Super helpful and friendly staff.....life saver delivery at the allamo truck stop. Will always use this place when we are in the area. Highly recommend to truckers (semi) in the area needing juice they deliver 3 days a week according to the website. We ordered on a Saturday and it was to us in less than 20 minutes.

The people working here are fantastic, helped me with all my questions so that I could make a solid decision. Their assortment of products was great, theres a wide range of choices for enthusiast and newcomers. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for informed staff and a wonderful customer service experience.

The owners/staff are the nicest, most helpful people I could ask for, and have anything and everything you could want for your vaping needs! Their prices are more than fair, and they also have a loyalty program with great perks. I recommend this place to everyone I know who vapes, its also a great way to support a local business that REALLY goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! They also have a full oil tasting bar, so you know what youre buying, and and what youll like before leaving the store, which I think is really important. Other places Ive gone dont offer testers and Ive ended up spending money in something I dont like and cant return or exchange. If youre in the area, or in need DEFINITELY give them a try, you wont regret it!

Love these guys. They have always given me good deals, great advice, and great conversation. I refuse to shop at any other vape shop because of how great Black Rock is and I always recommend this place to anyone who asks me about my mod.

Well what I thought was a wonderful store turn out to be not so wonderful spot after all sucks during the holidays and everything. Be sure to check your bags before you leave the store and make sure you have all the items that you have purchased I had a bad experience as I did not and lost $100 mod which I needed for rehab other than that the stores a good atmosphere and all in all I would rated three stars

Guy was super friendly and even came up a little short from the total which sucked on my part however the guy was extremely friendly enough to actually discount a little something something off to make it just right under enough to where I could afford my new vape and accessories. I recommend this place to anyone..very chill and friendly staff. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality. I really appreciate it.

On May29,18, my family and I went to black rock vapor on Prater way. I bought a Wismec 2/3 mod in white, they didn’t have any new ones, so they sold me the one on display.When I got home I tried out the mod, with both 2 and three batteries, it was really difficult to remove the doors on the mod, and I couldn’t even fully close the 2 battery door. In addition to that, the mod would randomly flash low battery, while fully charged batteries were in place! I took the mod back, and fully explained to the owner, the fact that the mod was nothing but problems, I’d had a wismec 2/3 before, and the doors would pop off and on with ease. What was wrong with this one? I didn’t ask for my money back, just an even exchange, I’d even take a cheaper mod.The owner took my mod and attached his tank and batteries and began puffing, that in itself was gross. He did not believe the flashing low battery issue was happening, because it hadn’t happened yet, for him. So he asked to take my mod home for the night!!! I’m supposed to spend $70.00 for a mod off the display rack, that’s very difficult to use, and have some guy use it all night, ewww, and I’m expected to be fine with that??? Not to mention the fact that I couldn’t remove and fully attach the doors on the mod. Owner couldn’t care less, as he smugly replied, “it’s easy for me!” I almost puked!I’ve been to a few Vape stores since, and told them about my experience with black Rock Vapor in Sparks , every one of them was shocked at this guys behavior!!! I went on yelp and gave an honest review of my experience at Black Rock Vapor.The same guy, gets on there and attempts to argue with me. Since I noticed he had told another customer who had given him a bad review, that he had possessed a video of the interaction between her and his business, i thought it was safe to say he had also had a video of my interaction with not only him, but his wife as well. I asked him to please play the video of MY interaction with him. And also his wife, selling me a mod from display, something this guy has claimed in his yelp argument, he never does. The video will prove exactly what I have said to be true! Why won’t you play it sir???So here I am, waiting for the video that will contradict almost everything in this guys response to me on yelp! Yes I screen shot it all. Everyone out there, please think before you put money on this guys counter!! Very nice people. TRUCKERS they do deliver vape juice and coils!!! Its a $3 delivery fee and they have a pretty good selection! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This is hands down my favorite vape shop in the Reno/Sparks area. Locally owned, and no tobacco products, just vape juice, mods, and accessories.
