Excellent customer service, I was very well taken care. The guy working was super cool and nice.The store itself could use some creative touch ups though, it was really bare and not very inviting when you first walk in, but then you get the great service and then you forget about the other stuff. Would recommend to a friend.

This place is by far the best shop in town!! The staff and owner are amazing and super nice! Every time I go in to get my vape stuff they always help me immediately unless they are busy. Even then they are super fast! I love this store and wont take my vape business anywhere else. I would definitely recommend using these guys for all your vape needs!!

Such a great place to get your vaping needs unlike the other vape shops in stillwater they dont make you feel awkward. plus if they dont have what youre looking for they will order it so you wouldnt have to worry. and the people are so friendly as well you an just sit and chill in the store if you wanted.

I went in looking for a vape to quit smoking. Morgan was the girl working and she was very helpful. She set me up with a vape and juice, set it up for me, and made sure everything was in order before I left. Ill definitely be recommending this store to all my friends.

The owner of this store is offering many great promotions to get business. He has the cheapest products and offers a membership for $5 a month that gives you 15% off. You also receive stars for every dollar you spend and they can be used for free products. Best customer service around and he is willing to get whatever you want if you let him know.

I generally find vapor lounges useless as I smoke marijuana and they rarely care about my vape needs. Today I am rating this 5 stars for their daytime employee 11/09/19. He was knowledgeable, passionate, helpful, and someone I would hang with at a lounge any day.

Already posted this on yelp, but it helpsIf youve had a vape, its broken before.I went into this shop offhandedly (because its open late), and ran into my new vape shop. I bought a completely new setup, and unfortunately, the battery mod I picked up was a total lemon (the extension portion of the battery that connected to the tank would fall out for, like, no reason. forgive my lack of nomenclature). Not the owners fault, and he acknowledged that. What I didnt expect was a string of extenuating circumstances leading to me not being able to go through the processes of returning the vape to the company that produced the battery, in the span of time they demanded. I could give you the details, but I really dont need to because of the outcome. This guy (Ricky), went out of his way to make sure that I got the compensation I felt I deserved, even though I thought that some legal loophole would prevent him from being able to do it. Cant imagine somebody more helpful, or a better outcome (as long as this mod holds through!).Thanks man, I appreciate itG.W.

Super helpful! I went in with a cracked tank glass, he gave me the exact glass I needed, and even went as far as replacing it for me because I wasn’t able to get it off (he had to shatter it himself). Super cool environment too!

Asked for a bottle of 3mg Corn Bread Pudding. The guy went to the back, came back a few minutes later and said “It was a zero but I nic’ed it up to a 3mg.” Are you serious? Beside being unsanitary, it’s also illegal to sell a bottle that’s had the tamper proofing removed.There were also dogs in the back where he nic’ed up my juice.
