I have been coming here for a year and a half and couldn’t be happier. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk and Taylor is the best. She listens to my needs and always customizes my massage to fit them. She is professional, punctual, and friendly.

Taylor was great! I usually dont do massages, but my wife set me up with a surprise appointment. It was my first time to Massage Envy, and now I am hooked. It definitely wont be my last time! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating.

Tiffany was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the body and was easy to talk with and ask questions with. I would definitely recommend her and would go back to work with her again. Message Envy is a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Being able to book within the same week rather than having to wait a month is such a blessing. Peyton brings such a light to the appointment. You leave feeling relaxed but also invigorated by her kindness and spirit.

Lance is an amazing masseuse! He uses the perfect amount of pressure and makes sure to concentrate on my problem areas. He is always professional and friendly. I recommend him for anyones next visit!

Visited ME during their 90 min massage promotion in July 2024. Requested a booking with someone that does DEEP work and Brian did a super job. I like a very deep pressure, which for 90 min is hard work! Appreciated his listening to exactly what I wanted done. Highly recommend!

Had a facial with Callie, she did a great job explaining everything. I opted to use the red light therapy for the first time and she throughly explained what it was, how it worked and what it could do for my skin. Shes very relaxing as she works and I fell asleep a few times!

I came in a couple months ago (yes.. my review is a little late lol) to get my first ever massage. As someone whose job is very physically demanding & a full-time student, I was in desperate need of a massage. I went with Amanda, and my hour massage was absolutely wonderful. She was intentional about making sure I was comfortable & for her to work on the areas that needed the most attention. The prices are a little high, but I know the employees most likely don’t have control over that. However, it was a great experience & I would recommend Amanda.

I got a 60 min facial with high frequency and my skin looks fantastic after. Callie was great! It was a very calming and relaxing experience.

I needed a massage to focus on my neck, shoulder and mid back. Melissa did an amazing job. I feel so much better and will be going back to see her soon. I do have a membership so I go often. Great massage Melissa!

The girls at the front desk were super friendly and helpful yet very professional. Romona was kind and could really “read” my muscles. She knew right were my pain was and why. Plus I slept a lot better the night of my massage. Thank you!:)

Ms. Charlotte was an amazing massage therapist! She listened to my issues, is super kind and did an amazing job. I’ve been to a few different ones at different spas but she has by far been the best one ever. The techniques she used were great and helped a lot in areas of my back that I have been having issues with. I would highly recommend requesting Ms. Charlotte if you book at Massage Envy

I booked a 90 min massage with Samantha, who was phenomenal. I prefer pressure between medium and firm and she nailed it. I would highly recommend Samantha at Massage Envy for stress relief.

Abigail was awesome!! Did lots of extras like warm towels and her pressure was perfect. Felt refreshed and pain free when she was done. Then topped it off with a facial by Callie. I’m quite sure I dozed off a few times during the facial. It was an overall great experience. Thanks Ladies.

We had the best experience with Taylor and Leann. My husband and I ended our date night with a couples massage. I had Taylor and I honestly will ALWAYS recommend/request her. She really took her time in the places that were necessary and gave me suggestions for stretches to do at home. She was the most aware massage therapist that I have ever used. 10/10 would recommend her!💜

Lance is amazing! He positioned my arms and legs to really deepen the massage. He also focused on the areas I requested. I felt a huge improvement on the tension in my upper back. Best massage of my life!

Worst massage experience of my life!! My massage consisted of my neck and right arm…. Well kind of… I don’t think that was even completely done. The therapist acknowledged he didn’t get everything done and he was going to be just a little late for his next client to finish my massager. That lasted about 5 more minutes. At that point there was a knock on the door, the therapist says I have to get my next client and just left the room. There were no parting words- goodbye, have a good day, the door is this way, get out of my room…nothing. I thought about staying and taking a nap.When I went to the waiting room the receptionist asked how everything was. I explained to her what happened and she tried to tell me therapist work more on the areas requested. When she looked at what I requested it was marked as all areas except the lower back.All I can say is thank goodness it was a gift card and I didn’t waste any money.

My wife and I had an wonderful experience! We had just traveled for 3 out of 5 days and it was the perfect way to undo all the stress. The front desk staff was super helpful and my masseur, Darrin, was awesome!

Robert was absolutely fantastic I mean I had never actually had a massage before. I didnt feel nervous even one time and Im an awkward person. I also have fibromyalgia and carry a lot of stress as well via tension. I dont even know how to explain how a person can both be very understanding with fibromyalgia and using a lot of pressure, (per request,) and be as gentle at the same time. Theres no way I could have expected more from this appointment I mean its superceded my expectations. Ive had a lot of trouble with the rain and stuff lately and the barometric pressure weighing on me and hurting me so this was a birthday present.... and now has led to me wanting to go back repeatedly In the future. Professional, considerate, very effective communication and yes great work as well.. really well I mean like there wasnt a single time I felt out of place or that I was insecure or awkward or weird and said never had a massage before I expected to feel uncomfortable at some point, but I never did. Not even a little. I would recommend anybody to go there and without knowledge of other locations maybe Im ignorant but I still think theres no way they can be better than the massage Envy on Republic Rd. Esp if its Robert they have an appointment with.

Darrin is AWESOME! I have chronic pain and since Ive had weekly massages, it has decreased my level of pain! He is very knowledgeable about muscles, nerves, etc. He has a good sense of what I need! I would recommend Darrin 100%.

Amanda was amazing!! This was my first massage and she made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. I will definitely make this a normal part of my schedule!

Massage was well done. The only downside was no music was played during massage. The other thing was I bought a 90 minute massage . She came in the room at 4:06 and left room at 5:19. That is not quite 90 minutes. However, I would go back to her. She was good.

I booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend for fathers day. Our appointment time was 7 PM didnt get in until 715 was garented the full hour but didn’t receive the 15mins we missed! Not only that, it was a very mediocre.. I expressed where my problem areas were and she didnt focus on them instead she put little effort into my massage. I didnt want to leave a tip as I was already paying $150. You should NEVER ASK FOR A TIP (front desk ladys should stop asking and EXPECTING customers to tip)Especially if I didnt enjoy my massage.(Also I could tell they were tired of massaging people and just wanted the day over with 🙁. If your staff are that tired I could have rescheduled so I got my time & moneys worth.)

I usually get quality massages here. It seems like they are pretty good at picking out qualified massage therapists. There is a lot of variety in the type of massages you can get. Prices are a little on the high side but not too high. I found someone who gives me just the right pressure and I usually stick with him.

He was absolutely amazing and professional. Definitely worked out where I needed it the most! Super sore today but will definitely book with him again in the future!

Charlotte is the best! Kind and tries to help your body heal with massage andimprove your face with facials.Her voice is calming and positive.All the team up front are helpful. I dont recall names now.

Ervin was a great masseuse. I came in with pain that’s been hard to handle. I highly recommend using him if he’s available. I felt 100% better afterwards!

Threw my neck out, came in and saw John. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. Told him what areas were really causing the problems and he got them worked out in an hour. As one massage therapist to another thank you so much! It was awesome.

- Rate increase first month after we signed up- the masseuse had to be told 10 times to go lighter on pressure- when placed in the first room you can hear all the chatter from the from desk- the massages are mediocre and for some reason they had a hard time following directions. They ask what body parts you want to be worked on and proceed to do their own thing.- The front desk staff is very friendly and informative- the facility is clean and welcoming, parking is easy- the membership would be beneficial if these masseuse were good. If you can’t find a good one you are screwedBased on these reviews y’all really need to revamp your business instead of asking customers to reach out to you vs posting.*** update: had my first facial and while the aesthetician was very kind, there were a few concerns: she didn’t look and analyze my skin before starting a customized facial, she put a bunch of different products on and none seem to be deep cleansing (scrubbing) which I shared deep cleaning was a concern, and the facial lasted about 35 minutes not worth my $65 a month plus tip. Very displeased!!!!

I had my 1st professinal massage yesterday by Urvin maybe it was Urban? He has a sight disability which causes him to have a service dog who was the BEST PUPPY EVER! Between Urvin asking all the right questions to make sure i was 100% comfortable the whole time! Front desk ladies whowere super positive and welcoming . Had a stressful week/day at work give these guys your money! Theyll take care of everything! ONLY COMPLAINT No bottled water only little cups. 4.75 outta 5!

Brandee is an amazing massage therapist her 60 minute session was so pleasing that I booked 2 hour session next month. Im really looking forward to seeing her again next month.

Elian did a FANTASTIC job!!!I have been having pain and numbness in my right arm for about six weeks, Her firm massage did wonders for my arm and neck. I highly recommend her!!!

I set up a 10 yr anniversary couples massage for me and my wife. They call me at 9am the day of to cancel, and I understand being sick but call when they are sick not 5 hours before your appointment. Left me completely screwed and their response, just reschedule it later. Too many other massage companies to worry about a lack of effort from one.

Branded did an outstanding job. Had a twinge in my back from doing some lifting. Was able to find the offending group of muscles and helped to provide relief after the first visit.

I was desperate for a massage and right after I walked in, I found out my brother was being placed on hospice. I was crying and my sister called during the massage. The docs were there discussing and she wanted me to hear. My therapist was amazing and she rolled with it. I had to know and today I’m sad about my brother, but I’m feeling better physically! Thank you!

I have always been afraid to have a massage due to fibromyalgia. Tiffany C was awesome. She answers all questions and gave me tips on daily stretches that I can do between massages. The hour went by way too fast.

One of JJs standout qualities is her dedication to educating her clients. Payton gives an excellent facial. She is thorough, educated, caring, and gives the results I need. I feel so relaxed and refreshed.

This was my 2nd session with Ervin and I have to day he is amazing. Being visually impaired gives him a deeper intuitive sense and you can tell it. His hands know what they are doing and he adjusts to your bodys responses perfectly. And as an added bonus, his guide dog Lighthouse is in the room with you. What could be better than a fabulous therapist and a puppy!!

She pays close attention to your body and what it needs and listens to me as well. She doesnt do just a standard rub down she pays particular attention to your needs and request. She always asked if the pressure is too much to let her know she goes out of her way too make sure that I have a great experience so thank you Brandee!!

My membership was a gift for Christmas and has been a hassle since the first time I called. Memberships dont start for 30 days after you sign up. So I was told they would go ahead and run the payment early and my next massage would be end of January. I received a text 2 days ago stating to book my massage as my membership had been paid. I called spoke to another girl claiming to be the manager and she told me I needed to pay 90.00. ZERO customer service skills what so ever. After Ella and the other manger got me fired up they then wanted to find resolution. We dont do business with businesses that dont appreciate our business. 90 bucks is 90 bucks.

Miss leading information. You sign up for 60 minute session which gives 10 minutes on either side of the 60 minutes for them to prep. Meaning you are paying $70 plus 20% tip for 40 minutes of hands on massage.

I told my therapist in the consultation that my back was really bothering me and showed her specific areas. She spent 45 mins with me face up and it felt like she was spacing out on and off. At one point I think she massaged around my knee for about 3-5 minutes. Once I flipped to my stomach she told me we only had 15 mins left so she would only do my back, which I was ok with bc that was my number one concern from the beginning. However, her pressure and flow and ability to actually work knots out was non existent. She also didnt address my lower back at all. Overall, she was friendly, but it almost felt like she was medicated or something. I have received dozens and dozens of massages throughout my life and the majority of the time it’s for therapeutic reasons. After yesterday I have zero relief of pain

Left hurting and hurting into the next day.Not asked if I would like the table to be warmed until halfway through.Not asked if I wanted unscented or lavender until after they were already using lavender.Seemed disorganized for the whole session.

My go to therapists are Rob & Lance. Both take good notes on what works and what doesn’t and use that information to continuously improve my experience.

The ladies were polite when we got there, however we were refused services because they thought I was impaired….I don’t drink or smoke, so that was insulting. I had my husband fill out my paperwork because I have such a huge headache and am in such pain the lights and screens bother me, so I was laying on him while we waited. After having us wait for 15 minutes they refused service. Apparently you can’t be in pain and show it when you go here. We will no longer be using this company.

I had a great massage with Taylor. My low back and hips feel so much better.

Robert was excellent...did a good job. I have had several massages over the years and he did a better job on my neck than most. My issue was I felt like I paid for a 60-minute massage which normally is about 50-55 minutes and I only got 43 minutes of massage time.My other issue is your website... in regards to making reservations...sucks. I made a reservation online the week before Thanksgiving. Drove the 25 minutes to get there was told I had no reservation. The person at the desk said... our website drops reservations all the time its not very good, you should call. Seriously, this day and age your website drops reservations?

Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to address the issue that I came in for. I felt great relief after our session. I would highly recommend her to someone who has a specific Target area that needs work.

It was really nice. Very clean, sanitary. Everyone there was incredibly nice, definitely don’t have a bad thing to say about the way I was treated. The only thing was the walls are really thin so I could hear people talking pretty distinctly, and that was not very relaxing.My massage therapist was Amanda, and she was phenomenal. 10/10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Her voice, her demeanor, the way she handled herself was all very soothing, reassuring, and relaxing. I had a massage with Brandy, which was decent. I signed up for a monthly membership. My next massage with Richard was literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. He talked the whole time. I learned more about his life than I wanted to. He would stop massaging to talk. He dropped F bombs frequently. There was no music, scents, aroma therapy, the room wasn’t that dark, and it was not relaxing.He wasn’t prepared for the extra service that I requested on my feet. He went in and out of the room asking questions about scents for my extra service on my feet. Popped back in to ask if I was allergic to anything. When telling Massage Envy that I wanted to cancel my membership because of it, she said that I was locked in for a year and to maybe just try a different therapist. She did not offer a refund or anything to fix it. I have not used any of my massages that I’ve paid for after that. I will be cancelling after the year is up.

I’m rating my experience a 2/5 only because my therapist was friendly. The massage itself was the worst I’ve had. I specified the areas I wanted her to focus on (neck, back, feet). My feet weren’t touched (nor the rest of my body) and my back barely received any attention. She focused solely on my neck and I can’t even say that was decent. I probably received a 30 min massage after waiting for her to initially enter the room and stopping before the 1 hour mark. I’ve had better massages at the mall in Springfield. I’m highly disappointed, as this was my Mother’s Day gift.

Lance was amazing and really took the time to work on the areas giving me the most trouble. Highly recommend!

After 15 years of membership-my location shut down on Dec 1 in Fayetteville AR due to a lack of CMT’s. For the past two years we had to book months in advance and be on waitlist and accumulated many sessions.:( We looked online and Springfield could get us in within a week and at the same time. We drove the 2 hours and both husband and I got the best most professional and experienced technicians. Just the right pressure and so relaxing and therapeutic. Both our therapists provided the best most intuitive massage we’ve ever had!

My therapist chewed gum the entire time….. we got an hour and half couple massage and she didn’t do my lower back or my right foot. We started at 4:02 and were dressed, paid, and diving at 5:26. That doesn’t add up to me….. it’s not cheap for us not to get the full time. In that time I could’ve got my lower back and right foot done.

Got a deep tissue massage from Abigail and I instantly feel much better, she also recommended some open hip exercises that have definitely helped my condition immensely.

Jodi is as perfect a therapist as I have ever seen and I LOVE massage so I’ve seen a lot! From San Diego, to aboard a cruise to CO mountains…massage aficionado here! She has great instincts on what is good…method can be taught. Instinct for the body, cannot. She simply has it as well as being a good listener. I never ask for anyone else.

Worst experience ever!! If you want or need a massage, stay away from Massage Envy at all costs. If I could have given them zero stars or a negative number, I would have.They are horrible with communicating and are completely unethical. Save your money and find an honest, reputable massage therapist.
