I went to the king pin smoke shop the other day to buy some glass specifically to buy a bong and I gotta say it was my best experience being in a smoke shop. Best prices I’ve seen so far and I usually go to the Jackson smoke shop in Amador county because it’s the closest one to where I live in Calaveras County. The coolest pieces I’ve seen in a while all good thick name brand glass. And thank you @Jay, for the help and patience during my time being there. Definitely recommend going there, even if you live far it’s forsure worth the trip.

Alyssa deserves employee of the month. I went there this late morning to get some smoke products as well as cbd product. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. Her customer service was top tier. I definitely will be back if I need to go to a smoke shop.

As long as I live in Stockton, this place will be my smoke shop. Every employee I’ve met has been kind, helpful and answers any questions I have. Their prices are pretty good too. Not only do they have smoke products but they even have convenience items like drinks and snacks which I think is pretty awesome.

Here are the facts people. This is the greatest place on earth. Dee and Jay (yes those are their names) are the best people you will ever meet in your existence. They have everything, and at better prices than everywhere else. They even have random Japanese snack products which are awesome. Whatever smoke shop you currently go to is NOTHING compared to Kingpin. Why? The service, the people, the products cant be beat. Go there and see for yourself. I went there yesterday to pick up something for my husband was not quite sure what I was looking buy The young man working there said his name was Jose knew exactly what I was describing. He was very patient and helpful. Will definitely be back.I am a big stickler on customer service and this young man definitely had get customer service. Five stars 🌟

I like J. Hes a cool 😎, hip dude, about his business. I wonder what the J stands for? He was very knowledgeable. He told me about everything that I needed to know about the product I was buying so that I was able to make the most cost efficient choice. The store was beautiful. Shelves and display units packed neatly with all kinds of different goodies. Some of the other stores that Ive been to are just there to sell you something. But if you ask them about the products, they dont know the answers. So you take your product home and it ends up breaking, or dies out and its ruined. And you have to go buy another one. Good for them. Not good for you. J was outstanding with his customer service.

Very poor customer service and they never answer the phones and never have what i need.. and when i do find what i need they are charging more then everyone else in stockton... zozo seems to be the best right now....

Met Jay today who greeted me as I walked into the shop. He was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable of his shops wears. He asked how much I was willing to spend, then showed me everything I could get with the amount. This was honestly one of the best smoke shops ever. They have definitely improved on their selection of inventory but can still improve on it. The atmosphere was amazing from the moment I walked in. They made me laugh and when I couldnt decide between the pieces I wanted they played Rock Paper Scissors with me to help me decide. Jay is amazing and brings a very friendly vibe. Ill be coming back to buy my twisty glass blunt.

Had a fun plesent experience here my second time and the fist was okay. I just get too know them they might seem a Lil stand off at first but its only about safety for you and them. I found my smoke shop! Forgot ziggys an the ones you find squeezed in between two stores that look down it for being there….you have parking spaces- walk in an your greeted by a thunderstorm of lights an up in the clouds(you’ll know what I mean when you do walk in!!!) very clean an organized…got my rig an a was helped with all my questions…by far the best smoke shop I have encountered!!! I always enjoy coming to Kingpin. The store is always clean and quiet and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of glass and just about anything else you might need, and usually have pretty good deals. They even throw in free stuff sometimes. Always a good experience :)

Bought this Illuminati glass rig for my wife from Kingpinsmokeshop and she absolutely loves it!! Great customer service from the man at the shop, knowledgeable and super friendly. Definitely my favorite smoke shop in town. I stopped taking my prescription pills because they weren’t working for my back pain, tried Some of the CBD products and I love it. J and Jason knew so much about each product. Best variety of CBD products I’ve seen! 10/10 would recommend.

Went in with my girlfriend the other day looking to replace some pieces for my crappy backup pipe after my main one shattered. Ended up dropping 100$ on this bad boy everything included because god damn are these good prices and good salesmen. Easily one of the best places I have ever been, customer service is unmatched especially anywhere in town. Hands down the only shop I go to when I need something. The owner is one of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Make sure to toss this shop on the top of your list its a must! 5 stars all day long.

I bought a down stem and a C-clamp for $10. The down stem was too long, but I was able to exchange it for two more later that day. The clerk was courteous and he knew a thing or two about his products. I will definitely buy from here again.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Very nice people behind the counter who most certainly put their customer first at all costs. Bought something that had a small malfunction and took it back and they were very willing to give me a great deal on something else to make up for the faulty piece I got. Will definitely be back soon.

I would say this is the top spot to go if your looking for a high quality customer experience. He genuinely helped me find a rig that fits for me by asking me what budget I was within, what purpose whether flower or concentrate, and what size. He ended up narrowing it down to 3 pieces that were too hard to choose from, and even gave me tips on how to clean my rig (cause it has percs). Definitely the best smoke shop Ive been to in the 209 area. I instantly felt the great atmosphere as soon as I walked in the shop. I highly recommend kingpin, they have a pretty awesome selection of glass , & the eemployees are very helpful as well , they always help me find exactly what Im looking for. Eveytime I walk into Kingpin I feel like Im an important customer. I dont know about most others but for me atmosphere is everything. They make it so easy to find exactly what youre looking for without going through the hassle of spending hours online researching for the best price or piece that might end up to be a good purchase. Theres also nothing like walking in and being greeted with a smile on the way in and you leave feeling like you didnt just loose a leg to get that piece or the juice you want. Overall, great prices, great guys, great glass.

This far by one of the best smoke shops in the 209! The customer service is definitely the first thing that will attract you because Jay is very friendly from the moment you walk in. He allows you to take your time to look around and doesnt try to sell you on things you have no interest in. They definitely have really good glass and I bought an amazing waterpipe with the budget I had. Im extremely please with my experience and I would recommend everyone to check this smoke shop out. Went in looking for something to clean glass. Went with what they recommended, Formula 420, and wow! Cleaned everything in just a few minutes and smelled a lot better than denatured alcohol. They also recommended an ash catcher which I didnt know was a thing, not only did it match my glass perfect but has also keep everything pretty clean.

Ive been coming to this shop for over a year; best shop in Stockton! Most reasonably priced, best customer service, super knowledgable. And, theyre actually open at(or sometimes 10-15 min before) theyre opening time at 9am- even on Saturdays! Will never go to another smoke shop.

Very knowledgeable Dave will explain anything you want. He will bring something in for you to if he doesnt already have it in the store. I recently switched to his store from another place I was buying from that did me dirty . I wont have that problem here.

I’m editing my original review because although my gf and I WERE loyal customers Jay had a hissy fit and threw a coil across the counter at my gf because he was pissed that she bought one from another shop when he was out of stock. His little tantrum was enough for another customer to step in and tell him to chill out. All this after admitting to us that he was running low on items because he owed money to his supplier for his last shipment. We’ll be spending our money somewhere else from now on.I’ve only been to a few shops in the area. King Pin has definitely been my favorite. Jay is super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Great store 5star for sure. Wish they opened earlier for us early risers 😎 and for you true smokers who want to quitI smoked for 12 years and i went here got the most expensive device got the strongest juice after 5 months i quit everythingBasically addict yourself to juice then after 2 to 3 months drop to %3 and then drop to nothing then throw your device away ..... warning after i quit i was alot more tired for 3 weeks but im back to normal energy now. Only shop I go to for all of my vaping and smoking needs. They’re open 9:30a.m.-9:15pm and have anything from a dutch or a new coil to earphones chargers and a new piece of glass. Jay provides quality customer service that you can’t really find anywhere else and you will notice the difference if you do.

If you are in need of any for tobacco use only products ;) then head to Kingpin! Its a small place with a large variety. We went in there for the first time a coupe of weeks ago in search of a vape pen. We talked to Jay, who was very helpful. After a week or so, the pen stopped working. Im sure most stores of this nature would hide behind a no returns or exchanges policy. However, when we went back and talked to Jay, he remembered us and made it right! When I entered I calmly looked through the glass weed pipes and was impressed by their inventory. I intentionally meant to buy just a pipe but the owner Jay came up and nicely introduced himself and a few products that were on display. I had never heard of or seen a few of the products and was assured they were exclusive. I ended up purchasing a bong, grinder, weed pipe and Twisty Glass Blunt for $140!! I saved like $80!! I would never go to another smokeshop in Cali! I have been going here for almost 3 years now they always have everything I need. A fantastic selection of glass from nectar collectors, bongs, bangers, pipes and a whole lot more! The best shop in the area, made better.Have been a regular since before the shop changed hands. Since the new owner has stepped up to the plate he has brought this shop into the new age. Shelves are now stocked with BRAND NAME glass from reputable vendors, in addition to many pieces made by local artists. Their selection of Vape Juice is like a Library of Flavor, certainly providing a wide variety of products for any palette. Another improvement above the organization of the store and variety of products is the management! Previously the last owner was very loose on their advertised hours, often leading to LONG lines piling up before opening. In closing I would also like to note that the new owner knows A LOT about everything in his shop and can always answer questions. I would not go anywhere else.

This is the only shop I ever go to for anything I need. Jay provides quality customer service.As far as wait times go, Ive only spent about 20 minutes max in there, and thats considering the fact that I was looking around.Be it herb related, or if you simply need to pick up some e-liquid, buy a new coil, or pick up a pack of blunts,kingpin is the place to go. Jays e-liquid shelf has more of a variety than any shop Ive been to so far. From naked, to air factory and bazooka, Jays e-juice never disappoints. And the quality of his peices are superb, I still have every peice Ive ever bought from that shop. If youre on a budget, pick up a 60ml ejuice bottle for $20. If you need a new bong and arent trying to ball out, pick up a $50 super dope piece. Whether youre trying to spend under $40, or youre tryna blow a debt in your wallet and spend hundreds, kingpin has pretty much anything you need.

Used to be good now in 2018 its a smoke shop that doesnt even carry cigarettes. A cool selection of glass pieces and random smoker accessories but under the new managers or whatever its pretty disappointing besides the friendly service.

I was told the mod I bought was new but when I inspected the contents of the box I could tell it had been used. The same mod also worked for about a month until it would no longer charge, so thats the new customer treatment I was given.
