The people seem nice. It sounds like they have a good selection and decent prices. Two-stars because I was lied to about delivery. Im a trucker who was stuck here over the thanksgiving holiday and was about out of juice. I called and asked if they would deliver (around 10am). The guy was nice and said he’d send me some pictures and I could choose my juices. About four hours go by and I don’t hear anything so I call back. They were very nice and I picked my juices over the phone. They told me they’d deliver later once they left… I’m assuming this meant after the store closed (which is like midnight my time). So I stayed up late waiting for a delivery that never came. Why lie to me? Why not get ahold of me and say something came up? It’s bad business. Anyway, I took an Uber the next day to a different store and got juice. Wish this would have played out better.

Ive been getting the same brand/flavor for over 3 years now and got a bottle from here that tasted pretty bad. I used it with different coils as well just in case it was the coil I was using, but it still tasted bad. That and the bottle top popped off the first time I went to use it and half of it went all over my clothes. That seal wasnt even sealing the bottle properly. Of course, that could be a manufacturers defect, its not their fault.However, I went in to see if I could do an exchange and explained what happened, but they said it smelled and tasted fine to them, and that they didnt know if I did something to the juice in-between the time I purchased it.I get it. You probably get people in all the time claiming this and that and trying to get something for free, but honestly this was the first time I ever had issues with you guys and you acted like I was a liar, and the man I spoke to even said hes seen me before, so obviously you know Im somewhat of a regular.Definitely changed my opinion of this place not just because I couldnt get an exchange, but because the juice you gave me was old/bad. Youve lost me as a customer and Ill just have to tell others to steer clear of this place.

My husband and I where greated with a smile and a welcome in. From the minute we walked in Heaven was attentive and helpful. We came in looking for something a little cheaper and that didnt change the care she put in to us. She was extremely knowledgeable of all products, answered our questions and gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place. They have a wide selection and good prices.

Have only had a couple of experiences here so I dont have a lot to review but I will tell you this is the 1st vape shop Ive found kratomettes, kratom cigarettes at!! Not only that, theyll let u have one to sample!! That was AWESOME 😎 Plus I love the owner and I regularly buy my kratom at there other location, smoke guru, on El rancho and McCarran.

The only place I will buy my glass and vape products. I have always greeted with the out most respected. On top of that they have a large selection of humble which is awesome cause they are my favorite and other brands as well. They always listen to their customers and try to do their best to keep up on the latest trends.

Been here twice in the past week and theyve sold me the wrong product each time saying it would work with my device, neither time it did. People working here dont know much about the products they sell. Wont return, I recommend no one else spend their money here either. Im guessing they only have good reviews at all because they give discounts to the people that leave good reviews and then show them to prove they did, wonder why.

The staff here is a hit or miss. The last time I went in it was aweful. A rather large blond girl wearing a cut off shirt...no need to say more lol. Was extremely rude and was like.... Yeah what do you need? Lol. I need you to pull down your shirt and not show me that stomach lol for starters lol. I just turned around and walked out. I dont do attitude missy.

Used to come here all the time for the low prices and selection. The staff is very rude and disrespectful theyll ignore you to bs with theyre friends and play games. They also can be insulting one employee was hitting on me and I said I was shopping for my boyfriend and his attitude went south. I like when shadi was the manager, I wouldnt recommend this shop . Yum yums is the only smoke shop I go to now a days very great costumer service, great selections on all their glass and all their e-juices. Have high quality items for a great prices. I come in here with questions and they always have the answers and are always able to find what I’m looking for. They have a lot better prices and better service than happy days. Ever since I came in here and Bobby the owner treated me more as a friend than a costumer and for me that means a lot because it showed the care he has for his coustomers.

So, we’ve been coming here for CBD cartridges, specifically the gold drops, and had a good experience until recently. The staff had said they were mixing crystal distillate with gold drops in custom cartridges. OK, that’s fine. But I think that it needs to be advertised that the establishment is creating these cartridges on their own. We’ve got a few opinions about these new cartridges that they’re creating and have been suggested to not use these simply because we know the integrity of the product or the ingredients. Additionally, I want to mention that sometimes the staff is very contradictory or unknowledgeable about some of the products they sell, including this one. Once again, that’s OK. As a consumer, you need to be proactive about the stuff you’re buying. In this case we are being proactive by accessing the recent product that was sold to us. As an FYI, these products cannot to be returned, it can only be exchanged. This is what we did as well, and unfortunately this will be the last time we shop here ☹️ Just want to give a fair and informative review. Not trying to slander anyone or the business. Thank you!

This shop is probably the worst Ive been to. The prices are great, but the vape juices are absolutely awful. Theyre oily and have absolutely no flavor, and some of their custom juices taste like cough syrup. I even found a gnat in one of the juices. They also do not have the ability to let customers sample the flavors before buying. Honestly---skip this place and pay a little more money for better juices.

My GF and I stopped in this awesome Lil shop. She is new to vaping so needless to say she had a lot of questions. The gal who helped us was extremly knowledgable and friendly. Ive been going to this shop now for several months. My wife and I have been to many shops all over town and this shop seems to have the biggest selection. The juices they have are several top names and I havent been dissaponted yet. Weve purchased a few different kinds of mods and after my experience today they will be the only shop I goto in the future. Trust me you wont be disappointed. I went in there to get a vape pen and found that I had no idea which one to get. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly and I was able to pick out a really good one. My boyfriend has been going there for a while and they know him and remember the mod he bought. They have a great selection, cute homely looking shop from the outside and cool ass inside!
