My Dermaplaning was amazing. My skin looks so bright. My serums and lotions seem to absorb better. My makeup looks more natural and all my peach fuzz is gone. Will be doing this again

I have a handful of concerns with my experience tonight. I was told twice (I wanted to double check the price accuracy) when I booked the appointment that our couple’s massage would be $75 each for a total of $150 because neither of us have been in their system as members before. Someone gifted me a massage under their account years ago and I was assured since so much time had passed and since I was never a member that I still qualified for the $75 price, again with no mention of needing to sign up for a membership. I wasn’t told anything about having to sign up for a membership to get the $75 per person price until I questioned why we were being charged $240 upon checkout. I used gift cards that were for my boyfriend’s Father’s Day gift to cover $100 of the bill and we came out of pocket an additional $140 that was completely unexpected. This was supposed to be for his late Father’s Day celebration and for my birthday, which is tomorrow. My masseuse didn’t ask me how I was feeling during the entire session. I should have voiced that it was far too soft from start to finish so I take responsibility for that as she is not a mind reader, however, my boyfriend’s masseuse asked him twice how the pressure was and how he was holding up. Key body points on my end were overlooked entirely as this was supposed to be a full body massage. Both masseuse’s departure from the room was abrupt. We arrived early but were still seen late and still ended early. I didn’t leave relaxed or feeling better. Quite the opposite. I was flustered, stressed, and overwhelmed when I got in the car because this was supposed to be a shared celebration to decompress at a twice-voiced discounted price, and only one of us felt satisfied and both of us spent money we weren’t prepared for.
I booked online for a 1030 appointment. I got there at 10:20 checked in. They told me to wait and I would be seen shortly. I waited till 11 and I went back up front and asked when am I going to go back. The person I booked with did not know I booked online and did not know I had been there waiting. I waited another 10 minutes to see if they could take me. Her 11 o’clock appointment was late so she took me at 11:15 and said that she could do an hour for me. Once I got undressed and laid down, she came back in and said sorry my other appointment is here I can only do 30 minutes. Well she didn’t even do 30 minute only did 15 minutes and that was it. They seemed more concerned about the other customer than me. I am a customer as well! I will never go back to this massage envy again!

I have been a member since February 2023. The problem is with the front desk adding bogus amounts and then not being able to explain what I am being charged for. Then the real problem starts when the manager Richard, steps in.My story…Stuart Massage Envy1503 NW Federal HwyStuart FL 34994I just hung up the phone after speaking to a manager (he said this was his title) named Richard. I am so upset by the way he spoke to me, talked over me, and when I said I did not understand what he was explaining, he was even ruder that he had to explain further.I scheduled a chemical peel for the first time (since joining in February of this year, I have enjoyed a monthly facial) for today. My facialist has talked to me about trying the chemical peel. I scheduled the peel online on my account.The app told me the chemical peel would cost $120. My account had a credit of $70 from the October 1st monthly payment. When I got into the room with Miritza, I asked her if there would be time for an add-on décolletage for $15. She told me the peel was only 35 minutes long and since they reserve the full hour in case of problems, there was time.When I finished the peel and went to the front desk, the lady at the front desk (I had never seen her before) was telling me that I owed almost $200. She could not explain what that number entailed. The other lady sitting behind the desk offered to look into it so I moved over to her. She worked with the computer and came up with $105 (which included my added $30 tip).But by my calculation, it should have been $120 for the peel minus my account credit of $70 is $50. Then add the $15 add-on, new total $65. Add the tip of $30 and my grand total would be $95.The young lady at the counter said she would talk to her manager and have one of them call me to go over the price and then charge my credit card.I felt funny leaving without tipping Miritza so I put a $20 bill in an envelope for her (all the cash I had). As I had planned on tipping her $30, I wrote on the envelope, “this is only part of your tip, but this is all the cash I have on me until the billing is resolved” - not verbatim, but close enough.So when Richard called me and explained, I did not understand what he was saying about why I owed more. When I said this he got ruder and ruder. When I said he was being quite aggressive with me, he got louder and ruder and talked over me.He said he was going to charge my card for $105 which is incorrect - not only for the $10 in question, but also, because I had left a $20 tip and no longer wanted to put a $30 tip on my charge.Richard did angrily say he would put a $10 credit on my account, but I said I did not want a credit if I did not deserve it and would he just explain the charges so I could understand.He then hung up on me.I am so disappointed and now feel that for the remainder of my one year (3 more months), I will need to go to another location just so I don’t run into him at the Stuart location.I am writing because if this was my franchise, I would want to know about such an employee.It is funny, or ironic, that on the day I was in the Stuart location signing up for my membership, a woman was at the front desk arguing with a man at the front desk about the fact that she was 10 mins late and he told her she missed her appointment and was being charged for the missed appointment. It was an ugly display and I remember thinking, geeze, I hope I don’t have any problems when I’m locking in for 12 mths and you just never know. I’m thinking, that was probably Richard!!
Relaxed setting, Rashid at the front desk was very informative & completed my information for the masseuse to better understand my needs. The massage was wonderful & just the right amount of pressure along with an added service of foot scrub was heavenly.
Disappointed. Booked a 30 minute massage and wasn’t taken back until 5 minutes after my scheduled time. Then left the room and checked out 5 minutes before the end of the 30 minute scheduled time. Paid 60 dollars for basically a 15 minute massage. The massage that I did get was good but it is not worth the money at all.
Michelle is the absolute best! I’ve been going here for awhile and have had a few different therapists, all good, but Michelle takes the time to really find any problem areas and knots. She definitely knows her stuff! I have the membership, so it’s $65 a month for a 60 minute massage which is a pretty good deal. Only complaint is the schedule books up very fast certain times of year, so sometimes you don’t get the therapist you want. Front desk girl is always very sweet and welcoming.
I’ve been a loyal member for more then a decade. I schedule and pay for several massages each month. I am a healthcare provider Who was running behind on a telehealth call. When I arrived late for my 90 minute appointment they told me they canceled my appointment and sent the massage therapist home, all without my consent. They told me that is their policy and that they were going to charge me for the 90 minute massage that I never got that they canceled. Terrible policy that they NEVER informed me of. This happened at the massage Envy in Stuart.
They good at charging your credit card every month ,its hard to book an appointment because there open spots it didnt go well with my schedule.They didnt tell me when they sign me up if you dont use your massages you will lose them.Lol so I lost three hours .
This is by far my favorite massage envy facility. Located in Stuart on route 1, in the Publix plaza, it is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, experienced in their field, and super friendly. I enjoy the 90 minute massage and the hour facials! Stop in, check them out! Let them know what you like and/or what hurts and they’ll take great care of you.
**Update** Ive been seeing Thomas for probably about 2 years now. Hes absolutely fantastic, great time management, very professional, and is available in the evenings, which is important to me. Ill keep going back to see Thomas!Rachel was fantastic! Ill be back to see her. Thanks so much Rachel!
Terrible management at Stuart location. I got a session gifted and basically stolen,since employees are unable to provide the proper information. Need better training on the phone, I just got a call for an appointment I never booked and got an attitude about it, meanwhile never got a call for the appointment I asked for didnt get and got charged.
First and foremost this was by far one of the best experiences I ever had. From being greeted and treated with much care by Kim, to enjoying the best massage I ever had in my life. Kim made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and actually got me to become a member. Her personality was very memorable. Adriane made sure that I was comfortable from beginning to the end. The way she recommended me getting glute work to Target my lower back show that she has many years under her belt and that she is a expert at what she do. I was very satisfied even more so than I initially thought. I will reschedule with her as long as Im in Stuart. Thank you ladies for being great!!! -CT
I have been a member for about 10 years and I have had some really good massage therapists over the years at both the Palm City and Stuart locations. However when I called to book an appointment Courtney (who said she was the clinic manager) was extremely rude on the phone. I am not sure if she was just having a bad day but it was really unprofessional.

I called today to see when my next appointment was. Found out I missed an appointment this month. 2 tries to reach me but they never were able to reach my voice-mail or myself and they chalked it up to a ncns and charged me. Instead of trying to provide a courtesy email or text. Now telling me Im stuck in a contract for a whole year and basically laughed at my needs. This location is NOT recommended.
I had a deep tissue massage from Bree and loved it. She fixed a knot in my neck that had been a bother for a month. Warning though if you ask for strong - expect it. To be absolutely fair she did ask many times if it was too strong. Bottom line: I am going back and asking for her by name!
I wanted to schedule a relaxing Sunday morning with my mom, who I came to visit for a weekend, so I requested two time slots for Sunday (at 10:00am and 11:00am) early on Saturday morning, and was told I would be contacted later in the day. I didnt get a call until 7:40pm only to tell me that they had no openings and to try somewhere else.I fail to understand why I would not be contacted earlier in order to make alternate plans. Will not be using nor recommending this location.
My masseuse is incredible. She gets 5 stars. However today I was told I could not wait in the lobby. I thought that was a bit ridiculous possibly even hypocritical. So I am sitting outside without a chair.What sense does it make that you could spend an hour or longer in a 8 by 10 enclosed space with the masseuse but you cant sit in a spacious lobby.Im just lucky its not raining.
This place is unorganized and the woman Amy was extremely rude to us when she overbooked a couples room. After filling out paperwork and waiting. We asked for a gift certificate to come back for a couples massage and she reimbursed us instead saying and I quote Heres your refund, now you wont have to come back here, or any other Massage Envy My friend reply was Wow, after all this paperwork and time here and this is how were treated? She walked away and went into the back. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Too many good individuals doing a better job at better pricing. Screw you Amy and your attitude. I had to rate 1, 0 not an option.
AVOID THE STUART LOCATION. The worst customer service. They just want your money. They are very pushy. The office manager refuses to help customers, or offer other options for complaints, isn’t professional. I don’t understand why she got hire and how she holds a position with dealing with customer service I don’t understand. Her customer service makes the company look ugly. The store manager Only let’s her front staff handle things. She doesn’t care for her business. The store manager Allysa only cares about herself. Doesn’t do anything personally to make her business better and absolutely doesn’t care about customer service. She needs puppets to handle all her work. It’s a shame.
I purchased a gift certificate as a birthday gift and the recipient was very excited to receive a massage and skincare treatment. After the secession I was told by the recipient that the skin care treatment was very good but the massage was terrible!! I wanted to gift this person an amazing experience but instead they walked away unimpressed. 😔👎🏾
I would not recommend this location as they do not keep it very clean; the basics are done somewhat however however the base boards, corners, under beds, etc are dust covered to a point of being grimy and leaves a feeling of being un sanitary. When you arrive you are not greeted professionally as the girls that gather behind the counter find it more important to speak of their weekend activities then greet a paying guest.
Terrible communication! Had an appointment that we booked one month ago. They left message that the person that we book was not available and they would put someone else in her place. Then we get a call a few days before the appointment that they have noone available. Sure take our money monthly but dont have appointments available. STUART LOCATION STINKS!

I went in yesterday after my 1st time. I was having very bad pains in my glutes. And my hips. The women never even touch those srea and i even told her and still nothing. The very sweet girl megan at the front desk could only offer me another massage but even more expensive. i will not be back. Id rather go to the chinese massage in the mall.
Worst place on earth to go if you are looking for a massage and have a skin disorder! I was treated as if I was contagious. Megan was absolutely horrible.. Refused to give me a massage without covering me with a sheet and using gloves! I actually left the building crying and feeling emotions (demonized) that I havent felt since I was in school! My fiance called and complained to the manager and then went in face to face during his lunch break, to which they said they would handle it and for me to come back in.. Why the hell they think I would subjectify myself to that intolerable and ignorance is beyond me. If they were going to handle it and try to correct the situation and speak with me, they could have called. They have all of my information since I filled out my contact info! Do not use this company!! They obviously do not care about the clients or researching a disorder before they begin discriminating and emotionally abusing them!
I had such an amazing experience being massaged by different therapists at this location, namely: Elan, LoriJene, Jeff and Dennis. They were all excellent and had their own distinctive technique that wasappropriate for whatever my concern was that day. The rest of the staff is friendly and hospitable. Id highly recommend Massage Envy of Stuart!

I am really upset with Massage Envy STUART FLORIDA. I have called multiple times this location trying to get in contact with a supervisor and haven’t got any calls back. The supervisor decided that calling me back wasn’t important. The front desk girls said that the supervisor decided to leave it for the following day. Not only is it un professional and horrible customer service. But it absolutely takes away from the business! I’ve tried now 4 weeks straight I even went in person left a letter and again the manager didn’t seem to care about customer service. I called got put on hold for 8 minutes. When the front desk girl got back on the phone she told me the location manager krista/crista was busy and that she would call me back. I asked her if she was with a customer and she told me no that she was just talking to one of the other employees. I’m so frustrated at this point !!! I told her I would hold for . Krista then gets on the phone right away and I asked if she has got my letter or messages. She admits she has not only does she say anything about the letter or messages she has been ignoring. She makes me explain everything I had done already in a letter. Then tells me she can’t help me because they have a new system. But never did I get curtesy calls for anything ! I pay for two memberships and this is the worst customer experience I have EVER HAD.
I dont know if every massage therapist is as good as Esther, but she is excellent. A quintessential professional with strong hands and a comforting mannerism. Highly recommend.
My husband got me a membership to Massage Envy for my birthday. I attempted to make an appointment online after spending at least 30 min creating a profile on their website but was unsuccessful. I was also trying to get info on the therapists at that location and much to my surprise, there is no info whatsoever on the therapists credentials or how long they have been a massage therapist etc. I called to make the appt and when I spoke to the receptionist I told her I have many health conditions involving the musculoskeletal system and asked to be matched with a therapist that had been trained to work with this type of customer and told her I would also prefer someone that had been doing massage for awhile(ie: not a newbie). I was given an appt with Sandrine. I arrived, filled out the questionaire since all that work on my profile somehow did not link up with my appt. I made sure they were aware of my health issues. I said I like a firm touch as this was not my 1st massage. I asked for a pillow for under my pelvis because i have a wedge fracture and laying flat hurt my back, she said the 1 available was for under my feet only, no offer to find another one. This girl Sandrine was CLEARLY a newbie! She was very rough,her movements were not fluid and did not use enough oil so it hurt even more. I must have said ouch 10,000 times. She also jumped around and did not do the same thing on both sides of my body. It is the day after and I hurt everywhere she touched me I feel like I was mauled by a bear, and not in a good way. This is the person the receptionist thought was the right fit for me? What the heck? I also find it interesting that there is NOWHERE online or otherwise to get information on the therapists that work for Massage Envy ANYWHERE! I am seriously thinking about not going back and forfeiting my membership!

Thomas is the absolute best! Hes polite, knowledgeable and friendly, great at finding trouble spots and he always leaves me feeling refreshed and renewed. Cant say enough about him 😊 thank you Thomas!!!
I had a massage with Michelle. Omg this young lady knows her stuff. I left feeling zero tension in my neck and shoulders, and feeling so relaxed. If youre stressed, or tense you need to schedule with her!

Tried calling 5 times to schedule an appointment, no answer. Finally got an answer and was put on hold for 15 minutes finally hung up.
Unfortunately, management has brought this place down. They are not flexible with the scheduling and do not care about the client. I was a long time client and recently left due to management being rude and uncaring.
