Yun Foot Massage - Stillwater

I have been here several times over the few years I have lived in Stillwater. I always have enjoyed my massage regardless of who is giving the massage. They seem to only accept walk-ins so it is perfect for anyone wanting a last minute massage or fails to plan their massages ahead of time. The only trick is hoping they arent too busy to fit you in.Currently I have been seeing Helen and she is excellent. She studied with a doctor when she lived in China and she is very good at feeling the muscles in the body and finding the tight areas. She speaks a decent amount of English (more than the others Ive had work on me) which makes it easier to communicate what I need for the particular day as my body aches and pains like to jump around.Despite being name a foot massage place, they actually do work full body with different times available. The prices are reasonable too.

Speaking in general, Ill say this massage place has almost always been good to me. Outside of one instance, which happened a year ago, which the massage wasnt good, every other time Ive visited there, Ive been treated well and given a massage worth the money. Ive had hot stone and deep tissue done, and Ive been very satisfied with the overall results Ive been given. I will continue to use this establishment and enjoy the massages I receive.

Please dont be reluctant because of the store front. This place is great. The therapists do amazing work. Try the reflexology. Its a short treatment, but feels wonderful.

Clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere and excellent massage. My mom comes here every time. My friend and I just went there for the first time. Will definitely come back. The one hour full body massage was great, just the right amount of pressure. Thank you masseuse. Highly recommended! !

The experience was comfortable and the lady was very informative about my posture. Very attentive.

The lady was incredibly rude. Asked to lay before hand (which I did). Then when I was done aggressively told me to tip, which I planned on anyway. Then I gave her my card and she said $30 tip, for a $70 terrible massage! Ummmm, no. I told her $15 which was still too much IMO then she tried adding a $2 charge on top and I stopped her after trying to change me $20 after I said $15. She then told me to never come back. I’ve never had someone treat a customer the way she did after tipping 20%!Save your time and money and go somewhere that isn’t so shady.

This is an excellent massage place to visit. And it comes highly recommended by my friends who have had wonderful here. If you are seeking to rejuvenate your body in a relaxed environment, I strongly suggest you to give this place a try!

Foot massage was good, does not do a foot bath, just uses lotion. She was quite rough even when asked to be more gentle. Asked to pay upfront before being serviced and then, in the end, had the audacity to ask for a tip in a passive-aggressive manner.

Horrible atmosphere. Had a 5:30 appointment and sat in a room waiting for 40 minute for them to come start. Every time the door opened, they left and would stop the massage for about 10 minutes and that happened 3 times. With the 3 stops in the middle of my massage, they still finished 10 minutes before the hour was up. AS I was paying, they were refusing to accept a tip of less than $10. Horrible customer service and bad communications.

I have never felt harassed as much as I did here.I am visiting and needed a place for a same day massage. This place was open (&cheap); I didn’t expect any top quality.After the massage, I was ready to pay and she asked for tip and i simply said 15%. She brings out the paper that says “massage tip: 35%” At this point i am shocked. Another lady comes out of a room and says “all $50 goes to the boss. This lady makes no money except for tip” and starts negotiating the tip with me starting at 60% (!!!) of my $50 massage. At this point I am speechless. She starts talking bad about me in Chinese in front of me while non-english speaking lady didnt say any. I declined to negotiate the tip and said you should not talk bad about your customers in front of them. Then she stormed back to the room rambling in Chinese.In regards to the massage itself, I chose the combo but the lady wanted to convince me to do a more expensive massage. I needed to focus on my feet so i stuck with the combo. The massage was below average, especially the back massage, and the massage lady did not speak any english to communicate any adjustments. The back massage room had a paper towel for your face on top of the questionable pillow. While I feel bad for the massage lady as I assume she is not the one running the business, but the community needs to hear this businesss malpractice.All in all, this place is a total disaster. I have been to several Chinese massage places, and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. I dont expect this business to last long. Nonetheless, if anyone is considering giving this place a try while open, do yourself a favor, stay away.

Great massage but not happy about the price I pay for a hour I want a hour not 41 min and 5 times she stopped to see who was at the front door. Then when I was dressed and leaving she asked for a tip so I gave her 10 percent of what she charged me and she told me no she wanted $10. To me I don’t think anybody should walk up to you and demand a tip.

First, not a good massage i did not feel anything just touching my feet. Second, they will ask you a tip before they provide their service? The tip is always based on the service that you get.

Yuns Foot Massage is amazing. I never realized how much I needed this as my body was so tight. After the session ended I was feeling a whole lot better.

It’s horrible customer service. I call before i come and i ask if they have time for 90 minutes massage and they say yes. When i arrived the place they say oh we can only gave you 30 minutes because it’s have some people will come.

Had a great experience here! The women are very professional & atmosphere is relaxing. Prices are very cheap so it’s easy & deserving to work in a good tip. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment for 6 o’clock that I scheduled 5 days ago and called again this afternoon to confirm. I get here and they say they can’t do it and that we will have to wait 40 minutes. We have reservations somewhere else for dinner so this really messed up our evening. So unprofessional I wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t waste your time with this place

Horrible massage, painful and very un-relaxing. I left feeling worst then when I came in. They can barely speak English.I dont not recommend.I wish I could get a refund.

I went here for a walk in appointment and got just what I needed. The woman was friendly, professional and gave a great massage.

Overall good experience. Not as deep as needed but well worth the trip. Asked over phone for a walk in and worked me in. Good price and will be back.

I think the management changed sometime fall 2018. Very good massage, but not quite as relaxing as it used to be.
