Cozy Spa

Went for a couples massage, and paid more for the deep pressure/acupressure looking for relief, not just relaxation, and we received more of a Swedish massage which is fine for people looking to just relax. She (Judy) didn’t even consult us to ask us if we have gotten a massage before or what our targeted area problems were, and if you have ever gotten a acupressure massage done you would know that Is routine before starting. Lastly she didn’t agree with the amount of tip that I left and asked me to leave more because the lady who worked on my boyfriend was a manger and only worked off tips, first of all tips are optional and not always Guaranteed so you should pay your employees more commission so you don’t have to harass your customers about leaving a “better tip”. The lady who worked on my boyfriend who was supposedly the manager didn’t speak one word of English, she just stared at us blankly when we talked to her. Judy only knew a few words of English, enough to ask for a better tip and that was about it. I will never return to this place again and don’t recommend anyone wasting their time or money here.

Went for couples accupressure for the hubby’s birthday. We were super late but the communication with the owners was great and they were kind enough to work us in and we had an awesome experience. We did 1/2 hour acupressure and 1/2 hour reflexology. Husband had a week long headache from a pinched nerve: gone after massage! Very convenient for us since we live in the Bulverde area. Super clean spa with great flexible hours.Highly recommend!

I have been to Cozy spa twice and both women who have given me massages were amazing! I am definitely going there regularly from now on.

Very professional and amazing ability to get it right and address pain. Usually can’t move my neck before I walk in and then after all is well again.

The lady forced me to give her a ten dollar tip for a terrible foot massage. Don’t go here.
