Had super intuitive massage by Anthony. Great follow through after consultation. The pressure and pace were both on point. As a whole, the session deserves 10 stars, but sadly I’m only able to rate it 5 stars. I feel completely renewed. Thanks Anthony!

I highly recommend Gabriel if you are looking for a masseuse who really listens to you and caters his massage to your needs and any mobility limitations you might have. He made me feel so at ease and cared for. Would definitely book again the next time Im in the area!

My massage with Gabriel was, just an amazing massage. Its rare that I find someone that haspressure thats more on the firm side. My body is more on the firm side so its hard to find someone that has that type of pressure I recommend them to anyone who wants a real good work on their body and to get all the kinks out.

5* for my masseuse. She did great with my back pain.The massage rooms though are very dated. The carpets are worn down and smell mushy. There’s no art on the walls and the room was very depressing. While my therapist was doing her best, I couldn’t get over the smelly mushy dirty carpet. It smelled very bad.I wouldn’t come back until they renovated the rooms.

Had a massage with Anthony; after a week full of work-related stress and suffering from burnout, Anthony was able to help melt away a lot of the tension in my back and shoulders. It was a highly enjoyable experience and I would recommend Massage Envy Stockton to anyone!

Alaysia was amazing! She was very gentle with my deep tissue massage. It was the first massage I’ve had that I didn’t leave in pain. I recommend you ask for her when you make your appointment. Burgundy and the manager at the front desk are the sweetest! They were very attentive and easy to work with. They made my signing up easy and quick. I recommend this Massage Envy to everyone!

Horrible customer service on 12/22. I always heard about it but experienced it myself on the 1st visit. There were two young ladies at the front desk. One was pretty and very nice in her attitude, response, and demeanor. The other was a little gremlin, looked miserable, dressed unprofessional & horrible customer service; one of those that purposely antagonizes the customer because they have the upper hand. That was just the front, let me tell you what happened with the masseuse … My husband surprised me with my first ever massage for my birthday. I did take long to leave because I didn’t know where I was going and he tried to keep it a surprise. We also got stuck in traffic so my husband called and told them we would be late. They told him he could still bring me. Once back in the room the masseuse told me I only had 30 minutes left and she wouldn’t be able to do everything my husband booked me for, I asked if I could reschedule so I could get the full experience and she said “yes of course thank you for being understanding” …. However once trying to reschedule the gremlin had attitude immediately telling my husband we still have to pay because we didn’t give 24 hr notice. He was never told this when he called ahead to notify of us running late…NOR was I when I asked the masseuse if I could reschedule. If I had been told in the room I would have just used the remaining time. When I tried explaining this, the gremlin had the worse “oh well” attitude instead of trying to accommodate the situation. They never even attempted to offer me a chance to go back in the room to finish at that point. There is way more to the story but overall it was a HORRIBLE experience. They also DID charge my husband for ZERO service. I actually dropped in a hole in the wall massage business on Hammer & Kelly after that, because I was excited about trying my first massage, and it was wonderful. They had great customer service.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Manger is 0 help and can not be explained as anything other than rude and malicious. They will tell you that you wont be charged and then charge you anyway with a follow up of we can charge the card on file whenever we want DO NOT GO HERE.

First experience at a Massage Envy was a pleasant one. Sequoia was amazing! Perfect amount of pressure to get out the knots/tension without pain! I will definitely be going back to her in the future!

Amazing service and very professional.I have a busy schedule and do both weightlifting and Jiu Jitsu. Danielle my massage therapist understands what it takes for my body to recover. I always feel well rested and relaxed after every session.

The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve gotten a couple of massages from KC and she is awesome! She was extremely accommodating with an extra towel and nursing pillow, especially since I had informed her I had just given birth 2 months ago. She also checked in to make sure the pressure was good throughout. She did great working on the knots I had in my shoulders and lower back. I also recently got a massage from Reina and she was attentive to my pressure liking and worked on the much needed areas I requested. Amazing ladies for sure!

Esmeralda was awesome! Her pressure was just right to get the soreness out of my CrossFit riddled body. The stretches helped out too. I would highly recommend her to anyone

To extract more tips $ from customer front office receptionist overcharging and adjusting price for one hour session to ($130) ,the actual price for an hour ($80)

Wow is all I can say. Sequoia is Amazing! I appreciated the professionalism and promptness! I tend to ask for light pressure, and this time I changed to medium pressure. It was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you very much!

Ive had good experiences here in the past, but I have a recent issue with being overcharged and it is not being addressed. I had to do a same-day appointment cancellation due to illness. I notified Massage Envy by voicemail more than two hours before my appointment time. They emailed me almost immediately with a cancellation confirmation and a bill for services. I was charged the full price even though their own cancellation policy states that a same-day cancel will result in a charge of 50 percent of the total. I immediately emailed ME back and pointed out the error to which I received no response. I followed up with another email which was also ignored. I finally called in to ask for a refund of 50 percent of my total and the employee who answered the call had to check my account and put me on hold. She came back on the line and said she would have to call me back as she had a client she needed to take care of first. I never received a return call.I am still trying to remedy the situation but I am very busy and dont have a lot of time to sit around on the phone. I feel like I am being strung along until I give up.

I had a 90 min massage requested light to medium pressure and concentration on hands, feet and lower back. The pressure was more like deep tissue, the majority of the time was on my back mid to upper and neck. My hands/arms, feet/legs got a combined total of about 10-15 minutes.The masseuses had a runny nose and sniffed the entire time. I have had massages where they targeted my requested areas for less money.I will be looking for somewhere next time.

Anthony provided an amazing 60 minute massage and foot exfoliation treatment. I truly appreciated his tips and pointers for handling a muscle that is causing me pain. He provided me with a very relaxing and rejuvenating massage.

Always a great experience. The front desk staff are amazing! About 6 months ago I emailed for information and Vissana answered all my questions without any pressure - she’s the primary reason I got a membership. Massages have been great and very reasonably priced when you are a member. I just tried a facial with Tiffany and it was wonderful as well, especially the amazing head, neck, shoulder and arm massage. I will definitely book with her again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars for customer service! This location never works with their clients. I understand the policy is that you need to call in at least 24 hours to cancel appointments but will still be charged 50% of cost which I think is already absurd. People have emergencies and people get sick unexpectedly and then are punished for that by this place. Had an appointment for family member at 9 am tomorrow. I call today at 9:30 because family member is sick and feels bad going and potentially making their staff sick (how considerate of us) but then I was told we are getting charged 50% because I called 30 mins late to cancel. What’s crazy is that we have had appointments in the past where the massage therapist cancels or calls out same day and we get calls from you all and have to make arrangements or we’re sitting there waiting 15 mins past appointment time because the massage therapist is late but the same can’t go for your clients.

Anthony was excellent! His professionalism and quality of service were impeccable, he has a healing and sensitivity that is unmatched he found every sore or tight muscle. Whatever you do , do not sign up for a membership and leave a credit card on File!!! I was charged for a service that I canceled within the cancellation policy. I was charged $120.00 of my credits a $10.00 for an enhancement for services that I never receicived on October 10th. I have been to the location 2 times and told that there is no manager. On of the receptionist called the district manager while I was there in Wed who said that she would reimburse me that night or the next day. I have also emailed the manager and spoken with 10 different people on the phone at the Stockton location and also the Massage Envy contact center. They all agree that I should have not been charged. No one has contacted me or given me a call to discuss. They apparently do not care and will charge you when you shouldnt be charged and then not reimburse you. Its ridiculous that I was ever charged and even worse that they just dont care. Also, according to them If I cancel my membership, I will lose all of the credits that I have accrued. So if you have a credit card on file you should take it off so that it doesnt happen to you.

The massage therapist are great. They are well trained. The atmosphere and environment are great. However one day after my massage, one of the front desk staff convinced me to sign a 1-year contract to get discounts on services since I was visiting often. Thats where everything shifted, I thought the one year was fine, I did not read the cancelation policy and the young lady never explained. I tried to cancel the contract months after because it was hard to get appointments to fit my needs and schedule. It was a nightmare.The manager told me I couldnt cancel. That contract has no loopholes. I would never advise anyone to sign a contract for this place unless you read that contract fully, I waited the full year and canceled. I am never ever going back to another massage envy.

Great place to treat yourself! Very kind and welcoming ladies at front desk. I’ve done a handful of facials and chemical peels with Anna and she is great! She is always friendly and professional. I’ve only had great experiences with her conducting my facials or chemical peels. I feel she puts a lot of care and effort into her work! She’s much appreciated!

Going to Message envy from last one year. Great experience with Reina for my prenatal massages. Now seeing Sonia for deep tissue massage for chronic back pain. She is very holistic and sweet person, Focus on my problem area while considering my comfort, great advices and excellent at her job … Highly recommend Reina for prenatal and Sonia for all pressure massages..

I was very disappointed with the service I paid for. The kind of massage I got was like I had ants crawling on my skin. There was no kind of pressure applied during the massage. I came in thinking I was going to get some kind of deep tissue massage but that was far from what I got. It’s either they don’t know how to massage or they just give bad service.Secondly the massage table I was lying on had a foul smell. I do not recommend this place.

I usually walk in with my usual limp from nerve damage, but when I leave after my session, it goes away! Esmerelda is awesome, every time I come in. She takes away all my back knots, can add pressure without it hurting, listens to me when I need to talk to someone, & gives me respect by treating me as a person: not as just a customer. This woman deserves recognition!

I had the best experience with Reina yesterday. I’ve never fallen asleep during a massage before and even with her working out so many kinks, I still caught myself falling asleep. Safe to say the best massage I’ve ever had, so I signed up for a membership and look forward to seeing her every month.

Normally I have a really great experience top notch all the time, and no issues. But this time I went in with back pain and came out with more back pain and an arm that felt like I slept on it wrong. I don’t know if it was my own fault for not speaking up but normally when I select a medium pressure it is perfectly okay. I have had medium to firm pressure before and this time it felt like more than firm pressure and it may be my fault for not speaking up but it sure does hurt. Feels like my back is bruised and when I came out of the room I wasn’t offered a water cup or anyone standing outside my room besides a couple of massagers standing down the whole near they’re own rooms. But neither of them said a word to me either about leaving or where my massager went or guided me out they just stared at me. Like I said I’ve been here before maybe 3 other times and those were wonderful, but this time was not up to satisfactory and it felt like a waste of my free hour that I paid for.

I always have my massage with Lonia. She is excellent. Her technique is so well executed. She gives me the best massages I have ever had. She is so nice and very professional. She definetly deserves a bonus!!!!

I go to Anthony for my monthly massage. Anthony is amazing! He is very upbeat, pleasant, considerate of my injuries and a joy to be massaged by. He is wonderful, he has a warm and welcoming demeanor. I enjoy my hour on his table because i always leave feeling way better than i came in. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to relax.

I had massages since the mid 90s, but have never experienced a masseuse like Esmerelda. She combines critical flexing exercises with her massage, which is just what Ive needed for my chronic back and shoulder pain. She is phenomenal, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing specific area therapy!

Had a great experience at this location with Alaysia. Years ago, when I was single and childless I would get massages pretty frequently. Fast forward several years, two kids and two businesses, it’s so hard finding “me” time. My birthday was the other day and my dear sister made an appointment at Massage Envy for me because she knew I needed a moment for myself on my special day and I wasn’t going to do it myself because I’d make an excuse of needing to work or doing something else. I previously had a membership for another location years ago but wasn’t totally satisfied after my favorite massage therapist left, so I canceled and have been sore all over ever since (I’m morbidly obese and have pains & inflammation all over because of my postpartum weight that has been hell trying to get rid of). But the other day, I went to this location, was greeted by a lovely lady at the desk who was super nice and welcoming. It was such a nice vibe in there, calming. I met Alaysia, who was VERY pleasant and professional. She asked what kind of pressure I wanted. Typically I like a firm massage but my body has never been this sore so I asked for medium. Honey. That massage was so magical 🤩 I haven’t been that relaxed in SO long, it was like being in a state of zen. The perfect balance of pressure with a soothing touch, she hit all the sore spots in my back and when I left, I felt as though I was floating. I felt lighter, my posture was improved, I had clarity as though she massaged away all my stresses. Loved my experience and I’ll definitely be back.

This is my second massage . The lady at the front desk was very nice. My massage therapist Alaysia is fantastic. She did a great job. She was courteous and very patient with me.

The services are great, I usually go in for a facial or chemical peel. For this reason, 3 stars. I have noticed the difference. However, if you call and leave a message, I have yet to receive a call back in the years I have visited the Stockton location. So it is hard to cancel or make an appointment unless someone answers the phone. Ive had to make multiple calls sometime to follow up...not the way it should be.Edit: The service has been amazing recently. Thank you, Massage Envy!

I book my wife a facial at this place and it turned into a nightmare which was supposed to be a gift . So I drop my wife off at this location I asked her to leave her belongings in the car she said she will be ok so I waited out side into her appointment was completed she informed me that the massage tech(Anna) was very rude and snappy and she should leave but I convinced her to stay via text to try and relax. Upon completion she came back to the car seemed a bit relaxed as we proceeded to go back home she noticed her bracelet was no longer on her wrist we immediately call the location no one had any information for us we called the next day as well management advised us they couldn’t help us very disappointing.. I would recommend if you are going to any of these type of places with jewelry on do not wear or leave your belongings that cost a lot at home.

Maritza is the best. Takes time to know what May be issues to address in the massage as well as the strength she should use. My back feels so much better after going to her yesterday.

Matt is awesome! He is very personable and pleasant. He definitely knows what tools (hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, etc.) to use on different parts of the body. Especially loved the neck and shoulder part of the massage. Oh yes, and the needed attention he gave my feet. I was honestly considering canceling my membership because Massage Envy started charging me $70 instead of $65 which was a change that wasnt supposed to happen for me until December....but now I am reconsidering that decision. I think Ill just call and try to work that out with Massage Envy. Matt is the best...but I hope not too many new people go to him because then he will be booked up! LolGood for him...bad for me. He deserves a bonus. Thanks so much!

Matt is an amazing massage therapist! My preference is firm pressure and hes very intuitive so he can feel where I need the most work. I actually had him at his previous location while I was on vacation and was so happy when he said he was moving to the central valley.

Therapist are great but management is horrible. I tried to cancel my membership and it took 2 months then they kept charging my card even after confirmation email canceling. I tried to call and get the manager but she was never available. I was told she would call me back and she never would for over 2 weeks and multiple calls. Finally got it canceled and a refund on my last charge. Overall I just think ME as a company is shady and unprofessional. You can’t get appointments for over a month in advance. Then when you finally get an appointment they cancel on you a few days before so you end up with 3-4 months of credit but can’t even use them. The therapist are great I will say again but ME as a whole are crooks.

Danielle was amazing. I don’t usually get deep tissue, but that is what she specialized in and it worked out a bunch of kinks in my body.

KC was awesome. She worked on all of my problem areas will being very careful of my preexisting back issues always checking to make sure I was ok with the pressure.

Service has gone downhill! Initially signed up last year and was told I could use the gift cards I purchased towards monthly payments and tips. In time they changed that. Continuously billing and increasing pricing without notification. Never takes accountability for their errors. Was told I declined notifications that’s why I wasn’t told about the price increases yet I continue to receive notifications about appointments and promotions. Tried to cancel membership several times told the rep I spoke with wasn’t authorized and id have to wait for a call back. Of course I was billed again while waiting.

Matt was EXCELLENT! He worked on ALL my tense & tight muscles, I felt amazing afterwards! Great person for those who like medium to firm pressure.

I was so happy with my massage and the service I received from the clinic administrator Kwame, and front desk personal I decided to up for a membership. I have been going every month since singing up. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. My massage therapist Lonia is hands down the best!! Shes very professional and always asks if there are any areas on my body that need extra work before getting a massage.

Reina was great! The only thing I didn’t get at massage envy that I’ve gotten other places was the scalp massage and pectoral area; other than that missing for me, I enjoyed my first experience here and will be returning to see Reina in the future.

Ive been coming here for over a year and seeing Renee. My skin has never looked better! I always thought that I was doomed to forever have terrible acne and always covered it with loads of make up. Now I can confidently go out without anything covering my beautiful healthy glowing skin. She knows what she is doing and now I know what to do at home. I very much enjoy my monthly visits, they are very relaxing and I always leave with amazing results. ☺️

Doing this review for my mom. On October 1st 2022 my mother got a chemical peel. She received a professional chemical peel, but her skin was too irritated after the procedure. After 3 weeks her skin was still itchy and intolerable. She tried contacting customer service at the desk. The first time she called and left a message. She received no call back, and the second time an employee picked up the phone. She took her message about her concern in full detail with her skin and the issue she was having. The person at the desk was supposed to give that information to the specialist, and still NO CALL BACK. THEY ONLY CALLED BACK WHEN THEY WANTED THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. At that it was the manager that called her. Yet it was not regarding the issue and no concern whatsoever of what the client my mom was concerned about. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could I would rate it at one, but I rated this at a two only because the esthetician did the chemical peel properly.

This was my first massage. I went in in so much pain and discomfort. Danielle was great she was super nice. I feel 100%better than I did and I cant wait for my next session. Danielles hands are blessed by God himself. Loved every minute of it.

Torrian is my go to! He does an excellent job at locating and getting out all my knots and reliefs my pain!!He has so much knowledge and knows my pain before I can even tell him where it hurts. He is great!

I have been going to Erica for almost 2 years. She is awesome! so when she moved to Massage Envy I didn’t hesitate to follow her there. It turns out Massage Envy has a GREAT membership package! Had my first visit on Friday night. Customer service was awesome. They make sure you feel comfortable and are they are very helpful. As alway my massage was great. and with the late hours of Massage Envy i was able to go straight home after and right to sleep. I woke up the next morning feeling great.

I now request Torrian every time I schedule my massage appointments because he gets all my knots out and he is very detailed. I usually leave feeling a little relaxed after massages, but with him I feel like a new person. My body feels amazing after each visit with Torrian and I will continue to schedule all of my appointments with him.

I had gotten the job as front desk at this located as of July 2022... Long story short the CURRENT MANAGER (iykyk her) gave me the rushiest, messiest form of training Ive ever had at a job . Then as of early August 2022 she fired me without any explanation. I was always on time trying to go above and beyond and the current manager accused me of untrue things. Otherwise great location

Friendly staff but this place looks dirty. I laid down and I couldn’t relax because all I can see was the dirty carpet and the dust on the bench I was laying on. It also smelled a bit like cigarettes. I’m not going back because I just felt like it was dirty. Expensive and it was not even clean.

Had a lot of great experiences here thats done wonders for my chronic pain, especially Torriano and Shawn who are extremely knowledgable and technical! The front desk workers are also very helpful, kind, and remember my name even though I only go every 2 weeks!

You got like 12+ different massage therapists to try from!!Light pressure, more stretches throughout the massage, someone who’s great at feet and hand focus, deep pressure, trigger point, fascia release… AND SO MUCH MORE!It’s crazy, but please communicate with your therapists and the front desk so they put you with someone to fit your needs!!Great people!

Shawn has been a blessing and a curse to have as my masseuse. Let me start with the curse, I cannot afford to come and have a massage from him as often as I like. I know I know I need a new job so I can. Now for the blessing, Shawn has always made me feel comfortable and is always going the extra mile to help me relax. You don’t get the time that you pay for. Paid for 90 minutes one time, and was out and in my car within 80 minutes. Second time I paid for 90 minutes and was in my car in less than 65 minutes. By the time you know your time has been shorted, you’re already dressed since there are no clocks in the rooms. Will be canceling my “membership” today.

Bianca is awesome she uses just the right pressure to relax me she is super polite and attentive. I have been to her twice now and would highly recommend her. Editha is also amazing but sometimes it’s hard for me personally to match up my schedule with hers.

I love using this location for massage therapy. I always book Torriano because he is great at deep tissue and trigger point massage. He is the best massage therapist I have ever used.Jacquie who works the front desk most of the time is so sweet. I love seeing her when I come in for a massage.They do encourage clients to leave these reviews and name the people so that they can get bonuses, which I think is silly to base recognition on online reviews, but I still want them to get the recognition they deserve

Shawn at massage Envy in Stockton is an excellent masseuse! Prior to my appointment, I was struggling to stand up and walk due to a hip flexor muscle issue. Shawn knew exactly what to and I have been able to go from a sitting position to standing and walking without pain! My family was amazed at the immediate improvement after one visit! Shawn also relieved extremely tight muscles between my neck and shoulder area. I definitely will be going back on a regular basis!

The gal did not do a good job. I feel like she was new at this and not as experienced. Left feeling like I wasted my money. They have you complete a questionnaire prior to. Yet the massage therapist still didn’t know what I needed work on. She had to ask me twice. The environment is very clean and appealing.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for two years. I’ve had several therapists. All provided an excellent massage. I prefer to schedule with Shuronda. She has a nice, firm pressure. She’s professional and zero chatter! Nice, relaxing “me” time.

My daughter and I came back to Stockton Massage Envy after being at the Lodi on because all the real good masseuses left. I was paired with Stephanie and it was one of the best massages I’ve had since Juan left the Stockton office about 6 years ago! She has great hands!!!!

This place is filthy, the chairs are torn, tables are uncomfortable and the rooms are stuffy it’s definitely not worth how expensive the services are. If you can even call it that. The employees are unprofessional and refuse to offer any help or correct information including when the franchise manager is available. According to the employees, they never know when the manager will be around so good luck getting ahold of anyone! 0/10 would recommend.

Ive experienced 5 massage therapist at Massage Envy. Three are excellent!. The environment is clean. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing.. But the front entry lacks tranquility and seems cluttered esp.behind the desk. A minalist desk would add tranquility. Folders,cleaning products, and other paraphernalia give the vibe of poor organization and general messiness.

Toriano is great, Helping me through a shoulder and neck pain, after struggling with pain for weeks, I am finally getting relief. Since starting the massage I have increased range of motion in my neck and arm and feel much relief.

Lidia is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had and I will continue to see her as long as I can. She has strong hands, good intuition, and amazing follow through with finding all the knots and taking care of them.

Very small location with the manager kawme & front desk overwhelmed with more than they can handle constantly. Management is very poor and doesnt respond to clients or employees in mannerly time. Forwards calls and doesnt respond to voice-mail. (Sat in the lobby for 20+min over hearing clients complain about service and how they try and call and no response. I related to that so I listened in and they treated that poor lady horribly and walked her out the door.) Ive been too many sloppy unmanaged clinics but this definitely is the least reliable. Many more locations to attend dont go to this one.

So disappointed. Used these guys for over two years and the first year was great, started going downhill for whatever reason. Try to book appointments and they say they need to call me back and never do. That legit happened three times in a row, entirely frustrating. They have a hard time listening over the phone. And the biggest disappointment is they dont tell you that when you can give an hour to someone, you have to wait 6 months to give that same person another hour. What a joke. Ive got a lot of time saved up so I can help my boyfriend with his back and spend time with him with couples massages and we did the first one and they didnt even tell me then, only when I went to book the next massage. Was frustrated enough with the zero callbacks and the cancellations literally in the last hour before the massage. They have good therapists but bad management I guess. I suggest you go elsewhere for more honest customer service.

I had to reschedule to the Stockton location as the Lodi location did not have anyone to do stretching. I loved the Stockton location because of the dedication and friendliness of staff. I scheduled my next massage with Stephanie and it was amazing. I’m in my mid-fifties and had the best experience that I can remember. I will be scheduling all my massages with her. Dawnisha is the best! The chemical peel I received from her was amazing and her knowledge and easy going demeanor made the whole experience really great. I have since been back for a microdermabrasion with her and I will continue to book with her. All of the staff at the Stonecreek location are very helpful.

Booked a 30 min massage. I was massaged for 15 mins. I said something as I left and the manager said they incorporate 5 mins in the start and 5 mins at the end for “consultation”. Definitely not worth the price for 15 mins.

I gifted facials and a massage to my daughters. Doniesha and Bianca worked magic; last minute magic.I scheduled the appointments blindly using suggestions from the receptionist and answering her questions . She paired the perfect personality for each daughter.I cant believe how perfect the day went.My daughters talked about their experiences all day.My daughters are 30 and 27

The entire staff at Massage Envy in Stone Creek is friendly and professional, both in person, and over the phone. I was apprehensive my first time going in, having never had a massage before, but the welcoming staff and environment had me relaxed immediately. Ive had the pleasure of receiving probably half a dozen massages from four or five different therapists, and each one has been excellent. I feel like a spoiled brat every time I walk out of this place, because the whole staff is so attentive and friendly!

I loved that she was able to give me step by step instructions during the process and post-procedure instructions as well. We’ll see what it looks like a week from now 😬👏🏼

Made a reservation thinking i was going to have a relaxing appointment. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes earlier than my time which was at 1:30 I sat the this room waited more than 10 minutes to be called back by a guy I believe his name was Emiliano or something. He was completely rude and weird he seemed like he didnt want to be at work, were discussing pressures and Im like oh I would like a firm pressure and so hes doing some pressures on my back, he was like ooohhhh you have a lot of knots in your back its going to take an hour or more to work theses out, mind you I just wanted a relaxing full body massage. He made it seem like it was a pleasure for me to have him, hes like I work on guys that have concrete backs blah blah, I left.... so much for my relaxing massage.

From the moment you step in the front door all of the employees are super friendly and professional. Alaysha was a great massage therapist. She listened to my wants and needs and performed accordingly.

I wish information is explained better and not rush for membership. I asked for shoulder and hip focus. She didnt touch anywhere from my knee to my glutes but said she did do my hip. So I was relaxed and left frustrated and my hip still hurts. Didnt get what I needed.

I like it for the most part but lack of appointments available makes it 3 stars for me. Also had a few massages where firm pressure request was more like lowest pressure ever. Hope they keep adding in more providers!

Have received massage therapy from Maritza, Sharonda, and Danielle and all were very good. Technique and pressure levels vary from each massage therapist so everyone will have their own preference.

This was my first stretch the quarantine and Esmeralda made the experience very relaxing. She added new stretches and was very professional. I reccomend her highly. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a high 10.

I booked my first deep tissue massage with Massage Envy it didn’t go so well, the massage therapists didn’t focus on the parts I asked her. I’ll have to book with another massage therapist next time. So I’ll definitely be back to give it another try with someone different.

Was very disappointed with the facial I recieved today at this location. I did not recieve the massage with my facial and overall it was very rushed. I dont mind paying a bit more for good service and this was no where close to the experience Ive had at other locations. I was also annoyed with the fact that she was texting during my service and we ended 15mins early for a 60min facial🙄
