Massage Spring

I’ve been going to this place since they opened and were on Groupon. They have increased their prices over time and charge five dollars for a Bank of America credit card… Just an FYI. It is three dollars if you use a different credit card. Also they do not have a receptionist, so they will answer phone calls while massaging you and also leave to talk to people walking in the door which is very disruptive to the relaxing experience. The massages are good, but it is very distracting when the phone is ringing and the doors are opening with customers.

Couples massage in separate rooms which defeats the purpose . Was forced to tip beforehand , up charged for a deep tissue massage that was not what I would consider deep tissue . My wife and I were disappointed and felt hustled . Everything including the tip costed a little over $200 for a 1 hour massage for the 2 of us . Since we have gone to other places we felt that it was the worst place we have ever gotten a massage from .

My first time here! What a wonderful massage. I had the one hour massage and found the price to be decent. The place was very clean. I will be back! I highly recommend this place.

I will not be going back. I’ve had many massages, but this one was different. I’m not a shy person, but she would uncover my entire bottom for long periods of time while she was massaging my arms. I would pull up the towel and soon she would pull it down completely again and then move on to my upper back. It was very uncomfortable. It was one of those moments when you get a gut feeling that something was a little off.

My GF & I had the couple massage after 2 days of grueling mountain bike rides. We werent in the same room but were only separated by cloth walls. The establishment was clean and didnt have a creepy feeling that you hear about. The massages were excellent and the staff were professional. We will return another day.

Lisa suggested I do a full body as opposed to the foot massager I walked in for and I was very pleased with the service. I left feeling much more relaxed. Thank you for the excellent massage. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Jennifer is amazing, 5 stars all the way. My job requires a lot of walking and running all day which takes a toll on my feet, legs and the whole body. I am so glad I found Massage Spring and Jennifer. I highly recommend going there.

We purchased a Groupon that did not specify in the ad that they would not service more than one person. I scheduled a massage for myself or my husband. When we arrived the manager said they do not service more than one person at a time. We had to leave. Groupon refunded me.

Dont pass on this fabulous business because of any negative review!!! They are fabulous. You will leave feeling totally invigorated. This is not a Swedish massage by any means...its sooooo much better. The chair used for a massage is no different than a massage table. It reclines for the body massage and rises for more comfort during the foot massage. You can pay extra for a room and disrobe but I love the chair and I wear lightweight clothing. Massage Spring is clean, quiet, professional., and very accommodating!! After 40 years of massages, I have finally found the perfect massage!! You can buy from Groupon but Massage Spring will honor the Groupon price if you call them directly. Win-win!!!

This place is new. I would highly recommend. Very clean. Everyone is very nice and seems to truly care that you have a great experience. and will make accommodations for you. Massage was great- I feel so much better today.

They take payment and tip BEFORE you get the massage. I gave a $10 tip and the girl at the front desk said “that’s it?” While I was on my back in the room the girl in there took my breasts and jiggled them and laughed. I am a big breasted woman and I guess she thought it was funny. Very unprofessional.

Had a very relaxing and professional massage for one hour. The place is very clean and Covid 19 protected. Masks worn by employees and customers at all times.Will return.

I had to give one star or this wouldnt post. Its not even worth a star. This place is a joke. You dont even get a private room, unless you pay extra. They have four lounge chairs behind a screen and you leave your clothes on. You have to soak your feet-Ive been getting massage for over 35 years and have NEVER soaked my feet. I said no and laid back in the disgusting chair and it was lumpy and smelly. Well I got up and left.
