What a great smoke shop this place is. I have been a customer for over a year now and they just keep getting better and better with every visit. They have recently expanded and revamped the entire store.The store itself has a welcoming vibe soon as you walk in the front door. You are greeted with a smile by either one of the owners or the store staff. It is perfectly acceptable to walk in and have a seat on the leather couch while grabbing a magazine to read as well.

My husband and I prefer this location over the one on Upper Valley even though the one on Upper Valley is only about 5 minutes away compared to E. National being a 20 minute drive from our house. Whoever the girl is that works at that location isnt very personable and is really slow moving.

Loved this place! Clean! Well laid out. The gift shop and smoke shop both. Specialized T-shirts printed on the spot. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I cant believe Ive never been here before. No photos or videos are allowed.

Well its legalized now so when you guys get some real marijuana in there then Ill maybe change my mind

Absolutely do not go here. It’s worth the drive to hazy shade in Dayton, rather than this terrible place. I used to love this store, when I first started going here they were very helpful and kind. I asked them to order 10 specific brand bangers a couple months ago, only for them to order cheap glass and sell it for the same price (not at all same quality). When I told them I didn’t want the 10 because they weren’t the ones I asked for and asked them to get the ones I asked for they told me I had to pay upfront for them to fix their mistake and get what we originally ordered. One of the marble sets I purchased from here, shattered into a million pieces, months later, I’m still finding shards of glass everywhere, hence why you shouldn’t buy cheap glass. We bought a special blue torch and within a week, it doesn’t work, nor will they replace it. They said it had to be replaced within 24 hours of when we bought it. They have gotten absolutely rude recently when we brought up the issues we had with them. Overall, save your time with this place, don’t give them the satisfaction of ripping you off like they have been doing to us. Very disappointed in them.

The owner was extremely polite...it was hot out and he gave me a beverage of my choice on the house. I liked the place before but seeing that good people own it....Ill never buy another swisher from speedway again.

When to store get coils . I wanted two boxes and they didnt have two. So owner said he would check and see if he could more and he would me know. With in hour called and order more and what they would be in. Now thats great service.

Ive went to this shop for a little while now and every single time Ive went in has been a positive experience. Even when I was having troubles with my pen not charging, rather than having me buy a new one or not even helping me, he willingly exchanged it out for me, I even then congratulated the owner for getting the 5 star review and he was so appreciative. Everyone at this shop is so nice and willing to help even when they dont know the issue either, Ive learned so much from this shop and its atmosphere that I truly cannot recommend it enough. Needless to say, this shop needs to stay! 5 out of 5 stars well earned!

Best incense around town !! Super cheap and so many options. The have mini, regular and jumbo original sticks and cones they have back flow and regular ones.

I love this place. I currently live in KY but was in Springfield visiting my family. I needed a coil for my VOOPOO Drag S. Krazy daze was the only place on the east side of Springfield that had what I needed. This place is Krazy Kool. Large selection and friendly staff. When I move back to Springfield it will be my main vape shop. Great job yall!

I came here with a friend of mine looking for a bong and as soon as we walked in the door we were friendly greated. I was amazed by all the glass artwork and how friendly the employees were. Then the guy working showed us around and was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have the best experience smoking. I ended up leaving with a smile on my face and Ill always go back here! BEST HEAD SHOP AROUND PERIOD!

I met Rick the co-owner of this shop today and he gave me one of the most conversational and welcoming visits of recent memory. The store is well stocked and very up front. The atmosphere is very bright and positive. I was checking out the e-juice and the prices were very good as well was the product. Will definitely make this my go to e-juice shop and also check out the other products. The clerk forgot to give me my 10 percent off for my first purchase but rick caught me at the door and gave me a 10 percent card to make up for it. 10 out of 10

!!Highly recommend!! This is a pretty neat place! ALLOT of flavor choices, have everything from full kits/start up vapors, to individual mods, replacement items, disposables including rechargeable! Had exactly what I wanted and more! A whole bunch of kratom options and CBD as well. I mean great experience. Owners were there during my visit and they were 100% AMAZING and had excellent knowledge of all their products. Just all around great! Keep it up, yall are amazing!! Ill most DEFINITELY go back!

The owner is a great guy he remembers everybody always a positive attitude and for the stuff I buy i get it cheaper here than anywhere else. He just remodeled the place and expanded looks amazing! If your looking for anything smoke related hes definitely got it!

Really like the vibe here. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a wide array of products for sale. I would have loved to have seen a couple benches inside for chilling but really liked it here.

They have a good variety of cannabinoids from alot of different suppliers. They also sell papers, wraps, bongs, pipes and tons of other accessories. The prices were decent and the guys that work there were friendly and helpful.

You know how you have smokeshops and headshops. This was a headshop in the best ways. Clean, open shop that was comfortable to be in. Quality items and no silly cheap jank. Good selection of ejuice and legal smoking products. Owner throws out discounts like candy and runs the store like he gives a damn about how the folks giving him money feel. Good place.
