Horrible customer service.“I don’t know, I just work here.”Won’t exchange faulty vapes even though everywhere else I’ve been to will exchange faulty vapes no problem.Do not waste your money here.

Always had a great experience here until my last visit. Younger woman is lacking knowledge in the products, sold me something I couldnt use with my vape, and wouldnt exchange a un opened product for even store credit. Very short and rude the moment I walked in the door with the box. The owner and his mother are fantastic but will be going somewhere else for these products.

Worst experience ever. Refuses to exchange my brand new vape I bought that doesn’t work for a new one. Apparently all sales are final. All vape stores I’ve ever been to offer an exchange guarantee. I’m NEVER going back here ever again. Go here if you want to waste money on products that don’t work and receive horrible customer service.

Honestly everything has greatprices especially for being out in spring branch the owner is a dope person and everything but after buying a pipe I thought would be metal turned out to have plastic so I tried to return it before I even left the parking lot and couldnt even exchange it for a cheaper pipe or something but like I said understandable but youve lost me as a potential regular you might see me for your items that arent smoke and vape other then that Id recommend this shop to anyone
