They are very friendly and professional. I go there for their CBD products, one of the best in the area. My daughter goes there, as well. They have an assortment of different products. They will always explain each process and give their recommendations for my needs. Great store!!

Austin was very helpful! He took his time sharing his knowledge of products with me. He made sure I got what I wanted, and didn’t take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know much about what I was purchasing and try to make me buy more than what I needed. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable!!

Ive been here many times, not once have I had an unpleasant experience. The owners are fantastic and very knowledgeable, they obviously care about their product and providing a great experience. They focus their products around Texas, and u.s. glass, they have a solid amount of high end and lower end stuff for all the masses. They provide details on all their vapor products and are always doing community work as well as hosting events within their location.

They’re always pleasant and helpful; although there are two vape shops nearer to me, I choose to give Bexar Roots my business. Also, the selection is plenty and the shop is clean.

Love stopping by bexarroots such a cool store and the employees are amazing. The vape selection is huge and pricing is really good. They really make me feel like a customer and not just want you in and out. If your in the spring branch area dont go anywhere else youll regret it.

This place is fantastic! Locally owned and operated this shop has everything you could want and more. I love that they carry custom glass pieces by local artists. There is something for everyone here - jewelry, bags, backpacks, candles, glass ware, CBD, vape products, tobacco products and more! You have to stop by and check it out. Best part is prices are unbeatable!!! Owners are almost always on site which is another bonus in my book.

I’m happy that I found this place to get my vape juice. However they can’t seem to keep it in stock and the Pibb Extra hasn’t been available for quite some time now. I hope they get it together soon so I don’t have to find another place to shop.

I have been in the shop a few times, it’s got a beautiful atmosphere. I’ve never dealt with owner, but employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, answered every question I had. Plus some of the most exquisite and unique glass pieces this side of the equator! 10/10 will be back!

Great selection, high quality products, well organized, and a fair price without the drive to San Antonio or Austin, but still on the level of similar shops you’d find in either city. Ive known owners Trevor and Mrs. Lori for going on 20yrs. They are honest hard working people, and I am glad they are bringing that quality to the Bulverde/Spring Branch area with Bexar Roots. Wouldnt return a disposable that was 1.5 hours old that was dead on arrival. Litteraly stole 40$ from me. Shady shop dont come here. Many better choices that actually back their products. Just flat out thieves here.

Every time I walk in the store I am greeted and offered assistance with no hesitation, not to mention their prices are drastically better than their competitors.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is the most unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly place Ive ever been. The owner in particular was condescending and unhelpful. The selection was also lousy, so even if the establishment was tolerable, the products arent worth it.
