I’ve been going to this shop for around 4 months now and every time I step foot the customer service is excellent! The first time I went I had a lot of questions regarding Delta products, the employee there was more than happy to answer any questions I had with very informative answers and then proceeded to have a friendly conversation after my questions. When I do visit I ask for recommendations and instead of trying to BS me they give me honest recommendations along with a list of pros and cons with their recommendations so I make the right choice for my needs. Overall the service is impeccable and the store is always well cleaned and organized.

I enjoy all the locations and people that work in each one. Anna was a really good soul, she helped me out when I was searching for a zero nicotine. I recommend the brands they create, which are the TrapSticks.

They always pick up the phone and have great attitudes! You can tell their employees really like their jobs and are eager to help people. They have everything you could need and they have tobacco for less experience than the store. My husband gets all his tobacco and papers from here.

This is my absolute favorite shop. I dont go anywhere else anymore. The selection is huge, reasonable pricing, and top quality products. The service is fantastic, and the employees are always helpful. Im there at least a couple times a week! Hands down the best shop in the area.

Smokers Cabinet is in my neighborhood, they have what Im interested in which is Delta 8 gummies. Customer service is very friendly, knowledgeable, always informative.they carry a wide variety of items and the items are nicely displayed. The store was clean, had plenty of space to move in and I didnt feel out of place I was comfortable! Parking lot had plenty of parking available, it was clean and free from debris! I recommend Smokers Cabinet!

How is it that I only got some stickers, juice and coils and it ended being $80 apparently. I am livid, especially since she gave me the wrong coils to begin with. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. Will not be back.

Never been the type to post reviews but Ill gladly make an acception for this place.. They obviously hire anyone there because the two separate days Ive been there two separate employees had no clue what they was doing or knew anything about vapes!?! How do you work in a vape shop and know nothing about vapes!?! One said he knows absolutely nothing about vape mods and Ill have to go to vapor warehouse for anything I needed then just walked off and left me standing there then had the nerve to tell me not to park my bike out front of the shop where theres not the first sign hanging or posted saying anything about parking or anything at all for that fact all because I pulled it up on the side because it started raining SMH.. The other guy was beyond stoned and got stumped with the simplest questions I asked. He not only gave me but also gave another person the wrong coils, the wrong juices plus one was 6 in nicotine for someone who didnt want any nicotine at all! Another guy was complaining about his vape as I was coming in.. I didnt even want a refund or anything I just wanted to know what was up with the coils he sold me and whys my vape no longer working as soon as I replaced it.. Youd think that not only a simple questions but also common problems would be required to know before allowing them to run that type of business.Never again will I even think of going back to this place and strongly advise no one else to waste their time and money .

Very disappointed, I’ve been a customer more than 3 years. Started to buy their disposable vapes. Bought one less than a day ago and the battery was bad. Brought it back to see if I could get an exchange or a new one and they told me they couldn’t do refund or give me a new one with a better battery. So double check before buying disposable vapes from this business. Besides that y’all lost a loyal customer over a 10 dollar disposable.

Have been a fan and loyal costumer of this shop for a while now but my most recent experience was far less than ideal. I purchased an enail from the shop, got it home and realized it didn’t work. I took it back to the shop and the manager told me I would have to order a replacement coil for the enail. This would not have angered me except for the fact the shop had charged an 115% up charge from the website price.Very poor customer service which will have me searching for a new shop in the future

Well Ill give the place an okay - Barely... For the simple fact that theyre there and they have some things you might need .. we stopped at the restaurant to eat so I walked next door to look for a can of butane and one of those Universal chargers for the phone batteries.. The one i need fits the vape pens also which is why I thought they would have it .. Well, they dont have it unless you buy a vape pen battery with it. Other than that not much of a selection.. There are pipes and pot smoking paraphernalia.. It is a small place and the guy that was working there didnt even know the major brand names, BUT, he may not use them and couldnt advise where to find the charger.. I tried to take pictures hopefully it helps.. but I have no reason to return..
