This is 10 outta 10 the best vape shop ive been in in the Springfield area Theyve got a great team of people who are generally really knowledgeable with all the items in the store and even items they dont carry! They have a really nice selection of glass as well thats all blown from local artists! Ive never had a problem they havent been able to either help me with or give me some kind of insight to the problem and why its happening and how to possibly fix it. Ive been a faithful customer for the past 5 years and will only go here for all my vaping and headshop needs!

Ordered a focus v carta 2 carb cab from them. It was shipped prompt and came in 2 days. With the free first class shipping. Best deal I could find online for the item anywhere. Focus v themselves wanted 20 for the cap and another 18 to ship it. Crazy. So glad I found upper limits Midwest

Very helpful. They did not have what I needed, but they are ordering it for me and will let me know when it arrives. I also purchased a new Vape and was having trouble figuring out how to use it and they took the time to explain it to me.

The employees were super nice and informative about all of their products. We were able to taste test whichever flavors of juice they had and had no problem spending as much time as they needed to with all of their customers. They have a great variety of juices and accessories. They also carry CBD oils, spatter, and salves which was great. I definitely recommend this store.

I absolutely love this store, this is my go to store for anything vape related. Ive been going here for over 6 Years and they are by far the best store I have been to hands down, the staff is very knowledgeable and are able to help you with about anything you bring in there. The staff is so friendly it feels like youre just hanging out with a friend. All in all If you need anything vape or glass related in Springfield this is the place to go, I dont even give another place a second thought.

Great selection of e-juice and they dont use those cheap stick mods to let you test the flavors but higher-end box mods and tanks / coils. Really nice selection of CBD items and concentrate technology. Lot of fun glass glass at good prices. Some of it even locally blown! And some high-end pieces to drool over. Kim at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. So happy to have this place in Springfield!

Was up here in Springfield for a day trip from STL metro area and forgot my oil to start with. So found what I though looked and sounded like one of the best if not glass and vape emporiums. Prices we right on and I think it might have been a bit cheaper. Well on top of forgetting oil my e-cigarette decided it was going to die on me...!!!R.I.P. So now I need a new mode, basically everything. The employees were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable...fast too but not in a bad rushing way. Prices were reasonable as well. I moved into the Vinegar Hill neighborhood in Fall 2017, and I was a novice. The crew at Upper Limits have been so accommodating and helpful. I’ve gained knowledge into my own tastes and to the lifestyle. They don’t judge my ignorance and are always eager to and answer my questions. I’ll never go back to cigarettes. They have a great promotional incentive ($5 off every $100 you spend). I’m so excited to be a regular customer!!

Everyone is really friendly. I see a lot of people hanging out here just to talk. Their selection is un beatable. They dont just order one complete line of products. They get samples smoke them and decide what they want to have in their store. I was there for literally an hour trying different flavors of juice. They were happy to do it. You can tell its not just their job but their life.

Dont buy anything from here if it quits working or you have an issue with it you with it you cant return it to the store you purchased it from they want you to get ahold of the company and ship it off Even though you purchased it from them I spend a lot of money here and Im just gonna take my shopping elsewhere and I advise everyone else to do the same They dont stand behind any of their products I just went in there about a torch that I bought a month ago that has a 2 year warranty it cost $25 brand new and the guy would not warranty it out now Just left there at 11:45 AM on on June 18th

Needed a place to buy juice for my electronic cigarette since I moved here a few months ago. People I know recommended this place and they werent lying when they told me it was the biggest selection around. Its actually overwhelming at first but the electronic menus they have are super helpful when it comes to narrowing it down. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and overall it makes it a pleasant place to shop. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Upper limits for my vape needs ever since I quit smoking cigarettes.In retrospect, I would like to say that it was this store that helped me kick my habit. And it’s not like I hadn’t went to other vape shops prior. I was off and on cigarettes from 19-21.But Upper Limits, there’s just something about the staff and the owners. It’s not just that their knowledgeable, but it’s the genuinely friendly and helpful feeling I get from the place as a whole. Going there, it doesn’t feel like they’re trying to just sell a product to you and make some money. It’s a wonderful shop.

Great customer servise and great people! Came down 4 years ago for a visit and had a problem with a mod I had at the time and they helped me out even though it wasnt from their store. Since I moved down here 2 years ago I swear by them and recomend then to everyone I come across. They have great juice choices and are constantly getting in new juices as they come around along with their mods they sell they always looking for the best new ones on the market making sure they have them first for their customers.

So, I dropped my Count Vapula vape pen just one time and it stopped working! I was feeling really sad about it since I’d only had it about 3 weeks. It didn’t appear damaged, but something must’ve been wrong internally because it just wouldn’t heat up anymore. I called Upper Limits where I purchased it from to see if there was anything I could do to bring it back to life. They were so nice about it, they mailed me a new one for free! Awesome people at this store! Thank you so much Matthieu! I highly recommend this place, and can’t wait to stop back in soon!

Bought a pen from these guys a month back and it leaked since day one. Came in 2 weeks ago telling them that the pen was leaking. They said they could not exchange without manager approval and told me to come in before 5 Mon-Fri. Like many, I work during the day so very difficult for me to come in at that time. They suggested I should change the coil even though it was not used up. Came in again before 5 and the manager and owner were on the property. Neither one came to discuss the problem with me. Said they would not take it back. I wanted to exchange it. I didnt even ask for a refund. Any other business that sells a faulty product would work with the buyer. Now I have to eat the cost of the pen and clean the mess it made in my vehicle and pocket. I also lost the liquid that leaked out since buying the pen.

The owner showed me around answered any question I had and he was very knowledgeable on all the products I had questions about and he didnt mind me taking a look at a lot of different things its a little put of the way for me but the great service awesome selection and even better prices definitely make up for it!

I purchased a device here, took it home and tried to use it. It turned out to be faulty. Took it back to Upper Limits 2 days later and was told they would not replace the device or refund my money. I would have to go online with the manufacturer and send the device to them and wait for a replacement to arrive in the mail. I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore.After a phone call with Matt and another trip to the store, the faulty device was replaced and I will continue to do business here.

Recently went by Tribble and came back to review Upper Limits.I realized I didnt even know how good the customer experience was at Upper Limits until I was legitimately offput by how bad the service was at Tribble.The employees are knowledgeable, and very helpful.Seriously, this is the better shop.

Love this store and have made it my vape store!! They have nice yet fairly priced mods and a wide selection of juices!!! The customer service is excellent even when your just going to browse! I am a 25 year smoker. I tried disposable vapes in the past. Hated the chemical taste & they made me cough like crazy. Finally decided to give it a shot again and get an actual reusable unit. Looked at the website for a bit. Decided on the unit I wanted but I was clueless on what mg oil I should use and how to maintain the unit. Toodled on up there and was helped by Patrick. He was extremely knowledgable and asked me all sorts of questions to set me up with the right oil. I figured this would be a long process switching from cigarettes to exclusively vaping. Bought my unit late Sunday afternoon. It is Tuesday at 1 pm and I havent had a cigarette since yesterday afternoon! If youre on the edge about trying vaping to quit smoking, I urge you to give it a shot and visit this shop. Excellent customer service. Thanks Patrick!

Not your typical vape user, but a middle-aged woman trying to figure out medical cannabis technology. I walked in feeling stupid, and was met with superior customer service. I got exactly what I needed. Ive been back a couple of times, including with my adult daughter who does vape. Its always a good experience.

Everyone here is SO nice! Their selection is incredible and the digital inventory list is awesome and super organized. Their glass is very nice, most made by an in-house glass blower that you can occasionally see working in the juice room.EDIT:Unfortunately I had to drop the rating... I was completely ignored in the glass room which irked me, but isnt the worst... The worst being that EVERY time I go in, there are children in the vape room with adults smoking (vaping, whatever) and I have a big issue with this. The vapor produced is still harmful and contains nicotine. It is NOT safe for use around children. So not only was I ignored, I had to listen to children tell the adults how they wanted to smoke, be told theyre too young, while they were inhaling second hand smoke in a hazy vape shop. Please leave your children at home. Doesnt the sign on the door say 18+?

As well as identifying new hardware and fluids that are typically found within the realm of what you enjoy, & then they let you know that its going to be available, or is available, and are ALWAYS patient with the questions that you have even if theyve been answering the same questions dozens of times all day long before you get there and keep up the repetitive day long questions... NEVAH rude, dismissive, or unwilling or unable to help with 100% of all your wants, needs, & desires in regards to your total Vaping journey...
