagine getting yelled at or look at differently because theyve never seen you walk down the street and the uncomfortable feeling it gives you horrible
