For a store starting off, its getting filled with products quickly. They were very nice and accommodating for what I was looking for and offered to order a few other products I was in search for. Very polite and easy to talk to.

Moved to Stockton in April for ref,I worked at a vape shop for over 2 years right before my move here. Everytime Ive gone inside it been somewhat pleasant. I come in today with my mother to help her find a vape because she cant smoke at her work or where shes stays. The lady (says her name is Maci on recipt) informed us there is no more vapes without a screen. I then pointed to a vape that doesnt have a screen. I stepped back because I couldnt control my face or my laughter at such bogus claims. My mother wanted a simple vape with no screen. She continues to sell my mother one with a fairly large screen. 🙄She got very short and rude and after I pointed out simple mistakes she was making she THEN asked for my id. (We had been in the store for over 15 by this point.) As someone who worked in a vape shop very recently I know they are supposed to ask as soon as you walk in.Worst place Ive ever been to, BEWARE.Honestly just gonna drive 30 mins to Bolivar and go to Glass City or Vapor 100

Usually have good service at this location, but the last week no one will answer the phone. Not willing to drive 30 minutes to the location if I don’t know if they’re even open.

I am not going back. Horrible customer service. I was buying juice. Right after I paid for I realized wrong flavor. Clerk said no refunds on juice although I hadnt got that far yet. So I said but I havent even left the store. Coldly she said company policy, no refunds. She had not even put it in sack yet. I had not even picked it up from counter. Just rude. Ive been going there since they opened and this is treatment I get. Well there are other stores cause that was just ridiculous

Came into the store a few days ago. Great experience. Was cheerfully greeted when I came in. Asked employee Jonathan about a specific item I was looking for. Didnt have the item I needed, but he helped me to find something that would work. Great service, great store! Thanks!!!

Great selection on flavors and vapes! Used to smoke vuses until I found out about these! Excellent service as well, Jonathan helped me pick the best flavors out of the bunch!

Go into the store and ask the employee for a coil for my tank, he isnt sure what coil i need for my tank he actually was clueless so has me look for the right one, I find the correct coil let him know i need to purchase 1. I am then told i need to buy 5 they dont sell singles I can now see why they had a large stock of coils available because like me others were planning on maybe a 6 or 7 dollar purchase not 30 or 35. Now I have been to the store in Monett when I lived that way they sell singles so the employee telling me thats how it is at all stores is wrong also. l

The people at Vapor Maven in Stockton are very nice and knowledgeable.The only issue is the selection of juice. There needs to be a request box or a way to order in favorite flavors. Otherwise its easier to order online. I prefer to shop local.

Everytime I go here its a good experience great atmosphere polite and helpful workers and fairly decent pricing I highly recommend any body who vapes to try these guys at vapor maven out

Great atmosphere, I get my CBD from their store and it helps with my nerve damage in my face so I appreciate this place. Wish there were more flavors like coffee or mocha or vanilla or something along that line not really a fruity person but besides that the prices are pretty good.
