Vape Away

I’ve always been treated so nicely at this place. I make it a regular stop to get new vapes because of their knowledgeable staff and variety of products. However, today I bought a vape like usual and was told I would no longer be accepted as a customer because the guy at the counter believed my ID to be fake. I understand being strict and taking precautions to prevent minors from buying nicotine products — but I’m almost 30 years old. Colorado IDs have had a new look since 2022. This interaction was unnecessary and genuinely sucked. Instead of being convicted in your opinion of what Colorado IDs are supposed to look like, how about a quick google search to educate yourself? Do better.

Shop is very well stocked and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and recommended some great products! Thanks Mason and Bunny for all y’all’s help! 100% coming back!

Selection is amazing. From Vape devices to replacement pods and juice!!! I haven’t been to such a well stocked vape store in a year at least. One stop shop for sure.Thank you Bunny & everyone for your patience and help.

The staff is great, and they have the best prices for kratom Ive found so far. A huge selection of vapes as youd expect, and lots of other products that make your day way cooler. They also have a great loyalty program.I love this shop!

I have always been impressed with this location since I moved here last year in October I dont see any of the same friendly faces that you used to be here I like to spend at least 200 bucks at this location but they recently went from paper receipts with points to a card and back to paper receipts needing a card and you cant use your points without the paper receipts its stupid and archaic Im going to go to from now on its highly disappointing. I told them I was going to leave a review they said go right ahead so Im sorry I wish I could leave you guys a five-star review but it always seems like the one stars are the reviews that most people tend to pay attention to :(

I been here a few times. My first couple of visits were fine but my last two was terrible.The first of my last two visits I was being rushed and today I just left without purchasing anything because I was told I need to ask someone before looking at merchandise behind their counter. But my thing is I was never told that I needed to ask before going behind the counter before. People were able to go behind the counter to look at stuff without issue. It wouldnt have been an issue if they were at least nice about it. The man behind the counter where I went to said It would have been nice if you asked first before coming back here. Then another employee went on to sat that they were implementing a New Policy. Ok then what the guy behind the counter should have said was Im sorry sir but we have a new policy where we require customers to ask before walking behind the counter. Or something along those lines. But NO they chose to be rude. After these last two visits I think its safe to say that I am either not welcomed here or people like me arent. There was also a tall bald white guy who kept giving me a smug look as if I did something to him the second I walked through the front door. I should have know from that point that I wasnt welcomed. Im honestly so sick of being mistreated, discriminated and being spoken to in a certain manner because Im different than the people serving me. This is why sometimes I am hesitant walking into an establishment where all the workers are white because the chances of me being discriminated against is higher than a business where they have different races of people working there.

I have never felt so warm and welcomed at any other vape store. These employees are just so Awesome!! I do-not go to another vape shop!! Keeps up the good work guys😁

This has got to be one of the best shops in Texas!The customer service, Prices, Quality of products and vast selection of Products are what keep me coming back.Merle and Mandy made me feel like family.

Im a rookie and they were very helpful. My 1st Vape Pen. I like that I could actually sample the ejuice in a vape Pen and not just on my fingers. The selection of mods and ejuice was a little overwhelming but I found what made me happy with their help

Oh lord, Iove this place with all my heart. I love the sweet older women who absolutely puts her customers first. Loved the sample we were given as well. Was iffy on buying and was offered a sample to decide if I wanted to purchase. That was super awesome because I did end up buying again after that. Im always greeted at the door and the other staff is so friendly. Such a wide variety of items to buy and checkout is easy breazy. I will forever shop here. 💜💜

My fiance and I love this place. Great price, absolutely huge selection on everything, cool vibes, easy to get to location, fair prices. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly, theres only one employee I prefer not to deal with as he leaves a little to be desired with people skills, but hes not rude or unpleasant, just a personality thing.The owner is an amazing woman, very personable, and helped me make an informed decision on which products would be better suited for me all while helping me stay in budget. If not for her and her store Id probably be a pack-a-day-smoker still.This is the place to go to in Spring Branch. Ive been to its competitors around here and refuse to do business with them again because Vape Away is the best around. No one else gets close to the quality of service they provide.

Fantastic Location, the vibes when you are in are amazing, Ryan is super kind and help me with everything, they sell me this amazing kava/kratom tonic that is a game changer. 1000% recommended

TLDR: Double check whatever theyre selling you, particularly with coils.For the most part, its decent... Customer service is acceptable. However, I have had them give me the wrong coils, and now theyve sold me a partial pack as a full pack of coils. Yeah, I love getting home to set up the tank that uses them again with a new coil only to find my pack of 5 PnP-VM5 coils only has 3 coils... I dont even know if its worth going back and fighting to get the extra two or get my money back. Probably just wont go back.

These people arent open until 1:00 in the afternoon and they close pretty early as well.I havent had the worst experiences with them except that every time I try to walk in their door its locked theyre never open when Im available to try to get my stuff so I have to drive All over the place to make up for the fact that theyre never open during normal business hours

Great products and prices. They are my go to shop. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because you have to go in the morning, when the ladies are working. They are sweet, friendly, and their customer service is on point! If you go in the evening, when the younger gentleman are working... you are going to get little to no customer service what so ever. They seem to prefer talking to one another or watching TV over greeting and serving customers.

I purchased a product from Vape Away and, by no fault of them, there was a manufacturer flaw with the product. I brought the product back within about 2 days and was prepared for a headache in trying to get it replaced or refunded. To my surprise, they gave me no issue at all and happily replaced the product on the spot. I was in and out of there in about a minute.I strongly recommend Vape Away for anything vape related. I used to shop at Smokers Paradise and still recommend them for your glass needs. If what you are needing though is vape related, go to Vape Away.

The shopping experience was pleasant and the staff, helpful. They had exactly what I wanted, and with plenty of experience on their payroll, we found it quickly.

These are the nice people and Friends they would help you do anything. They love their customer and take care of their customers Ive been going there about 2 years but Ive been vaping for 15 years. I need to go to them when they was over the other location. If you really want knowledge help supplies and just friendly down home atmosphere this is the place

He gives great advice and even has his own CBD product line. Hes a cool moderately knowledgeable and very professional dude. Little pricey but due to location its sensible enough.

This is the BEST vape store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to vape stores in big cities and none compare to this one. It’s huge. It has something for everyone. And the workers are very helpful and personable.very reasonably priced here in comparison to other places. They also have many e-liquids on sale! I love this place and will definitely be back.

They are always more than helpful and usually have everything I need. You can try out any of the Vapes that they stock, because they have all of them 2 test before you buy. That is something you usually just have to take a chance on, and hope you chose right. Most places dont do that. But they are that kind of place. Truly great customer service. Love supporting their shop!

Been here several times. Good stuff. I went in an asked for a lemonade flavor, guy handed me a supposed pink lemonade flavor, wasnt a lemonade flavor at all, still real good flavor. So even if they get it wrong, they get it right! Good pricing and awesome variety. Keep it up!

Amazing place with great workers nice salt nic and pod systems. Also they have the best kratom Ive ever had, that includes very popular vendors and popular places, Ive taken kratom for years and Ive never been disappointed with the kratom sold here.

This place always has the best customer service everytime you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly smiling face the prices are fair and if they do not have something that you are looking for they will either point you in the right direction or try to acquire it for you. The shop is neat and well organized, the staff tries to stay informed on the products they are selling. Theyre doing a really good job with this little store very thankful that it is so close and convenient for me.

This place is Awesome. The employees are very knowledgeable, the location is easily accessible right off interstate 281/46. The decor in the store is beautiful and they have a super wide variety of products. The owner is very welcoming and can recommend exactly what you need for your needs. I purchased CBD pain cream that worked as she is said it would. I Also tried the gummies and the loose CBD flowers, just what the doctor ordered. 5 Stars for Vape Away.

UPDATE Aug 2 2020 Store vacated - Out Of BusinessI live in Austin but hit up Vape Away every chance I get. Great selection of fluids and the only place I can find wicks for my old trusty Kangertech vape rig. The service is great also. Friendly and knowledgeable.

This is definition of how to run a small business. These people have every answer too every question. They help you with everything you can need in this beautifully setup wellllllll stocked shop. We have been going to this vape shop despite the surrounding cities we live in since they were at the first location. Best prices, new products, and great service. A vape shop that stays ahead of the trends. An amazing family owned store with an inviting atmosphere. They are constantly bringing in new products and keep their stock fresh. This store alone introduced me to a few tanks and mods that I’ve never heard of that I still use to this day. My only qualm is the pricing for certain hardware (such as coils) that are marked too high and can be found marginally cheaper online.

Good, too much options to pick from. I was looking for something that I could not find. The Lady ( Do not know her name) Helped me find it. Super helpful, Super Nice. Defitnely Worth visiting.

My wife went to get some replacement pods for a caliburn vape. She showed the vape to them and they gave her first generation discontinued pods. I’m sure it was a honest mistake but now I’m out $20 for discontinued pods.

My favorite shop for vape juices, their selection is huge and even carry cbd oil as well. The mod and dripped selection isnt great but the prices are more than reasonable.
