Dylan and Jess are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! They had all the information I needed when I called and they were so accommodating when I told them my situation!!! They were more helpful then most people would be and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them!! I have recommended this shop when I was unable to get product in (I work at a convenient store that has in the past sold the same products) I have sent dozens of customers to them in the last week due to our lack of product and I will continue to because they deliver!!! Thank you Dylan and Jess for being AMAZING!!!

Came into the shop and spoke with Dylan and Jes, they were both very helpful! showed my mother in law how to change her coil and gave good suggestions for juice. would absolutely recommend!

I originally used A&M but after speaking with Jes, I will definitely be using Juicys from now on. Jes was extremely knowledgeable in her products and cost as well as friendly and informative! She signed me up a membership and informed me of their return policy on certain items (much much better than most) as long as you’re a member if you forget your id you’re in the system, you don’t need receipts for returns, it’s all logged and saved! GREAT PLCE TO GO!!! The Azizov family found a new favorite shop!!

They are the best vape shop Ive been to! They are always so nice, friendly and happy to help with any questions I may have..And trust me, I have a lot lol! Today I had Jess and Mary, super sweet and amazing people! Amazing customer service! Juicys North Will always be my go to Vape Shop for anything!

I just wanna see how great this place was I went in, not knowing exactly what I wanted or what to get, and Hannah help me find exactly what I needed and explained everything to me so well along with the prices, it was a very pleasant experience, and I definitely will be going back. If you’re ever on that side of the town I would definitely give it a try.

Very informative and wonderful customer service. Miss Jess went the extra mile. She listened to what our issue was and even though she could not completely fix our problem, she did give us all the info to be able to do it ourselves. She didnt just dismiss us, she actually helped. Thank you.

This has got to be one of the best vapor lounges in Oklahoma! Every time I’ve gone to juicy’s I’ve always been treated greatly by the staff and they are always helpful when deciding what to get! Jessica (or Jess) was extremely helpful today in choosing what to get and did not get annoyed but instead waited patiently until I decided what I wanted! Great employees! Great service! Great prices!

Phenomenal customer service at a good price. I came in right at closing time (my bad) and Sadie was kind enough, even still, to help me with my purchase. I walked in desperate for a vape and walked out beyond appreciative of the experience. 5 stars hands down. Will be back. 2 thumbs up. The critics are raving!!! Its gonna be a yes for me dawg.

Jes (with one s) is the most welcoming person with excellent knowledge of what I’m looking for. At this point I can turn my brain off when I walk in because she already knows what I’m looking for. I will continue to shop at juicys for the amazing service!

This location has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products I ask questions about. Hanna was attentive to all customers in store and was a true help. Would recommend to anyone that has questions and wants to feel welcomed into a store.

I was not able to find what I wanted at any shop in Stillwater, thankfully Jess was extremely helpful and recommended me some different products that were even better then what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and polite.

Alesia was AMAZING!! She was so helpful all I knew when I walked in what I wanted a new disposable and she was able to help me choose the right one! She was knowledgeable about the puffs, prices, and chargers and really helped me out!

I love the hospitality at this shop. Jes with one S cured my lazy eye and taught me how to walk again. I couldn’t ask for better help. She even brought my dog back from death. Highly recommend this vape shop to any future patrons.

Go check out John at Juicys Vapor Lounge North store! Hes got you! Great guy he goes outta his way for his customers. I stopped by for a replacement tank. I forgot to bring my mod with me. Alls I could give him was the Brand and description. He had it it pulled up on the Computer in minutes. With the replacement tanks on the counter. Plus a coil for my old vape that I have not been able to find anywhere. So stop by an holler at him... Tell him Seth sent PhatSo sent ya!

Went in today and bought a new mod and tank and a couple batteries. Spent $108 and overall this initial transaction was a good experience. Fast forward two hours and all of the juice had leaked out of the tank all over my cup holder. I figured it either had a bad gasket or the coil was bad so I brought it back in thinking they would replace the coil considering I bought it new from them today. Well, I guess I was asking too much from the “Assistant Manager” as he informed me that it was not their responsibility and if I wanted a new coil I’d have to buy one. I was mind blown, the coil is $3, the cost is not the issue it’s the principle. I just spent over $100 on a product that failed almost immediately and they’re going to nickel and dime me over a coil that they probably paid $.50 or less for. Add to that the kit is supposed to include two coils, if one is bad right out of the box then that is a lie. He claimed “coils are not part of the warranty”. So if I bought a pack of coils and all of them were defective I’m just out of luck!? Overall it was a bad experience, they don’t understand customer service and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Do yourself a favor and buy your vape stuff elsewhere.

Great place overall, but their hours are completely bogus. It says on google they open at 10, and it even says on their front door they open at 10. But when I go there anytime between 10 - 11:30 the doors are locked and the lights are off. Get your stuff together juicys, I only have a limited time to go buy vapor supplies.

Will never shop at juicys again. Came in for a 60ml bottle of a third party brand that can be bought at Thumpers Paradise for $15.99 +Tax. Ended up leaving with said 60ml bottle for $24.76. Cant imagine what the 100ml third party juices cost but dont intend to find out when I can get it cheaper in town at a place with better people
