Tipping culture is getting ridiculous. After my service i pay card and get a charge for that which then add an additional $5 the woman tells me no i need to leave AT LEAST a $10 tip. Tipping is not mandatory and then to deny a tip at that and ask for my is simply outrageous. And its sad be the services are not bad. Im f this is the problem prices should be set at what you expect. Then she proceeded to be rude and all on my birthday at that. Will not be returning

My first time here and I will be going back for sure! I was in major pain and desperate to find someone AT 7:30pm! Of course a bunch of places looked sketchy- but this one looked legit, so I took a random chance!Im sooooo happy I did! Ella worked on me and did an amazing job… all my aches and pains are gone! She worked out every single knot! (Of course painful in the moment- but a good kind of pain!) this just might be my new spot!!

Facility is clean very happy with the service, it is a very therapeutic massage, it is Chinese in nature designed to tackle knots. I felt intense pressure around my problem areas but the morning after I felt loose and relaxed. This was ok because I was forewarned about the process and it worked as advertised. They even used a special herbal mat that feels intense like icy hot on my lower back but it was a special Chinese concoction. It felt really good. The tables are heated and it is a very clean place. It is a 100% legit place completely professional. I have been a client for more than 2 years now and Michelle is by far the best massage therapist ever. I really appreciate her. Shes gentle where she should be and firm where I need her to be firm. Most reviews are about therapists that no longer work here or one time clients that didnt understand that this form of deep tissue is designed to really break off the knots so it feels intense at first. She is accommodating however. 10/10 give it a shot in sure youll be happy you did.

ANMO Pain Care is a very legit place and I was very satisfied with their service. I got the deep tissue massage and it was painfully relaxing. I will definitely be returning and make this establishment a part of my wellness program.

I really wish I could give them more than 5 stars because it’s hard to give any type of grade of performance on this place when you walk out feeling like a new person the way we do every single time.They go above and beyond when it comes to working through your aches and pains.I am recovering from a really bad car accident a couple of years ago and they take so much extra care with me.The hubby and I just got back into the gym so he’s always sore but after a visit and food then a nap we’re ready for it all over again but feel so refreshed.So careful and cautious always checking to make sure your massage is going as expected.We’ve gone through the entire menu of massage types and are surprised every time.We came here once a few years ago and refuse to go anywhere else after that visit.Family ran and owned I believe which makes it better.We love supporting local businesses in our community.We would hands down recommend this place to anyone and everyone no matter the type of massage you want.Thank you Anmo! I called 2 days ago to set an appointment for today. I spoke with who I believe was the owner. I originally wanted just reflexology on the feet but after talking to the owner, decided on what he called a combo, which includes both the feet and back. I specifically told him I did not want deep tissue massage. I wanted a relaxing massage, as Im a very petite woman. So he told me it would be $60 for 1 hour. The price on Google says $50, but he explained that it went up but Google wouldnt allow him to change the price. When I showed up to my appointment, a woman was my masseuse. She asked me if I wanted deep tissue; I said no. Well, to my surprise, she applied a lot of pressure. I wonder if she had misunderstood me when I said no deep tissue. Her English wasnt very good. The massage was painful. She kept pushing and digging into my shoulder blades for what felt like forever. I didnt have any issues in my shoulder blades before the appointment. As for the areas that needed attention, she either spent very little time on them or did not massage them at all. Half the massage was supposed to be focused on my feet but she spent maybe 5 minutes on them. The feet were the last and at the end she said they were too hard and just stopped. The worst part of the whole experience was paying, which the masseuse herself took are of. She told me that it would be $72, which I assumed included tips. To my surprise again, she asked me if I wanted to add tips. I was really taken aback because $72 was more than the original price agreed upon and now shes asking for tips? So I said $10 tip? She said too low; how about $20? I was more shocked than anything but I just wanted to get out of there and not be confrontational. In the end I paid $92 for the most painful, uncomfortable massage ever. It left a bad taste in my mouth that she was so bold to ask for more tip than what I had offered. This place may have made a few bucks too much out of me but they did not make me a repeat customer. I came home with more pain than when I left. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. I felt ripped off. Horrible massage. Very dishonest masseuse. Bad experience.

I was referred to this location by my nail tech when I got a pedicure next door. I have scoliosis and sciatica problems, so I went in to check it out. I asked for a chair massage because it was the least expensive and the woman at the counter told me I would need to wait a while so I asked for her card and said Id come back. She convinced me to stay and said she could take me immediately. She didnt want to use the chair and told me wed do the massage on the table instead. First red flag, since I told her I specifically wanted to be upright.She launched into a very painful manipulation of my sciatic/sacral area without having asked me about my pain levels, my back condition, or my preference in pressure. Red flag # 2 was when I stopped her and said I cant handle that level of pressure and she LAUGHED at me saying condescendingly thats not even hard, thats medium. I know that tui na massage therapy is supposed to be invigorating but I also know that a gentler method can be used. Whatever the case it is incredibly rude to mock your customers. I was embarrassed and in pain to the point where I was crying. She was exasperated by my requests for less pressure and kept scoffing at me.Within 5 minutes I was done with her attitude and her lack of respect for my body boundaries. I got off the table and said Im done. No thank you. She rolled her eyes and kept saying I can fix you, but I was not going to let her hurt me any longer. I told he Id pay a partial fee for her time and she said $10 then when I paid at the CC terminal she had listed $12 (which I assume was her tipping herself 20%). I paid and walked out. Two days later I still have pain in the areas she worked on.

I came in with a sore back Michelle took care of me Yes it did hurt it was very painful but I had to go through the pain to get all the knots out of my back.. I highly recommend this place if you are in back pain. The only negative part they should take a couple minutes to talk to you about your pain and where it hurts they kind of just grab you and throw you on the table and get working without knowing whats going on.

Today was my first and last time coming here . I came in for a therapeutic massage. The ENTIRE time Jim was massaging me I felt uncomfortable because he commented on my body a few to many times. He kept commented “big girl” , “heavy girl” “stroooong girl” . finally my session was over and when it was time to pay he asked about a tip so I rounded up ( about $9.60 ) because I wanted to leave as soon as possible . He was upset it was just that and said how much work he had to do etc. I just left. I was so upset about how I was treated. I do not recommend anyone coming here!

Preventative health care for this hectic world!!We had a couples massage ,set for5:30 on a Friday, something to really look forward to! Everything about Amno pain care is professional and spotlessly clean. Love the location and I have known Jim the owner for over 10 years And he is an excellent and gifted therapist.🥴Thanks again cant wait for the next one.

I am so thankful for this place, especially it being so close to where I live and they have a great hours. The owners, husband and wife are such nice people. My mom and I always go to Anmo for our massages. This place is very clean. I always feel better leaving this place whether I feel stressed before my massage or I am experiencing back or feet pain. I recommend.

Its hard finding a good massage therapist, I went in because I had back and shoulder pain. Mitchell knew exactly where I had knots the next day I was a little sore but now feel way better. They also have a card get 10 massages get the 11th 30 min free.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they’re skills are top notch, I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. When I arrived, they saw I was wearing pants so they offered me a robe for my foot massage. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the N Stockton / Morada / Lodi area. They’re prices are fair and worth every penny

The massage itself was incredible however they pressured me to leave a larger tip amount that what I had originally provided them. They should charge what they believe is fair for their work and not rely on receiving tip money.

I enjoyed my massage my 12 yr son booked me, unfortunately he booked a full body and another service due to them misunderstanding exactly what he wanted for me for my birthday which was half body half feet $40 pck. Instead I got an hour massage and the feet and then was about to get another back massage. 🙄 He left there crying cause he spent $80 and wasnt sure how he could have misread the services he thought he asked for.😔

Wow! I got a full body deep tissue. I feel so relieved. Thanks Jim! Super nice, and they listen to my needs because I usually just do like pressure on my legs and deep pressure on my back. Jim delivered, great massage. See ya next time!

Recovering from thyroid disease can be a struggle. However, with regular visits to Anmo Pain Care, I have experienced an increased sense of wellness in a short period of time. If you are suffering from metabolic diseases, I highly recommend you pay this place a visit. It is helped me far more than any medication ever has.

This place need to go out of business it is extremely horrible I tried to schedule a new appointment and they started yelling at me. The lady working at the receptionist tried to steal money from my credit card and demand that I should give her more tip.
