I have gone to a few Thai massage places in San Diego and Im so glad I found Amy at Cozy Thai Massage! Not only is this place much closer to all the places I had tried before but its reasonable prices for the best quality Thai massage! The location may seem odd but the inside ambiance reminds me of the massage places I had been to in Bangkok- authentic!Amy is phenomenal - she really works out all the knots and tension in my body everytime I go. The online appointment system is convenient and easy to use. I tried the Deep Tissue Thai massage with Amy for the first time a few months ago and have not gone anywhere else since then! I highly recommend this place.

I loved my experience here. I had a deep rissue massage with cupping and hot stone added. The price was very reasonable and the masseuse seemed to know exactly where my problem spots were without being told. I will absolutely be going back!

This spot is kind of hidden way in an older strip mall, not the most glamorous location by any means, and dont expect to have Glen Ivy level spa treatments, but the massage was to die for. I walked out of there an hour ago and feel fantastic. They walk on your back and I never have had that before- I was a little nervous about it but it hits all the right spots. I like a nice deep massage so definitely be ready for that. I had Sonia and she really did a wonderful job. My boyfriend and I did a unison couples massage in the couples room and his masseuse also hit his spots. Were both pretty tightly wound up And I do feel like these ladies did a wonderful job. $100 for 90 minutes each, or $95 for cash each- so take cash! Cant wait to go again!

JJ is an angel sent from heaven to massage us. I was a clinical message therapist for 10 years so I am extremely picky when it comes to getting massages. I do not have one single critique for JJ. The entire experience was perfect in every way. He hit all the right spots, including my problem areas which I requested… Hamstrings are notoriously tricky to address correctly but JJ did it perfectly and they have been pain free for a week now. I can’t express enough how impressed I am. Not to mention the cleanliness of this place (been coming here for years and it’s always clean) and the actual coziness of the rooms (heated table pads and hot towels) this is a hidden gem of Spring Valley. Thanks for being here Cozy!

Omg this place is not only fairly priced but their therapists are so good. They hire the best. Shout out to Sonja and Ellie - two of the best in the west. Love this place. Highly recommended!! And I have had 1000s of massages in my life.

It’s a decent place. Staff are courteous and customer-centric. I had a great massage, the therapist was professional.While I was paying, I saw a customer come in for some dispute. I don’t know the history, but the therapist handled it well. She listened and provided contact information and the customer went away like they were treated respectfully.

OMG! AMAZING!Best massage I have ever had!Im a frequent massage goer and let me say out of the many places Ive gone to (even major chains) this by far has me won over! I will make this my permanent go to for massages! Stop reading this review and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed! My therapist was Eve and she is the bomb. Wonderful experience. True traditional Thai massage plus. Has Alice as a therapist and she was amazing she applied the right amount of pressure as well as stretch and twist. I would return daily if feasible. It was a combination of a massage and a healing. Thank you

I was in town a few days and wanted a massage. This place is close to where I grew up and they had appointments for the next day. I’m so glad! JJ was fantastic. I’m usually more comfortable with a woman, but he was very kind and helpful. Great massage! So glad I found this spot. I recommended it to my family nearby.

Over the years, I have bounced around from place to place to try to find the perfect spot to fix my back. I have been to the chiropractor. Also Ive been to multiple different massage places. My husband recommended me to come to this place and I have been so happy I listened! I have been to see Ivy many times now and its the only thing that helps my back pain. The Tai combo is a deep tissue massage that really digs in there but will leave you feeling amazing. I am forever, a loyal customer, and so thankful for her! Its not a permanent fix for your back pain but its sure helps! Every time i leave i feel 10 pounds lighter. I have never heard my back crack so many times. Thanks Ivy for all that you do. Your definitely very talented.

Theyve increased the price from $55 an hour to 70. No longer including hot oil or stones. It had been a while since I had a massage, so understandably, I was stiff.Nice lady took good care of me, but I had to say not to push on the base of my back.

I have been looking for a good massage place in town and I think I found one after I tried several different places.I like deep pressure massage and the staffs (I got the massage from Amy and Ivy so far) massaged exactly how I wanted to get. They are very professional and know how to massage perfectly.This would be my regular massage place from now on. I am very happy to find this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been 3 times. First 2 were good but last one was not Thai massage despite requests. Last one was probably one of the worst “Thai” massages as there was little pressure, all hands, and left after the message not feeling any relief of symptoms I went to get addressed.

I went here a few weeks back. First time getting massage with IVY, she is cute ,friendly and very professional masseuse.She did a really good job. Broke into my back just like I needed lol. The rooms are very nice. Will visit here again when I come back to SD. Highly recommended IVY

This place is a hidden gem! IVY is amazing. i did the 90min deep tissue massage with cupping. before my body was full of tension, unable to sleep with neck and shoulder pain: After my treatment, my body was more relaxed and i was able to have a full night of sleep. I will Definitely be coming back to see IVY!

My wife and I booked a couples massage here and we were beyond surprised by the amazing quality of our experience! I really enjoy a traditional Thai massage since I like the stretches involved, and Ivy provided the best traditional Thai massage Ive experienced. My wife booked the deep tissue Thai with Nana after a long and stressful week and we both walked away absolutely relaxed and feeling refreshed (though sore!) We will most definitely book again with Ivy and Nana! 10 out of 10!

I have been going to Cozy Thai Massage for years. It recently changed owners and the with that the vibe has changed. Prices the same, some of the therapists are the same, but gone is the relaxing feeling when you enter the building. I miss the original owner, the relaxing music and essence. The last massage was fair but not the caliber of previous years experience. I may give it another go, but also looking for that next special place.

This is by far the best place to get massage. I have been to numerous places but nothing beats Cozy Thai Massage. My therapist did everything I asked for. I am an athlete so I needed a deep tissue massage and oh boy, she really nailed it!!! After 90 min deep tissue I felt like a new person. No more tight areas in the back. All I wanted is to sleep after massage. I highly recommend it!

Out of all massages Ive had, this place by far was exceptional and like no other. Hands down the best message place in the world. I had, Sonia, and she is a strong girl and executed the message. I will be back!!

I’ve had an amazing, nearly out-of-body experience here, every time I’ve gone no matter which therapist is working on me. The staff are sweet, caring, and kick your butt into relaxation! My back was severely sore the next day after my massage. Had to ask woman to go softer on pressure and still got hard pressure. I’d suggest a different place.

Wow! My girlfriend and I were both suffering from lower back pain. I did research and found them with the best reviews. My therapist was AMAZING! Every part of my body was massaged with hands, feet, and hot stones. I was stretched with complete love/ hate meaning sometimes I couldn’t handle the pressure but when done it felt oh so good. The girls are lovely, attentive, STRONG, and masters of their trade. I can’t wait to go back! I feel 20 years younger. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ivy gave me an amazing massage & cupping for my back! She was able to stretch and crack my back as well. I feel fantastic!

Ivy (massage therapist) will take the poison out of your body and heal you. Shes amazingly strong and knows all your pain just by touch. Ive come to this place a few times and they are friendly. At the end of the massage, cold bottled water and some chocolates are provided.

Cozy Thai is terrific. I have had multiple massages there and all have well worth it. The price is very tough to beat for a massage of this quality. I highly recommend them.
