Elements Massage

I have had two massages here so far as I am new to the area. Both masseuses were excellent and I will be a regular. I appreciate that I work on short notice and usually someone is available to accommodate.

Shes simply the best! Kristina is fantastic! Best massage Ive ever had. Shell tell you she doesnt do deep tissue, well I say Im sore in the best way!!

Had a monthly subscription to massages that never expire. I had to go out of state and I came back where they had a new owner who refused to follow the corporate policy and honor my massages. She was completely rude about the entire situation too. I dont recommend ever using this place if you value customer service and a place of honor.Edit: 4-30-2024 since you responded ...This was NOT in my documents, as massages paid for were to NEVER expire. Ive asked for a copy of this paperwork numerous times to which your company has failed to comply. You stole money by having someone pay for a product they never received and then changed ownership so you dont want to honor the original contract since you personally didnt receive the money as a new ownership. Your failure to follow the corporate company policy speaks volumes.

Got a Birthday surprise gift for a massage. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Luis was my therapist and he was incredible. I live in GA but if I’m ever back in Stuart, I’ll be going back. Thank you Luis for an amazing massage!!!

I was very impressed with my experience with Alex!! I am a fellow massage therapist and my husband bought me a Groupon for our anniversary since I love visiting new places. I wasnt expecting much since Ive been finding really hard to get a good quality massage in PSL. But Alex just blew me away! Their intuition was on point, there was no question that they knew exactly where I was tight (had knots, etc.), they took a perfect amount of time to allow me to release areas that were tight without over working the area, they timed out focus areas and was able to achieve a full body massage, so I left feeling euphoric! I highly recommend checking Alex out and the heart they have for their job!! Overall beautiful experience!

Kristina is one of the best massage therapists Ive used at Elements. Always flexible when it comes to days and times that she is available especially for a 90 minute massage.

Friendly staff and good massage. Wife and I did a Groupon Hour special and enjoyed it. Only draw back was the appointment before us ran late and ours was cut short by 15 minutes. Manager gave us a coupon for an upgrade for our next massage but would have been nice to receive what we paid for this visit. Only reason its 4 stars and not 5.

Found a reasonably priced Groupon and tried this place. Although I’ve been a Massage Envy member in the past, I was impressed by the quality of therapists and professionalism here. Dee was great, and listened to my concerns and problem areas. The room ambiance was nice, and a little roomier than Massage Envy. I like that they focus solely on massages and nothing else. Online booking was also easy. I’ll be coming back!

Brittany is a phenomenal massage therapist. I have had 3 sessions and every one has been perfect.The facility is clean and relaxing. The front desk is polite and efficient. The monthly membership ensures I make self care a priority.A great place for healing and relaxation so I can sustain my busy life and enjoy each day pain free and stress free.

My husband and I have booked massages at Elements whenever we are in town visiting my mother-in-law. She was the first to recommend it. Overall very clean, professional and relaxing. All the massage therapists weve had were professional and good at their craft. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable.The walls are somewhat thin, so I did hear the massage therapist in the next room talking with my sister-in-law faintly, but it was no big deal. The front desk reception is very nice. I did call once and found that the receptionist was not well informed on the promotion being run at the time, but another time I called and got a different receptionist who was very well informed.They have a lengthy intake form to make sure they are aware of any muscle areas that you might be sensitive to and not want massaged. Come 10 mins early for that or fill out the form from the link in their confirmation email online.

Kristina was amazing. She really focused on my problem areas and I’ve felt better than I have in months.

If you are comfortable with getting a sports massage, Levi is your guy. He paid great attention to detail with what was bothering me and made sure to listen to my body’s reactions to his massage. Strong hands and he knows what he’s doing.

James is amazing. He is the sole reason I return and previously recommended the store. Sadly, I will never return because the front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. I made an appointment in person after a massage with James for the following week. When I returned for the appointment, the same person said he never made an appointment, aggressively argued with me in a room full of other customers, and refused to honor the Groupon that he himself told me I could purchase the prior time I was there. I came here to relax over a very short holiday break and received quite the opposite treatment. I am shocked and disappointed that the front desk staff would speak to return customers this way - particularly a man to a woman. It’s completely unacceptable.

Update - using a new therapist LUIS who is excellent. Rooms are now nice and quiet. Staff excellent.... Jeff H is no longer working there.Jeff H as usual was wonderful. Excellent massage & nutrition information.The environment was an issue this time sadly. Could totally hear everything from next room. A lot of talking. And right in middle of my massage the air conditioning kicked in and I received a blast of cold air. Not pleasant at all.

I just started coming here as of last month and could not be more pleased. The front desk staff is very accommodating and kind. I had a massage with both Brittany and Kristina and both were excellent! Started on their membership plan as this seems to be really helping me monthly. My first massage was with Bill, he honed in on my problem areas. I walked in limping and Left with a stride I forgot I had. It was so good, I rescheduled the next day and was with John. The might in his fingers were magical. Excellent establishment. Excellent caliber of professionals.

By far the best massages I have ever had have been at Elements. I go for physical therapy for permanent conditions that cause tremendous pain and they help me so much. I HIGHLY recommend Elements and especially Levi. Levi continues to improve my quality of life!

Massage was very good except for too much pressure on a nerve/muscle that inflamed and caused an issue with walking for several days. They called back eventually and suggest all the things I was doing. Still seeing chiropractor to get back to normal.

Elements Massage provided a calming atmosphere from the moment I walked into the lobby. Everyone was extremely kind and informative about the services available. Greg is an amazing massage therapist, he helped alleviate all of my muscle pain! Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end!

I signed up for the no strings attached, cancel anytime, no obligation massage club. Well, apparently they didnt tell me all the info. When I tried to cancel I was informed it takes 30 days (after filling out a paper form and submitting it) to go into effect (so I gathered enough info to expect to be charged again in those 30 days, even though I wanted to cancel). If you want to cancel you only have 30 days to use any massages you have already paid for. Scam. Highly do not recommend.

My experiences at Elements Massage have always been great! The location and hours are convenient, the atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and the people are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went through many months of physical therapy following surgery, and did not make nearly as much progress as I did after a few sessions of massage therapy with Jeff. I have also received wonderful massages from other therapists on staff. Additionally, at $59, their pricing is far less than some other places. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone who would like to enhance their health or recover from injury/surgery. I am so grateful for the difference their services have made in my life.

Loved my massage so much I got one for my husband! I’ve now been back for a second time and again it was wonderful. I added the hot stones this time and the eucalyptus aromatherapy and it was so worth the 10$ each to add. A great place with super nice girls that work there. Definitely would recommend

I’ve had lots of massages in the area but this was by far the best! The spa was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist listened to me when I told her where I had the most pain and she worked hard to relieve it. The pricing is a little high but it’s for sure worth every penny!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage with James while in the area on vacation. James was professional in every way and very knowledgeable about how to relieve my pain from several injuries. My only regret is not scheduling more than one session with while in town.

I was super happy with Elements Massage. I booked a massage after my marathon for some help getting rid of the toxins that accumulate after a long session. Jeff was fantastic at getting to the root of my issues and giving me advice on just what I need to do to continue getting better. Love the front end staff, who were super helpful as well. My only disappointment is that I had to fly back to Chicago and wont be able to return to get another session booked! If Im in the area Ill book my massage there again!

Beautiful, relaxing place. I had Derek as my massage therapist, he did an amazing job! I felt like a new person. He was very responsive to my problem areas and even gave me some after care tips. I would highly recommend!

Updating previous review. The massages are (or were) Great! The problem that we have with this place is their customer service and billing practices. Some of the people at the front end are inept. And the ones that do seem to know what theyre doing refuse to be helpful if it involves their billing practices. For instance, you cannot cancel over the phone. You actually have to go in and sign a cancellation form! The funny part about it for us was that I was the one that set up the account in the first place and its billed under my own credit card, though we set it up in my wifes name. Now I guess I get why they might need to hear from her, but I do not understand the need for a signature in person. And they did specifically state we had to go in person to cancel. A signature I sort of understand, but the in-person thing is ridiculous, especially in South Florida where more than 50% of the population are snowbirds. Also, if they hit your account for an auto draft and you thereafter cancel before actually using the massage that charge represents, they will not refund it. Also, by federal law, there are protections in place that allow us to stop auto drafts on an account at request, even if you have previously authorized auto draft. Apparently these people arent aware of the law, or theyre just greedy. Either way, it seems they cant keep the good masseuses anyway, as they keep leaving and going elsewhere. So, if you ever do go to this place, if you ever end up unhappy with the service, dont expect them to make it right, unless that means simply giving you another massage that you already paid for.

I got a gift card to here from an in-law and had just the best experience. My therapist (I believe her name was Ashley) was super great and really responsive. Best massage I’ve had in YEARS and I get them often. Excellent!

The service was great. Kristina did a phenomenal job, especially on my neck/shoulders and other tight muscles.

First, all the receptionists are warm and friendly, especially Anastasia! I am always greeted with a smile and positive uplifting attitude. Love the lemon water! I like the reminder calls prior to my appointment. If their is a snafoo with my appt, I like that Elements works to accommodate my needs. Thank you! I like how clients are offered the Wellness program at a discount rate to make having a regular massage more affordable for those that really need one to maintain better health (body & mind). I am most happy to discover and have Rachel as my massage therapist, she is above amazing with her deep tissue techniques! Rachel is caring, intuitive, and a great listener to whatever is going on physically. Thank you! I am most appreciative to win the one year free massage raffle! I am so grateful, as the timing of this gift came at a time my body was physically screaming from overworked muscles in Yoga Teacher training and from chronic issues that I struggle with. Just had literally the best massage (deep tissue, full body) I have ever had in my life with Bri, without question. The best way to describe the experience is earth shattering. By far, it was the most therapeutic and restorative massage I have ever received. Every single one of my knots was isolated and worked on. In between the more intense parts, amazing hand and arm massages! Even though the better part of the massage was more intense than most deep tissue massage I have received,due to her expertise, I do not feel anywhere near as sore as I have in the past after a massage like this. I am very picky about massage therapists, and Ive been through a lot of them, so I can say with the utmost confidence Bri is the best by a galactic margin. It was clear to me through the whole 2 hour session she had a deep and intimate comprehension of anatomy and massage therapy unrivalled by anyone else Ive ever worked with. It was truly a pleasure! Not only is she highly skilled, but she is a very positive, happy, compassionate, down to earth person, and youd have to be the most miserable person on Earth to not love her! There are so many more details I can share about the experience and the massage itself, but Ill leave it at this for now. 100 out of 10 stars.About this location: they have an all star staff. Everyone I have interacted with at this location (Ive had several massages here) are very welcoming, kind, friendly and genuine. I always walk away with a dumb smile on my face. The overall atmosphere and energy is very positive and caring. I cannot see myself visiting any other place ever again.

We loved our couples massage! At the end of the session with Brenda and Jeff, we walked out feeling so peaceful and relaxed. The aromatherapy add-on was a great suggestion. The front desk staff were very friendly as well.

Everyone was polite, respectful, and informative, from the receptionist to the masseuse. The premises were extremely clean, simple, and serene. This was an introductory priced 90-minute massage that I received as a gift and it did not disappoint! Rielle was my masseuse and she was A-mazing!! I would highly recommend her and Elements Massage. They do offer discounted massages when you sign up for package deals. Unfortunately, regular massages are not in my budget but I would definitely choose Elements Massage if they were.

Its hard to find a good therapist. This place has knowledgeable people working there, I didnt feel like just another massage for them. Made me feel welcome and like I was their top priority. Very clean and relaxing place.

Okay, please never get rid of Bill. He is AMAZING!In the years I’ve been coming to this location and meeting new therapists, this massage therapist is the first one that has actually left me walking away all week without any pain.

I guess this company prides themselves in stealing money from their customers. After a horrible service, I had from their Stuart location, I made it blatantly clear how unhappy was and wouldnt be coming back. Did they stop charging my card? NO. They kept charging it for 5 months. Once realizing I contacted them and asked for a refund of the 5 sessions they charged me for at 69.99 each. Totaling 349$. Their response was ”Nothing was documented at your last visit so we wont be able to refund you”... ARE YOU SERIOUS? Since your employee failed to document I cant get my money back? This company steals from their customers. HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY. I dont recommend their service at all.

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage yesterday. We had Jeff and Mike and they were both great. Mike was extremely considerate to the fact that I dont enjoy a super deep massage and Jeff did a great deep tissue massage for my boyfriend. We cant wait to go back!

This location lost a customer today. I booked an appointment for 2:00 pm (see picture) and really needed the massage since I have been suffering with some back pain lately. If I could leave a negative star, I would.I showed up 5 minutes early and the doors were locked even though the OPEN sign was up. I then tried to call and nobody answered. I decided to wait until my appt. time to see if someone would be unlocking the doors but nobody showed. I called again to leave a message when I noticed a girl unlocking the doors. When I went inside the girl told me they were closed. I said I have an appointment that is booked. In a very condescending voice she replied Sorry, I denied you, goodbye. HOW RUDE!!!I will never go back again and I hope that Brittany loses her job after treating customers like that.I also expect the company to refund me for the $59 gift certificate.I wasted my time getting to this appointment, while in pain, only to be turned away at the door. This is horrible customer service!

Rachel is very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She listens to me explain my specific problems and provides attention to detail in each area of concern. She takes her time and knows how to communicates with me to apply the precise amount of pressure to the intense pain in my cervical spine and aching muscles. After each session, Afterward, I feel so relaxed that Im actually able to crack my neck, aah! Feeling blessed that I found Elements Massages!

I received a 90 minute massage today. It was quite possibly the best ever. Very attentive to my needs and a nice, calming atmosphere. Montana did an amazing job! I am looking forward to the next one.

Horrible Experience -Manipulative BusinessMarly Leonard/Manager charges credit cards without the card holder’s consent/authorization…Didn’t need authorization for reoccurring charges to start but needs 30 days & a form filled out to stop charges? So I have to be charged again next month for something we couldn’t even schedule last month or the month before? This was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend… such a horrible experience 🚮Even filing false police reports on me? I’ll be sure to notify everyone I can of your actions

Went here for the first time. Had a great masseuse, Sandy. Staff was very nice, place was very relaxing. Met the owner, she was very friendly and welcoming. Purchased the wellness package, great deal. Will be coming back monthly.

Jeff saved my behind. I shuffled in with untied shoes because I couldnt reach my feet in agonizing pain and walked out with tied shoes with tolerable pain. Jeffs a miracle worker. The problem was when I signed up for the monthly subscription. I paid for the first service then signed up for the subscription to book my second service at the discounted rate. When I checked my bank acct I was charged 4 times. That made my bank acct overdraft and incur fees too. Eventually I was refunded for the services I never got and I believe even a service I had received but I dont plan on ever giving them my debit card number again. Shame because I need Jeff and I tip him about 60% but I cant have my bank acct emptied again

This place is awful. I made a reservation for a friend & myself. I called and put my credit card down to reserve the massages, but for some reason they put the reservation under my friend’s name. I called about a week before the massages to cancel the appointment b.c we ended up not being able to both make it. When I called, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. They found my name but didn’t see any appointments so I was told to not worry about it. A few weeks later my card was charged $69 for a no show. When I called originally, I was told they couldn’t understand why I was being charged and they weren’t showing it in their system but a manager would call me, I never heard a word. I called again, was told a manager would call me, still nothing. Finally I went to the location hoping to speak w a manager in person. Of course, they weren’t there. Hannah, the employee who was there was actually extremely helpful and was able to get to the bottom of the situation. The reservation was under my friend’s name w my credit card. She told me she would leave a memo for her manager and they’d call me to authorize the refund. I again, never heard a thing. I called again a few days later, Hannah told me she spoke w her manager and that she would remind her again to call me. Still never heard a WORD from the manager. My final phone call, Hannah answered and told me her manager told her she left me a message (that I never received) and that since the charge was under someone else’s name I’d have to take it up w my bank as fraud. Which obv it isn’t fraud, my friend didn’t use my card. They just made a mistake and aren’t refunding me when they should. The manager clearly does not know how to run this place and I’ve still never heard a word from them so I’m assuming they are just hoping I’ll go away and they can keep my $69. I definitely will never be booking an appointment here ever again and I urge anyone who’s considering booking here to make sure they take necessary precautions and if you can’t make your appointment, be prepared to get screwed and still have to pay money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Clean, on time and quality massage
