Anna was wonderful! It was one of the best and most intense massages of my life. She was not afraid to continue to apply deep pressure, as most other massage therapists are. There were definitely moments of discomfort, but I encouraged her to keep going and she was great at listening. My only critique is that there were a couple of times when when she didn’t do the same treatment on both sides, just my left or my right. So it felt a tiny bit uneven. But other than that, it was fantastic. And she was also very sweet! Thank you, Anna!

Sophia was the best! I’ve been in a lot of pain for about two months 90 minutes on the table and it’s mostly gone. The lobby and rooms are extremely clean. Front desk was very polite and friendly.

I am a Massage Therapist and have been for over 30 years. I live in the Midwest and travel all over the United States and to other countries and regularly get massaged. Today I had a deep massage with cupping. The massage therapist knew right where Ive been hurting for the last week. Her hands were strong but knew when to let up. This is a gift to know what the tissue needs and doesnt need. She listened to my body. I will definitely be back when I am back in town. If Im able to go tomorrow I might go back for more bodywork. I was really impressed with this place. Thank you for providing good care and a safe place! Your knowledge and care to detail is appreciated! I recommend this place 100%.

We got in as soon as we arrived. She found and worked out multiple knots that I didnt know that I had in my back and shoulders. We always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely continue to come back for such an amazing experience. Keep up the excellent work!

My significant other and myself really enjoy the branch in Reno and were surprised to find out that there is a sparks location. Needless to say we both enjoyed the qaulity and professionalism from Asian reflexology. We will surely return for another treatment soon!

Luis is very good. I told receptionists i don’t want hot stones. Message did not get across. The music went off like 15 mins in and light was bright so was a little more awkward than normal.I wanted to say something, but I felt like it was gonna take seven minutes off of my massage for him to fix everything so I just let it go. But I do not want to take away from Lewis’s massage was very very good

Just moved to the area and my back is in rough shape from the drive. I popped in to ask some questions and they were able to get me in right away. Anna was great and I feel a whole lot better. Will definitely be going back!

Peter is the best!! I almost don’t want to tell anybody about him because then he will be way too busy for appointments but I have to give credit where credit is due. There are times when my body is just full of inflammation and hurting so bad and he is the only one who’s been able to help me. I’ve gone to a lot of other massage therapist here in town and although their massages are very comforting and relaxing this one is more Therapeutic and healing. Just know if you book a deep tissue massage that’s exactly what you’re going to get regardless if you’re his first client of the day or his last client of the day. He gets 100% each and every time. He is always consistent and very professional. I feel very comfortable with Peter and he is the reason that I go to this place.

I was super tense and knotted up. Anna did an amazing job getting deep into my muscles and getting me loosened up. I had a massage from another company two days before and the masseuse couldn’t get close to the pressure Anna did. I will definitely be back

No. Horrible. Got a weird uncomfortable vibe walking in but went with it anyway. No introduction, no info about yourself needed, everything was red flags.. Lots of rubbing over a sheet. Oil, very very hot stones that were tooooo hot. They did not work on any knots..just rubbed all over. Im pretty sore and not in a good way.Definitely a weird experience......

Me and my husband got a couples massage. It was his first time ever getting one. He said he didn’t know why he waited so long. He really enjoyed it. I was having some back pain so I added cupping. My masseuse did a awesome job I will definitely go back and ask for her. The place is clean, and everyone is super nice.

I went to Sparks Massage & Reflexology for the first time and am super unsettled by the experience. I booked an appointment with Angela who came highly reccomended. The online reviews were great so I had expectations that it would go well.Upon arrival, I was asked to put in my phone number to check-in. I assumed that this would bring up my appointment details, but instead they treated the interaction as though I was a walk-in. The lady at the front desk tried to sell me on all kinds of upgrades (cupping, special oils, etc.) I declined and said that all I wanted was a 60 minute regular massage. I was confused, so I finally asked if this woman was Angela and she said no, and almost looked confused as to who Angela was. I informed her my appt was with Angela and showed her the confirmation text because I was half thinking maybe I was at the wrong place. She assured me I was in the right spot, so I took her word for it.I go into the massage room and prep/get on the table. I’m face down on the table and lo and behold I hear a man’s voice walk in. This was in fact not the Angela that I booked with. I decided to let it go because I’m not a confrontational person and trusted based on the online reviews that anyone would be able to do the job. For a lot of women, booking a massage with a woman and having a man as your masseuse wouldn’t be okay. You should have the massage therapist that you booked with do the massage. It was so uncomfortable that it wasn’t communicated to me otherwise.At the end, I was expecting to pay 70$ (75$ for the hour, but there’s a 5$ coupon on their website). The pin pad read “96$” and when I questioned why, the woman told me that CBD oil was added to the service because when she was offering me add-ons, apparently I said I wanted that. Which I most certainly did not. I remember the interaction vividly as I was pretty concrete in what I wanted, so the whole thing felt like a ploy to take advantage of me. The entire experience was so uncomfortable, while going for a massage should be a relaxing experience. I would not recommend this business.

I bought a massage for my wife’s birthday. She’s been having a lot of tension in her shoulders, neck and back. She told me that this was one of the best massages she’s ever had. Thank you!

Receptionist was very polite. The couples massage was amazing! Peter and Sophia did an amazing job. I guess they should just atleast ask clients hows the pressure while massaging, but over all the experience was great. Well come back next time.

We did a 60 minute couple massage (Groupon) and it was great. Both of us loved it, we felt very relaxed and comfortable.

Ive done a couple of massages from high end locations and let me tell you, thats all you pay for is the location Reflexology is life!!!! The massage techs were amazing! It was truly worth every penny and more! My first time visting and I will be back for sure

I was having neck and upper back pain. I was referred to Lucy by a friend and they were able to get me in a hour after I called. Lucy was great and helped relieve a lot of the tension in my neck and back.

Best message I have ever had! I love the peppermill Spa, Renaissance Reno and Altlantis messages were good, but this place honestly, was the best actual message.

So I recently had gone here myself for my birthday women in from was great and the service was good. My issues come with my second visit here I took my father here for his birthday and left with a bad taste in my mouth. When I had gone the women kept trying pressure us for tips and services we didn’t want I felt more embarrassed although the service itself was great I still feel it was ruined by that more so even after I gave them a tip they said it was not enough and tried to make us give more after I had already paid a good amount! Buyer beware as I’ don’t seem to be the only that felt this way.

My friend had purchased a couples massage for her and her husband, but he wasnt able to go. So she talked me into going with her. It was AMAZING. They knew every place to focus on, and the hour literally flew by. It was comfortablely warm in the massage room. They offered water after the massage, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I have had some really good massages here, but this last massage was phenomenal. My back was in pretty bad shape and I asked for a 90 min massage and Amy was my masseuse. She exerted just the right amount of pressure and paid special attention to my lower back and my shoulders. All knots worked out with minimal pain. Great deal for the price.

I normally visit the Reno location and was saddened that they do not share location visit rewards. Today was my first visit at this location. I provided some feedback at checkout but I also wanted to remind people that a massage can also make your symptoms worse. The massage I had today was terrible. She was going so fast she was panting and would stop and catch her breath. I knew I should have stopped the service then but I really hurt and wanted to give the benefit of doubt. She was disorganized and very chaotic in her movement and she tossed the hot stones onto my back instead of placing them. Her energy was off and not relaxed.. I didn’t feel like I got a massage just a fast rub down with too much oil. After she was done with my back she wiped my entire body off with paper towels then used wet hot towels . I knew then I had just a bit left and I was hoping when to flipped over it would be a little better. Usually you cannot go wrong with someone giving a rub down but this by far was the worst. I’ll definitely go back to the Reno location but this is just too expensive to give this location another shot. I’ve booked another massage to correct what happened today. Please work on educating your employees as to not have a costly encounter with your clients

AMAZING! my lower back was very sore, but i also wanted some pampering so i got the 100$ spa package special, full body massage+facial for 70 mins. I added on a body scrub too. so worth it! everyone was very nice and made me very comfortable, the massage was wonderful, my skin feels great from the facial. highly recommend!

Sad enough I didnt even get a massage to experience what the ratings say. We were on out 14 year anniversary weekend. We paid for a Groupon deal on Friday. Being today Sunday. We drove an extra hour also from South Lake Tahoe to be able to come to this place. Upon near arrival we were told via phone call that they were short staffed and couldnt fulfill our reservation. We have a schedule to keep and couldnt change the time. Now we are massageless and tense still just amazing that they didnt really care. Just Said sorry

Angela used contaminated products during a Brazilian wax, waxed using bare hands, dry SHAVED my skin and double dipped same stick into the reusable wax pot and there’s more... Owners dismissive and said I have “untrue accusations” for addressing my concerns. I have photo proof of the contamination and disgusting state of the products Angela used on myself. Never wanted or requested a refund, only want safe practices.

I came in to get a massage because I was suffering from severe neck pain. The pain was so severe I could not sleep through the night.I selected the 1 hour massage and was impressed with the amount of skill and professionalism demonstrated by Anna, the woman who gave me my massage.I slept through the next night without waking up from the pain. I will be returning to this establishment regularly to receive the benefits of self care.

I had a 90 min full body Deep Tissue with a little Thai massage by Sophia. She was strong and knew what she was doing. The service here is well worth the price and visit.. and I walked from the TA truck stop 👣 Was able to attend 4pm daily mass right before too so took care of the mind, body, and spirit… literally lol

All these positive reviews baffle me. I figured my first bad experience here must’ve been a faux pas so came back this morning for another try. Beware… I requested focus on my shoulders and feet but my feet didn’t even get touched. I was charged $75 for a “full body” massage and when I asked why it was so much when I didn’t even get what I requested, the lady seemed like she couldn’t understand me. The massage itself was awful and rushed and I didn’t get what I specifically booked the appt for. I didn’t want to hold up the line and cause a scene, but I regret not being more vocal (although communication seemed futile anyway)

My massage therapist was the best I have ever had. He had great pressure and deeper in places that needed it. He got into my hip flexors better than anyone has before, definitely my problem area. I would recommend over and over again!

Enjoyed a pleasant couples massage. The staff is polite and the prices are fair. Soothing music in a relaxed setting really helped flush away stress and tensions. I recommend this establishment and also getting some pampering self-care at least every now and then. They have a location in Reno and another in Sparks. One suggestion is- if you’re going to have the oils put on you, let it be known it is HOT, and for some, almost too hot; particularly on bare skin. Maybe they should make the temp slightly cooler. Regardless- they encourage appointments BUT ABSOLUTELY ACCEPT WALK-INS. So give it a try, you’ll feel great :)

I feel like they are great massages. The only thing that would make the experience better is a softer face pillow. By the time i flip over my face is so sore i can hardly stand it.

My husband and I decided to stop by out of curiosity and we wanted to give it a try, they were fully booked but the lady in the front desk (perhaps the owner) made a couple of phone calls and within about 15-20mins, she had more masseuse come and they were able to accommodate us. We had a great experience and really enjoyed their service. Felt very relaxed and body felt amazing after the session.

Ive had over 3 dozend massages and have never been disappointed. The LMTs are skilled and very respectful. And while it not matter to most customers, I like the music they have in the background.

I am an adult female in her 40s. I have never had a massage before and was very nervous. The place smells good, and is nice and clean. The woman who checked me in was lovely and explained everything. My massage therapist Angela, was so kind and clearly knew I what she was doing. I’m going to be making this a monthly treat for myself, and can’t wait to bring my husband!

I appreciate the walk in availability for massages. I’d overdone a couple of workouts this week and really needed some relief. I walked in and Annie took care of me once again. Her constant checking in on pressure & heat of the room or hot stones was great. I knew I came in a hot mess, and she made me feel so much better. Even encouraged me to do a 90min in the future so she could spend even more time working on me. The location is always impeccably clean.

This was one of the best massages I’ve received! I asked for deep tissue and that is exactly what I got. I requested my shoulders and back be the primary focus and for once, a masseuse actually worked on those areas. The massage was very relaxing but also targeted my areas of need. Worker at the front desk was very helpful in helping me find a massage that targeted what I was looking for as well as additional options to help out. This place goes above and beyond. Ive always gone to the same massage therapist but today I wanted to go and she didnt have any openings so I decided to try this place.After trying this place I will never go anywhere else. For the low low price of $70 for 60min she used all her strength to push, pull and stretch. She put my shoulder back in the correct place. Ive never been so sore from a massage in my life, But well worth it.I told her to go hard but after a few minutes into it I almost wanted to tell her to be more gentle but I needed it and the pain was well worth it.

I had my fourth visit to your spa yesterday night. My sore joints got so relieved with the cbd oil and cupping. Lucy has always been my masseuse and she always leaves me feeling my best all the time. Also the receptionist is super sweet too and the spa is always clean and serene. I cant wait to be back for my fift appointment soonest.

I went in for the special reflexology for feet that included some of the time dedicated towards head and back. I am not sure what this was, but it wasnt relaxing and it didnt feel good. I didnt feel refreshed or well afterwards. I was wondering if the person who gave me the treatment even knew what they were doing. Afterwards I paid with a credit card and I was given options of 18% or higher tip while 3 employees in the room were watching me. Next time I will do better research when choosing a massage therapist.

I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but I felt very relieved and relaxed during and after the massage!My massage with Wu was absolutely amazing. She focused on all the right areas, even going back to ensure she loosens them. I really enjoyed the movement of the body during the massage, ensuring to get all of the muscle. She hit all the right pressure points and even went back to my.most tense areas. Even though there was a lot of movement going on with her fully in top of you or moving your limbs, it felt so good you dont even think about it. The pressure was perfect throughout. The hot stones and milk bath were very relaxing as well as the hot towels. The scalp massage was a nice added surprise as well.The environment could use some soft music to ensure you dont hear so much outside noise. As well as a bit more of a relaxing environment and less sales pitch-like.9/10, thank you so much!! I will be back

My 21 year old son had gotten his first massage ever. And he told me, that it was super relaxing and that he felt so much better afterwards. His hands, feet and basically his whole body felt light and his muscles didn’t feel so tight anymore. The staff was super friendly and very family oriented. I was in a decently bad car accident in November that resulted in lower back issues and a couple slipped dics in my neck. Also have some strange knots around damaged nerves, carpal tunnel.Long story short: the hour long deep tissue massage with CBD that Peter gave me was a life-altering experience. I highly encourage anyone in pain or needing some self care time to visit. The receptionist was also very caring and sweet. Relaxing, well laid out, clean, cozy spaces. This place Is truly amazing, they get you in right away, always on time, very polite and they take their time!!! I have been here three times now and I recommend them to everyone I come across. I am giving them a 10! I leave here feeling so refreshed, I added on a facial and did the 90 minute massage, very well worth it. Will always be my place to go.

Moon is the best massage therapist in Reno. She has incredible skill and knowledge and gives the very best restorative and healing massage. Amazing! Annie the receptionist is polite and courteous and is always helpful in scheduling appointments. The entire place is so clean and beautiful and provides a very peaceful ambience. I also like the way the shop is so well organized and managed. I highly recommend if you want a great therapeutic and professional massage. By far the best in Northern Nevada!

Lucy was amazing! Best massage I’ve ever experienced. Pressure was perfect and she made she asked if it was good or if I needed harder in areas! She was so nice too! Reception was awesome as well.

Sofia was great! She targeted all of my problem areas and applied great pressure! The cupping was spot on and released a lot of tension.

I enjoy this location. There are a few excellent masseuses. Dont get the couples Groupon though. That was the least enjoyable of my experiences here. Not sure why.

Great couples deep tissue massage with cupping and hot stones experience. Danny and lucy did us both real well. All the knots in my shoulders are gone and I feel taller 🤣 cause my back is stress free and my sore muscles are gone. Just fair warning, when you say you want it deep, you do get a deep tissue massage. Well worth it! Just go and try them out.

I work out and run every day and my muscles are sore and tight so I love deep tissue and stretching. Peter is fantastic at deep tissue massage and stretching. Not too hard or too fast. The spa is very pretty and clean and there are many types of healing treatments to try with your massage. I can’t wait to go back!

To start I went there with a couple of friends for a birthday surprise. We each chose the same package. $70. The staff was kind. The massage lady I got was very quiet. She was doing a great job until I noticed that she massaged one side of my body differently then the other side. She massaged my right side including my back, she did my right arm and a little in my hand. The other side she barely massaged my arm but she didn’t massage my hand at all. Then we get to the legs. She massaged my right leg including my calf, foot and rubbed the hot rocks on the right side calf. She continued to the left side but I did not get the calf rub compared to the other side, no rock rub. I asked her if it was a one sided massage because it seemed the left side was forgotten. I mentioned my calf was not done. She went out of the room and got the manager. She did not understand what I was saying or asking her. The manager came in and asked me if I was ok, I told her my left side was not massaged like the right side.She spoke to the massage lady in her own language and I had no clue what was being said. Instead of my left calf being done like right side she starts working on my thigh area. Which I did not mention that area at all. Basically she was inconsistent with her work. As for the “reflexology” it was less then I expected. When she was done she smacked the bottom of my feet, said finished and walked out. I was disappointed, no relaxing music or a soothing scent to surround the room while you are trying to relax and get the full effect of the massage. I got dressed, my hair was a hot mess and no mirror to look into to fix my hair or wipe the makeup from under my eyes. When I left. my friends and I compared experiences. One did not get her reflexology at all. The other girl was satisfied. As for returning, I will find another place to go.

I got the deep tissue massage and the gentleman that had me really worked out all my knots and tension. My daughter came with, (her first massage), and the woman that worked on her was equally great and used just enough pressure to relax and relieve her pain without hurting her. I just moved here and after a 2200+ mile drive across the country I was so excited for a massage. I booked a 90 minute massage and 30 minute reflexology. Instead I received 2 hours of the most humiliating and brutal massage of my life. The pressure was way to hard even asking for it to be lighter multiple times. At some point the person massaging me opened the door to the room we were in and I didnt realize it until they stretched me in a way that my bare chest was visible to people walking down the hall. I had to repeatedly pull the sheet back over my body as there was no attempt to keep me covered. I left in tears and in worse pain than when I arrived. Even days after, I am hurting and physically bruised. I would never give this place a seconds thought if you are looking for a massage. Do not come here for service if you want to feel respected, not only as a patron, but as a person.

The whole time before I was getting my massage my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed by the lovely workers, the massage was absolutely incredible also! You guys definitely will have us come back soon and I will be recommending everyone I know to you guys for a amazing massage! If you want a great massage this is with out a doubt the place to go to!

Amazing, spa quality massage for twice the “normal spa time” but for a reasonable price. Therapist, Moon, was amazing working out all my problem areas. Will definitely make this my new massage place and recommend this to all my local friends and family.

I had been here last year and I loved the fact that they took me in as a walk in and promptly so...remembering this process, I called to be sure I could be seen yesterday and glad I was able to be seen and taken care of. My experience was very nice, it is a very clean and quiet atmosphere for a 90 min whole body and foot massage. I felt much better I purchased one of the packages, 5 -1 hour sessions for $250, for my future needs. Thank you for your simplistic business experience.

The wife and I were in desperate need of some massages. After searching around, this was one of the only places that didnt require a 2 week advance. We each got a 90 min deep tissue and hot stone massage. It was only $100 per person, even after a tip it was still more affordable than most places. The ladies held no punches, but in the end we walked out of there fully relaxed and feeling great. Definitely a place we will be going back to in the future.

I think I felt amazing after working a 74 hour week at work very physical, I felt so drained and exhausted. I thought I would try out their message. I never had one like that, but 3 hours later I still feel amazing and energized. I give them a 9 only because I wished the spoke better English. Otherwise definitely worth it to go there! I am 61 with major back problems and the medium pressure was just right.

The therapist I had today was a short man with reddish hair. He was absolutely amazing. Ive literally never had a massage like that in my life. The stretching was perfect and the pressure was just right. I felt completely comfortable.

My family and I came to Reno for a little Vacation from California. I was able to get a pre-natal massage from him and he did a wonderful job! Walking in it’s very spacious clean and Vicky at the front desk is extremely thoughtful. She takes the time to listen to you and depending on what you’re telling her will make a suggestion that you can take or leave if that is not something you like. In my case I went with her suggestion she suggested deep tissue and cupping, For the last four months I have been in extreme pain with a pinched sciatic nerve and a tiny stroke bot of these made me have limited use of my entire right side. Today after my massage therapist Tiffany who is absolutely amazing finished with the deep tissue massage and the cupping I went from a 9 1/2 pain to about a 2. I have been in pain for so many years that I can’t even explain how good I feel. About a half hour after my appointment I was able to move and not feel like I was in excessive pain to the point that it has been crippling me. I usually am not the type of person who would go with an a deep tissue massage and I was kind of hesitant with getting the Cupping??!!l I’ve never had it before and it looks like it could be very sore afterwards because you do get a little bruising. It is not pain full at all definitely worth trying (CUPPING.) The experience with CUPPING made me a true believer. I’ve been on pain medication I’ve had acupuncture, physical therapy nothing worked!!!! I’m almost in tears with joy for how good I feel!!!! the deep tissue is not for everybody but it worked wonders for me..The last few times I’ve had a massage therapist work on my back ,shoulders and my legs I’ve always gone with the lightest, gentlest touch you can have so going in with the deep tissue was new for me and it actually kind of tickled a little bit didn’t hurt at all and neither did the cupping. YES , I do have a little bruising but I bruise very easy anyways and the bruises don’t hurt. they are just bruises but barley .. I’ll tell you what I feel 1000% amazing and I can’t wait to go back. Now comes the big NEGATIVE part?? What you say could be negative with the great review I just posted well having to wait entire week before I can go back it’s the biggest negative because I can’t wait to go back in and get treated again already have my appointment set up for next week. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day one that I will remember as a pain-free one this year in the past 10 years I’ve been at least a 5 to 7 pain level and again I can’t stress enough how amazing I feel at only having maybe a 2 leave of pain.. Please stay tuned for the next time I go in to see if when I get up tomorrow or the next five days how well it truly worked as of right now 10 o’clock at night I’m able to carry laundry upstairs, stand and do dishes and lay down in bed flat for the first time in probably 15 years with out pain medicine!!!! My wife and I tried this place out for the first time today. It was one of the best massages Ive ever had. A 90 min full body massage was $100 (each), and totally worth it. The location was clean and relaxing, but dont be expecting the full high end spa environment. I recommend this place for anyone, and I will definitely be going back.

This was my second massage there. The first one was a good massage so I decided to return. Requested a 1 hr massage with normal pressure. The therapist who entered the room didnt speak English. Didnt evaluate me or ask what I wanted. He started with heavy/hard pressure without even preparing the muscles. 5 minutes into the massage he pressed hard no my sacrum with his elbow causing a great deal of pain.I complained and he stopped however after that I was not able to relax any more. about 10 minutes further and he pressed the lateral area of my gastrocnemious with the same amount of force he used on the sacrum with caused extreme pain. At that point I ended the massage.The person at the front desk tried to have me continue the massage with intructions for the person to only use fingers, but at this point I had no more confidence in the therapist.I was charged 50 dollars for a half hour massage. I dont understand how that works because if 60 minute is 65, why is 30 minutes $50?in my opinion a real business would have refunded my money and offered me a free massage to try and make up for this bad experience, but they only added insult to injury (literally) ....I will not return to this place because they didnt try to make any kind of amends. You dont charge a customer who didnt receive the service they contracted. My first massage was fair and I tipped $40.00. I was a therapist for over 15 years and I know what its like to count on tips.I anyone has a problem here all I can say is good luck. Because youll be out your money, out your massage and looking for a company that knows how to treat their customers.

I have been here before and every-time has been excellent. Betty is amazing. The last two times I have had some muscles that truly needed extra care and she knew exactly how to target the areas that were bothering me. I would highly recommend this place.

I went to alot of massage place before but this is my favorite. My massage therapist is Lucy, she is really good from the start til the end and you’re shy to tell about how would you like your pressure, you don’t need to worry coz she will ask you and check you every now and then if you’re alright with what she doing. If you really have a body aches, I recommend to get their full body massage with extra (i forgot what that called but starts with Chinese..) but it cost $25. My body aches are all gone and I feel so relax and fall asleep as soon as I get home.Their receptionist is nice and professional as well. I will definitely go back here and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. 100/10⭐️👌🏼

First, the receptionist is amazing, warm and welcoming. I like the sign in and the body chart where I can mark where Im in pain. Right before she leads me to my room she asks if Id like to go to the bathroom. I dont feel rushed. I was so blessed to get Lucy the first time I went. She really knows how to relieve pain and make my body feel so good. Ive had many messages in my life and Lucy gives the best one out of all others. Also, if I pay for 90 minutes, I want my full 90 minutes. The last place I used to go to started shorting me about 10 minutes,here and there. I felt angry about that. I think i pay about $10 dollars more here and i dont have alot of money bit it is worth it because they are so good. Last, this place is clean and beautiful.

So I booked an appointment for a 90 minute Groupon package. When I came in they didnt have my appointment written down for 90 minutes nor did they know that my package had they facial and I know I mentioned this to them on the phone. This means their facial person wasnt in and I couldnt get it. We compermised where Id just get the full body massage. So that part is on me. Next they didnt ask me if I wanted swedish or deep tissue. I think I ended up getting a deep tissue because my back is now all brused up. On the front deck tablet I selected medium pressure and if THAT was medium pressure then I can only assume heavy pressure is bone fracturing. I only stayed and didnt complain because I had already paid in full through Groupon so I wanted my moneys worth. I regret that. Also the guy worked really fast. Nearly everything he did involved fast movements. Only times he was slow was when he was pressing on my bones. Also near the start of the massage I mentioned that get lower back spasms and asked if he be gental around my lower spine. He never responded or end stoped like he heard me. But inquiring about any possible medical issues is something that front desk should ask about.I guess my biggest take aways are that they should have asked swedish or deep tissue and that they dont consider medical concerns. Also they need to make better appointment notes and know exactly what they offer on Groupon.I would have rated them a 1 but the facial thing and not leaving early is on me.

I am a career deep tissue massage therapist. My daughter got us the couples massage for my 40th birthday. It was Uh-mazing! In all my years of trading massage with nearly 100 therapists, Ive only had two that were more intuitive and works deeper.I was pleasantly surprised and it really made my birthday special! Being a therapist, I hate paying for massage, but Im sneaking back tomorrow for another dose. Its soooo worth it!

$40 one hour foot reflexology, $45 for 60 minutes including back massage. Sorry to say, but my massage felt like the girl just patted my neck and arm. I asked her to do a deeper massage on my neck, but I don’t know if she was strong enough. Then on my back she just used her elbow to poke along my spine. This was the worst massage / reflexology I have ever experienced.

I called in advance for openings and inquired about making an appointment. They voiced tones of urgency and ABC tactics by repeating “when I wanted to come in”.This was all said in incoherent broken English but I managed to make out that they were accepting walk-ins. I drove write over within 10mins. When I arrived, I chose the $40 full massage option. No paperwork was filled out, no release forms or asked where my ailments are and then with little to no direction was rudely show my massage room by a finger point. The massage Itself seemed rushed and felt the sense that it was a home massage vs a professional certified one. When it was all said and then, I asked what I owed and she pointed to the most expensive one of $70 on the wall menu which is confusing to begin with. I specifically whet there for their $40 massage and confirmed with them by paraphrasing and I that was the service I wished to receive. I felt somewhat conned by the way treated and responded by being very vague. After giving up on the broken English banter back and forth about the price. They repeatedly said the same thing over and over in different tones. Like that would make a difference and somehow make me realize an epiphany. I conceded that this communication barrier and whatever scam they had going on wasn’t worth my time and more over teaching good business ethics. So I paid the double price then what was agreed upon prior to the service and got the heck out of there with out even a thank you or a bottled water. This place seems like a scam based on pricing. I will have to get this in writing before my services if I ever go back there again, which will be highly unlikely. Shoot, the menu and pricing correction could be done in less than an hour. I’d be happy to do that for them. I’d be very pleasantly surprised if they compensate me for my lack luster visit. Wish them luck!

My masseuse had a very aggressive and rough style. I felt like a piece of meat being beaten into shape. He mostly was just pressing down on my body, not actually kneading into my muscles. When I turned over on my back I saw that he was watching Netflix on his phone and had airpods in while massaging me. Completely disconnected from the treatment he was giving. No care or intention put into the motions. Did not cover my eyes for the facial, used very abrasive towelettes in a rough fashion.
