Sarah is the most gifted massage therapist I have ever been fortunate enough to go to - and I have been to many! She cares so much about what she does, and wants to make sure she helps people to the absolute best of her ability. She takes the time to get to know each person and their individual problems and needs. She customizes an amazing massage that leaves me feeling so grateful that I found her! Touch Of Life Spa is an adorable little gem in downtown Stuart!

Sarah is amazing! She has created a warm and welcoming oasis, and her empathetic nature ensures that you will always feel safe and welcomed so you can truly relax. She is an excellent masseuse, including natural healing and tones in your massage. I also enjoy the hammock meditation which allows me to relax and leave my cares behind. Her spa is self care at its finest!

We specialize in throwing axes, she specializes in fixing us when were sore. Best hands on the treasure Coast to relax and rejuvenate after the stress of life or tossing axes! Highly recommend!

There isnt enough space here for me to write how much I loved my experience with Sarah at Touch of Life Spa. I felt soothed and relaxed just entering the studio. Sarah was kind and welcoming and clearly wanted to understand the experience I was looking for. While my overall goal was to relax, Sarah found a way to rejuvenate and energize my body and mind like Ive never experienced through massage before. The only downside is that I cant go back for that every day! Im very much looking forward to my next massage with Sarah and would highly recommend the amazing experience to anyone looking for a new massage therapist.

Just had my first massage here, and when I tell you how amazing Sarah was. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. She truly has a passion for what she does and you can feel that in her massage and her. I got my first ever manual lymph drainage massage and it was just a great experience.
