My backwood had insects inside of it. Let staff know they didnt seem to care at all.Profits over people I guess. I know I spend more than the average shopper here, so I will gladly take my money to kingpin.

I want to Ziggys in Stockton to buy GMO raps 4 a while now. So I go into the store and say. These raps are old when I try to roll the Explode, so I say to the customer service guy. Do you know your GM os are old? He says I cant do nothing about it. The only nose so they sell them to the consumer. Anyway, I do not think that is right if the product is not worth selling. Dont sell it Why should the consumer foot the bill on bad products

Phenomenal customer services they always go above and beyond to make me happy every time I come in. They are always fully stocked and have a very nice selection and knowledgeable staff

I love this place! I have been a customer since 2017. They have an extensive selection of all the things you can think of if you are a smoker and odds and ends... literally I found lactose here, always in stock. I bought my husband a HAND painted wooden box to keep his little kit together, as an anniversary present one year. Im moving and came across this box still intact and beautiful. He had bought a bong here and a pipe. They are normally a bit cheaper for smokes also. The employees are super welcoming and knowledgeable; and I appreciate that they are so good at letting people who are kind of selfish know that they are busy with a customer and will get to them when they are done. I have had that happen a few times before, that I was getting helped (either on the floor with something or at the counter), and someone *a guy* just came in and abruptly started to talk to the employee who was helping me. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pushed to the side so that the guy who just walked in could be helped. It was actually this store who set a customer service president for me after that. If you want GREAT customer service, use this store.

I had never been there & Its kind of a local icon. So I just stopped in. Well the variety of new and different items as well as quite a bit of old school mixed in. Just wonderful. If you havent been there you should really stop by. Also I heard they will be taking out a wall and expanding. Only to become even more incredible.

Very nice & helpful staff. Very patient even when it took me a long time to find my debit card. The only improvement I saw that is needed is staff must be more knowledgeable about prices. The item I purchased, I was told $40 and I was charged $49.99. Overall awesome shop! Pat yourselves on the back, I am a very difficult customer to please! Good job.

Friendly staff great selection of whatever you could want. very reasonable pricing on glass and great quality. Went to buy an extension piece went up to the front and the dude ended up telling me it was on sale even though it didnt have sale written on the item!!! Thought that was amazing, because it never happens Im very happy everything I go here I dont go to any other place now theres no point they have everything you need for the right price!! Absolutely amazing shop, I was blown away the first time I entered. There is a big very big selection of products, I walked around for about ten minutes and I was in awe. The employees helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted and I ended up leaving extremely satisfied. The vibe there is really chill, the prices are reasonable and I would ( and have gone back ) go back for all of my smoking needs. Theres nowhere like Ziggys.

Came in this week to check out the vape stuff. Good selection overall but high in price on juices compared to other local shops. Wasn’t greeted by anyone when walked into the shop and the employee wasn’t very helpful and just seemed like he was rushing to just make a sale. Will try again and maybe if they do a better job at customer service then will definetly upgrade this review because they do have a good amount of variety on juices and hardware

Ziggys carry a lot of good name brand products that are authentic. They are definitely one of the top smoke shops in Stockton no doubt. However, the prices are a bit high and customer service sucks. Not very helpful employees. Will give a second try soon and if all goes well I will update this review. Hope the owner reads this comment and makes the necessary changes to Better the customer service.

They have an excellent selection. You can definitely find almost ANYTHING for your smoking needs here that other smoke shops dont normally carry. Just a little pricey. But they do wheel & deal with u if u buy multiple items & are paying via cash.

Update: went recently and they are scalping people on prices. Marquis acted as if he was giving me a great deal and I informed him of the msrp and he acted dumbfounded. He was asking at least $100 more than msrp. If your into that sort of gouging ask for marquis. He’s got you.got a great selection but stay away from the super expensive detox drinks or pills they dont work.

Since my last review Ive gotten to know local glass artists and the oil world better and have realized how much I got ripped off was even more than I thought. It wasnt even an issue of a mark up or mismarked item but telling an employee (possibly the owner) how much I was looking to spend on a set up and getting handed the cheapest items possible and was reassured it was a hook up. I trusted the employee as I had heard good things about the shop but basically got my money jacked. To the owner, how are you going to make that right?

Service was awesome! These gentleman actually take the time to inform you on what your buying and how it can help you.Doesnt matter what your want in this store ..they got an answer for you and prices are reasonable!Felt like I was a designer smoke shop;)

Ziggys has a very nice, friendly, and informative group of guys working at its store. Theyre able to answer most questions regarding anything they sell, but if they dont know the answer, they have no problem asking for help from someone else. Regarding vape mods and ejuice, I can find online prices to be lower than Ziggys sometimes. Just keep that in mind and dont be afraid to talk with the guys about a specific price as you never know when its possible to make a deal. Ziggys has a great variety of pipes and bongs (some funny & ridiculous, some gorgeous pieces of art). They carry some nice tattoo inks and needles, as well. There always seems to be something new at Ziggys each time I visit.

The service is excellent, the staff very helpful always walk around to help and ask how your day was. They have very good selection that other shops dont have. All they need is munchies

Good place for glass, terrible place for anything else. Ive bought a lot over the years from Ziggys and theyve always been good to me. However I bought several electronic products from Ziggys the past two weeks and all of their products came broken...I got ahold of Ziggys and they refuse to do anything about it. I am now stuck with broken products that I spent hundreds of dollars on. Huge buyers remorse. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS FROM ZIGGYS IN STOCKTON

100% set the standard on customer service. I handed him $200 by mistake, i was 100% positive I handed him a $100 but it was so perfectly stuck to anthor $100 bill that I couldnt tell. But he as he checked it to make sure it was real, it was like magic as he flicked with his finger the $100 bill i handed him and turned it into $200 like as if another $100 bill came out of thin air!! I was so greatfull he cought my mistakes as he handed it back to me. Really honest guy with long hair and I take his word when he said we all like to be honest around here, extendining his honesty to the rest of his co workers!Thanks!!

For an out-of-towner accustomed to one-stop shopping for product plus utensils and accessories, I was shocked when I couldnt find what I needed at a couple of dispensaries before I had to continue out of LA. I was not optimistic as I headed for the little towns train station. Who wound have guessed Id find EXACTLY what I wanted (which was admittedly a little specific) in Oakdale, just a couple miles from the station, on my way to the middle of nowhere for secluded retreat?! Perfect!

My husband goes here pretty often. The only reason I removed a star is because unfortunately there were time my husband purchased coils for his dab pen and they broke soon after he used them. However, each time this happened they were always replaced.

It used to be my favorite place, id say just deal with the boss, if you deal with anyone else in the building your probley going to get answers you wanna hear, not honest ones most employees here will just try and hustle you, sell you things you dont need or decive you in a way to get you to buy things that are not needed or subpar to up there sales but being crooked or cross about it ive purchased thousands from here just been screwed everytime i dont talk to the boss while im in. Ive bought electric cigarette here that the employee said it didnt come with the battery when i got home checked the company website,it did he pulled out the battery and sold it to me separately. This snake in the grass bullsh!t wont get more money from me.my days of spending a reasonable amount of cash here every year is done hopefully, so is your job security. Sad.

Nice lil cute smoke shop. Very noticeable as it is painted in yellow and red. They have kinda pricy bongs but I scored some pretty cheap zig zag tobacco cones, which is dope!
