Upon entering this clean and orderly shop, I struck up a conversation with a fellow patron who happened to be looking for approximately the same thing as I. The clerk came over and showed us both fantastically priced glassware. Within 10 seconds, the worker and I agreed on a price for a beautiful bell shaped mini bong. I immediately thought to myself, this smoke shop knows smart business practices! I would be coming back again.I hadnt realized that the apparatus I bought had the wrong type of banger. I asked him if he would switch it out and he said, yeah, for extra money. I was dumbfounded as Ive never encountered a shop that refused to trade nails. I expressed my feelings and told him how my experience started awesome but now I was barely feeling even satisfied. I believe he felt my sincerity and before I left, he ran up to me and handed me the type I prefer and use.I highly recommend namaste smoke shop as they are reasonable, affordable, and flexible. He made sure I left a happy customer with the same initial feelings i had experienced.The shop is clean, organized, and great prices!

The only smokeshop Ive ever been to (besides their other one) ! I didnt know that there were two locations but Im so glad I know now! Allyson is a sweetheart and is always so helpful and kind when I come in! Im not too familiar with certain products, and she really takes the time to help me understand and explain certain things! I feel so comfortable going here! 10/10 am definitely coming back!

Namaste smoke shop on West Lane has the best customer service and best prices. From the second I walked in I was Greeted by Jeremy who further assist in my purchase. I went to Nameste smoke shop to get information regarding the E-Cigarette and Jeremy was very helpful. Jeremy new a lot about the product and explained to me how each one would work. Omg and Bo his dog is the best! He treated us with his wagging tail and it felt like being at home. Thank you both for the great experience. I am definitely coming back!

Open super late, and has an even bigger selection than the Thornton store. This place is frikkin huge, and everyone there is always smiling and helpful.I live on the other side of town, but the price makes it always worth the trip when I go.5 stars, easily.

Was in Stockton visiting my wife’s family and I saw the shop so we stopped. However I needed a new banger for my dab rig and I was really impressed to see that Jeremy knew his stuff! I wasn’t sure the size he showed me different pieces and such to help me and it totally worked and was the right size! Also he has a awesome greeter at the door bo! Hehehe friendliest dog ever! He even wanted to go for a ride with me! So we definitely will be back!

The first time I ever walked in the smoke shop is cause I seen the very bright led lights that attracted me there which was followed by a wonderful staff. I’ve never been to a smoke shop that makes me feel safer then going into a hospital nothing that they sell is ever cheaply made it’s the only smoke shop I go into that I get stuck in for about an hour if not more theres so many nice things to check out from the cbd products that helped me my wife & my dog so much to there glass items. The absolute best part of coming into the smoke shop is playing with my favorite employee jeremys dog bo. for the best prices follow them on instagram and wait for Jeremy to post the insane deals they have. Jeremy has always been helpful since the first day met him 🍁🍃

Me & my man been coming to this smoke shop for almost 3 years now absolutely only smoke shop we will ever go to! I came specially for a new vaporizer battery. The selection very good, the salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable of them and their features. The shop had in stock the Yocan UNI Pro I was shopping for in the color I wanted. Discrete and easy parking. The shop is large and clean with friendly staff and a vast assortment of smoking accessories.

My first time here and I came in and the girl working there was with a man very close and all over eachother and it was so uncomfortable. It felt like I walked in on something I shouldnt have walked into and they kept touching and whispering to eachother. Super uncomfortable and weird, I wont be back.

This smoke shop is amazing! The owner is really nice and friendly. Gives great information on any product you’re interested in or have any other questions. They have many different things from mods to bongs to relaxants & many more! The place is even clean and organized.

I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable in a smoke shop until I stepped into this one. Jeremy creates a welcoming vibe and he has knowledge about every product I ask for every time I come in. AND I LOVE THE DOG BO. So cute.

I am writing this now even though it is way overdue but shout out to him for making me a life-long customer at Namaste!I still remember when I first walked in and dude approached me, seemingly knowing that I had something already in mind for purchase but instead of selling me what I wanted, he actually ended up saying if I had a little time on my hands, he would really like to recommend me a different brand which costs the same but tastes a whole lot better and not to mention, lasts longer.He had a certain charisma to him and so I took out my airpod and said, alright, give me your schpeel. He explained that although I like the Apple flavor of this certain brand (I forget what it is now since there are so many variations of the name), I should try out the Max Flow Strawberry Apple Watermelon.He promised it would last longer than the brand I had in mind and costs the same. He also said it tastes a whole lot better and being a cynic BUT in a good mood at the time, I was like alright lets do it.I am very conventional in my usual likes and dislikes and so taking a risk for the price I usually pay which is $20, I was surprised I was actually going to go through with the purchase as I was being rung up.I got home, opened it up, (nice packaging), inhaled and I swear to you, this flavor was 10x better than the regular flavors of the previous brand I usually got. Now every time I prep for a test for my classes and read through my notes and various readings, I like to puff on this Strawberry Apple Watermelon max flow bar that he recommended and I swear to yall, it is a much more enjoyable experience.All in all, shout out to Jeremy, you are the GOAT customer service rep at Namaste and I refuse to listen to any other smoke shop customer service rep unless Jeremy is working lol.He got it right the first time and since then, every time with his recommendations and overall chill vibe. Jeremy is the definition of customer service and I hope he takes his personality in to the upper echelons of Program Management. If he can talk to customers the way he does to me, imagine if dude was a supervisor!Thanks again Jeremy, I had to get this all out. My favorite smoke shop of al,l for all my vaping needs. Owner and staff are knowledge and make you feel welcome and can answer any questions you might have. Reasonable prices for quality products. I have never left this store unsatisfied.

This is by far my favorite smoke shop to go to for all my vaping needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the space is very open and doesnt smell bad. The prices are really good too, other places charge $5 or more for the stuff I want to buy.

I bought a CBD vape last night and today it stopped working. The light on it is still a solid blue light when you puff on it so I know I didnt use it all. The worker proceeded to basically tell me its my fault and that I could have used it all up last night. And only offered me half off a new one. So I would have to spend more money and have this possibly have this happen again? Yeah ok sure.... I probably got like not more then 50 puffs out of it. I always used to love coming here for my smoke shop needs over Ziggys and any other place but not anymore. Spent too much money to basically tell me its my fault why its not working. Would give zero stars if I could
